This was the best check of our bait traps ever. In the past the check was not completed properly and in one incident the technician did not even get out of his truck to perform the inspection. This time , our technician, Terrik Ragland, checked EVERY trap, replace five traps and removed some unnecessary duplicate traps. He did a GREAT job, and I would request him for all of our visits in the future.

I very rarely leave reviews and I can’t remember if I’ve ever left a five star review but Leon will be the exception. He greeted me in a friendly and professional manner and answered numerous questions I had regarding the termite stations. I also showed him the station missing a cap and he replaced that one and others that I didn’t realize were cracked along with replacing some of the bait tubes. He is an exceptional employee and a true professional.

The service person was very thorough and very professional. She identified sources of insects and sprayed the appropriate liquid to keep them out. I recommend loyal to anyone who would like to be insect free.

I Called and then brought some of the dead pests to their office, to determine what they were. Called me back with a diagnosis, which was incorrect. I did some research and found what the pests really were. Called them back to tell them my findings. They said they would call back to set up appt. They never called back. Went with another company, who fixed the problem. Loyal was great, until they were bought out. Another one bites the dust.

Booker is the BEST! He always calls when he is on the way because he knows I prefer an inside spray with our yard spray shield! His attention to details is TOP notch. He always is so patient to answer all of my bug questions.

Laura has be great and speedy in setting me up for service. Today Keith came to my home and treated for the little black ants and I enjoyed talking with him about all the work he did. He is very nice and understanding of our situation.

Installation was installed quickly and sufficient. Patrick & Dwight were very professional, cleaned and vacuum after they finished. Job well done.

I would highly recommend Loyal Termites & Pest Control to anyone seeking pest control in the area. On Sunday, we disturbed a ground nest of yellowjackets that we didn't know were there while doing yardwork which resulted in over a dozen stings and wasps getting into our house. Monday morning we called Loyal Termites & Pest Control to see about getting service to eliminate the wasps. Tom answered the phone and was knowledgeable and understanding and assured me they could take care of the problem. He was able to get one of their technicians, Dan Denat, out the same day to take care of it for us. He arrived and walked around the property in the area of the attacks to locate the holes the hive was using and treated the problem. He said it was a large hive and to keep an eye out for any activity remaining the following morning. Today when we took a look we still saw a couple things flying in the area but were hesitant to get close enough to get a better look. He came out and rechecked the holes for us to make sure that the hive wasn't still active. He found a few half dead stragglers but felt confident that the nest was no longer active. I'm very thankful to Dan for taking the time to reassure us that the wasps are no longer a threat to us. If I could give him and Loyal Pest Control more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control in the area.

I contacted Laura with Loyal yesterday regarding asian hornets in my hay shed. Dan Denat came out to our place this afternoon, assessed the situation, and even helped move some hay out of the shed. He located the nest, sprayed, instructed us as to how long to stay clear, and what to expect from the hornets, instructed us as to how we need to clean the shed once all hornets are gone. Once again Loyal has been a wonderful company who quickly took care of a very serious problem. When we need additional services, hopefully will have Dan back to take care of the problem. Thank you Loyal once again for your excellent employee, and customer service.

I had never used an exterminator before. My side ditch had several different kinds of wasp and Hornets swarming probably 200.
Attempted to contact several companies with no success. Called Loyal and Laura was very understanding. After several conversations she said she had someone that would come late afternoon. Mr Woods was excellent. He completely explained why the insects were there and took care of the problem. He was knowledgeable and although it was 99 degrees and the end of his day he did not hurry to get the job done.

Dan showed up on time and exterminated a yellow jacket nest for me at one of my rentals. He was professional and communicated well

Darryell is very patient and knowledgeable. He came to our house for the 2nd time in a week because we are seeing water bugs in the garage and inside the house. He explained to us why they come inside and killed one of them for us while treating the property. He also advised us on the dangerous spider he saw in the garage and suggested we should be careful when working/cleaning the garage. Great guy who provides excellent service.

Today was the 2nd time D was at my house to spray for bugs and things he does a phenomenal job. He is such a great guy to talk to and help figure out what is needed. Definitely the best tech that has ever been to my home.

We did business with Loyal for over 12 years and loved them as they were responsive and customer focused. Something seems to be different now as they've changed how they cover (and bill) and now charge extra for certain services, which we were only told about after we utilized them. We were then told that these service program changes happened "a few years ago". Sad to see our relationship end, but here's to new beginnings with another company who seems to focus on the customer and the long term relationship. 5 stars for 12 years. 1 star for now. Therefore....3 stars. RIP Hunter.

I have termite inspection and quarterly pest control services with Loyal. My service technician, Debra, is very conscientious and knowledgeable about the products and the process. She has come to treat special cases for ground bees and ants. She is the best! I would recommend Loyal.

Dan Denat conducted my quarterly inspection and treatment today and as usual, Dan did a very good job. He remembered I had yellow jackets last year (new customer at that time) and ensured there were no new ones to be found. He also asked me if I had experienced any issues this past quarter and I told him I only found 1 spider; the spider could have come in with all the traffic of contractors at my home this past month. He showed up early to ensure he started and left on time. Since he completed his work in allotted time, I easily had time to leave my home to get to my next appointment on time. Dan consistently delivers A+ service and bug treatment. I am in the process of renewing service for another year;

My technician is extremely polite, professional, and experienced. They come out on scheduled times as well as for extra calls.

Have seen no further evidence of termites. Will possibly call for ant infestation.
UPDATE Have had service cancelled by office clerk due to not paying 2023 bill. My records show payment, however clerk was rude, disagreed, and we were canceled for nonpayment. We still have green pest control discs in yard. VERY UNHAPPY & DISSATISFIED.

Gretchen was extremely professional and helpful today. Our former technician was also wonderful, as well as Leon who helped install our vapor barrier in our crawl space. Excellent service. We've used them for years.
