From start to finish, the process was smooth like ice, as it has been said. I had one minor nit to get corrected and my installer shows up after work and asked if I could show him what I need. He finished about an hour later. Great product, great service.

You were fast getting here and your work was first rate!! Everything was explained as to what you were going to do and you did it without any problems. My gutter was cleaned out, realigned and secured without so much as a dip from behind the gutters, like I was getting before. I was even glad that it rained shortly after the install, so I could see first hand just how well the system worked. So glad I did this, but do regret that I did not do it much earlier. Thank you for a job well done.

Overall, one of the more disappointing experiences I’ve had with professional services to my home. While the system keeps the larger leaves out of the gutters, they Will clog and water overflows the gutters. It is also a crapshoot of who will install the product for you as they sub out to various individuals and doing a small background check the guy they sent to my property had numerous run-ins with the law. Don’t be fooled by their warranty as they will not do anything other than charge you for a gutter cleaning, which is what the system is to prevent. You can go to Costco and buy a very similar if not the same product and have a Handyman put them in for a 10th of the price.

The installation was tricky, but the product is great.

After discussing with the salesman, the installer was careful and considerate, he was very ethical and hardworking however there was a misalignment in the installation and they came after and I pointed out the issue, and they were quick to resolve it.

This product IS expensive, and part of the service include the life time guarantee of the work and the effectiveness of the product.

I had new gutters and the leaf filter guards installed. A pleasant experience from start to finish, quality work, and great customer service. I recommend their services.

Product looks good, however, salesman, Jacob, did not know his product and as a result created issues with the installers. Salesman said that spikes holding the gutters would be removed and caps would be cut off and replaced into gutter with caulk. As It turned out the spike is removed and put back into gutter hole following bending the spike to not interfere with the bracket that holds the gutter up. Further the salesman offered us a Simply Safe door camera which he did not leave us any material to redeem the incentive. After 3 days of calling him we gave up!

Leaf Filter is a great product and this company provides outstanding service. Would highly recommend this to anyone thinking about installing a gutter protection system to keep leaves out of them.

HUGE waste of time. Tim who came out to my house was an absolute nightmare. Talked my face off for an hour then quoted me $12,000 to put a pice of mesh on my gutters. He said he could get it down to $5,000 with promotions. What a joke. He told me the competition would charge $26,000. My house is 1 story 2000 square feet. Absurd. Don’t waste your time. He also disrespected my wife 2 times in 45 minutes. Zero respect for this company.

Very odd experience as I can't really rate the service because I never received the service. I received one of the coupon mailings in the Valpak and requested an estimate through their website. In the estimate comments I put, "gutter cleaning/piece replacement". Upon the agent arriving, he was very rude and didn't even introduce himself. He basically said he was unsure why the company even sent him out because what they offer I don't really need. He did offer the cleaning services and replacement estimate for $378, but also mentioned he only makes 1% commission, and "there is no money here". I know he meant there is no money as in a large project/commission to be made, but why would I worry about that as the consumer? Truthfully, I was going to book because I really did just want my gutters cleaned and that wasn't a bad price, but based on this interaction, I will not be booking. Thank you.

Leaf filter system needs to have gutters lowered so water can get behind the gutters. When paying thousands for new gutters and guards you don't expect water to go places that it shouldn't. They were going to come back and fix the problem with a thick layer of calk. They have failed to show for 4 consecutive appointments, wasting many hours of my time. I am currently looking into options for complaining to attorney general or better business bureau, but might just head straight for small claims court. When the salesman tells you how great everything will be he is wrong. The after purchase service at leaf filter Richmond is AWFUL!

Awesome company, did a fantastic job installing in 2016. Gutter developed an issue this year and they came out and fixed it.

Chuck was excellent. He adjusted our leaf filter system so it works much better. He was outstanding in his performance. Great and prompt service.

First, LeafFilter is an awesome fix to my gutters. The technician when installing realigned our gutters so they flowed as should, sealed 99% of the seams and was respectful of our yard. We had sod put down. One seam leaked during a good rain, I called customer service and a technician was sent within a couple days. He fixed the seam and now there are no more leaks.

I was impressed with the salesman and the installer. They were very informative. I have recommended my friends and family to your company.

Leaf filter is a great organization to deal with. The salesman (Joshua) was very knowledgeable in his profession. The installers were great from start to finish. Kudos to the whole team from leaf filters.

Talked to a rep from this company at a home show and consented to receiving some information via text, which was a BIG Mistake. 8:30 Sunday morning, their robocaller was ringing my phone off the hook and texting me multiple times a day. Blocking the number doesn't help because they always call from a different number. They are very aggressive and I will never allow anyone from this company onto my property. This clearly not a company that is run by decent people.

The installers were professional and did the job well. My gutters no longer overflow the way they were before the installation. It's not cheap but in the long run it's cheaper than an e.r. visit from falling off of a ladder while doing it myself.

We had an appointment with Leaf filter for gutter replacement in and the agent was on time and very informative about the product. He originally quoted us $6,000 dollars for the entire house of gutters, when we stated that the price was out of our budget, he quickly gave a " sign contract today" price of a little less then $4,240.. This was still more then we expected to pay, so he called his boss and he came back with a price of $1800.00.. Of course that was more like what we were thinking considering Lowes sells their gutters at about this lower price and they have private installers... To our disappointment (our sales person) called just a few days later stating they couldn't honor the contract we signed for $1800.00. This company is a scam ALL SENIOR'S BEWARE!!! They are going to give you a outrageous price and then act like they are doing you a favor by lowering it. Check out Yelp and Google for other scam reviews and to see the class action suit in place... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LEAFFILTER!!

The gentleman agreed the gutter filters we were supposed to have installed in September of 2018 were never installed on the second floor of the house. We will have LeafFilter come out to remove the few filters that are up there before we have a new roof put on. Then, when LeafFilter reinstalls the filters, they will install the 2000 feet of gutter filters we paid for five and a half years ago. They are making it right and we don't have to pay for them again.

The team that did the installation was professional and worked to get the entire project done in one day. Cleaned up afterwards and left no mess behind.

Fantastic gutters at a great price! Originally quoted $7k for 90ft of gutters with two downspouts. Waited a week before signing and was offered the price of $1,350 as they had a “materials at cost” special pop up. Crew was third party but on time and quite friendly. Install took two hours.

The entire process was easy, from booking the initial consult to installation, I can't imagine it being any smoother. My consultant, Jim, was very thorough and I didn't feel like he was trying to pressure me. The installer was very prompt and extremely thorough in cleaning out my gutters prior to installing the guards.

Update now that I'm a few weeks into having my new gutters and my area's experienced some heavy rainfall and the leaves have really begun falling. I'm happy to say that they're working exactly as advertised.

I got good service from the customer service department. They listened to my concerns and provided expert feedback and recommendations and scheduled the parts needed for the service call. This was followed with the service visit at my home which was done very well.

Great product, quick turnaround from scheduling to install. I had a concern right after install and the salesman (Paul) and installer (Daniel) jumped on it right away, leaving me a satisfied customer!

So, we had the representative out. The quote was initially outrageous and then she applied six discounts that brought the cost down considerably, but still too high. My question is if you are going to provide so many discounts then why not make your product more affordable? The representative was an hour late. Then she had to use the restroom. Then the presentation took an hour. The whole appointment took two and a half hours. They would not email me the quote, because the cost they provide you at the appointment is only available to you until they leave your property. They tell you in the lead up and via email that your quote is good for a year, but that is not really true because the discounts will change if you do not sign the contract while the representative is at your property. Even getting this company to clean out your gutters and do maintenance is over $2,000. And that is with the discounts. I was impressed by the product but was unimpressed by the company and the whole process. I did not use this company.

It was easy to get the project done. It hasn’t rained since they were installed so I have to wait and see.

The salesperson knew the product very well. She answered all of my questions and reviewed all my the possible discount option to meet my budget constraints. We were able to quickly schedule the installation. The installation team did an outstanding job! I have been paying for different contractors to clean the gutters as needed. Now I have a cost-effective solution with a warranty! I am happy with my decision.

Sales person was very responsive. Had to talk her down to a third of the price. When installers showed up installed new gutters and fascia. They were supposed to install the leaf filter guards and proper inside/outside corners (instead of the strip corner piece) but didn't cause of a miscommunication between their subcontractor(installer) and LeafFilter. If I didn't have to adjust one of the security cameras after they left I wouldn't have known they were missing. If you're using a sub check up after them. Of course they tried to charge my card right away. I got their attention when I put a hold on my card. They were supposed to have an inspector here when the installers came back out but he was a no show. Installers were 3.5 hours late. I took off work 1.5 days to be here for them. Inspector did come out the next day and corrected some issues. I also had to pick up screws, nails and other trash that the installers left all over. I would highly recommend just hiring someone to clean out your gutters.

They were on time, and the service was quick. When they scheduled you an appointment, it was fast. You didn't have to wait for months. I was able to get it done in a couple of days. Also, everyone was nice and polite.

So far, so good. We’ve had a couple of storms since the install and it’s working fine. The install was able to fit on our existing gutter system, so it only took a few hours, which includes a prior cleaning.The entire process was non-intrusive.

The Leaf Filter representative was very nice and informative. I was shocked that installation could occur the very next day. I had been wanting new gutters for some time and this came as a pleasant surprise.The installation crew was amazing. It was like watching a Cirque de Sole performance. They were very efficient and considerate.I am very pleased with my new gutter system.

Not only does leaf filter have a fantastic products. They are a fantastic company. They’re so responsive and professional and they actually care about their customers and they say what they’re going to do and they do what they say. I was probably about 20 days outside my warranty and I told them its OK no problem. I’ll fix it myself. I got home from work that day. There’s a note on my door that they had stop by and they fix the issue for free. I was so surprised there’s such a great company highly recommend the product is great and the people are fantastic.

This is by far the best product that you can use to protect your foundation and ease the pain of cleaning your gutters forever! I've had them on my home for a few weeks now and it works just as advertised. Very professional and awesome workers came and installed my Leaf filter gutters in a very short time. They cleaned up everything and didn't leave anything behind which was nice. I recommend this to anyone that has lots of trees, it's a life saver so far.

Leaf Filter quickly stepped up to honor their Lifetime Warranty. They replaced all the filters installed fourteen years ago. The work was done professionally the next day after they inspected the filters. I will recommend this company if you never want to clean your gutters and have a company you can rely on.
