Alan & Craig came out for the first time yesterday to do gutters & windows. What a fantastic job they did ! Windows sparkle and gutters (now) flow. So happy our neighbor across the street found them. We have always had our windows washed, but never like they did. Great friendly, happy and cooperative guys. Alan has been with Grato for years, but Craig was brand new...but so well trained, you would never know that.

We hired Grato Property Care to do some work at our parents' home. They pressure washed the home, sidewalks, patios, and driveway. They also cleaned the windows, a skylight, and the gutters. They gave a very reasonable quote for 3 days worth of landscaping, trimming lots of overgrown shrubs, creating new beds with crisp edging around the house, decorative stone along our front steps, and mulch. Then on day 4, I had the entire house, sidewalk and driveway pressure washed and windows cleaned. I received timely updates throughout the entire project and everything came out amazing! Before the appointment, I was sent a price list upfront and I was aware of all costs involved with a personalized estimate. When Josh showed up to the house, he took time to go over the items I was hoping to get cleaned— he was fair and honest in telling me what to expect.

Grato was wonderful. They did a great job delicately pressure washing the brick of my 1880 house... not sure it had been cleaned in 140 years.

Most importantly was his consideration of my neighbors. I live in the city, so most contractors bug me with where they should park. Not only did he not do that with his truck+trailer, but he spoke with a neighbor whose driveway he was partially obstructing and ensured that they were okay with it and he would move when needed. Can't beat that!

I had contacted Josh at Grato Property Care to clean my gutters as the fall was approaching and I needed to take care of some of my home maintenance. Nowadays, I have gotten used to paying big money for a lackluster job performance and poor attention to detail. However, I was extremely surprised by the quality and attentiveness of Grato Property Care. He was easy to work with in setting up a time for the job and was punctual in his arrival. He took his time and was very thorough in his cleaning and even gave me before and after pics to show how much of a mess it was before hand. Beyond that, he pressure flushed my french drains and afterwards, the flow was much improved. As we walked around my house, he gave me helpful advice on the care of my bushes as he does all kinds of property care. Unlike many people I have worked with he comes off as genuinely honest and hard working. I have only great things to say about Josh and would certainly recommend him!

Just had Grato Property Care help us at our home. Josh and his crew came in at our convenience, and did a wonderful job cleaning up our property and installing more mulch. They also took out three holly bushes that weren’t looking nice anymore. That area was raked and reseeded beautifully.
