We were happy with the job Leaf Filter did for us. They worked in a snow storm and did an excellent job.

Scheduling was a bit awkward, but it got done. Amazing product, where they literally create the gutter right on the job, with no seams. Very clean install and done relatively quickly. Scheduling aside, great job.

I had a great Experience with the Leaf filter, The installers were very knowledgeable about the product and spent approximately 2 hours with the product & installation.
I have no problems with the new Leaf filter , it's a product that protects your gutters with access to debris flying in the air and clogging the gutters. The installers are from Sparks, NV, looking to keep your gutters free and clear, it's worth the money and life time warranty.

TERRIBLE sales rep by the name of Matt. We were quoted $3,800 and he said he would give us a discount at $2,600 if we decided to make a deal in that moment. We declined and he said the deal would then be done at $2,500. We left it tentative contingent upon another estimate the following day from another company.
When I called Matt the subsequent day, he said, “Great, have companies fight over price on a cost job.” and proceeded to hang up on me.

I am beyond livid with this company. We met a sales rep back in October, made an appointment for gutter install and repair for 12-4pm on November 14th. The sales rep was very pushy but we decided to move forward anyways. They no call, no showed the appointment. After speaking with the office (who called me back at 9pm) they said they’d be here first thing in the morning, with no explanation on why they stood me up. They show up a day late and the crew didn’t even complete the job! They did 2 of the 3 systems, which I found later after they left. I even walked the property with the crew and showed them all three zones. I called to have them come out and finish the contracted job and had an appointment scheduled today, November 27th. I received no confirmation phone call. They no call no showed AGAIN. The appointment was never even made. Supposedly, they’re “going to get someone out here today” but I do not have high hopes. Avoid this company, they have no integrity and are managed terribly.

Gutters were not positioned properly and don't drain. Been calling every week for about 6 weeks now and constantly blown off by corporate management and local office. No one returns calls and management refuses to accept a call from a customer. Always takes a message and promises a call back and never does. Last I heard they were coming today after 6 weeks of constant calling to corporate, and no one showed up!!
Very unprofessional company. Way over priced as well. They lie and say they hire veterans but I have not seen anyone but drug addicts and employees that want to do my other gutters as side jobs outside their company.
They offer a warranty but don't worry they will never come out to full fill it. Avoid this overpriced unprofessional liars and find someone else to service your home.

Sales rep wasn't pushy at all. Recommended not getting the filters on top of new gutters. House didn't have gutters so I was fully prepared to get both. New gutters match trim beautifully. Hard to tell from the road that they're there. Great install experience. No problems as of yet. Will revisit the need for filters next year. See how dirty they get (or not) and go from there. Had the filters on my last house and knew I was going to go with Leaf Filter on this house.

I gave down payment, but they did not show up when they said they left a message saying they would call me at their convenience to reschedule. i called them, and they are giving me the run around. Keep saying they call the next day, buy 6:00 pm and nothing

Not a fan of pressure sales tactics. I was considering the offer when the salesmen reduced the price from $7,000 to $2,000, but I do not appreciate someone trying to push me into that decision on the spot. The salesmen used phrases exactly as, “you’re the first person I know to want to spend more money,” “I can take a ‘no’ but a ‘maybe’ hurts me…” and other phrases that make me feel “pressured” into the buying the products day of. I would have considered if they didn’t take my “maybes” so personal.
I recommend lessening up the pressure sales tactics as it is a turn off for some people. I get you guys have quotas to meet and “exclusive offers”, but it does not help when I’m feeling forced into a decision without time to think…

Installed LeafFilter Gutter system and made minor adjustments to leaking downspout and installed splash guard where water was overflowing. Personnel are all very professional and had excellent knowledge.

Great experience. We decided to get the best gutters and it paid off. Many people had issues with their gutters during the storms but we didn't. Guys who installed it did a great job and were friendly.

Reached out to this company as I was informed that not only do they install the Leaffilter guards, but that they also install the gutters themselves. I called them, and they said no problem, they will send someone out for a free estimate for gutter installation. On arrival, he was initially very professional and I showed him around the house. Then we went inside to run the numbers. Here is where everything went downhill fast. He initially quoted me for over $6000 for gutter install alone for a house that is roughly 2,500 square feet. I was initially shocked, but didn't want to be rude, so I said I have another person quoting tomorrow and I would get back to him. This is where the car dealership experience kicked in. He said that he wanted to help me out, so he threw in a bunch of "discounts" for new home which brought the price down to about $5000, and he kept pressuring me to buy now and not talk to the other company that would be coming out saying that their quality was the best because they use slightly thicker metal material and that I wouldn't be happy with another company. I informed him that my neighbor had his gutters performed for about $2000 so his price was still extremely high. It was at this time, he pulled out the manager card and asked me to wait while he called his manager to see what they could do. Manager and him were talking on the phone on speaker phone, and the manager again was saying they have the best quality and yada yada yada. Other people who do gutters are poor quality, they don't know what they are doing, etc. However, they liked me and wanted to help me out. So they would do the gutter install for cost at $2,300. "We're not making a penny off of this, but we want to help you out". I responded I still wanted to speak to the other company for their estimate. They then began saying "Oh I see, so you only want it done cheaply and with poor quality." They kept pressuring me until I finally had a enough and told them I had no interest in working with their company as I did not appreciate being pressured and knew that they were using a common sales tactic which the salesmen then admitted to. Not sure how they have 5 star reviews with this kind of service. Would give 0/5 if possible. Stay away unless you like haggling for prices like at car dealerships.

The whole process was fast, efficient, and purposeful. I already knew I wanted the rain gutter screens and the quality of the materials was evident during the home visit. I would pass on this contact for sure.

Leaf filter came out and put leaf filters on my existing gutters. The job was done in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable service members.
Jessie was especially personable and left a remarkably clean work area.

The sales person (Jacob) was an outstanding representative for your company and product. We spent 2 hours discussing all aspects of your product. Leaf Filter is heads and shoulders in quality and value for the money. The warranty is also outstanding and I was extremely please with the price the Jacob gave me and to top it off the product was installed the next day. Unbelievable customer service.

The service technician was extremely professional and did a fantastic job installing my new gutters and Leaf Filters. My gutters look amazing and I don’t have to worry about cleaning them out or my old ones leaking water on my foundation. I am very happy I chose Leaf Filter.

Very professional. I’m looking forward to never having to clean my gutters again, or to have pine needles and other debris build up so much that it clogs the down spot. Just takes another hassle out of life. Definitely recommend.
