We have had the guards on our gutters for a year now and they really are maintenance free. We haven't had any issues with them. Nicole was great at explaining everything and setting us up. Installation was quick. We referred this company to our mother who is getting them installed as well! Highly recommend.

Today I purchased the Leaf Filter system and I am very pleased with the product but more so very pleased with Nicole and Chris! I had Gutter Helmet for years and was never pleased with that product! I am so excited to get my new system!!

The price was right but the real selling point was Mike who seemed like a real genuine honest salesman who simply explained everything and why things were the way they were and what he could do to help our situation. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. A standup guy.

6 years after installation, I encountered an issue with the gutter covers over the front porch. The company responded super courteous, painless, quick, and efficient to resolve the issue by replacing the parts. One can be assured the product is being taken care of, as advertised under warranty, even years after installation!

A representative came out to evaluate our problem and the installers came within the week the replace an old gutter. However it has not corrected the problem. I will be calling Leaf filter to see if they can correct the problem. Initially I would give them 4 stars. everyone was nice and efficient.

I made an appointment to get a quote good for a year and ended up having LeafFilter put in gutter guards the following day. The job (badly needed) was completed in one day by an experienced and helpful technician. I'm very happy with the result and relieved to know that my gutters under assault by a ton of falling leaves and acorns right now are protected. I highly recommend this company!

LeafFilter responded quickly to our request for an estimate and then was able to actually do the install the next day! But none of that matters if it is not an excellent product and that was the real selling point. The materials the salesman had to show us and the knowledge he had about the product and the company were convincing. The final piece was the lifetime guarantee. If a company is willing to do that, I trust that they have an exceptional product and I believe LeafFilter is just that. The warranty is even transferable if you sell your house.

The presentation on how it works, and the showing of how the other companies guard systems worked. I felt that leaf gutters was the best option.

We needed out gutters cleaned out and a few areas repaired. Initial thought was this is extremely expensive just for cleaning and guards installed, however, I can not do it so we moved forward with the job. Installers came and had all the gutters cleaned out and guards put on pretty quickly. Not sure it's worth $10K or work. I have four downspouts that needed extensions installed so that the water runs from the downspout to the gutter and not just running down my shingles. Installer told my wife they'd be back in two days to complete the job, well it has been a week and no one has called me back or showed up to complete the job. Major mistake on our part, we should not have paid until the full job was completed. They did install a elbow piece on my downspout, so when it rains the water is shooting of my roof into the yard. Also, the phone number they give out is to some asian scam for gift cards and has nothing to do with Leaf Filter. I have found a number that does work, and will continue to call until someone comes and finishes the work I was quoted.

After several phone calls, two voicemails, we now assume the job isn't getting finished. Downspouts are still not fastened to the house and they have not been connected to the lower gutters. With one still having an elbow installed for who knows why? The last storm water actually shoots off the roof into our yard. For the price paid, it seems now that our attorney needs to be involved.

I'm going to be fair here. I feel that this company did some good work, but I will not deny that there were also some issues, mostly with the sales staff promising things that the install team could not deliver. I had been turned down flat by two previous companies because the house was too tall and the houses in my neighborhood too close together for them to do the work without a lift, which apparently, no gutter company in the area has, is willing to rent, or uses. Leaf Filter's salesperson said they could do a FULL replacement on my gutter system, in spite of having a three story house with the nearest neighbor less than 5 feet away. Assured me that if they couldn't use said neighbor's roof to access mine, they could tie off from the chimney and get it done. Install team shows up, and turns out, the sales team over-promised on what the install team could deliver. They did have to use my neighbor's roof to access mine, which my neighbors allowed, but weren't exactly enthusiastic about. As a result of the issues, a number of the downspouts were unable to be replaced. The company discounted the original quote for the work they couldn't do. The install team did a good job, and connected what they could replace to what they couldn't and provided a warranty on the full job. No complaints there. While there were some minor issues with the install team (one of the installers reported to work with an injury on day 1, and I don't know whether it was stubbornness on the part of the individual, or something involving the company leave policy), turning a 1 day job into a 2 day job, overall, it went well. I would absolutely use this company again, but beware of the promises of salesmen who don't have to climb on a roof themselves.

Spent $11,000 for leaf filter. One month later, my gutter was leaking! The leaf filter repair man shows up, goes up on the roof and tells me that the gutters are clogged and the original installation was done poorly. He tells me the supervisor will call me that day to arrange reinstall BUT so far no call! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Service was outstanding and product functions as advertised. When we had an issue with the gutter leaking, they fixed it for free. We are very happy with the service.

When leaf filter came to our house to see what all we would need he was super nice and didn't try to over sell us. When the installation crew came it was raining the entire time and if the rescheduled I would have understood. They complained the job and they did it in a timely manner

Price started at 10,000. I said I thought that was about 3 to 4 times more than I thought it would be.
Then the sales guy said...OH...we have a special going on that takes 2200 bucks off, so it would only be 7800. I said nope.
Oh...he said...we can use pieces from open boxes from other jobs...and that would reduce it even further...so...now it would only be 3500.
I don't care if it was 1000,
I don't do business with people who sell this way.

A LeafFilter sales person sold me what the company calls a "clean and reseal" job, which the sales person assured me would include the repair of several problematic features of my gutter system. Chief among these were re-hanging the gutters to more fully capture the runoff from the roof. I asked the salesman pointblank if these repairs were included, and he said "yes absolutely." When the contractor arrived weeks later, it turned out he was not informed of these repairs and was unprepared and unable to complete them. He proceeded to do the basic components of the job, and spent a couple of hours adding some silicone caulk and a handful of nails to my system. I called LeafFilter and the salesman several times while the contractor was onsite to try and figure what went wrong and resolve the issue, but was unable to get through to anyone.

I never heard from the salesman again, but LeafFilter informed that the promised repairs were not part of the package I purchased, despite what the salesman told me. I was billed over $3000 for this "service" and only refunded a third of that, despite being lied to. Moreover, the business refused to provide me a breakdown/itemization of the cost of such a project to justify the price. I would never have agreed to this "service" if it had been represented honestly and accurately. I filed a complaint the BBB, but LeafFilter still refuses to make things right.

As if that wasn't enough, as soon as fall/winter weather began, it became clear the cleaning and sealing performed by the contractor was subpar at best. There are several seams of the gutter system (the most obvious places to attend to for a sealing project) that continue to produce icicles, leak water create ice patches on the sidewalk, and expose my foundation to runoff that should be directed to the downspouts. One area in particular still resembles an all out waterfall when it's raining! The system is in no better condition than before LeafFilter sent a contractor to fix it up.

I called LeafFilter to resolve this, and they have repeatedly screwed up the scheduling, first canceling after the agreed upon window passed, and then showing up more than 2 hours before the agreed upon window while I wasn't home. Once or twice, I can understand this kind of thing, but LeafFIlter demonstrates a pattern of unprofessionalism, poor communication, and manipulation. This company is incompetent at best, and malicious in my opinion and experience. I can't speak to the quality of their product, but their business practice and service system seems only set up to extract money from people. I do not recommend anyone engage this company and encourage it's subcontractors to sever their professional partnerships. You can do better!

Total sales gimmick, gave my aunt a quote of 27k yes $27,000 She told them no way I can't afford that, and after high pressure sales tactics from leaffilters salesman he said well how about if we can do the job for $13,000....She told them no thanks!!!! In the end she had everything done soffit, fascia gutters downspouts and a leaf guard system by a licensed PA contractor for half the price of Leaf filters final quote...

Wonderful strong products and great installers to accurately install them. I am very well satisfied with LeafFilter Gutter both in materials used and staff that did the installation. The sale to me was not pushed at me either which I appreciated immediately!

I had my leaf filter gutter system installed several years ago. It has performed flawlessly. The service issue was due to a tree falling on my roof and damaging about 10 feet of my cutter. I contacted leaf filter and they promptly send out a service representative to provide me with an estimate which was very reasonable. On the day of the scheduled repair, the 2 person team came out when scheduled. They were incredibly polite and helpful. They removed the entire front gutter, salvaged my leaf filter panels, fabricated a new seamless aluminum gutter for the front of my house, and reinstalled the leaf filter. The repair was beautiful. Best part is the entire repair was completed in less than 2 hours. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Happy with all aspects connected to leaf filter. Comes with a lifetime warranty. Price is a little steep but I am happy to be worry free with leaves accumulating on my roof and clogging my gutters.

Enjoy never having to get the ladder out and clean out those gutters. This does what it says it does even with whirlybirds flying all over. Good product and I'd buy it again. Thanks Leaf Filter.

The claim they clean your gutters, relevel them, seal them, install new brackets, and then put the leaf filter covers on them. What they actually did was screwed only half the new brackets to the house, did not mount them to the gutters at all, did not touch the old brackets, did not clean the gutters because old roofing nails are clearly still in the gutters, they dropped their hardware loosely into the gutters, and then slapped the covers on. In all only performing maybe 25% of the work they were hired to do. THIS IS FRAUD!!

We did not use this company's product, but are reviewing purely on the estimate/sales. We brought out LeafFilter for an estimate (along with several other companies). Arrival was timely and checking out the house went fine. Things went very much downhill towards the end when the salesperson (Eric) started telling us about the product and the final pricing. It was 100% a sales pitch and I understand that, but I feel that all of the conversations we had were essentially used only to get us hooked into the product and he spent half the time disparaging other products. For everything we needed, the proposed cost was over $4,700. We had made the mistake of telling him an estimate from another company, which was closer to $2,150 for the same work and very similar product. Somehow, after Eric found some random coupons, trivial reasons to lower the price (lawn sign, writing a review, signing today, etc.), and calling someone else (checking with management), the price was lowered to $2,100. WHAT?!? How on Earth can they consider charging over twice as much initially when they can bring the price down considerably in the end? Why was the initial estimate so high? What quality, if any, is being removed because of the price reduction? Why even bring up a much larger price? If we didn't have a previous estimate, would we simply have been charged the larger amount if we went with LeafFilter and, essentially screwed out of over $2.5k? The entire sales pitch came across as very pressure-driven. Without even talking to each other, my partner and I decided a hard pass even before the pitch was done. The entire process made us feel uneasy and, frankly, it came across as a very sleazy business practice. Would not recommend whatsoever. The product itself *seems* good, which is why the 2 stars, but the sales portion and sketchy business practice definitely left wanting a more quality company to deal with.

They advertise that you will never need to clean your gutters again. But they don't tell you about cleaning the leaf filter. The leaf filter will clog with leaves and seeds just like your gutters did. They offered a cleaning service of $80 a year to clean the filter....but I could have paid that to just clean the gutters. The gutters were not repitched and sealed as advertised. I still have a leak even after a second visit. Under perfect circumstances, with no leaves or seeds affecting the flow of water, leaf filter cannot handle a heavy rain. Water overflows and now I need to run a dehumidifier in my basement. I did not need to do that prior to installation. If you don't like climbing ladders, you have two options. Pay somebody to clean your gutters or pay for leaf filter, then pay for somebody to clean that. I had leaf filter installed 3 years ago and found it to be a pointless investment.

I had 5 missing screens first installed by Leaf Filter. They had blown over the back hill, and I didn't even know they were missing until I had a roofer check my roof since I was having some problems on the roof from wind damage. He told me about the missing screens. Leaf Filter came within a couple days and fixed the problem.

We had a very good experience with this company. Very responsive and the salesman (Jason) worked with us very much. Installers (The Twins) who completed the install are an asset to your company. Great working with your company and thank you for the professionalism throughout our whole experience.

All I will say is buyer beware. We were promised gutter cleaning, sealing, alignment, and installation of their product. We were told never having to cliimb on a ladder again. We were promised leakproof gutters. We got none of that. I can not get anyone to return a call. I am an inch away from starting legal actions against this company for fraudulent sales pitches and no help after install. They lie to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Do research from those of us who already purchased this product... stay away and put your money into something better.
