My roof looks amazing. Crew was fast thorough and totally left the place in better shape than they found it. Fullest recommend.

The service from top to bottom was exceptional. The whole process was well explained and the supplies (with samples) needed were explained in full. Nick, the salesman was detailed oriented and professional. Wes was on top of pulling the installation together. He was great to work with. Reuben and his team were 100% dedicated getting the roof installed. Awesome experience and awesome results.

We had a great experience with Erie doing our roof. They were very responsive to all of our concerns throughout the process. They completed the project sooner than expected as well!

This company needs to train their employees to respect potential customers and not knock on their doors if there is a no soliciting sign. Also, since your employee argued with me that offering a "free estimate" isn't soliciting, I'll provide a definition for your reference so you can provide better education for future employees. From the Merriam-Webster dictionary, solicit is a verb that mean "to approach (someone) with a request or plea." You don't have to be asking for money to be soliciting. If you're requesting something of me, you're soliciting. A far more respectful response to a no soliciting sign, and a much better first impression of your company, would be to quietly leave a business card for my reference in case I do happen to need your services. Write a note if you want to and say to reach out with any questions. Be respectful of my wishes to maintain peace in my home. Don't disturb my entire household and make my day worse for no reason whatsoever. Why would I ever want to hire a company that can't follow a very simple direction? Why would I ever trust you to send competent people to my home to fix my roof if you can't even send a competent person out on the streets to drum up business? I will actively seek any other company if I ever need roofing services in the future.

Hi pressure sales, sales rep kept pushing for a metal roof and wouldn't take no thank you, I can't afford it. I will say he did a very thorough inspection. My advice to whoever trains the sales people, they really need to listen to the customer. They could also cut the presentation down, 3 hrs is TOO MUCH!

We are extremely happy with the installation of our new roof. The contractor and his staff did a wonderful job and installing the roof. We highly recommend this company for installation of roofing needs. We highly recommend them.

Erie home is an amazing company to use for your roofing needs. The door to door guys were very nice and not pushy at all. When the roof inspector came he was very professional and up front about everything to expect while he was there. Very through inspection of my roof and confirmed what I already knew what was wrong with it. Knowing my roof needed to be replace I was ready for a very pushy salesman in which Sam was no where near that. He just provided me the facts and what the cost was up front with no games. One of the best things is the warranty. Being able to know that if anything goes wrong with the roof this company will be there to fix it and not ask me spend even more money. If people ask me who to use for a roofing company I will highly recommend this company!

We were in need of a new roof. We wanted to go metal. We found Erie Home which had the metal roof we desired. We called them for a quote. Once we wrapped our head around the cost and determined that it was an investment we contracted with them to fix our roof. The contract was specific as to what they were responsible for. We were responsible for removing and replacing our solar panels, but they gave us a name of a reputable company to get with to do this. They removed the two layers of shingles that were on the roof, replaced the rotted boards where the previous roof had leaked, fixed some problem areas "valleys" to get the water to run off better and put the new metal roof on. But the best part was that they completely cleaned up the area around the house after the job was done. The roof looks great! We are very happy with our new roof.

Urban, the foreman was fantastic, added crickets to the fireplace and the north valley to stop the leaks. The crew were really hard workers and did quality work. Having done 3 roofs myself I know a good job when I see one. THANKS.

My elderly mom lives in Kaysville and I live in Texas. It's hard to assist her from a distance and now and then she gets involved with unscrupulous companies. Two years ago a local plumbing company took her for thousands before I was able to intervene. Either way, I told her to look into getting some roof repairs done and before I know it she's agreed to a 30k new roof. The reason I leave the good review is, after immediately contacting the sales person, the contract was voided and her deposit was returned. I was nervous I'd get some negative pushback, but even if they are aggressive salespeople, in the end, they did the right thing. I can't speak to any of their work, but based on that experience right there, I felt as if I was working with an ethical company at least and I'd definitely consider them if I did decide to get any roof work done. It's hard now days to fend off people trying to milk the elderly for all they have, but this company probably could have and didn't. So that's a great thing.

Product was delivered ahead of projections. Removal and install team was efficient and went above and beyond by color coordinating piping with roof color. The roof has been up to all challenges thrown at it so far.

Had them replace my roof 4 months ago there were so many nails that it cost me a set of tires on my truck . I cleaned up nails for 2 months. the pics were the results from my driveway where they had the trash trailer parked. The cube if for size reference.
They did pay for 1 tire after a while.
Beware!!! Their fiance company puts a line on your home without warning. Even though I have an 800+ credit score and I'm 2 months ahead on payment plan. Beware!!!

All we had asked was for an estimate to replace our roof, Over 3 hours later and not taking no for an answer I had to actually kick them out of my home...I would never do business with this company, very pushy and I really thought they expected dinner and a room for the night!

I appreciated the professionalism of the door to door guys that my husband and I spoke with. They were very informative and I will keep them in mind when the time is right for us to replace the roof. I will recommend family and friends to this company!

I had an Eerie Home door-to-door salesman come to my door today. I politely told him no thank you several times, but he refused to leave and kept talking. When I finally explained to the young man that it is best to politely leave when someone says no, thank you, he barked “whatever, “ and finally left. Perhaps the company should do some training with your salesman on how they should act when they are representing the company. Thank you.

They did a great job. I was impressed with how quickly and well they did their work. I also appreciated the communication they had with me. I never felt unsure of what was going on because they made sure to keep me updated on every step of the process.

They were quick and efficient. However we were finding nails and bit of wood in our yard for a while. Other than that they are wonderful and fast. We love our new roof!

These guys and their salesman are awful. Knocks on the door, I tpoint to tge "No Solicitation " on my door. He proceeds with his pitch tell me he's not selling anything. Just passing along information. I tell him I'm not interested, that I get roofing companies stopping by several times a week. He just laughs and keeps pushing. I tell him to leave and he doesn't. He wants to argue and laugh at anything I say, he knows I'm getting upset so he laughs more and keeps pushing. The other sales kid out with him walks across the street up to him. I tell them both they are no trespassing and to leave. The first one keeps laughing and yapping. The second one said I'm just here to get him. Then as he's leaving tries to tell me that a little respect goes along way. I gave him that when I said I have a no solicitation sign on my door and asked you to leave. you are the one who showed lack of respect by knocking on my door and arguing about it.

I wouldn't do business with a company who treat potential customers so poorly.

Going door to door, arguing with the homeowner, and refusing to leave WHILST LAUGHING is not how you make money. I am NEVER using your services and telling everyone I know to avoid you as well. This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE, especially when we had a NO SOLICITING sign on the door!

We had a good experience. They pay attention to detail. The roof looks great, the crew showed up everyday to work.
Gage was great to work with, was available whenever we had questions. We would recommend them.

Their product but they contract the labor out to other roofing contractors. If I would have known that I would have had the other contractor do the job and saved the profit they paid difference between Erie and their sub contractors.
But their sub contractor on my job was messy but did good work

The whole process was a good experience. We had a new asphalt shingle roof installed. The install supervisor set a time to do the work and his crew arrived on time on the day they said they would. The installation team did a super quality job on the install. They were real professionals. The clean up was exceptional. Erie did everything that they said they would.

Erie homes worked fast at get the roof done and did a great job of cleaning up around the house.

Big crew came out and took care of our roof. It was a big job and they got it done in good time with very little mess. Turned out great!

Quick, quality, and fair pricing. They did not try to speak down to me and were professional. They communicated with me and were able to get the job done effectively while I was fully remote. Erie home also asked about how they could best operate on the day of the install to best prevent issues with my driveway and lawn. Excellent service all around.

I had a great experience with Erie from the sales staff to the scheduling to the guys that showed up to do my roof could not have asked for a better contractor. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this company.

I had my roof replaced a week ago and I like it. The installers had a mess, there was three layers including the original cedar planks. They were fast and professional, they made sure everything was cleaned up.

Excellent experience all the way around. I was very impressed with the presentation the sales team gave me showing the difference in quality between the materials. Erie uses compared to the industry standards. There is a night and day difference in the quality and durability of the materials they use compared to what they showed me what is standardly used these days in the industry. I have personally seen this with a rental property I own where the shingles are very flimsy and blowing off the roof compared to the quality of shingles Erie uses. I can see that this roof will last much much longer than a roof installed with the industries standard shingles.
Secondly, I was very impressed with the constant and clear communication the job foreman had with me how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. Upon inspecting the roof, I could see it was done with a lot of care going over above what would be expected with excellent craftsmanship, and the time taken to do things right. The clean up was impeccable, Everyone involved was a delight to work with.

Fast ! Less than two weeks to start my roof repair and then they were done in one day ! Very good clean up never found a single nail !!!

These folks installed a beautiful steel roof on our home. Despite being steel, it looks and feels like brown asphalt. I have no doubt that it will outlast the 50 year warranty. I'm super happy with both the product and the install team was amazing. They left the yard very clean and the riff looks so good that now we're going to have to do something about the siding.

Erie Home put up my roof in a day and fixed issues that the original builders of the home left behind. They took care of me when I needed it most.

The roof looks good, but haven’t had a chance to check it out in the rain yet. I am not pleased with the way the financing went. I had the money to pay for the roof and was told I could pay for it when the job was done. Wasn’t given a chance to pay, just a notification that the entire job had been financed. I paid it off but was charged an additional $40+ for the honor of financing.

My new roof looks beautiful!!! The crew was wonderful, they did it all in one day, they were extremely nice and helpful. They answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. They even cleaned out our gutters. They deserve a raise, in my opinion. I am extremely pleased I went with Erie homes.

Happy with my new roof. Only issue was most of the workers didn't speak English and they were supposed to keep garbage out of back yard since we have dogs.

I signed up for the flexible schedule and it took a few weeks before they showed up, but less than they estimated it would, despite it being during the Christmas season.
They told me they would give me at least a few days notice before coming, despite the flexible schedule before I signed the contract but in reality gave me none.
The day they came I was working in the office and came home to a fully installed new roof and computer systems inside that were powered down incorrectly because I didn't know ahead of time to shut them down. They did great with the cleanup, in fact if not for the dumpster they had yet to pickup and someone else I had coming by that day, I may not have even noticed when I got home in the dark.
Before I signed the contract they also pointed out that one of the rafters needs to be reinforced and when I asked about it they said they would look for someone that could fix that for me since they're not licensed to do that. Every time I've followed up with them about it since then they just remind me that they're not licensed to fix that.

Everything looks great! The fixed a couple of hips and valley's that the previous roofers omitted. Good hard working crew. They found out what working on roofs in Wyo. In Winter was all about... you may want to restrict working up here after Oct....

I was confident that Erie would do a quality job, and they did not disappoint. The work was done quickly, the yard was completely clean when they left, and the roof looks great.

We are very satisfied with the look of our new roof. Erie was easy to work with and the installers they had were professional and did a great job.

Josh and John are awesome sales reps. They took time to get to know my wife and I. They didn’t just show up and try to sale products. This would be a 5 star review. When it came time for installation of our new roof. Communicate was not top notch. We set dates took time away from our business and ended up taking more time off. Installation took more time than told. We was told two days then when the first day came. No one showed up. When I finally got a hold of the assistant of the installation manager she told me “it’s a one day project” next day came and they was not done. We had to take the next day off while they finished. The crew that came was awesome and did awesome work.

Erie homes did a nice job on the new roof install/ replace gutters. They showed up when they said they would. Professional and courteous. Done in one day. Cleaned up the next. Left a few nails lying around- a friend got one in his tire- still don’t know if they’re going to reimburse him. I would still recommend Erie homes…

The install crew was great to deal with, and did a great job on the install and cleanup! The roof looks fantastic, I got the metal "shingle" roof and it is definitely a great buy! My house is noticeably cooler with the proper ventilation and the roof is definitely the best looking part of my home.

My only small complaint was the lack of communication of when crews would be coming. I got on the schedule early due to another job being rescheduled which was great on my end, but the gutter crew to finish everything off just showed up out of the blue.

10/10 on the roof, will absolutely recommend

I don't know how they got my phone number, but they were calling me five and six times a day and on the weekends and sometimes after 8p. I was blocking their phone numbers, but they call on different numbers each time. When I finally picked up the phone (On a Sunday!) and I asked to be removed from their do not call list they hung up in me. Very rude and unprofessional!

I tried to get a quote to put metal roofing on my 2000sq.ft house from Erie. I regret giving them my phone number because they call multiple times a day at all hours. The ones during the day aren't a bother, but they also call late night. I get 2-4 calls from them every day, some of them as late as 9:30pm. They are VERY pushy and I honestly don't understand why they're calling at night. I've had to block their number because of the frequency and times that they try to call

This company is not professional at all. We got a quote and the guy was in our living room for literally 4 hours!!! Complete waste of a day! Then we find out they charge more than twice the going rate for a non metal roof! We ran from them quick!

Erie roofing did a fabulous job. The crew persevered through hot temperatures and were clean and professional. They were responsive and available for all my questions and needs. They left me with a metal Mediterranean roof that maintained the Spanish style look of my home, will last my lifetime, and increased the value of my home.

They did a great job, did it in 1 day! Cleaned up the yard and the jobsite! The roof looks great, haven't had the opportunity to check up in the attic yet, but I'm pretty sure everything was done according to what they promised us! Great experience from the very start! Thank You , Erie Home!

We paid more than other bids because we thought we were getting a quality roof from a quality business. We feel we got quality materials but we had issues with the install. First, no one spoke English. We had a cloud burst and water came into our house. I could not explain to anyone that they needed to tarp off the roof. Next we paid a lot for our leaf guards. We told them to keep them. They kept them but didn't mark where they went so they pieced it back together. It looked like junk. So they replaced them with lesser grade leaf guards. We still have a problem with loose flashing around our skylights. No one will respond to our request to fix it.

They did do an excellent job of cleaning up around the house. There are plenty of roofers in our area and I would not recommend Erie Home.

Update: it took almost a year and 4 installation supervisors to get most of my concerns taken care of. I still feel I got horrible service for what I paid. I would never refer Erie homes to anyone. We were told that the roofers only worked for Erie Homes..... This was not true ..... They are subcontractors. Do your self a favor and find your own roofer. Lesson learned.
