Our project manager was absolutely outstanding and a pleasure to deal with and he was in communication with us every step of the way.

The “before” pictures show a dated kitchen and living space with dark tones and heavy tile. The “after” shows what Jerezee is capable of: clean lines, light oak flooring, custom shelving, integrated lighting, and a kitchen that could be in a design magazine.

And honestly, these photos don’t even do it justice.

Five stars is not enough for me to recommend Jerezee construction. From the moment we met llan, we were very impressed, the initial walk-through he gave us some great ideas we hadn't thought about, and when he came back with his quote, it was presented in such a professional way, broken down to individual items with full descriptions on what would be done. This is the first time we've ever done any significant remodeling and did not know what to expect because so many times you hear horror stories, but that is not the case with this company. The work was done and in the timeframe promised, the communication between our "team" was amazing and kept everybody updated and in the loop of everything that was going on. All of that aside what makes Jerezee Construction so special I think is that they don't just have a bunch of workers who are qualified to do everything, they have masters of their trade, specializing in each aspect of the job. The person who does tile, that is all he does, and you can tell by the quality of his work that he takes pride in his job as do the rest of the people who worked on our bathroom. Everybody has a specialty and the quality of work is impeccable. We were also impressed with how well everything was communicated on a daily basis. Every evening we would receive a text message telling us who was coming and at what time the next day. If ever we had a question we would send a message to the group and within minutes we would have a reply. I really can't say enough wonderful things about Jerezee Construction other than I can't wait to get started on the next project in the house with them.

November 2024 – June 2025
This was my first experience working with a construction company on a home improvement project. Typically, my husband and I handle renovations ourselves, but what began as a simple shower update gradually evolved into a full primary bathroom remodel.

We first met with Jerezee’s Construction on November 20th, when they visited our home to assess the project. Dor A.e, a project manager with the company, was our main point of contact. He listened carefully to our concerns about the deteriorating shower tile in our primary bathroom. Given that our home is older—and that most of the primary bathrooms in our development share a similar layout—Dor offered thoughtful suggestions for maximizing the limited space, as well as creative design alternatives. His insight was instrumental in helping us envision what the space could become.

One major advantage of working with Jerezee’s Construction is that many of the tradespeople involved in the project are full-time employees of the company. Each individual who worked on our remodel was respectful of our property, arrived on time, put in a full day’s work, and ensured the workspace was clean at the end of each day. I especially appreciated the clear communication: we were informed daily about who would be arriving the next day and when to expect them.

Another standout aspect of their process is that construction does not begin until all materials are on-site. This minimizes downtime and ensures the project proceeds without unnecessary delays—a detail I greatly appreciated, even if it meant temporarily living with materials stored throughout the house.

Jerezee’s also partners with Ferguson, offering clients a streamlined option for selecting materials. While I drew inspiration from Ferguson, I ultimately sourced my items from local vendors. Because of that decision, there was a slight delay due to the wait time for the vanity cabinets.

In the end, I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Our new bathroom is not only beautiful, but also a more spacious and relaxing environment that we enjoy every day.

Jerezee Construction recently completed the remodel of our kitchen and added a bar to the dining room. Our project coordinator was Dor. Everything promised was delivered on time and as contracted for. The project ran as if it were a well-planned military operation. The electrician, plumber, cabinet installers, painters, and drywall installer excelled at their craft and took pride in their work. Dor is the consummate professional and a terrific guy to work with. Our designer, Candace, has an excellent eye for detail and was very helpful in making our vision come to life. Without a doubt, this was the best construction experience I have had, and it was far from my first.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our kitchen and bathroom makeovers. Each room turned out better than we envisioned. We would like to thank each member of the Jerezee team for making this project a huge success. There are too many names to call out but we will say the project manager, deconstruction team, carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers and tile persons were professionals in each of their roles. I love the remodel of my master bathroom. It’s the luxury spa retreat that I hoped it would be!

From our first meeting to the completion walkthrough I was very impressed with the quality, communication, skilled trades workers to the planning and project management under the guidance of Dor.

The project was within the budgeted amount and time initially agreed upon.

A few minor adjustments were needed to make the inspectors happy, purchasing mistakes were quickly corrected and did not cause delays (they even resolved problems caused by me).

Jerezee Construction did a fantastic job remodeling our townhome. From design through construction their team was extremely professional.

The remodel included replacing outdated flooring with vinyl laminate; replacing the staircase, all baseboards and light switches; and redoing/repainting all walls; adding 220v electric charging capability to the garage; adding a cladding feature and electric fireplace in the great room; replacing all hanging light fixtures with at least four built-in LED lights in each room. In addition, major changes to the plumbing were required to redesign/update the bathrooms. The home is much brighter and more open than it was before. Each subcontractor was top notch.

David coordinated the entire project and his communication was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Jerezee Construction to anyone.

Just completed my master bathroom renovation with Jerezee Construction and I can’t rave enough about the experience I J had with them. From the very first phone call setting up my consultation to the final walk through— the Jerezee team was phenomenal! We recently moved into a new home in Las Vegas. Our new house did not have a fireplace, so we contacted a contractor to build a faux wall for an electric fireplace and TV insert. The contractor built the framing, and then he ghosted us. After several days of calling and getting quotes, I decided to move forward with Jerezee Construction, and I’m happy we did. Not only was the price fair, but they also uncovered the new framing from the previous contractor was leaning forward and not straight, which Jerezee Construction corrected. On day one, they made sure our floors were protected and partitioned the kitchen from the living room with heavy industrial zipped curtain walls so dust wouldn’t be all over the downstairs area. I was instantly impressed with the level of cleanliness and professionalism of the workers at Jerezee Construction. Every evening, I received a text message for the next day's schedule, again impressive. Jerezee Construction even sent out one of the project managers, which I did not expect, to check on the job. Jerezee Construction just completed a primary bathroom project for us and we could not have asked for a better, more professional five-star experience! We had just purchased a new build home and were underwhelmed with the builder grade combo fiberglass shower/tub in the primary bathroom. The flooring and mirror had to go too! We got quotes from several other contractors but were most impressed with the professionalism, communication and services offered by Ilan Sandler and the entire Jerezee team. We were provided with a designer, Clara, to accompany us in person to select the tile and stone materials we needed. She created an online shopping list of additional products to consider and guided us through the process. Every day of the project we received updates from our amazing project manager David. We knew in advance who would be coming, when and what the plan was for the day. If we ever had any questions or concerns, David or Manuel promptly responded and resolved our issues. All of the artisans were true crafts people and the tile work is ART! Every person who came to the house was pleasant and helpful and listened patiently to our questions and met every request with patience and a smile. The team took care to seal off the work area to cut down on dust and dirt but yet installed a zipper system so we could still gain access to the area when needed. This kind of project can be stressful and frustrating but the Jerezee team made it the least painful construction project we have ever experienced and gave us an amazing finished project that actually exceeded our expectations as well. The staff was excellent to work with and accommodating in every respect from the office staff to the team performing the work. Jerezee Construction was the perfect company for us to work with on our renovation. I was anxious, having never done this before. We completely renovated 2 bathrooms, new counters, sink and backsplash in kitchen, and tile flooring through the whole house. A previous meeting with a condescending contractor made me skittish, but even from the first intake meeting with Ian, I was put at ease. Dor, the project manager, was great - he explained everything, and was always available when he inevitably had to explain again. He was even available after hours when I called him with a concern that turned out to be me worrying about nothing. But he calmly talked me through it. I found the availability of a designer to work with me and shop with me invaluable - Heather "got me" and I'm thrilled with the materials we chose. I had surgery scheduled, and we made a plan to purchase all materials and have them delivered prior to surgery, and the date to begin demo tbd on my recovery. Through the whole process, we were on schedule and there were no budget surprises. There wasn't a day that went by where there wasn't someone working in the house. The trades people were very good, attention to detail and personable. Everyone did their best work. Jerezee's bid was not the lowest, but totally worth it because Dor and the team cared about us and doing a good job.

We decided a while back to remodel our kitchen to update it from the standard look that comes with a Pulte home. After researching numerous companies, we decided to take a chance with Jerezee. Let me tell you something, this was the absolute best decision my wife and I could’ve ever made.

Let’s face it, any kind of construction on your house is a daunting task and can be incredibly stressful. From the start, Ian and the team welcomed us into their company and went right to work making us feel like we were the most important clients. They laid out the plan of the build and even aided in finding the right materials and colors we were looking for. They ultimately made it way less stressful for us.

During the actual build, you can expect constant communication from the team. Jerezee provided some of the most skilled craftsmen that I have seen. The countertops were immaculate, the backsplash incredible, and the cabinet resurfacing was outstanding.

In the end, Jerezee produced some absolutely incredible results. You will not go wrong Jerezee. We are not done upgrading our house, and I can guarantee you, we will be going with Jerezee.

When we made the choice to remodel all three of our bathrooms in quick session we met with contractors who told us the job was outside of their scope or couldn’t get a grasp of my vision. The was NOT the experience with Jerezee Construction.

My home was destroyed by water damage and Jereeze construction renovated my entire kitchen and master bathroom along with other areas of the house. My contractor Ilan was excellent and my home turned out better than imagined. David was my site manager he was very patient and kind and available for any needs. He was clear with his communication throughout the entire project. Heather helped me to choose materials and really had a talent and eye for design. Im grateful to the entire construction team for their hard work and professionalism. I will definitely be using Jerezee again for future projects.

We refurbished 2 bathrooms, updated our kitchen, put in new flooring in some rooms and painted the entire house. From start to finish, the professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service provided by Jerzee was unparallelled. We've never had a better experience with a contractor. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Jerzee may not be the least expensive, but the peace of mind they provided throughout the process was worth every penny.

We have just finished a bathroom remodel project with Jerezee Construction. It was a stellar experience from the moment of first contact to the last day of the project. The whole team demonstrated utmost professionalism and courtesy throughout. Above all, the quality of the workmanship is without a doubt top tier. The shopping experience for materials was made easy and less daunting by the professional shopper provided by the company. The workers sent on the project were skilled. We must mention our project manager, Keith. He is on top of his game from the moment he came to the property for evaluation, to his recommendations throughout the project, to his flexibility and ease to work with, and ultimately, a successful completion. We cannot recommend him and Jerezee Construction enough. For the work and final product we received, we are satisfied with the overall price paid. I had Jerezee Construction do a kitchen, main bathroom, and guest bathroom remodel in my home, and they were all so great to work with. Both Roye and Cisco were so on top of everything when it came to scheduling the different trades every day, and communicating everything with me from delivery dates for the tile and vanities, to any sort of unforseen delays. Candace was great to work with for selecting materials and finding coordinating vanities that went with the tile and countertops chosen. The whole team worked fast but very efficiently, from demo date to final date of completion took less than 2 months, and they completed 3 full spaces. They made it as comfortable as possible to still live in the house while all of the construction was happening.

We did a kitchen remodel with Jerezee this year, and I cannot imagine a more seamless construction project! Our project manager, Dor, communicated clearly and professionally with us from the first meeting to the final walk through. We knew what was expected on our end, and what to expect from him and his teams. With Jerezee, you work with several different professional teams along the way, but each arrives on time, is friendly and polite, works hard, respects your home, and cleans up after themselves daily. Dor was always a text away-we knew exactly who would be arriving and when, and the few questions we had along the way were addressed within minutes. Candace, our designer was great! She answered questions about different materials, and helped me narrow down options, bringing all the design elements together, and it turned out beautifully! And Jesus, our site manager, was in our home multiple times per week, making sure each step went as smoothly as possible. We are so grateful we found this company, and absolutely recommend them to everyone for their work ethic and the quality of the finished product.

Roye and his team at Jerezee Construction are true professionals. From the very first meeting until the project's completion, everything was very smooth and on time according to schedule. The 3D renderings that are made before construction give you a detailed look at your project before it gets started. All the teams that came to our home, demolition, electric, plumbing, cabinets, paint and tile were efficient and their work was perfect. Cisco updated us daily on arrival times and what was going to be done next. He did several walkthroughs to make sure everything was perfect and on time. I have already referred them to my neighbor across the street and they are currently at his home doing work. We could not have asked for a better company to completely remodel our kitchen. We will be going to Jerezee Construction for our next big project.

I have had the gratefying experience of using Jerezee Construction Inc (JCI) for past home projects. The first job: total remodeling and upgrading of the master bathroom and closet (b&c), flooring for both b&c, new walk-in shower, painting of b&c.

The third job: shiplac upper part of fireplace, painting of entryway and living room. Also, they will paint the kitchen and hallway.

Yaneer was my project manager, Candace was my design consultant and Jesus was the project foreman. Everyone was very attentive and professional. Several different crews were used painters, tile people, electricians and all were great. They were on time professional and respectful when having to be in your personal space for weeks. Thanks

If I could rate at more stars I would. For better than a year I have been trying to have a company, not a handyman*, to give me a quote to remodel my kitchen ceiling. All have either outright turned the job down or upon looking at it did the same, all for the same reason - TOO SMALL. I saw an add for Jerezee and went online to check them out. Overwhelmingly positive results were shown, a couple of not that great but, I know that there some customers that are never satisfied - They would complain if you gave them solid gold bricks that the bricks were not the right color gold.
So I went to their site and checked them out, they had a contact form and, after spending so much time in the past explaining what I wanted, I filled out the job description as "Do you do small jobs". I received a call the next day and told them what I wanted to have done - Amazingly I was told they would be in to check it out in a day or so. I was then told that "no the job is not too small" and received a quote in a few days after that. The price was very reasonable and told them "Lets go for it".
They were ready to go fairly quickly but, we had several things that we had scheduled and couldn't jump that quick, they replied get back to us and let us know when you are ready - No pushing to jump and basically no hard sell on anything. I got back to them with a date range that would work for us and they were good with that. In the meantime my wife decided she wanted them to paint the inside of our house garage access door. I dropped that on them at almost the last moment - response was "No Problem we'll add that to the contract and adjust the total" - Again within hours we had a new contract emailed and signed off.
Their contract was the same as any full $$$ remodel, there was a down payment, again, reasonable and from there a scheduled payment breakdown. They showed up on time, and finished 2 days before the end date.
I could not give them a better Review than the time I spent writing this review, the work was way above par and they sent some really great guys, they protected everything by covering it
and cleaned up at the end of each day only to come the next day and covering everything again. I will be happy to direct anyone to them and even gave their info to our "Family" realtor to use as she may need.

*Handyman - No problem with them for some jobs but, if you have a job that has different trades involved you really need a contractor that has licensed sub-contractors so, if something goes south your home insurance won't refuse to pay because you used a non-qualified individual, I know because my wife worked for an Insurance company for longer than 30 years.

Jerezee Construction did an outstanding job on our bathroom, so I just made sense to have them do our kitchen. They did not disappoint, the crew was very professional, and got the job done in a timely manner. Having Clara as our helpful designer, made the process go a lot smoother. Dor was wonderful to work with and kept on top of the entire process.

Great communication, key for our kitchen and bath remodel project. They work hard and they work consistently and don't disappear for a week or two during the middle of the project like so many contractors do. Jerezee Construction was as great as an experience as anyone can have. Yaneer was the project manager and was easy to work with. He checked in every day during the project, indicating what had been done and what is going to be done the following days and was present during most days.
Our home is 2389 sq ft. My remodel consisted of pulling all the carpet in the 3 bedrooms and office, re-laying laminate, painting the entire house except laundry and 2 1/2 bathrooms, and painted an accent wall. They were able to match the existing paint from the bathrooms and paint a 3rd bathroom. They put wainscoting in all the bathrooms and added grab bars in the showers. They pulled all the existing granite and replaced with quartz as well as in the master bathroom and did not damage the cabinets. Pulling the granite in the master bath they damaged the wall mirrors and both sinks. They did tell me in advance this would occur; however, not during the contract signing so that was a lot of money I did not anticipate spending to replace them. They added tile backsplash in the kitchen. They removed existing baseboards and replace w/5" baseboards. They moved the furniture and replaced back the furniture and rehung drapes in 2 bedrooms when the job was done. I went $7865 over budget. Not their fault. When signing the contract I was told materials would be about $10,000-$15,000 depending on the materials I selected. Materials were $16,865. ADVICE: For the expensive materials; ie: quartz, tile and floor, select them first before signing contract so you get a better idea of your budget. I would definitely use them again. We interviewed 4 contractors. They and another contractor were the highest (estimated the same amount) and well worth the money. The demo start date was Oct 9th, 2023 and the job ended Nov 9th. They do not start the job until all the materials are in. ADVICE: Communication is extremely important. Never assume anything and be very clear on what you want. Thank You Jerezee for an outcome better than expected!

We had Jerezee do a huge remodel and could not be happier with the whole process. They renovated all first floor flooring, two full bathrooms, redesigned the entire kitchen, two fireplaces, lighting and paint throughout, as well as some repairs and upgrades.

The process was well managed from start to finish. From the first call with Ian, to the consult and bid with the owner Ilan, to the final walkthrough we were thrilled with the whole process. The team has strong, frequent communication both with each other and the clients. Their workers and subs are friendly, respectful and hard workers.

At the start of the job you will be assigned a materials specialist to help you select everything from flooring to lights, to kitchen cabinet pulls to decisions about how to re-invent the shape of your walk-in shower. Heather was our go-to for all these decisions and she was fantastic at understanding our style, helping us pick out what we needed, "holding our hand" when we felt overwhelmed with all the decisions and suggesting improvements to flow, layout and function that we would never have though of on our own.

A site manager will handle your project once you begin. We had David and were super happy with him. He and Ilan were always available to answer questions about the job via text and/or phone, to clarify details of the renovation on FaceTime if you can't be there in person and would send daily photo dumps of the progress. Even though we were out of state during the remodel we felt our house was totally safe and like we were included in the process every step of the way.

The whole team was professional, honest, courteous and the work they did was very high quality and we are extremely happy with how it went.

Had two bathrooms remodeled. Jerezee Construction gave me precise information of the labor cost, time frame and specific and accurate details of scope of work. The whole job took about 8 weeks and they stayed on track the whole time. The main focus was customer satisfaction. All concerns were addressed appropriately and accurately. This company does beautiful remodels mostly on home interiors but also areas outside the home. The personnel are professional, friendly, and patient with customers. They have many tools in their arsenal & work hard to help clients understand their remodel project, the cost, & timeline for completion. It is very important to these professionals that the clients are pleased from start to finish--always. They know the absolute importance of customer satisfaction.

Ian is the office manager and oversees all projects & personnel to ensure client satisfaction and that no questions are left unanswered. He is very friendly, easy to talk with, & has great listening skills. When clients come to their office, Ian is the first & last person most, if not all, clients will speak with to ensure they are pleased & no problems/questions exist.

Dor was appointed to meet my friend at their house. He looked at the area for the remodel--a small bathroom. Dor listened closely to the needs my friend had & what their expectations were for the final outcome. He took pictures & measurements to work up the plans & cost for the labor when he returned to the office. A meeting is scheduled for the following week for the presentation in a meeting room that was very nice & comfortable. Dor explained the labor breakdown & the cost in detail. If there were any questions throughout the presentation, Dor was kind & patient to go over those questions until everyone understood the process.

Jacie is one of the decorators that has a keen eye for decor & assists customers with selecting the best materials for their remodel. She is super nice, easy to work with, & has excellent listening skills. She not only comes to the clients home to discuss how this step flows but she looks at the room for the remodel. She takes pictures & discusses the ideas the client has in mind. A meeting is scheduled, the same week if possible or at least the following week to go shopping for & buying the remodel materials. This timeline is based on what is best for the client.

This company really goes above & beyond to ensure their process is top notch. It is critical with them that all the steps: demo, installation, & decor flow smoothly to the finish line in the shortest time possible. It was also comforting that costs were kept as low as possible & they work within the client's budget. Great pride is in taken into the care of their clients & ensuring all along the way that the clients are extremely happy with their new room upon completion or they stay on the job until their clients are 100 per cent satisfied. They truly want clients to come back to them with future projects & tell others about their experience.

Not the least expensive by any means but well worth it! Consistently under promise and over deliver and we're only over by one week in the time estimation for the project. This was a whole house renovation.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ian the receptionist, and his customer service skills were exceptional. Despite my mistake in reaching out to the wrong company for a repair, Ian went above and beyond to assist me. He empathized with my frustration of making multiple phone calls and took the time to help me find the right service provider. Ian's dedication and willingness to help, even though it wasn't his responsibility, were truly impressive.

We contacted Jerezee Construction when we decided to remodel our master bathroom. We had an idea of what we wanted, but weren't quite sure what was possible.

We were scheduled a consultation with Project Manager Dor by the super-friendly Ian. Dor was able to guide us in the planning and outline the remodeling process. He was upfront and honest, which earned him our trust. This is why we ultimately went with Jerezee. We needed to make sure we trusted whoever was going to work on our home.

We also worked with the designer Heather to pick out materials and fixtures. Heather met with us on multiple occasions to help us shop, and lend us her keen eye for colors. I had many questions for her (some I know were silly) and she answered them all. After we had finished shopping, we were able to meet most of the people who would be performing the remodel.

Construction was rapid fire. Almost every day of the week (and some weekends with my approval) we had people coming to the house to work. Every snag and concern I had was promptly addressed by Dor, solidifying the trust we placed in Jerezee. Remodeling is a stressful business, so we were very grateful to have each of our concerns addressed so quickly.
When construction was finished, Dor made multiple checks to make sure everything had been touched-up and we were happy with the result.

We love our new bathroom and would definitely work with Jerezee again.

Short version – Jerezee Construction did a great job, was done on time and the work is stunning! We would use them again and again and again!

Long Version - We didn’t plan to use a construction company for our remodel, we were planning to use LVT over our existing tile, replace our counter and sink, then have the cabinets painted in the kitchen. The problem with this plan was what we didn’t know: our 2002 cabinets were beginning to fail, didn’t have the craftsmanship to endure another 20 years, we had several dead areas and we needed additional storage. Adding LVT to our existing tile floors would have been fine, but we had different levels of flooring between tile and laminate which had been carpet 13 years ago, that would have led to two transitions into our bedroom and into our bathroom. We wanted a smooth floor to avoid tripping hazards.
After meeting Roye and understanding his vision, we knew our self-managed plan was not the vision we wanted, but we would have never realized our vision without the professional assistance of Roye and his team. They introduced us to suppliers who had product in stock that shipped within 2 days at the most. The semi-custom cabinets have storage solutions we would not have thought about on our own: pot & pan drawers, lazy Susan’s in corner cabinets, extending out cabinets, moving the microwave to leave room for the hood, a cabinet over the refrigerator that is reachable, a pot filler and in countertop pop up electrical/usb outlets so everyone can charge their devices.
Jerezee Construction assigned us Cisco as our Project Manager, he was on site every day we had someone working in the house. This kept everyone on schedule and on task. He also made sure every trade was cleaning up after themselves. Jacie was our material assistant, she helped us pick out materials – she went to each supplier with us - flooring, tile, counter tops, sinks, faucets, towel racks and so much more, we think all these items look good with each other and she kept us on track with the brush nickel finishes we wanted.
We removed the upper countertop that used to be bar height, dropping it to counter height, leaving us a very large countertop to cook, entertain, and space for four people to eat or snack. Everyone gathers in this area. We also added three additional cabinets under the new counter to store holiday and special occasion items.
The lighting in the kitchen is stunning, the vent lights shine on the granite that goes up the wall. The lighting supplier sent by Roye worked with us on the ‘color’ of light that looked best in our kitchen from bright white light to a tint of yellow, we took his advice and are delighted with the results.
To say that our kitchen is exquisite is an understatement. A family friend who is a realtor in Scottsdale thinks we increased the value of our house by $80K, but we are not going anywhere, we love this house!
In our primary bathroom, we removed the jetted tub that NO ONE ever used, enlarged the shower, lowered the step into the show to make it easier as we grow older, added grab bars that are helpful now, and a bench. The countertop has top undermount sinks, the medicine cabinets are both mirrored inside and out, but the best part is the vanity station for makeup, hair, and jewelry. Additional lighting was added to make the bathroom very bright when needed but also added a dimmer when we didn’t need the bright light. Everything in the bathroom is very efficient to get ready daily.
Jerezee Construction did a wonderful job to get our construction done on time and on budget. Our neighbors love the new look and since we all live in houses built in 2002, they have new construction ideas for their own homes. We are planning to retire in this house so these changes will get us to the next chapter of our lives in comfort.

If you are considering any type of remodel, call them first. Save yourself the month of talking to other suppliers. We plan to use them again on a couple more projects down the road.

Jerezee was hired to refinish the master bathroom. We have used them for a prior remodel and were very satisfied with their work.
The process starts with a visit to your home where detailed notes are taken. Shortly after, you are invited to their offices where the owner Ilan and Ian will review every aspect of the proposal. Once you agree on a price, the contract is signed.
A personal shopping assistant is then assigned to you. The assistant will help you select the items needed for the job. Tile, sinks, faucets, etc.. A checklist is sent with all the items purchased and is updated until everything needed for the renovation is ordered and received. Once all the items are onsite, the team comes to the home with a printed folder with complete details of the renovation.
A start date is agreed upon. From that point forward you will receive a text message every day detailing what time a worker will arrive at your home. Each of their workers are professional and respectful beginning with the gutting to the final day.
The plumbing and electrical crew was excellent. Their tile crew are artisans making sure every detail is perfect. In fact everyone you will be in contact with from the foreman who is onsite almost every day to the final cleaning team are all dedicated to doing an excellent job.
I highly recommend this company for any construction/renovation projects. The quality of their work is outstanding.

Or project involved a complete renovation of the first floor of a two-story, 3000sq.ft. home. The scope of the project included demolishing and replacing everything except for the walls, while still living on the second floor. Finding a reliable contractor for such a project was a challenge, but after receiving several bids, Jerezee's proposal stood out despite being the highest in cost. The project was completed in just over two months, meeting the promised deadline, which was much faster than our estimated timeline of up to four months. The project management was exceptional, and the employees were highly efficient and productive, with detailed work plans communicated to us every evening.

The team worked quickly, cleanly, and with a great work ethic, consistently delivering high-quality craftsmanship. At every stage, they sought our input to ensure our satisfaction with the quality of work. While some construction projects inevitably experience issues, the Jerezee team went above and beyond to resolve every concern to our satisfaction. In the end, the house looked stunning and exceeded all of our expectations.

10/10 . I was skeptical after getting numerous bids from multiple contractors.

However , After meeting with Roye with Jerezee I felt comfortable and confident about the process and understood what i was paying for.

I never thought it would take an hour let alone 30 min to “design” or come up w a plan for my new bathroom. It took as long as it took, well Over an hour.. and I must say they more than delivered. It looks amazing !!

Everyone was Super professional , polite and helpful. From my personal shopper/graphic artist, that was super awesome , from tilers/ plumbers , and just everyone .I am Very pleased and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jerezee construction if you are looking to upgrade or do a bath kitchen remodel !!

Roye, Ian, Cisco, Alejandro and their entire team wear always on time, professional and kept my home as clean as possible throughout the 9 week full renovation. The price was extremely fair for the quality of work done. Call them and get your project completed without aggravation.
