What Users Like The Least
- We ordered carpet from Lowe's to be installed 2-3 weeks after ordering. But then the day before the installation they said their equipment broke.
- We went to Lows, Seaford Delaware with 15000$ cash to remodel our bathroom. We could not get 1 person to help us.
- Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Lowe’s. Was called and told my order was ready and then was given the run-around.

This 5-star review is for Dwayne. He wasn’t there today, and unfortunately, it showed. I waited about 25 minutes after someone was called to the plumbing area—no one came. I asked again, waited again, and still no help. Eventually, I went to the front desk and waited there so I wouldn’t be forgotten a third time.
Dwayne is hands down the best Lowe’s employee I’ve ever dealt with. He’s fast, knowledgeable, and if something isn’t in stock, he’ll come up with a creative solution on the spot. As soon as he finishes helping one customer, he’s off to help the next without missing a beat. Please keep him happy and never lose him—there’s a night-and-day difference when he’s there versus when he’s not. You do have other good employees, but also quite a few who seem to go out of their way to avoid working.
This post is regarding employee Dwayne who worked on 7/10/25. He went above and beyond helping my fiancé with plumbing assistance. He is knowledgable and ensured he had everything he needed the countless trips taken today on our home project when life kept giving us lemons. I hope his management teams knows what a valuable employee he is. Thank you!
