I've never had someone be that pushy with sales..coming into MY house and still being pushy after I said multiple times that I'd call and schedule later. I told him I had what information I needed but did not have the option to schedule today, hoping I could buy the best option once I found out what I'd be getting back for taxes (I saw the prices were higher than I anticipated once he finished the estimate, so I determined I'd need to use refund money). And STILL proceeded to make a scripted phone call to someone who just happened to have "leftover materials from a commercial job" they could give me a discount on. "Well we're seeing 25-30 customers today so I'm trying to help as many as I can with that. If she writes a check, we can mark her job as commercial and give her a discount." I told them 3 times that didn't change anything and I'd still have to use some refund money. I said, "okay that's all thank you." And even walked away from the conversation. They kept pushing so I finally said "okay that's enough" and he still stayed on the phone until I escorted him to the door. I'm so mad and uncomfortable. I hate that they have all my personal information now.

Our leaf filters were put in a week after a snowstorm. The worker had to knock out a lot of ice, but stuck with it and finished in five hours.

Very polite and helpful everything went easy and well for us didn't have to lift a finger to help. This company is very professional and informative. Will recommend this company to everyone

The gentleman that installed my LeafFilter gutter guards was very polite and courteous. The only thing I am disappointed about is he did leave a mess. The mud and gunk he cleared out of the gutters was left on my porch and deck was terrible, it was all over my house and garage. There is small screws left on the ground between my house and garage, big nails was found on my porch and silver rods (I assume the covers for the nails on the guttering). My gutter on my back deck still leaks from a crack on the end of the gutter. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the gutter guards.

I wouldn’t buy from this company solely based on how rude the individual who gave me a quote was. He was very rude from the point when I started asking him about the price and when I told him my interest was dependent on cost, he said “I’m just going to head out since it seems like you are more interested in a Menards or cheaper product” in a rude manner. When I told him I’d be interested in the price he gave me the option of 12.9% financing for 60 months. I told him we would consider it and he then lowered the price and offered 0% financing if I purchased today. I told him we would consider it after I could talk to my husband. He then said he was going to call his boss and let him know he wasn’t interested. He called someone, who didn’t answer. He then started talking to someone and trying to make it seem like he was actually having a conversation on the phone. There was nobody talking on the other end of the phone and there was no way that he could’ve actually had a conversation with someone due to the lack of pause between his sentences. As he was packing up he rudely said “also, we won’t be able to do financing at all after today.”

I was really happy with how quickly they called me back. I liked the sales guy who came out to consult with me. He understood quickly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The dude who did the work was friendly, quick and did a great job.

Everyone from the sales person to the installers were very professional and the job was completed timely with everything cleaned up afterward.

the instlation wsa done very professionally, the installer kept busy all the time. had abroblem witha leak, they came back and took care of it with a smile. vey happy with the results.

Chelsey, the project manager, explained the process and answered all my questions. She was very easy to talk with, very personable. She was not hurried. There was no pressure. I called LeafFilter because some of my gutters are very high. The young gentleman who came to install was also very personable. He cleaned the gutters, and reattached a gutter so it would drain not just collect water. Included for free. The Second Gentleman who came a few days later was, no surprise, very personable, He checked the young man’s work, a quality check of the installation. Much peace of mind on this problem. Good warranty and the warranty passes on to whoever owns it next.

You could not ask for a more courteous and helpful installer. LeafFilter quoted 4 hrs installation and it was done in less including the time to take before and after pictures.

I was very pleased, with two additional observations. While I was offered the the advertised discounts, I was never told how the sales person arrived at the gross sale price from which he applied the discounts. % off is great, but % off what? It felt a little shady to me, so I almost did not sign off on the deal! Also, I was never advised that it was a third party independent contractor doing the installation, which would have inspired additional questions about worker’s compensation insurance, and liability coverage. I felt that the final price was 30% higher than I expected based upon the linear footage and ranch style structure. Overall, I am pleased and if the warranty holds up, will be happy.

I like that they don't do soliciting door-to-door. I called them and a friendly rep came out, took time to explain everything clearly, even brought samples. Nothing felt "off". They work with you to get you the best pricing and the install went smoothly. They even sent out another person to inspect the work a few days after it was done. Highly recommend. Looking forward to not having to clean gutters and having clear water in my rain barrels!

Already loved my LeafFilter install and how it works, but a storm hit and several sections had their mesh ripped off. Once call to the service center had a fantastic gent come out , review and repair the damage for little to nothing plus he swept clear the leftover leaved, branches, and sticks that had filled up a creavce in my roofline.

Technician was very professional and did a good job removing gutter guard to support roof replacement. Service rep was very knowledgeable and resolved our request timely.

I especially appreciated the installer going above and beyond by cleaning my vinyl gutter not part of the project. The turn over rate was 2 days I think. Actually that could be because you don't have the 36 hours to change your mind on a contract. But I am happy with the product and the transferable warranty.

We had a problem with two sections of our LeafFilter I called customer service they had an installer give me a call and told me it would be about 5 days before they could come out and repair the sections. Closest office is 2 1/2 hours away so I wasn’t surprised with the scheduling but I was surprised when they called the next day n said the installer was on his way and would call when he arrived. He called me said he was at my house and would fix the problem . He called me back in a half hour n said things were taken care of and he had inspected all the LeafFilter on the house and found no other issues. I am very pleased with our LeafFilter and the service we received they communicated well and were extremely courteous and professional. I recommend LeafFilter to everyone.

All the information was available and presented up-front. There were no surprises, no secrets, and the quote I was given did not change, even as the installers encountered an issue with my current gutters. So far I've experienced more peace of mind and am more relaxed when it rains now.

The gentleman that come to my house actually got on a ladder and looked in my gutters and showed me pictures. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I really under stood what was going on in my gutters. He also explained everything very well on the process from beginning to end. I was also satisfied they came out the same day to install.

With large trees surrounding the house, The Leaf Filter system has eliminated issues with clogged gutters. Upsizing to 6” gutters has proved beneficial in the recent heavy rains.

Quality product and the installer was great! The only negative is I can't get them to send me a receipt or lien release even though I paid in full. Salesman is either no longer there are unresponsive.

They came and cleaned and realigned my existing gutters. Then they installed new leaf filter gutter guards. They did a great job and were timely, professional, and left everything clean with no trash or screws.
I am very pleased with this job and how it turned out.
This simple addition keeps our gutters clean of leaves from our large trees and allows the gutters to properly drain so they do not overflow and run water down by our foundation. Before this install we were beginning to see seepage into our basement. Now with the clean covered gutters we no longer have any water or seepage in our basement. Thus saving thousands on basement and foundation repairs. Thank you!!

The response time to my request was more than acceptable. The technician was knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He checked the entire roof to ensure I wouldn’t have issues in the future. The only hard pill to swallow was the $90 service fee for the lifetime warranty.

The installation of the Leaf Filter Gutters was an amazing investment. My husband no longer has to climb up on the roof to clean the gutters.

It was simple and easy. A representative ( Kevin) came by the house, took pictures and measurements, and discussed all the pros and cons. Our gutters were in dire need of a fix .About 2 weeks later, two young gentlemen came on a Saturday morning and took care of the installation. It didn't take but a couple of hours ( in the rain ). They did a great job and we haven't had any gutter issues since. Our lot has an abundance of foliage and this is the perfect "fix: to keep those gutters up and running. We are more than pleased with the investment we made.

LeafFilter Gutter Protection was on time, very professional, presentation was informational, gave courtesy call, and followed up. The whole process was impeccable The only thing that I would complain about would be that payment was not able to be taken at time of service. Square has a business package that you might consider looking into. Excellent Job!!
