I’m glad I found GI Construction to help renovate my house with new kitchen counters, new flooring, and updating the fire place and both bathrooms. Isaac and his team were great from start to finish, giving good insight and suggestions when I wasn’t quite sure on a couple of ideas. Valentine (PM, I think) was great to work with and all the employees were very professional. They worked quickly and addressed any concerns/questions I had. The price was fair and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

After living in our current home for over 5 years we decided it was finally time to do some remodeling. We decided on the kids bathroom because it was a small enough project and we could see if we loved the company we picked. I set out to get three quotes for the remodel. There was one company that I followed on social media and I enjoyed watching their work. Unfortunately they never got back to me. Another company made the experience impersonal. He requested that I take pictures and send it to him over the phone. And then there was GI construction. They actually contacted me and wanted to meet in person to see the work that we wanted done. Isaac impressed me from the get go with his professional demeanor. Valentin and his team were all amazing. They lined the work area and surrounding areas to make sure they kept the dust to a minimum. Overall I am glad of my experience I had with them and have future projects in mind that will require that GI construction touch of excellence.

We interviewed quite a few contractors and took a chance to go with GI construction. It was the right choice. They are very responsive to our requests and not rushed through or cutting corners like many other construction companies. They asked detailed questions on things like tile size/placement, door handle location, etc. that I wouldn't have thought they would even ask my opinion to ensure they were meeting expectations. Confused with all the contractor hoopla concerning your bathroom remodel? Call Issac at GI. We had a bathroom done on our primary residence in Ohio and it became a nightnare. Took five months to complete and the contractor never worked more than 3.5 hours per day. He was dishonest and we were not happy with the workmanship.
In Vegas we hired GI. The job was done in about three weeks and looks great. Everyday the workers arrived at 7am and worked their butts off. They were actually a pleasure to have around. Each was a “craftsman” that took great pride in what they did. The price was more Than fair exceeded only by the courtesy extended to us by Isaac and his employees. We are very, very pleased we chose Isaac. You will be too.

For my second remodel, we tackled the primary bathroom and closet. GI Construction took the time to understand exactly what I wanted done and they were very thorough in explaining what they could and could not do. I knew exactly what to expect- no surprises. Their bid was less than their competitors & for more extensive work. They got my entire kitchen and bath remodel done in just a few weeks. They are very careful when replacing showers/bathtubs so that you don't end up with leaks behind the walls. If you've ever been faced with the expense of removing dreaded toxic mold growth, you'll appreciate how painstaking GI is in avoiding it. The only thing about them that is negative is that it might take a week for the owner, Isaac, to get back to you when you call for an estimate, but he WILL call you. He does all his own estimates personally rather than sending in a slick salesperson who has no actual knowledge of construction. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic overall experience. Originally had unlicensed individual come in to do the work to save a few bucks. Huge mistake, as the individual abandoned the messed up and unfinished project. GI Construction - January 2024 I do not give 5 star ratings – As a process improvement professional, there is always room for improvement. 4 star is fabulous, but since this is an algorism I will deviate from my norm.

In 2021 I had gone out to bid, only to find out that most construction and supply houses had prices that I found to be unacceptable. Products such as shower heads, faucets and cabinets were priced extremely high, they were also hard to get. So, we put this on hold and did smaller projects; outdoors, flooring, kitchen, etc. to show you we were getting introduced to construction projects.
In October 2023, we went out to bid on renovating our 30-year-old, 2.5 bathrooms in Las Vegas. I reviewed many companies and found 3 that were reviewed well and had no issues with the board of contractors. After review of their costs and discussing how they would work the project, we decided on GI.
They started the work when we had purchased all the materials that we needed to purchase, (shower heads, cabinets, basins, tile for the showers and floors, etc. They started their day at 7 am and worked to 3 PM. They take pride in the work and make sure it is done correctly. As an example, Jose (one of the tile guys) did the main bathroom shower and flooring. He worked his artistry in making it extremely beautiful. He would cut a piece for one of the benches, use it on top and take the other piece he just cut and place it in front, so it was a continuation. He did this on each of the benches and step over in the entrance. Just look closely at the main shower enclosure and you will see the quality.
Problems yes! We were phasing in the project the main bathroom and ½ bath first, then the guest bathroom. After the main bathroom was completed, I turned on the hot water in the glass vessels we had picked out. I was waiting for the water in the shower to get warm. I turned around and saw the water was hot going into the vessel, so I turned it off – I thermal shocked the glass, it broke, fell to the floor, chipped the new tile and generally made things a mess! I called the team manager (Valentin) and told him what had happened, his response was “No problem - We’ll take care of it.” So, I reordered the glass vessels and got them re-installed. The tile I repaired with a chip kit I had used when we had redone the tile the prior year. The other issue we encountered was we lived in the home during the construction. Dust everywhere and constantly cleaning to keep the house livable.
The bottom line to me is the quality of the people that are doing the work and their dedication to the customer’s complete satisfaction is one of the things that made this less arduous. The entire project took 7 weeks; 2 weeks delay due to our buying the wrong products and having to find replacement products. The GI team worked with us, guiding us to right suppliers and helping wherever they could. I will put pictures of GI Construction’s finished work and during the project. Hopefully you will be able to tell their quality.
Just a side note: Valentin and his teams kept this project going Monday thru Friday. They don’t work on the weekends, but pulled a half day on Saturday a couple of times to meet my schedule. I can’t say enough of Valentin’s professionalism! The customer is always in the forefront of his mind, making them feel good, lowering their anxiety about the project.

We hired GI construction to take over a small bathroom remodel of a shower. The first contractor we hired did a horrible job, we lost money and had to terminate his services in the middle of tiling. Issac the owner and Valentin the project supervisor met with us and went over everything step by step giving us confidence that the nightmare construction would be turned around. After searching and obtaining many bids from different construction companies, Isaac with GI Construction provided us with a low cost, complete and solid option that did not hide or leave open any unknown fees. There methods of a simple TI were perfect for our needs as well as saving us thousands on unneeded expenses. I'd personally recommend GI for any project small or big.

Foreman Jorge went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with all the finish work and he and his crew stayed late on a Friday to finish the job. GI construction did a major remodel on my Dad's house in Sun City when I inherited it. It needed major drywall repair and updates. Isaac is half contractor, half counselor and encourages you to enjoy the process and not just look for the end. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend. Valentin (our project manager) was very accommodating as we were out of town for most of the remodel and helped coordinate and pickup materials and kept us informed.

I bought a house and had to remodel my bathrooms, kitchen, floor and paint. In short I had to redo the whole house.
I met with a few contractors and the decision difficult at first, but I'm so happy I chose GI!
Every step was perfect. Isaac explained and helped me build a much more cost efficient proposal by having great ideas that symply met me my needs in a more cost efficient way. He was honest and fun to work with.

My bathroom remodeling project was SAVED by GI Construction.

I originally chose another construction company. The appraiser was professional and nice, also Cheaper than GI Construction. Unfortunately the old saying you pay for what you get decided to teach me another lesson. Partially through the project I noticed their work did not meet the standards they promised. After trying to work with the manager multiple times, we just couldn't get on the same page without him trying to charge me way more than he promised. So I gave up and called GI Construction.

Isaac from GI construction was truly professional. There was no
animosity for starting with another company. He even went on to explain he deals with this situation way to often. Issac and Valentin took the time and energy to understand my desired outcome of the project. Their experience prevented me from making more mistakes purchasing materials that wouldn't fit the style of my bathroom.

Due to Issac and Valentines help, the money I have invested in the bathroom is sure to help add value to my home. With the last company I could see it becoming a bathroom the next owner just wanted to rip out.

GI Construction did a fine job in regards to facilitating the remodeling of our Master Bedroom,
Guest Bedroom, Closets, Walkin Closets, and Laundry Room. Isaac walked us through the process prior to starting . Valentin and his crew worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner and always respected our space as we lived on the property while the project was on going. I recommend this team for all of your construction and remodeling needs. My wife and I look forward to working with GI Constuction again to remodel our kitchen and living spaces.

BATHROOM REMODEL
A friend highly recommended GI Construction. They did an amazing kitchen remodeling job for him. We needed bathroom remodeling -- a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting two guestrooms. It was time to give it a brand new look after our kids left for college. At the time of our estimate, there was only a tub/shower with curtain etc. We wanted something more unique and were hoping to convert that area into a walk-in rain shower with a long bench. We still wanted to have a tub in this bathroom, so we asked about the possibility of expanding the closet and installing a new tub in that area with a new window addition.
We met with Jack and his team who were very professional and understanding of our exact needs. GI Construction also provided an option to use 3D modeling to see exactly how our vision would look. We were happy to have made that choice. We were pleasantly surprised our dream design was possible. Jack and his team helped us make all the material and accessory choices for our bathroom remodeling project. We got a very positive vibe from all the GI Construction staff and decided not to shop around for another company estimate. We were impressed not only by their knowledge and expertise, but with how they truly cared about every aspect of our project.
During the remodeling the crew couldn’t have been more courteous of our privacy and needs. It was all a positive experience. It was exciting to see the day-to-day results and to be able to contact our project manager any time with any questions. The project was completed right on schedule. The office staff was efficient with paperwork relating to our project -- very friendly and professional.
Today we are so happy with our new guest Jack and Jill bathroom remodel. It has all the features of a five star hotel bathroom. Now we can have our out of town family and guests stay with us comfortably. The guest bathroom is now more luxurious than our master bathroom so that might be next on the agenda!
