Troy, at Gibson HVAC is great to deal with, shows up on time and does excellent work. He takes time to answer questions and explains things very good. If you need any heating and ac work, I will highly recommend him. I have had him work on a heat pump and an oil furnace. Very satisfied with both.

Very responsive and dependable! Great customer service. Have had an install/replacement completed in the past. Recently, had my AC go out in the peak of summer, of course, I didn't find out until I got home from work that evening.Troy responded immediately and had it fixed the next morning! Highly recommend!

Troy and Gibson HVAC are the best! We moved to Virginia 5 years ago and shortly after had to have work done on our heat and air system. Fortunately, Troy was the first I reached out to and we’ve had to have him out a few times over the years. He always gets here quickly and has been fantastic at diagnosing and fixing whatever issues we’ve had. I’ll never use anyone else.

As in the past Troy Gibson was very responsive and responded to our needs in a timely manner. He quickly diagnosed the problem, retrieved the items needed to make the repair, completed the job in a professional, and timely manner. Our AC was up and running in just a little over an hour. We are so thankful for Troy and, yes,we have him on speed-dial. He is a rarity in the Tappahannock area, as it is extremely difficult to find individuals to fulfill one's needs.

Gibson answered my call and came out quickly - in less than an hour since they were close. They cleaned my AC drain lines in just a few minutes and checked the unit in the attic for problems. Prices were very reasonable.

AC broke down Sunday evening and Gibson HVAC had it fixed Monday morning. Very responsive, professional service at a reasonable price. Thank you Gibson HVAC.

Living in the country you usually have to wait a couple days to get something looked at, but one call to Gibson Heating and Air was all it took. Called them in the middle of a heatwave, he came out within 4 hours and fixed my unit. Safe to say, I found my new AC guy. Thanks for your help getting my system straight

Absolutely amazing service and experience. I have had issues with my A/C for 6 years now. Every other company put a bandage on it only to have the same issue the next year. Troy was amazing to work with, very knowledgeable and made the best recommendation based on our needs. Rick went above and beyond in the 90 degree heat to get our new unit installed. You guys were amazing and I cannot thank you enough. My home has never been so cool and efficient! Highly recommend Gibson HVAC! Troy and Rick…..You guys rock!

Troy has serviced my heat pump for years, he replaceed my heat pump in my rental house. I recomended him to a neighbor and he got her a new heat pump installed and she is happy with it. He comes when you call and he tries to work within your budget.
