Team VP Construction is my go to choice for home remodeling and repair services. Professional, Skilled and Reliable. Wender and his Team are the best around. They have remodeled my bathroom, repaired AC/Hvac and repaired many other electrical and plumbing needs. It’s hard to find the quality and attention to detail that this Team provides. They are one of the best Construction companies in the DMV.

We've had Wender and Team VP Construction work on several projects in our townhouse ranging from moving our laundry room to the top floor to replacing faucets, rebuilding outdoor stairs, and fixing electrical outlets. Every time Team VP Construction has been professional and the work they've done has been very high quality and reasonably priced. The team cleaned up the workspace at the end of each day and always treated our home with care and respect. We are exceptionally please with all the work they’ve done. I highly recommend Wender and his team for your home remodeling and repair projects!!

**Additional Review** Just updating this again to reflect Wender and the Team VP for work done on our home. We had to replace our front door and stain a fence we had put in and Wender's Team VP did not fail to deliver again. This is the third time, including helping me seal up my house after a mouse got in where Wender came out last minute, before Christmas and helped me seal the house up tight. We cannot recommend Wender and Team VP highly enough.

Wender and Team VP Construction did an outstanding job! We did a remodel on three bathrooms, had to update electrical work, and our kitchen. Additionally, halfway through the project, we discovered dry rot on our deck and had to replace the entire deck. Wender is a consummate professional and a master of his crafts. He and his team were incredibly timely, courteous, and professional throughout the entire experience. This was a a first time remodel experience for my wife and I and Wender truly went above and beyond to ensure we understood what was needed and was responsive in ensuring the parts we picked out were what was needed. We cannot recommend Team VP Construction enough. With itemized estimation costs, there were no mysterious or hidden fees associated and after understanding how some general contractors will lump in everything under one umbrella cost, Team VP Construction broke it out so it was all incredibly clear. On top of that, Wender was sure to walk through what the range of price options would be so we understood what was in the realm of possible rather than just be quoted the highest price.

We recently hired Team VP Construction for a bathroom and kitchen renovation, and we’re very happy we did! Wender and his team were great to work with. Wender and his team are fantastic. Wender is among the few in the DMV area who will listen to you and make your vision a reality. Each member of his team takes the time and craftsmanship to ensure a perfect build. They don’t cut corners and they do the little things like cleaning up after they depart after each day. They are beyond impressive, and Team VP will be the only people I let do major projects in my home.

What can I say, my man Wender came through. I live in a condo unit that needed it's Packaged Terminal AC units replaced. The issue was, the new units were smaller than the old requiring construction work to be had to accommodate. Wender personally came over to observe the exact work that had to be done. We even walked around other condo units to see the best path forward as this work is rather unique. I will say, that level of detail and preparation paid off! I specifically went with Team VP because of this reason. I didn't get some random quote over the phone or some random guy giving a quote. This was the guy doing the work! The finished product is awesome and quality is superior. Will deff use them again.

Wender and his team have been fantastic to work with, very thoughtful and responsive and the work looks great and got done well within our timeframe. We were moving into a new apartment and had a list of items we wanted done, his bid was timely and competitive and they got right to work. When I got overwhelmed by LVP choices he helped me narrow the field of options and gave me honest feedback about potential upgrades I brought up (eg you don’t need to do that, but if you want to, here’s the benefit). The work got done while we were out of town, it looks great and he kept us informed primarily through text and photos of progress, with an occasional call when necessary. Wender and Team VP Construction were recommended to us by my sister’s friend. We wanted to have a wall removed which required rerouting hvac ducting and a cabinet/peninsula installed as well as replacing all the tile on our first level with hardwoods. Wender walked through our wants and came up with a plan. He brought his hvac guy over the next day and promptly gave us a fair quote for the project. He was very flexible with us on scheduling and as we made decisions on materials. When the inevitable surprises of a house built in the 1940s came up, he walked us through everything and gave us options. The communication throughout the project was excellent. In the end we are so happy with the way everything turned out and even happier that we found a reliable and trustworthy contractor for any future projects or repairs. It is immediately obvious that he and his team take great pride in the work they do.

Highly Recommend! We hired Wender to complete a kitchen and bathroom remodel. He was very communicative throughout the process and did an amazing job. The kitchen and bath look amazing. Wender came to help us get our basement and bathroom in shape. I was thinking of basic improvements but Wender had amazing ideas of how to work better with a small space. Designs we hadn't thought of nor could have imagined. His ideas then became a reality (in a very short time; he and his team are fast!) and the basement and bathroom look fantastic. Just last week I had an HVAC guy come in to look at something and the first thing he said when we went downstairs was, "Nice basement." Everyone who visits says the same thing. Wender and his team did a great job installing recessed lighting in my living room, putting a new GFCI outlet on the front of the house, and some other minor electrical work. His team was punctual and took the time to move and/or cover all of the furniture and floor space in the work area to eliminate any damage or clean up. When the job was done, they took the time to clean up properly and move items back to their correct location. Wender answered all the questions I had and explained things to me when necessary.
