I WOULD NOT RECOMEND LEAF FILTER TO ANYONE

I clicked a social media link from Leaf Filter which led to a sales call.
Leaf Filter didn't address the problem, that I pointed out to the sales rep.
Not only that I now have a new gutter - down spout leak. They sent someone out to look at my problem areas last Friday, 1 week later I haven't heard from them.
This was a huge and costly mistake.

The ordering, then install was great. On the next heavy rain, we discovered a leak in the gutter. LeafFilter responded quickly and the service call quickly resolved the problem leak.

When I had my LeafFilter Gutter Protection installed, I found 5 screws in my driveway. Two of them ended up in my tires. I was able to repair them but I would check the area out after they leave. Otherwise it was a quick install and I hope it works!!!!!

LeafFilter was a nice and easy setup. I have a lot of trees where i live and when the fall comes around there are leaves everywhere. The work was excellent and Eric did a great job at explaining the process and working with me to give me a great deal

LeafFilter a national corporation offers a completely closed gutter protection system. Their engineered micro-mesh technology has a significant advantage over their competitors design. Working with “Eric” the LeafFilter sales representative he quoted a gutter system that met my specifications. I also received an acceptable price to do the gutter replacement. Their professional installation team of “Dan and Amanda” worked efficiently in removing my old gutter and replacing it with a new LeafFilter gutter system. I highly recommend this product and services to anyone wanting to replace their gutters.

Steven, introduced himself upon arriving and explained exactly what he would be doing before starting. He stopped at a few points in the process when he ran into anything a little different to advise and ask how he should proceed, which was excellent. When he was finished, other than him telling us so, providing the warranty and a document to sign we would not have known he was hear. Greg our sales Rep. was equally excellent, showing your product and how it was superior to others. There was no real decision to be made it was yours. He then walked us through and made easy the process of financiing the entire project. You are the largest company doing this but you treat customers as very special people. Sorry I think I got a little wordy but it how I feel !

Love the finished project. The team worked very efficiently together. I was impressed with the quality of work they did, including making sure there were no nails, screws, hardware etc. Left in the yard. They were very kind and answered any questions that I had. Would recommend this team to everyone. By the way, my neighbor is also impressed with the look, she may be calling you soon as well! Thank you!

Honesty, workmanship, and informative. The salesman answered all of our questions and made sure we understood and were comfortable with our purchase. The installers Dan and Amanda were fantastic!

Sales representative did not try to pressure me. He was easy to talk to and explained things clearly.
The young man who installed the system was well-mannered and efficient.
The gutters and drainpipes are working well.

they were professional from start to finish. Sales rep took time to inspect and show me everything and made the experience very comfortable. My gutters look great and are running clear now.

A LeafFilter sales person sold me what the company calls a "clean and reseal" job, which the sales person assured me would include the repair of several problematic features of my gutter system. Chief among these were re-hanging the gutters to more fully capture the runoff from the roof. I asked the salesman pointblank if these repairs were included, and he said "yes absolutely." When the contractor arrived weeks later, it turned out he was not informed of these repairs and was unprepared and unable to complete them. He proceeded to do the basic components of the job, and spent a couple of hours adding some silicone caulk and a handful of nails to my system. I called LeafFilter and the salesman several times while the contractor was onsite to try and figure what went wrong and resolve the issue, but was unable to get through to anyone.

I never heard from the salesman again, but LeafFilter informed that the promised repairs were not part of the package I purchased, despite what the salesman told me. I was billed over $3000 for this "service" and only refunded a third of that, despite being lied to. Moreover, the business refused to provide me a breakdown/itemization of the cost of such a project to justify the price. I would never have agreed to this "service" if it had been represented honestly and accurately. I filed a complaint the BBB, but LeafFilter still refuses to make things right.

As if that wasn't enough, as soon as fall/winter weather began, it became clear the cleaning and sealing performed by the contractor was subpar at best. There are several seams of the gutter system (the most obvious places to attend to for a sealing project) that continue to produce icicles, leak water create ice patches on the sidewalk, and expose my foundation to runoff that should be directed to the downspouts. One area in particular still resembles an all out waterfall when it's raining! The system is in no better condition than before LeafFilter sent a contractor to fix it up.

I called LeafFilter to resolve this, and they have repeatedly screwed up the scheduling, first canceling after the agreed upon window passed, and then showing up more than 2 hours before the agreed upon window while I wasn't home. Once or twice, I can understand this kind of thing, but LeafFIlter demonstrates a pattern of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and manipulation. This company is incompetent at best, and malicious in my opinion and experience. I can't speak to the quality of their product, but their business practice and service system seems only set up to extract money from people. I do not recommend anyone engage this company and encourage it's subcontractors to sever their professional partnerships. You can do better!

I had LeafFilter put on my gutters last week. I am a separated woman who cannot climb up on a roof to clean out the gutters. The installers were professional, fast and cleaned up afterward.

The installers were very efficient and polite. The installation was completed in a timely manner and any resulting debris was completely removed. AAA+++

Signed up for a “free no obligation quote” which turned into an hour and a half long sales pitch inside my home that I was not aware of ahead of time. I would have never asked for a quote if I knew this was the case. Very high pressure. I told sales person multiple times I was not interested I making a commitment today. I asked him for his business card and some information on the quote since it was supposedly good for a year. I was given neither. I was told he would email me info at the end of the work day which never showed up.
