There was a mix up in the delivery of shingles but I notified Erie and next day the correct shingles were delivered. The crew was excellent! They started at 6:30 by covering all areas on the ground and plants. They didn't finish until 9:30 that evening. They were back in the morning to clean up nails, paper and other debris. I am very happy in my decision to have an Erie Home roof!! Thank you

Had an appointment scheduled for an estimate. A few days later, rep called to reschedule. On the evening of April 17, a sales rep came out. He looked at our attic, our roof, took pictures, and then got out his briefcase of samples and went through his entire sales pitch showing us every shingle and metal sample and going into great detail about the materials they use. It took well over an hour. He said he could not get an internet signal out at our farm so he would get back with us by Monday (April 21) with the quote. We waited but never received anything; not even a phone call. Over a month later, May 19, a rep called stating that we need to reschedule our estimate. He didn't even know that a sales rep had ever come to our house. He then proceeded to argue with me about it. I explained, very clearly, about the guy getting measurements, pictures, pulling out his briefcase of samples, etc. He then tried to say that it was likely because both myself and my husband weren't present. Which, again, I had to correct him and tell him that we were both present at the appointment the entire time. Yes, he was trying to tell me who was or was not present at an appointment he didn't even know we had! He then said their sales reps give out paperwork and he couldn't have done that via email. I said that I'm just going by what YOUR sales rep told us he was going to do. I told him don't worry about it now though because we have since called other roofers and have quotes from them. I said we weren't going to waste our time with a company who couldn't get back with us. Then the rep got mad at me and began huffing and mumbling. Even if they offered me a free roof, I still wouldn't let them touch my property!

The workers arrived at 7:30A and left by 5:00P. The roof looks great. The workers cleaned up every bit of trash before they left. I have no complaints.

Although Erie Roofs are not inexpensive, they by far have the best product on the market and will pay you back over time.. From the quality of the underlayment to the materials used, you will not find a better leak proof product for your home. it is backed up by a 50 year warranty, where do you find that anywhere else, and you receive a certificate to provide to your house insurance provider for a discount on your home insurance costs. They company works fast and efficient and are professional in every way. Not to mention, that the end product is beautiful and stands out amongst the other houses in your area.

Erie came to my home at 7am and were done by 1:30 and they did a great job! They were all very friendly and helpful. They even hauled away some debris that we had lying about. Their clean-up was excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased and Jimmy was extremely nice and very informative. Overall very pleasant experience with everyone involved.

From the first meet to get a quote was handled very professionally and discussed every choice with no feelings of being pressured into anything we didn't want. Erie did not do what was expected. The new shingle roof was installed over the old roof. They did not remove old shingles.
There was a lot of pressure to sign contract. Also my own fault for not shopping prices I paid a lot more than I should have. Very over priced.

From sales, construction and post install Erie has been great. Crew arrived as scheduled, completed as promised and left the job site clear of debris. Customer service was very responsive and I have been pleased with all of the support team as well. I would recommend them to any home owner in need of a new roof.

Great experience with ErieHomes on replacing my roof. Wish my HOA allowed the metal roof so had to go with the Fiberglass product which is very good as well. The whole experience from meeting the sales person upto the completion process was great and painless. Work was completed in a very professional manner and the whole team was very friendly and awesome. I could clearly see the energy efficiency in a day when my house was much cooler at the same temperature. The Insurance guys are also lowering the rate for renewal.

Good sales and installation teams. The roof was installed in one day, on schedule and with all promised features. Area around the installation was completely cleaned and left in perfect condition. Very pleased with the product provided by this roofing company.

My new roof is beautiful. The whole team did a fantastic job. I am looking forward to saving on utilities with the new vented roof. Texas hail season is getting started and my new Erie Home roof gives me confidence I will make it through the storms with my roof intact. (I will still pray over my trees!)

I was extremely disappointed in the response received when I requested a bid. I had real estate contacts that walked my roof and assured it would pass a claim. I wanted a bid so I could sign for them to be my roofer, and in turn, they would meet my adjuster out and help me get most funds possible. They flat out refused to even send me a bid without me first filing a claim. I did it, I got the claim approved, but I just can't call a company that told me to jump in a lake unless I had insurance $ in hand. We all know they have satellite estimating, so they would not have even needed to come out. When a company wants to see your claim before they say a price, then I feel their pricing is not fair across the board, but malleable by your claim payout. Disappointed.

The Installers were on time, and very professional from start to finish. Answered ALL our questions and concerns.
No comparison to the other companies that we used in the past. The product, so far has proven exceptional, both in quality and good looks.

Erie Home replaced my roof in Jan 2024. The materials were delivered on Jan 25th. Installation was to be on Jan 26th, but bad weather delayed the install to Jan 29th. They started at sunrise, and worked all day. The workers did a great job of preping the roof, then installing the new fiberglass shingles. They worked till dark, but didn't quite finish. They returned on the 30th, early in the morning, and finished up by 11 AM. The site was left as clean as before the install. The foreman was very helpful and explained what was being done during the install. He even hauled off some trash for me. Thanks, Benny.

The roof looks great, and there are no leaks (we have had a couple of 1/2 inch rains since the install). It was very easy doing business with Eric Home, from sales to install. I would recommend them for a roof replacement.

The consistent comment is that while it is expensive, you will never need another roof. We look forward to warrantied protection from which our grand, even great-grandchildren will benefit (if the house stands that long) from a company in existence for almost 50 years. The quality from the installers, both roof and gutter, matched our own high standards of workmanship, a labor not rushed but timely, excellent in every way. The measure of their work was combined with personal professionalism in their manner. The salesmen interacted personably, giving time in hard pursuit of everyone's best interests. The contractor's presence delighted and his responsiveness comforted. Our home will be open to each and every one of them as long as we live or until Jesus returns, whichever comes first.

The folks with Erie Home were great. They replaced the roof in one day and cleaned the place up nicely after all was done. I highly recommend them.

The sales person was very knowledgeable personable and helpful easy to reach for questions . Our insurance company tried to talk us out of signing the deal being a bit more expensive than your average . But as the saying goes, you pay for what you get most of the time . You go too cheap you get cheap labor and that’s not good ! The crew felt experienced and not your average crew .
We had a great experience the crew came back to adjust what we needed to fix. We even asked their advice on the gutters install to make sure it matches the standard of installation and durability .
The project supervisor and manager were always available and monitored the project throughout the whole process . They were both made us feel comfortable when we checked the project with them not like other companies acting strange when you check on their work . We are happy with the install so far, our home already has better ventilation and with the radiant barrier we’re looking forward to a cooler summer more cost effective cooling bills. Especially in Texas heat! Excited about having ceramic on the shingles therefore keeping the home cooler as well.
The only thing that’s left to find out is how it works over the years in terms of durability and warranty . I was told they can check in the roof yearly to ensure its durability. I guess Erie got our backs with this promise and looking forward to see it delivered as years will progress .

We expirenced a few hiccups, but we're ultimately reasonably satisfied. Todd was great, but the lady over the Dallas office was patronizing and pushing me off the phone while I was expressing my qualms. That rubbed me wrong after spending 18,000 dollars, and she needs to manage her anxiety better when dealing with customers. As far as the quality, we had a few minor things touched on after the fact, but the overall project seems to have set well and we have expirenced better energy efficiency.

Very easy to work with. Roof looks great. The guys were very flexible and did what it took to get my roof installed. No complaints.

Professional; scheduled installation of a Type III roof. Materials delivered as promised. Installation completed as promised. Cleanup completed as promised. Filed for Type III roof type insurance deduction with USAA; USAA form indicates that it will not be considered as Type III the way it was installed. I was told I would have a Type III roof.

The process was easy from start to finish! The new roof is beautiful, and knowing I won't have to coordinate and fund future replacement is a huge relief.

I was glad I chose this company for my roof. Not only is it good looking, but has made a difference in how cool my home has become.

My experience with Erie Homes was amazing! I received a new and beautiful roof that all my neighbors will jealous of. The whole process was painless from sales to project mrg to the gentlemen installing the roof. So much attention to detail was applied, right down to the cleanup! I would recommend Erie Homes to all my people and others.

I had a quote scheduled. Nobody came by and I called an hour after the appointment time and was told that our house isn't eligible and the rep stopped by and we weren't home. I was home the entire time and cameras show that nobody stopped by. When I informed the customer service of this they said they would check with the rep and get back to me within the hour. Still haven't heard anything back. If a company is this disorganized and lack follow through during the sale process then I hate to see how they handle their actual customers.

Salesman was very knowledgeable in his field, but didnt handle no!!very well. Said he had wasted his time. And i was very surprised that my 1050 sq ft home with a 2 sided straight roof was quoted at 10-16 thousand dollars!??. I really felt like it was a waste of my time.

Can't really evaluate the value of the product yet but I'm sure it's a high quality, high value product that will add value and comfort for me and my family for many years

Erie arrived on time and took the three days that they advised would be needed to install our roof and make the repairs that were needed. Extremely impressed with the roofing team that installed our roof, very hard workers and professional. Really happy with our new roof.

Don’t get fooled by Erie homes roofing
All Lies, the quality of the materials are not good not the same like in the pictures. sales guy is unprofessional, looked at my house, i have large home and he told me without doing anything it will cost mr more than $75k, with that quality of materials i won’t pay $10k. Be carefull they are scamming people.
The problem when they saw my reviews about them They blocked me from facebook.

I don’t know about their product or installation quality. I do know they will not visit or speak to you without your spouse present. This feels like a high pressure sale that I didn’t need. The last thing my spouse cares about is our roofing material.

EDIT: This was actually my second interaction with Erie. The first time a salesman did come out, and I was interested in getting a quote, but his computer system could not estimate my roof size. He promised I would hear back in 2 days and I never heard from him again.

Jason worked with us to get a new roof on our old house..he was Great. Todd was the Project Manager and went above and beyond what needed to be done. All the workers and staff were polite , friendly, and professional !! Thank all of y'all at ERIE for a job well done!!
