Great customer service. Spoke to several employees while I was there for various reasons and all were very friendly and helpful.

This 5-star review is for Dwayne. He wasn’t there today, and unfortunately, it showed. I waited about 25 minutes after someone was called to the plumbing area—no one came. I asked again, waited again, and still no help. Eventually, I went to the front desk and waited there so I wouldn’t be forgotten a third time.

Dwayne is hands down the best Lowe’s employee I’ve ever dealt with. He’s fast, knowledgeable, and if something isn’t in stock, he’ll come up with a creative solution on the spot. As soon as he finishes helping one customer, he’s off to help the next without missing a beat. Please keep him happy and never lose him—there’s a night-and-day difference when he’s there versus when he’s not. You do have other good employees, but also quite a few who seem to go out of their way to avoid working.

This post is regarding employee Dwayne who worked on 7/10/25. He went above and beyond helping my fiancé with plumbing assistance. He is knowledgable and ensured he had everything he needed the countless trips taken today on our home project when life kept giving us lemons. We ordered carpet from Lowe's to be installed 2-3 weeks after ordering. They were scheduled to install exactly 3 weeks after ordering. But then the day before the installation they said their equipment broke and they couldn't get the carpet down from the shelf. We didn't get our carpet installed until a week later, which was 4 weeks after ordering. There was little to no communication for that week of limbo. It was a very frustrating experience and they gave no discount for the late delivery.

I went for weeks dealing with the most horrible customer service on the planet after I bought a new Bosch dishwasher that did not work after installation. I spoke to no less than 6 customer service reps who to this day (over 2 months) have not resolved the issue. I was asked for so much redundant documentation about my purchase that I thought I would be asked for my birth certificate next! My last communication was for the rep to tell me that a credit had been issued to Lowes, where I bought the appliance, and to talk with them. They would not even discuss refunding the $300.00 installation fee and haul away of the old appliance. I was told to take it up with the store. The long and short of this is that Becky at the Seaford Lowes took my call, listened to my story and resolved the issue in about 5 minutes! She was a total lifesaver to me and I cannot heap enough praise on her customer service skills. A young man named Armando helped a bit too and was great. My husband and I live on a fixed income and this debacle could have really hurt us, but Becky came to the rescue. If I could afford to send flowers I would, but maybe she can get a raise??? You have some awsome people in this store and I highly recommend shopping there!!!
P.S. If you think you may be a future Bosch customer-DON'T DO IT! They have no Bosch service people on the eastern shore and will not reimburse any other service people you may want to call.

Ralph Clendenin In PRO Services is extremely helpful with project planning, always gets all the materials I ever ask for, and always makes sure my deliveries are prompt. He has several times gone out of his way after work and brought me materials I desperately needed.

I have been upgrading a house for the last month. I have been dealing with a young lady by the name of Jess. She has sold me a refrigerator, mini blinds, paint and many other products to help me along this journey. I cannot say enough good things about her and how helpful she has been She told me she has been at Lowe’s at three years and really enjoys what she does I can certainly see why?….Go Lowe’s !!!

Hey, hey, Lowes, this is late but better late than never. I had one of my best experiences at lowe's with the salesmen who waited on me and were very helpful and knowledgeable. Alan O.S. was awesome, and his brother Jaime O.S. helped when a little extra help was needed. They ordered my supplies, and they were ready when he said. I was looking for a lawn mower. Lowe’s has both the gas-powered and the battery-powered. Because I am the one that will be doing the mowing, I wanted to make it easier and not to have a pull-start motor( hurts my arm/ shoulder after a while). So I bought the battery type, this one should hold its charge for one hour, and that’s pretty good !

We went to Lows, Seaford Delaware with 15000$ cash to remodel our bathroom. We where there for 3 hours COULD NOT get 1 person to help us. We asked...in a minute, in a minute,all the employees are telling us. Asked a young man to help put a toilet on the cart and he said that's not my department. My husband and I tried, cut my arm on the staple holding the box together. 2 guy customer's help put it on the cart. So before I left I have to say I turned into a KAREN. LOWS IN SEAFORD DELAWARE got none of our money. I give them a ZERO RATTING!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Lowe’s. Was called and told my order was ready and then was given the run-around saying I have to talk to someone and then someone else and then someone else and now have been waiting for 2+ hours and guess what? Still don’t have my order.

Going to tell me that they have to deliver my fridge on a Sunday, even though it was scheduled for Friday and it never showed up. So I have to change my plans for the day because you can't deliver on time and you won't reschedule from Sunday. You all suck and have no customer skills at all. I'm tried of companies that don't look out for there customers. You would all get zero stars if that was a option. Boo

My family and I went in to buy 2 Christmas trees, one for us and 1 for my mother. We requested assistance from the front desk and was left waiting for almost 30 minutes for no one to show. Went back to the front deck and finally got some help, their inventory was off so they offered to sell us the floor sample, I simply asked the women overseeing the cash registers if there was a discount since there was no box with the tree. I have never encountered a person with such a bad attitude and sour face in my life. (I was unable to get her name however she had several pieces of metal hanging from her mouth and nose.) She was blatantly nasty and rude to myself, my wife and my mother, this person doesn't belong in Customer service. I asked to speak to the store manager and they sent over Trudy, now Trudy is also very unpleasant and sadly unable to look anyone in the eye when asked if she would take care of this rude employee. Being in management for the past 25 years myself I would have terminated both employees on the spot for their performance. Overall a very very poor showing for what is normally a very nice store with great employees. I doubt I will be back anytime soon.

Do cashier usually fight with customer? Family came in for a good time and at the end of the day at Lowe’s was ruines by a cashier didn’t get her name but I’m pretty sure they will figure it out. Family comes first and the customer are not to be fought! Well places review

We used the Seaford De Lowes Pro Desk to order material for our new office location. Our Pro Desk Rep was Nathan, He was excellent! Good, clear, prompt and professional communication. Nathan helped me load material and made sure my order was ready for pick up (even when he was clearly very busy) He also made returning excess material extremely easy while avoiding the long line at the customer service desk where returns are typically received. Very happy with the service we received. Above and beyond. Thank you Nathan and Seaford Lowes!

WHERE IS ALL THE CARTS? AHH, loaded up in the aisle with orders... No carts for the customer.
This location has become a joke! Employees standing around on the phone with no carts in the store. And when you say something they give a smart ass answer. All the the good Employees have left. Seaford needs a Home Depot

Bought two bags of the expensive pellets tonight. It's rained 1 inch in 3 months yet the second bag i grabbed had a wet clump of pellets in it. One would think that with a product that becomes not only useless, but literal trash when water hits it that it would behoove a business to keep that product dry.

I'm one of those 'weekend warrior' types when it comes to home projects so I'm not in Lowe's all the time. I'm not always familiar with where things are located or what I should be using for my project. A few weeks ago when I was in Lowe's, I needed a replacement wick for my kerosene heater.

I asked a worker in a light blue vest (I think his name was Aaron) about where it might be and he looked it up on his scanner. Unfortunately, it was not in stock at the time. We chatted more about kerosene and kerosene accessories before I ultimately settled on a modern electric oil radiator heater. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me.

Since then, I've seen him in there a few times and he's always quick to help. He recognizes me when he sees me which is reassuring as a customer.
