Excellent service. Very prompt and committed. Spent almost day and off without tiring, very very dedicated. Will recommend everyone to contact Tom if needed.

We are camping at Yogi Bear Park at Mill Run, PA and are fridge quit keeping temp, called Rapid and they sent someone out quickly. Make a long story short Tom came out the next day did some deeper checking found a problem and we now have cold food. Randy, on the phone in the office, went above and beyond to find us a new fridge just in case. Tom and Randy both get 10 stars from us.

We pulled into a Harvest Host in Latrobe, PA and I was directing my husband into a parking spot. I picked up half a bolt that appeared for have fallen from out 44ft Fifthwheel. Turned out it was a wet bolt from the suspension so now we were in trouble. I googled RV Repair facilities near me and Rapid Family Rental and Repair popped up. We called Tom and explained our situation. He recognized our dilemma and said he would go look to see if he had our part. He had a part and came out to our site and in short order had it fixed. We are back on track with our trip! The price was very reasonable and Tom is very knowledgeable. What a great guy to just drop what he was doing to help us out!

I am not one to write reviews without actual experience but this company deserves so much more.. for once I wish I didn’t have a fix-it-myself boyfriend because this would be the company I call!

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner Mr. Tal. Very friendly, very personable and honest. He was very quick to steer me in the right direction of what my options would be. He was willing to jump right in while my boyfriend was out of town and I was having a serious issue with bees. (I’m allergic to them)

Thankfully my boyfriend is on his way home so unfortunately I was not in need of their services but I won’t hesitate to give them a call when something comes up!

We had what ended up being a blown convertor. Rapid Family RV was not only quick to respond but also only one of two who got right back to us QUICKLY! Very professional, very reasonable, and extremely helpful in finding a solution fast! Highly recommend this business and Ryan for anything RV related. My husband's coworkers who have all blown a convertor at some point were all surprised at how quickly Ryan was able to fix our problem and the extremely fair pricing. We were even able to schedule in two "while you're here" issues that we had been putting off/didn't know how to do ourselves. In the future, we would drive the three hours to them for service.

Rapid Family RV was great for our mobil repair on one of our ac units that was only blowing warm air. I sent them a message on Facebook at 8pm and they responded within 30 minutes saying Ryan their service manager would be in contact first thing the next morning. Ryan called first thing and sent out a mobil tech within the hour. Mobil tech tested the unit and it was toast, bad compressor. Ryan contacted the warranty company and received approval for the replacement and ordered the new unit. New unit arrived Monday afternoon and Ryan and his tech Cody did the install on Tuesday morning. Ryan kept me informed the whole process. I cannot thank him enough for this repair and will definitely use Rapid Family RV for all my future needs. A++.

This place was kind enough to come out on a snowy Saturday to rescue us when our winnebago transmission line broke. Tom took the time to repair the line, and when that didn't get us going he took it upon him self to help us find a place to stay for the night and took us there. What great customer service!!!!

The water heater in my camper was not working. Tom from Rapid Family RV answered my call on the second ring (In December, no less). Within 24 hours, he had his mobile repair truck at the camper, troubleshooting the water heater. Tom showed great patience, expertise and professionalism throughout the ordeal. The fix became more complicated than we originally thought. Tom went above and beyond to find and fix more than one problem and then meticulously cleaned up his work area. His positive attitude and superb customer service are commendable!! I highly recommend Rapid Family RV Service and Rental.

Great service, worked very well with my extended warranty to replace the roof top AC that quit 3 days out of the factory warranty. All work was done on time as promised. I highly recommend using them for all needed repairs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Tom came all the way up above 80 for a mobile on-site warranty repair for our Forrest River park model camper. He did a FANTASTIC job! He was very professional, worked seamlessly with our warranty department, and when there was an issue he could not get resolved that day with the manufacturer (after hours), he went back to his shop (2+ hrs away), did more research and contacted the manufacturer again and came back to complete the job. He didn't just give up like many repair services do. He kept in contact with us to let us know he was getting the answers he needed and he returned promptly, within two business days, with the answers he needed from both the manufacturer and the warranty department - which was great since the warranty department will not reimburse unless all the ducks are in a row and he was very good about making sure he complied so we can get our reimbursement. His fees are very fair, especially considering he does not charge mileage or repeat service calls for follow-up on the same job. And he was super nice to work with, great personality and very considerate.

We just got home from a weekend trip to Keystone Raceway for a drag racing event for my daughter. After searching around for a rental place that would drop a camper at the track for us, we came across Rapid Family. My husband called and spoke to Tom who helped us pick the right camper and quoted us a price. My husband advised him at that time he would speak to me and get back to him. I was skeptical about renting from a place and trusting that the camper would be there, and be nice, when we needed it to be. Let me tell you, it was the best decision we have ever made while traveling.

From the moment Tom arrived on site with the camper, I was completely thrilled with the experience. The areas were tight and Tom and my husband were able to figure out the perfect spot for the camper that still allowed room for the other racers around us. We expected that he would place it, level it, and be on his way. That is not the case with this company.

Tom set everything up including the outdoor rug and chairs. He went over the amount of water we had and he stated we would probably run out Saturday but not to worry because he would bring us more. Sure enough, Saturday morning we ran out and Tom was there within an hour with more. The inside is beautiful and has everything you could ever need. I had brought pots, pans, sheets, towels, etc with us and we did not have to use anything we brought. It even has a meat thermometer for cooking on the outdoor griddle. The beds are comfortable, the recliners are amazing (they’re heated for those chilly nights!) and the bathroom is very spacious.

Overall our weekend was fantastic and one of the biggest reasons is our experience with Tom and Rapid Family RV. We will definitely use them again if we have to return the area and would recommend them to anyone looking to just show up and camp. It was above and beyond our expectations.

He set us up at our campsite, complete with fresh flowers - first stack of wood for fire - fresh and embroidered linens - outdoor rug and chairs set - A/C on and fired up! We enjoyed the ease of the vacation as the camper is COMPLETELY stocked and spacious. Brand new and state of the art!

A+ plus service! My camper needed intensive structural repairs to TWO slides. The Rapid family got my camper in for the work quicker than I expected, and the work was completed as promised and on time. Could not be happier with the repair and service I received!

First class operation. Pulled in to the welcoming feeling of the tiki torches being lit the fire pit being ready, and all you had to do was light it… and even the popcorn maker was ready to go… The bed was amazingly comfortable… the rug was laid out with the chairs being set up… All the linens or first class… Everything was very clean very highly recommended… Would use them again… The owners Tom and Brandy actually showed up the next morning to get our contract because we arrive later that evening and and didn’t want us to have to travel any further… They were really great people to work with… Can’t wait to use their services again… Thanks Rapid Family RV for an amazing, stress free weekend!!

We utilized Rapid Family RV for a week long camping rental and I can’t say enough positive things about the experience. The camper was immaculate with special touches to make their guest feel at home. Customer service from the beginning of the stay until the end was top notch. I will definitely be utilizing their services again and I highly recommend them!

Rapid Family RV is a life saver. I'm a full-time student living in my travel trailer and had a refrigerator die on me. I got their business card in a local gas station. Tom was an amazing guy to work with. he diagnosed the problem on site as I was unable to move the trailer. Then just a few days later there he was pulling up the drive with a brand-new fridge. They really treat you like family. Even if you're an Hour or more drive from their Mcchesneytown-Loyalhanna location, Rapid Family RV Has your Back.

We called as we had a issue with our electronic leveler on camper as we was camping. Tom was great.. he said what was needed, quoted price and came out next day to fix. He was very friendly. Would recommend Rapid FamilyRVRrntal for your needs.

I was stuck at Uniontown KOA with an electrical issue with my 2015 Winnabego, Tom came out at 7:00 at night found my problem ,located the part I needed that night and we were back on the road the next morning. Great service.

Good morning. Recently (8/23) I visited a rv campground with a friend. Upon arriving, I found that she needed brakes on her 2001 Greyhawk. Luckily, the campground had a business card for Rapid Family RV and I gave them a call. From the jump street, I was impressed with their professionalism on the phone. I was also blown away that Tom scheduled an appointment to assist us that day and, kept in contact with me throughout the day to keep me apprised of obtaining parts and meeting the agreed upon time for our service. Once there, Tom handled the job in a relatively short period of time. I also appreciated that his prices were reasonable and fair. If I ever break down in the Pittsburgh area, first call will go to this company to see if it is within their service area. High praises to them!

Rented one of their campers for a weekend. Rapid Family RV had it all squared away and ready to use at the campground. Just showed up, walked in, enjoyed the weekend without any worries or work to setup/teardown. The camper was spotless, AC on when arrived, also included kitchen utensils, towels, and other amenities that most hotels rooms have. Awesome experience and will be renting again for sure!!!

Tom and his crew worked on my 1993 Toyota/winnebago camper for about 3 days and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for any service work.
