Jerry Ashby II at service today was fabulous. I had problems with my well pump, my pipes and a few other problems. My renters were getting very little water. He came in and put all new parts on, knew exactly what to do and got them up & running in no time. He was knowledgable, professional & very good at what he does. Very pleased customer! Would definitely use them again!!

Jerry was fast, and delivery great service let me know what my options on fixing my problem, and was very efficient at his job. Thank You will definitely use again in future.

Service Today bought out the HVAC company I would normally call when I had an HVAC problem. When my AC went out I figured I give them a shot because they already had my service records. Never again will I call Service Today. I was charged $550 for a capacitor replacement. A simple repair I would have done myself in 20 minutes had I been home. The capacitor itself only costs about $25. I called some other HVAC companies to compare and what I was charged is more than double the rate of their competitors. I tried calling their management but the secretary would not connect me. She promised me a call back that I never received. If you value your money do not call Service Today call someone else.

Very detailed in explaining the problem. Very friendly and considerate with putting boot covers on so that carpet and floors didn't get dirty. Great experience.

Eddie was our technician. He was very informative and he also helped us contact a company that would repair insulation. He stayed with us and explained all the paperwork all completed work.

Eddie did a great job installing our new toilet and fixing the plumbing in our shower. Very nice young man and he cleaned up afterwards.

Thought he did a good job. Now 2 weeks later, system not working. Told us price included service agreement charge and just found out it didnt. Now after $700 unit is down and it’s only 4 yrs old.

Rey was professional, thorough, and personable. He installed the Plasma Air system to keep dust and mold eliminated, and hopefully our system will be running much more efficiently.

Jerry did an outstanding job replacing my hot water heater. He knew his job very well, was courteous and made accommodations to complete the job at my convenience.

So far have had nothing but good experiences with Service Today, but. I must add I have not had any major problems with my system either. Anthony was great, explained everything and got straight to work making sure I don't have any problems.
