So far, so good. I was impressed that we were given details of the repair and estimated costs, as well as potential issues. We were shown the faulty parts and what were the needed repairs before the work was done. We were contacted with the anticipated arrival and the work was done in a timely manner.

I have used JP several times in the past and have always been impressed with their work. I recently needed a 220 outlet in my furnace room - Aiden and Bernie showed up on time, did a great job and didn't leave any mess behind. Highly recommended!

I was suggested this company by the Tradesmen. Mike and Wyatt came to my home to fix an outlet behind my fridge that kept tripping. In less than two hours, they were able to add a new outlet and breaker solely for my fridge with minimal disruption while I worked from home. Would recommend to anyone I know in the future!

I'm very impressed with the honesty and professional opinion of this company. I had Ian come out for a quote on an old electrical lighting panel. Two different electricians from other companies had previously looked at it for me and told me they didn't know what they were looking at, but Ian knew right away and has prior experience working with it. Not only did he know what to do, but he was also honest with the options in letting us know what to expect repair and cost wise. He didn't try to BS us around and tell us there was no other option for this panel. He explained that it's an old panel that is grandfathered in, and after he looked at it he explained that it's safe to use (which was our biggest concern) and keep using it for the time being until it starts to break down. Awesome customer service, and a great experience. We will be using JP for future needs and I recommend anyone to use them as well.

Mike is always a pleasure to work with. This is our 3rd time having him here. We also appreciate that JP Electric comes for small jobs and is very responsive. That’s hard to find these days!

Hired to wire and install fans on a new pergola that required some complicated wiring. Very happy with how clean everything turned out. There was a small issue found afterwards but JP was very responsive and quickly fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

John and his aprenttes were on time did a great job even with unforeseen problems. I will always recommend them.

Jon and Steve came promptly before the painters and installed track lights and fixtures in our library and study. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

The guys were fast, knowledgeable, and clean. They ended up saving me money (compared to another company) by letting me know an outlet on an exterior wall was much more complicated than an interior wall.

Jp electrical has come out a few times to fix things around the house. Today John and Steven were awesome, fixed up my doorbell and helped with a few other lights. Proactively solved problems and fixed things rather than charging for new products which he easily could have done. Has a pre-consultation so that the appointment was efficient. Cleaned up afterwards.

I utilize JP electric for all my home electrical needs. From heat tape installation on my roof to ceiling fan installation other light fixtures, additional outlets for my garage and they always do a great job. An additional plus I have two young Labrador retrievers who are crazy and they interact with them in a positive friendly manner that puts my pups at ease.

Jon and Steven did a fantastic job installing light dimmers in my bathroom, an elevated power outlet in my living room for a wall mounted TV, and installing power outlets and LED lighting in my garage. Highly recommend JP Electrical.

Jon and Steven put in the electrical for a basement laundry. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They even addressed an issue in the sub panel that they noticed. I’ve had JP Electrical do lots of different electrical work for me from adding new plugs and light fixtures to cleaning up some poor DIY electrical done by the previous owners. I had an electrical issue emerge last night. I called JP Electrical this morning, and they were really nice to fit me in. Bill and Ammon came out and worked hard to troubleshoot the problem, found it and got it all repaired in an hour. (They got alot done in that hour!) I felt great about them, they were friendly, efficient, explained what they were doing, and treated me with respect. I will call JP Electrical again!.

Sam and Bill did a fantastic job , they installed new ceiling fans in 4 rooms , new entry , bath and backroom lights plus 3 outside lights . Hard workers , pleasant young men . I will be calling for anything in the future I might need . I highly recommend JP Electrical . She said let there be light and there was . Lol

2nd time I’ve used them. Arrived at the scheduled time and took care of an electrical issue with some switches that we had been unable to figure out. It took them less than 10 minutes to fix it. Also respectful of the house putting on shoe covers.

JP Electric team was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure we chose the best options to add new outlets to the house and were patient with all of my questions.

Mike and Wyatt just left my home. Couldn't be more happy with how fast they showed up. I reached out only yesterday and here they are coming in within 24 hours to address our panel issues. They even replaced 2 breakers that we had for free because they pulled out new ones from a previous home job. They were in and out in under an hour. Were both very kind to myself/wife and explained everything throughouly. I work with over 150 home service contractors every month at my marketing company and I'm overly critical of customer service in the home service industry and these guys are in the top 1% of people that I've come across. In a new home we wanted exterior motion detection security lights and cameras installed. We called and set an appointment with JP Electric to evaluate the project. An appointment was set and John called us the day of the appointment to confirm he was on his way and arrived right on time. His experience was obvious and we came up with an excellent and cost effective plan. John and Ammon arrived right on time and did a great job. Both impressed with their professionalism.

We have used JP Electric for 21 years. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Mike and his assistant came out to the house to replace our outdoor lights, repair deck lights and replace some outlets. They were fast, efficient, very knowledgeable and super friendly. Thank you guys! There isn’t any job they can’t handle. We’re moving soon and when we are in need of electrical, there’s only one place we’ll call. JP Electric!

Hats off to JP Electrical! I had two different contractors working on my job, and while the roofing people were hard to work with and screwed up the whole schedule, the JP guys were professional, courteous, and did what they had to do to get the job done (including answering a personal cell phone on a Saturday morning!).

I'm very pleased with their work and will turn to them first in the future, every time. Cheers JP!!

Update: even more awesomeness from JP Electrical. One bit of my prior installation looked a little ugly, but when JP came back for some previously-scheduled follow-up work they were happy to re-work it.
