We had the unfortunate need to hire ServPro for several leaks recently. The response time, communication and quality of work were top notch. While we have no complaints, I certainly hope we don't need their services again anytime soon. Bobby M, Bobby F and Andrew were all top notch.

I hired the Servpro Wilmington office. I had a severe flooding incident at my rental property. Logan Brown was my project manager. Because a new tenant was moving in in 3 weeks I needed a miracle. Logan went to bat for me with my insurance co. He got the job done in time and like the advertisement, when completed it looked like nothing ever happened. Logan and the team was professional, polite, knowledgeable and quick to respond when I contacted them. I would highly recommend the Servpro team.

Bobby and his crew were amazing. they were respectful of our property and worked diligently to get rid of all the water-damaged items and then disinfected and dried the remaining items. It was clear that they knew what they were doing and they didn't rest until everything was done, including a thorough cleanup. Also Bobby came back for the next 3 days to check the humidity level and if the floor had dried. Everything was dried and fans removed in day 5.

We used ServPro after a crack in our roof leaked through our kitchen wall and ceiling. From my initial call with Barbara, to Fernando and Justin inspecting the damage and beginning the drying out process, to Bobby M coming out daily to make sure everything was on the right track - I always felt like I was in good hands. ServPro worked directly with our insurance agent. Everyone was professional and kind and I was able to stop panicking and start moving forward and picking up the pieces. ServPro folkd did a terrific job with the cleanup of water in our basement from the last great rainfall. Carpet and padding was ruined and because it was wet for a couple of days or more, we also had mold that had started to appear. 550 sg. ft. of the carpet and padding was removed as well as sections of baseboard and a 2' x 12' section of drywall had to be cut out due to mold. They then ran 6 fans and a dehumidifier for over 3 days and then covered the area with an antimicrobial substance to make sure the mold was remediated. Employees were very professional, congenial and showed up when expected for daily check of their systems until completed.

My basement was under a foot and a half of water right before the holidays. The ServPro Team came out and removed the water and damaged materials. They communicated with me regularly and patiently, explaining the process in a way that was reassuring, professional, and respectful.

We had the team from ServPro Hockessin come in to clean our ductwork after replacing our furnace. We knew the ductwork work was a mess, but we never expected it to be as bad as it turned out to be. The team came, right on time, and did an excellent job. I was expecting to have everything torn apart, but they were able to clean the first floor ducts from the basement, which was wonderful. The before and after photos taken of the main duct showed just how much dirt and debris they took out. I have no idea when last the ducts were cleaned, or if ever in the 40 year life of the house, but they certainly are very clean now.

I highly recommend this team. They were kind and respectful in my house, cleaned up everything, and left everything as it was - except for the grunge in the ductwork.

I recently just came home to my newly purchased house when the worst happened....a water pipe in the basement burst and completely soaked the entire basement. I was going crazy as this was my first home and really had no experience in dealing with any kind of problem like this before. I looked around and found SERVPRO on Google and called them up, and thank god Nicki picked up on the other line. I never write these reviews, but she really was something beyond the ordinary and I had to give credit where credit is due. She was so helpful the entire process- explaining the estimate process, walking me through the restoration detail, etc. SERVPRO is lucky to have her!

They were so professional the the girl in the office Nicki did a great job setting everything up it was definitely a good experience for a stressful situation

A sprinkler went off on the top floor of our condo on a Sunday morning. Servpro of Brandywine Wilmington was on site with a crew of 8 people within two hours to immediately start clean up and remediation. They worked for the next 9 days to clean out and dry 7 units. Bobby the site manager was there every day and did a great job of explaining what they were doing and the process. The technicians were courteous, clean and did their best to minimize the impact of the water damage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They got to work immediately with their water vacs, carpet dryers, dehumidifiers. They really took their time to steam clean and disinfect every surface area at the beginning and end of the clean up process. We could not have asked for a better company to handle this job. I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and care ServePro has shown. Our condo flooded and within an hour of calling the company, many workmen showed up to clean up the mess. The actual cleanup service was great but I have been waiting weeks for the billing department to send the information over to my insurance so I can start to do the repairs on my house and they still have not sent anything. I would have called another company if I knew I would be delayed in repairing my house for so long.
