What a sad excuse for a professional company. My mother lives alone and has been trying to get multiple quotes to replace over 20 windows in her home. This salesmen was camped out on her couch refusing to accept no and leave. She called me to have me talk to this guy and he spoke down to me on the phone and kept asking the same question over and over. I get wanting to make a sale, but refusing to leave the home of a woman who has clearly said no thank you is unacceptable. This company only carried 1 window - their own - and wanted her to sign a contract before speaking to anyone else. There are more red flags than windows with this place. DO NOT use this company.

The sales guy who came to our house was extremely rude. He was told several times that we needed to meet as a family and discuss the remodel and price and he would not stop pressuring and being extremely rude. My daughter had to come get me to get him to leave. My mom like all he showed her and we were going to do it until his true colors showed. We will not being using this company. He had to be told to get his stuff and leave.

Bait and switch. Advertising specials they don’t actually want to do/offer/discuss and offer only solutions that are three times as expensive. They offer “today only pricing” and are rude if you refuse to commit right away. Finally, they delete your reviews from Facebook. Take a look. Only positives are left. Never a good sign.

My husband and I have had a medical emergency and want to cancel our project . I was told on Tuesday that production had not started. But got a call Wednesday night that production had started. So to make a long story short...l am screwed because the emergency didn't happen during the cancellation period.

I had to rush home from work three times. Brooke (I believe is her name) was so unprofessional. She called my husband and I to set up an appointment. My husband told her that we would not be able to answer the phone in the mornings because we work(that’s why we kept setting the appointments in the afternoon.) she lied and said she called us a day before and left a message(which she didn’t.) She told my husband that we could had called her back the day she had suppose to call. Since when is it professional to tell someone what they could had did? She ghetto! I will be getting me some new cabinets from a company with better customer service.

I had 13 Windows installed about 10 years ago. The salesman was great for the most part but I feel like I got duped. This was my first time getting windows for my new home so poor me did not do my research. First, I ended up paying double what the windows were worth, which I am just now finding out since I had to get 10 more new windows for another part of my house and for these I am paying less than 1/2 what Capital charged me.
Secondly, about 2 years ago I noticed one of the windows seals had been compromised so I call the company for a replacement and was told I would have to pay 130.00 to have the window replaced. I told the rep that the sales man never notified me of the charge and she stated it is in your contract. The sales man never mentioned this so just to see what would happen I asked to have someone come out to give me an estimate for the windows i am replacing now and when the sales man came I told him about the window and he stated himself it would not be a problem. He called the main office and to his surprise was told of the additional charge. Seems like the sales rep should notify the customers of this little fact instead of misleading them especially when they have no problem taking the time to tell us all the good things about the windows and how the warranty is so good. I am going to call to have the window replaced since it would cost more to have a new one put in but the new company I am going with saved me over 1/2 for the windows and if there is damage to the windows no additional charge.
And lastly, when I called to get the window replaced I was told I need to take a picture for the window and provide the serial number and measurement and that the labor fee is now 100.00. I wished I could get paid 100.00 to pop a new window inside of a minute.Update on review. I have to submit proof of the affected windows with pictures. Now it will be 199. to replace windows for service call and if I do not provide photos they will have someone to come out and inspect windows and if they come back it will be an additional 150. to complete the instillation. I also advised the phone rep that the second sales person was not aware of the policy as far as the fee to replace the windows but she stated it was part of the contract. I advised this seems to be false advertising but she is just a phone rep and should not have to deal with this policy. I also noticed the owner replied to only one positive feedback to the reviews seems odd to not reply to the negative. it seems that a company would want to address these issues. Will never use this company again, just had 10 more windows replaced with full transparency.

I'm very pleased with my new Windows. They have made a big difference in my electric bill. I'm very satisfied with the results.

Did a great job of installation of windows. Also they started and finished as promised. The installation crew were nice and polite. They cleaned all trash and even took old windows away. Left my yard the same as it was when they arrived. Good job Capital.

The service I received was outstanding. When I was told the work would be started and finished that is exactly when it was. There was even some bad weather during this remodeling and they still made it on time and did an awesome job. All my questions were answered and the end results were more than what I expected.

The owner helped me select my colors and hardware for my cabinets.
I love my new cabinets and counter tops.
Everyone who sees them ask who did them.
Even with just showing the pictures of the before and after people are amazed and so I'm I.

Capital Remodeling did a great job it took them less than 4 hours to install my windows and they did a great job cleaning up.

The salesman was excellent. He kept us up to date on the status of the windows. The installers did a good job.

I would like to start off by saying what great customer service you all have! Starting from the guy that came to our home to the guys that came and installed our windows! We are completely satisfied with our windows! We have been saving so much energy I don't hear my A.C going on as often as it used to. I'm a first time home buyer and I gotta say that this is one of the best investments I have made in my home. Not to mention we have LIFE TIME Warranty that's just a plus, If I should have to sell my home later on, your windows will make selling it a lot easier. Wonderful company to work with. All of the personnel I have worked have been very professional and mannerly. I had windows replaced at 2 different time frames and have been very satisfied with the end results. I would recommend this company to anyone. They came in did an excellent job, had me inspect the finished product, cleaned up the debris and were gone. Also the company did a follow up to verify I was satisfied with the work as well.
