Not only did the two gentlemen work around a very rainy weather pattern for several days and continue to keep communication with us, but they were professional and amazing at their jobs. I would use this company again and again especially because of the great team that did the work.

I had my driveway pavers, cleaned, sanded and sealed by Top Notch Pressure Washing. They did a very good job, with quality materials. I was given a schedule, and both Zach and Evan, followed the schedule, and kept me informed of their progress. I would recommend them for any project in their expertise.

Top Notch just did a soft wash on my house and detached garage, and they were fantastic! After scheduling my original appointment, I added several additional services including roof wash, porch wash, sidewalk power wash, and washing all 19 windows. Multiple times they updated my service without any hesitation. They were easy to contact and schedule, plus, they showed up when they said they would! Communication was great. Evan was the main technician and he was training Dom. Both were very nice and more than respectful and informative. I will absolutely be using them in the future, and recommend them to everyone!

When the insurance company sent a letter requiring my elderly parents get the moss cleaned off of their roof, I didn't know where to turn. I found these guys, and Zach was great! He squeezed us in the minute he had a cancellation, kept me informed of exactly when he would be there, did a little extra job for my parents by unclogging a gutter on a different building on the property, supplied me with plenty of pics for the insurance company. 5 stars all around, my parents are very happy, thank you!

My wife hired them to clean and seal our concrete driveway. I knew it was dirty but I was surprised to see how big of a difference it was after they were finished. Evan with Top Notch came to do Fall gutter cleaning. He was friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned off the front deck and back patio when the gutters were finished. I have a small ranch house, and could hear him walking front to back all over the roof, so I feel assured he did a thorough job. I asked for a quote for power washing and roof cleaning to possibly get done before the weather turns too cold here.

Top Notch was the second power washing company that I made an appointment with. The first balked at my request for insurance info so I moved on. Top Notch answered every question and provided proof of insurance immediately. The workman was professional, helpful, and courteous. He did a walk-around, answered questions, explained the process and materials used, and helped to carry my wicker furniture off of the front porch. He asked if he could take before and after photos and I gave permission since light colored siding shows the positive effects of a good cleaning. There were a few spots that needed the attention of a scrub brush and now they are sparkling clean. I am completely satisfied, so appreciative of the professional and kind attitude and ability of Evan, and the price was very reasonable. I wish Top Notch Pressure Washing Services the very best and recommend them without reservation.
