Erie Home Roofing left me with a wonderful experience due to the excellent customer service by the field rep. Logan to say the least, and absolute job well done by the installers. My roof is beautiful! Thanks to all who participated in making it happen!

Happy with workers arrived earlier in morning and working thru evening. Worked hard and courtesy to me was great!

Started next day and it took 2.5 days to finish apply new roof.

Elie installation manager was right there when I was concerned about rain as it looked like rain was close to to fall from sky, he called in the troops and got roof covered with rain prof membrane!
Save me from nervous breakdown!

My experience with Erie Home was absolutely first rate. Other roofing companies wouldn't even answer their phone and Erie responded within a few minutes. The salesman was out instantly and we were able to come to an agreement as everything was described in detail, including the materials, the workmanship and the time involved.
It took only two days to complete the new roof. Other companies might be cheaper but the quality is not there. I got a 50 year warranty and I couldn't be happier. I recommend this company highly.

My wife & and I are extremely happy with the with the whole experience. Daniel (field Rep) was right on time. He measured house & shop. The bid was very reasonable. I was contacted by Eli (instillation Manager) to arrange a time and date. They showed up on time, in early morning. They completed both building & cleaned up in one day.
The Roofs look great. Many neighbors have stop by to say how nice it looks.
We were call by Chris (office administrator) to see if we were happy.

Extremely high pressure sales tactics. Salesman John even insulted me when I didn't want to sign. Salesman Gage was very professional. John would not leave us our quote or the inspection form. Looks like a great product, but I will never recommend a company that uses those tactics. Buyer beware

Excellent customer service. Beautiful product. We had the barrel roof installed. Project manager super responsive. Home and solar shed roofs installed in three days. Unparalleled warranty that enhances the value of our property and provides piece of mind. No more roofs ever! They did an excellent job. A day and a half to take care of everything. Two layers of old shingles had to come off. Roof cleaned up real nice. Underlayment went on then the shingles the next day. Great job
Cleaned up after themselves and made sure nothing was left behind. All of them were very nice and friendly. Very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Erie Homes.

Our new roof is amazing. Definitely recommend Erie Construction. The project manager visited to see the progress and answer any questions we had. The installers were very polite and knowledgeable. They did an awesome job at the end of the day cleaning up the debris. We couldn’t be more happier.

First the co has an a+ rating. They came in did a through inspection along with pictures. Explained everything. Kept us informed of progress and were always there for questions and information.

I was referred to Erie Roofing from Doug who works at Big Bully Turf. He said his friend Jon Renk works at Erie Roofing and they''re really good. After several months of dealing with an unprofessional roofing company I decided to give Erie Roofing a try.
From start to finish, nothing but success. Paul Scott is great; he kept me posted to - we need more people like him. Not to mention I'm doing this all for my mother because her husband who is now deceased wanted her to live comfortably in their first home they purchased together and to keep it in the family.

I have recently gone through the process of getting a new roof done with Erie Homes.
The first is the Sales portion. Erie homes have three options: fiber, clay, and their specialty metal roof materials. The presentations are nice and detailed.You then are informed of the cost and warranties that each one is given. There was nothing out of the ordinary with this section. The two sales staff who came out were polite and nice.
The second section is the installation process. I was informed it could take up to two weeks for my 1300 square foot home. I live in Bullhead City Arizona where all projects seem to be an adventure. I was originally informed that the job would take about two weeks to complete and the team would need to drop off a dumpster. The construction crew came on a Monday and pulled up a dump truck and park where the crew had easy access to it. They did create a mess each day but cleaned up after each day's worth of work. On the third day they were done and were very thorough with picking up the roof debris. A week later I still haven't found any nails or other debris.
In conclusion the experience went well. I would say the roofing crew is where the process shines. We are assigned Paul as our point of contact. He made sure everything stayed on track and was available to answer any of my questions. The big question is would I recommend Erie Homes to friends, neighbors, and family. The answer would be yes they did an excellent job. The roof on the house makes it stick out for the right reasons on the block.

We got bids from 3 other roofing companies, but Erie Home was the most professional, had the highest quality materials and the best warranty. They did the job quickly, answered all of our questions and left the job site clean. I would recommend Erie Home for any roofing project.

Rep came out to the house late for his appointment by over an hour then he proceeded to try to get us to reschedule the appointment saying that it will take maybe 1 or 2 hours. When we said that was ok, he went to method two to try to get of the appointment. He clearly had better things to do or he was pre-judging us as he proceeded to tell us how expensive the roofing was going to be and how he didn't want to waste our time. Horrible experience. I can't believe this guy has a job when so many people are struggling right now and this guy gets to ride around showing up late to appointments and trying to discourage sales for his company. Must be a nice gig!

After many weeks of searching for a company to repair my roof on my house I chose Erie Home to do the job. They removed two layers of shingle tiles and replaced it with premium fiberglass shingles with a 30 year warranty. They also replaced and painted all my old air vents and repaired any roof damage before installing their tiles. I was very pleased with their professionalism and integrity. Amazingly completed and cleaned up in two days. I would highly recommend Erie Home for your next home project.

Erie has been faithful to the advertising that enticed my initial contact; my first introduction was via Facebook. The material applied to my roof is top quality and experienced laborers installed it beautifully. Communication is truly exemplary as in best of old school habits - thorough and timely. I will recommend their quality to friends and those in my community.

Amazing company. The roof looks amazing! They are completely up front, honest, and in touch with you through the whole process. Paul answers every time I call no matter the day or time and will answer any question I have. That is customer service at its finest and you just don't get that very often these days. Wonderful working with this Co. From start to finish customer service was awesome. I didnt want to keep playing with the roof that keeps slowly disappearing in these winds and with 2 inspections later " missing shungles was not my issue". So, I purchased their fiberglass shingle roof. Sales to the roofers to their management teams hands down are the best. Treated the property with respect they had really bad winds when it came time to tear it off. They were very courteous of my neighbors as well as best they could. Shingle pieces were everywhere after mother nauture intervened. They did their best and reached out to the neighbors to pick up their back and side yards. I was very comfortable with the process and confident this roof will last me as indicated 35 yrs but HONESTLY I am expecting more TBH. They replaced many boards, gave me proper roof ventalation ( I didn't have any- the attic was scorching during the summers I guess) installed proper flashings and covered all pipes that existed with correct seals rather than dripping in the attic. Yes, they went to the attic- very thorough inspection. All the costs were up front, no hidden surprises on the finished side. If you want a roof that will last - call them up, they will not disappoint you. The customer is taken care of ask them anything, concerns, ect. They will get you the answers. I had a great experience. The salesman was prompt and professional. He was knowledgeable about roofing and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel pressure or rushed to make a decision. The timeline to schedule work is reasonable.

Chris was on time and super informative! I have been looking around for a few quotes for my roof and he made the whole process feel super smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone that’s looking for roofs!

let me tell you Chris comes to your house pitch a amazing deal product and service makes promises that in the first contract are not as promised then revise the contract
Paul calls and says he is having material delivered then we pay a huge lump sum in cash and 1 day before material is delivered Paul stated he is canceling and cannot complete our roof literally 1 week before install complete breach of their contract we have been dealing with them now for a few months and now we are without a roof thanks to them and there false promises worst company by far very unorganized, and very unprofessional  it appears that they are in a habit from other reviews that they take your money and then cancel on you. Seems almost a scam at this point with them if we don’t get our roof we will be seeking legal action. We are not going to sit here and be ripped off like this!!!!!! Owner comments on this review but got the run around when I called the number sat on hold for over 30 and nothing resolved maybe if I go to the bbb I will get results by the way, when Paul called me, he said it’s OK you Contractor you get the same product it’s just Shingled roof you can buy it Anywhere. So when they come out to sell They promised all this fancy product which turns out to be a basic shingle roof At a high expensive price . Then take your money and leave you high and dry .This company is absolutely Ridiculous.

I am extremely happy with the job Erie Home did. They are very professional and the communication with them throughout the completion of the work. Highly recommend their roofing service.

Updating my review in the last paragraph..Had them out to my house for a quote. I was very clear up front that I was only looking for a quote and not ready to sign anything that day. The salesman was professional and I believe he did a thorough inspection....but he WOULD NOT take no for an answer, even as i was getting more and more irritated. Spent the better part of an hour trying to get me to sign up for various payment plans after I repeatedly told him I wasn't comfortable with the whole process. Total used car salesman vibes. I eventually just told him to pack up and leave.
On 2/29/24 the Las Vegas branch manager called to discuss my experience with the salesman. He listened, was apologetic, and discussed my roofing needs further. With this customer service experience, Erie Home is once again an option for me to consider. Thank you, Erie Home.

Paul the Install Manager of Erie Las Vegas is amazing. Erie installed a roof for a family friend of my Boss with Elevate Restore. They were very impressed with the professionalism and products. Not to mention 30yrs of protection backed by Erie Home.

We were going through an emergency and they were there for us! They were on time, showed up every day, even on the weekends! They made sure we were aware of everything they were going to do before doing it… when they were done they left as if they had never been there… spotless!!! Very respectful crew!

Excellent work! Erie had no problem coming out to my rural area, which is tough to find, for me! Inspection was fast and easy, materials and processes explained expertly. Very happy with the labor and cleanup as well.

I took a total of 1 3/4 day to complete the entire roofing. The crew was professional and respectful of my needs at all times. I have 2 large dogs, and they kept my gates closed at all times. I would highly recommend them to do any and all services.

They came to my house to give me an estimate and the price was stupid high, they quote my house for 90k and when i say I don’t want it somehow the price went from 90k to 62k. They want to push you to sign at same moment‍♂️‍♂️ goo away from these people
