I usually have a pretty good experience at the Lowes in Wise Va however today was the worst experience having to wait over 20 minutes for an associate to show up to help at the paint desk. I think it's more the management not stepping up to ensure the Associates are held accountable to actually do their job.
Only thing I can say is stay away for the lowes in Richlands va, they are the worst. Rude, disrespectful and sorry as hell
Had to get some lumber to build a room. Two fine young men that worked in the lumber area were the most polite helpful people that I had ever encountered at Lowe’s usually the sale people run and hide when you need something. The young men names are Jacob and Trevor they went above and beyond job to help me out . They picked out what I needed then loaded onto trailer. Not once complaining about their job. I highly recommend them for doing an outstanding job !! If you go into Lowe’s seek them out ! Lowe’s could use more like these two fine young men !!
