We had a house fire and they took some of our stuff and helped us get that awful smell from the fire out. We are so forever grateful and would definitely recommend them.

Trevor did a very nice job on the repairs , he could have had a better exchange of information from the tear down team very polite gentleman.

I never had to worry or be involved in the restoration from the time we signed the contract for them to do the work. They provided a weekly progress report. They stayed on schedule. They did everything exactly right. There were no unexpected surprises. Our insurance company commented it was the easiest claim they ever processed. Especially for such a large commercial claim. FIRE! A word you never want to hear. Especially when that fire is at your home. But don't feel hopeless with Alpine. I also wanted to add for you gun collectors. They have a gentleman named Shawn. He is a master of firearms. He took my 200 and something firearms after I had a fire and did such a good job on them. Some of my older firearms are so clean they look like they just came out of the box. That's what else is great about Alpine. They don't contract their work out. Everyone you need is under one roof at Alpine.

Trevor was great helping us get our house back in order after a major leak. He was super friendly, as disruptive as you could possibly be doing that sort of work, and so sweet to our dogs. The drywall and ceilings all look as good as new and the paint matching he dis is totally unnoticeable. Thanks, Trevor!

They are awesome!! Krystal is excellent at her job, definitely fights for her clients, takes time to explain contracts, the process, what to expect and timeline. Plus she has such a cool genuine personality. Trevor did a lot of the work on my place, he is great to work with, makes communication clear, lets you know what he is working on, schedule and makes you feel comfortable that the job will be done correctly and with quality. Dave, is super cool very chill and easy to work with, he helps make things less stressful and moves his people round to cater to what needs to get done. I can’t say enough about what a great team they are. Definitely would recommend them and would use them in the future. I can't speak highly enough of our experience working with Zane, Ken, Quinn, and their team at Alpine. Our household was impacted by the devastating Eaton Fire in January 2025. We are lucky to still have a home, but were unprepared for the reality of what it takes to recover from a wildfire (particularly of this scope). Our house was filled with ash and soot, everything reeked of smoke, and the list of repairs, cleaning, and total losses felt insurmountable.

During this emotionally difficult and overwhelming period, we found Zane and Team Alpine, and for the first time we felt like we had real support. Zane knew exactly what to do. He knew what to look for and guided us through this foreign world of smoke remediation with kindness. The crew treated us and our home with respect, like it was their own. They were immediately responsive to texts and calls, highly respectful of our belongings, detail oriented, honest, and thorough. In a time when we felt we had to constantly be on guard for scammers and greedy opportunists, being able to put our full trust in Alpine's crews was such a relief-- a wonderful feeling that we had hired professionals who would look out for our best interests.

Our house is now smoke-free and has never been so clean. We're so glad Alpine was able to come out to California so that we could benefit from their care. Thought my claim process was gonna be a nightmare, but Krystal made everything so much easier. Quick to respond and schedule an appointment and really knew what to look for within the damage. I definitely recommend her for future claims.

We had a house fire in Oct of 2024, our fire chief recommended Alpine restoration company as well as our Allstate agent. Within an hour after the fire were put out, Diego and his team from Alpine showed up at our house and got to work immediately. They were very kind people and understanding. They were able to quickly covered water damaged areas and immediately removed all of our collectibles to saved a bunch for us!

In such hectic moments they were able to rush some clothes for us and offered help with shelter for our pets and were with us late into the night. Everything was in turmoil but they were able to sort things out for our family in a swiftly way and we appreciated very much!

Ken, Jeremy, Keri, Amalia, Diego and many more that I can't remember all their names that have helped us through and through! We've been out of our house for 5 months now and we have a few more months to go but they've worked so hard to speed up our return date and we are forever grateful. Many times we needed extra things such as clothes, mattresses, beddings, housewares, etc. and they would delivered them immediately to our rental and helped us carried them in as well.

Clearing out debris after the fire and going through all of the things from the house were no easy job. They've done a tremendous job at that along with getting construction going and staying on track! We are way ahead of schedule and will be moving back in soon!

If I could give Crystal more stars I would. We had 2 floods that we were not notified about from our tenants. Every step of this has been a nightmare…. Until we met Crystal. My experience with Alpine was amazing! Krystal and the entire team there took care of me and my entire family from the second my basement flooded. Alpine was recommend by a fire fighter who responded to my call on a Saturday morning, when a car crashed into my master bathroom, causing structual damage. Brady and his crew came to my resuce attending to the damage so I could continue to live in the rest of my home. Brady has a great sense of humour, is personable, compassionate and patient while teaching me about the bones of the home and the process of getting everything restored. For such a shocking incident to occur, Brady made the ordeal fun.

So here is an update! They reached back to us and were able to help us understand the numbers and get our budget set up for this project. Garrett helped us get the work done to our home with great contractors so we could have our house back!

They did a great job of helping us during our flood! They were fast and got us dried out quickly. The repair side was a different story. Their estimator chose to not work with us to restore our home after we asked too many questions about how the budget was being used. I think this might be an industry trend to try to get as
much of the budget as they can. I just wasn’t willing to spend the money if they couldn’t tell me what the money was going for so rather than explain the budget they chose to not help us. Now we have to find a way to fix our home after the flood on our own.

We will be forever grateful to our SLC Fire Department for their service during our November 2023 garage fire and for assigning us Alpine Cleaning & Restoration Specialists from the get go! Alpine made a tragic event bearable and walked us through ALL the steps to recover our lost goods, to our complete rebuild. A special thanks to Keri for always keeping it real!

This was our first experience using Alpine Cleaning and Restoration for water damage and removal of mold in our basement bedroom. Trevor Priest, contractor, performed the repairs, replaced the drywall, paint and installed new baseboards. I was very pleased with his work and work ethics. He was good at communicating with me and showed up on time. He took great pride in his work ensuring we were pleased with his finished project and did an excellent job cleaning up after each day. You couldn’t tell he had been there. I really appreciate the extra mile he went to locate two mills to try to replace the custom baseboards. Unfortunately, they did not have the template to recreate the baseboard. With his suggestion, we were able to find a new baseboard that complimented the existing framing of the door and window. I would highly recommend Trevor, Alpine Cleaning for your home restoration.

Alpine did a restoration on our Assisted Living Facility after a terrible flood from frozen pipes. They were there quickly, and keep the remodel site clean and moving forward quickly.

They were patient with us on payment since we had problems with our insurance company to pay the claims. They worked with us until the very end. I'd call them again for their services again. Thank you

No one likes to have those oopsie moments with being a home owner and unfortunately we had one of those moments. We had our basement flooded and our insurance actually uses alpine restoration for in house fixes. The moment we had gotten in contact with them, the communication never died. Dave was our manager for our home project. His team was awesome and very respectful. We had Scott do our repairs and he went above and beyond. There were a few smaller touches that I wanted done before we had an accident and was planning on getting it done after Scott was done remodeling. I didn’t tell him the little minor details but when I went to inspect after he had everything done he had actually “fixed” what I was going to do. We love that he went above and beyond without us asking. Krystal was our inspector before and after and she is also amazing. We went over what had happened and she went over the estimates of what will need to be done. Dave as well gave us options as to what we could do to help save cost and prevent any future flooding. Kandy was in office and I had to stop in a couple times. Each of those times I had interacted with her she was always willing to help and even though she wasn’t my point of contact, she never turned me away. She will answer my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she was always willing to reach out to someone who could help. Hopefully we won’t have another one of these oopsie moments but if we ever do, we know who to reach out to. Reason why is because it is sometimes hard to find a company where all the employees communicate and everyone is on the same page.

Our insurance company introduced us to Alpine Cleaning & Restoration Specialists last spring after we'd sustained some flood damage in our kitchen and living room. We had such a fantastic experience with them that, after a recent basement flood, we chose them to address our home repair needs. Every person, from the estimator to the cleaning crew, has been reliable and considerate. They are prompt with replies and estimates and we've never had a terribly long wait before they begin a job. Trevor, who was in charge of drywall repair and painting, is a delight to work with. He's conscientious, professional, and friendly. I work from home, so having someone I'm totally comfortable being around is essential. That, and he took the time and care to familiarize himself with my cats—one is particularly skittish and has a seizure condition—and she is totally comfortable with him, now. He's so great with my cats, I'm sure he wishes they would leave him alone while he's working. I can't overstate what an excellent job Trevor and Alpine did for our home. I won't be going anywhere else for future home improvement and repair needs. Highly recommended.

Our washer hose pulled away from the wall, and water drained onto the floor and down into the basement. Jake was out to check the severity of the leak within 30 minutes of our call. We were impressed with how quickly he was able to come help. He did a thorough inspection and gave helpful information. He has a very professional and pleasant personality and was great to visit with and was really great with and patient with our 3 yr old twins who were following him around everywhere and up in his work space, churros what he was doing.
We were told the walls would most likely dry with the help of fans. Jake said he would follow up a few days later and see if the walls had tried. Two days later, first thing in the morning, he texted and set up a time to come to our house. He did another thorough inspection. The walls were dry, and no work needed to be done.
I appreciate that rather than tearing through the walls first thing, he recommended waiting to see if the walls would dry.
I feel like too many companies nowadays charge for things that don’t really need to be done. However, Jake had great integrity. No unnecessary work was done. I’d recommend Jake to anyone!

This team offer such quality service! They all showed up on time and worked overtime to complete necessary repairs. They are totally invested in making the process easy and complete! My insurance recommended them when I had water damage in my room. They came out with fans, charged my insurance $2000. They asked for another $2000 to replace carpet, pad, and a little sheet rock which if they planned on that would of been ok but Dave comes out and said he was replacing a little piece of pad for that additional $2000. Sounds like fraud to me. Sent them away, got the $2000 from my insurance and will do the replacements. I am furious they got $2000 for putting up some fans. Crooks

We are so grateful for Brady Moline with Alpine Cleaning & Restoration. We noticed some bubbling up on our basement wall. Brady came out immediately and quickly assessed the issue was due to a pipe that had recently frozen due to the extreme temperatures we've been experiencing. We are so grateful he was able to respond so quickly. I'm certain he not only saved us from a huge mess but also a lot of money. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We use Alpine at our commercial buildings when there's a disaster. They are easy to work with, thorough, and make disaster clean up easy for me. The restoration services don't just include cleanup, they will do construction to put things back the way they should be. It's a one-stop shop!

This company has done a good job of taking care of me and my belongings. They took away so much stress caused by catching my home on fire. I'm very grateful to them. Even when there were hiccups in the process (and of course there will be with an issue this large), they stepped up and made right. Their responsiveness has been nothing short of amazing. If I could give zero stars I would. I can't imagine having a worse experience anywhere else. Pick any other restoration company. You will be disappointed with the service and quality from here. What's worse is they don't even care, they'll just ignore your complaint, or dispatch will tell you how everyone is on extended vacation and can't be reached. If you do get a hold of someone, they'll claim they never got the messages, even when you have the group email threads.

Brady with Alpine Cleaning was super helpful. I had a flood in my home that was not covered by insurance, and he came out, assessed the situation, walked me through the process of what to do, and even returned several days later to check on the progress and help me determine next steps. He was honest and really supportive, never trying to angle for profit at my expense. This was the only remediation company that was able to be helpful without an insurance claim, and he was phenomenal - not sure how I would have navigated the issue without him. Thank you!!

This company is only interested in collecting from the insurance company. They act like they care, but they don’t care if they can’t get over $10k from your job. For 3 weeks I got the run around. Only good thing they did was board up the home after the fire, and was to refer me to someone else.

After my house burned down in August and dealing with a shady restoration company, these guys stepped in and are doing an amazing job. They're really accessible and responds to request quickly, as well as a direct line contact for your project manager. Weekly updates and willingness to make changes (as long as it stays within budget) make rebuilding moderately painless.

Alpine is so great to work with. We have worked with them 2 different times in 2 different houses. They are professional, friendly, and caring. They care about you they take great care of you. Ken was super kind and more than generous to us.

We had a similar experience as described by other negative reviews. Alpine was quick to come out; they tore things up, left a mess, collected insurance and promised to come back to do repairs. There were weeks of being put off or scheduled appointments missed in which we took time off of work. When we finally did have someone come out to do work he did very little, left a mess and mostly just chatted away about his life. Promised to finish the following day but was a no show. Had a few more promises to come back but job never completed. Then we get a bill which included services never completed. Three weeks later and four different people spoken to, no apology or accountability, a slight adjustment made to our bill. Terrible experience to say the least.

We work with Alpine Cleaning a lot in our business. They have always been so friendly and honest. In the restoration world, I know receiving payment can be a challenge sometimes for them but we have never had a problem with them making sure we are paid on our end. They will call after hours and on weekends to order containers which shows me they truly care to get their customers things taken care of and salvaged quickly.
