Great Service. The Agent was very transparent. He kept his words. He was engaged throught out the process. He explained very well about the material. He was very helpful .The other thing to mention here is the crew who came to replace the roof: they were very efficient. They took care of every thing in few hours. They cleaned very well after themselves. I am still going back and forth with them with the solar panel reinstallation. But overall, they did an excellent job.

Just about the best company I have ever done business with! I was truly amazed at the customer service, which is rare to find these days, unfortunately. Highly recommend.

They schedule my appointment for 9am today. It is 9:45am. No body stopped by and I was calling them before leaving the review, no body answer the phone call. Other customer had the same issue when I search on the review here.

Updated: Ranger Roofing was calling me near 10AM to resolve the issue. I am adjusting from 1 star to 3 star with hope to give everyone a sesond chance. Today am waiting for a quote.

Quick to respond and efficient. Installed a few new flashings and replaced one piece of siding right in time for big storm. Would use Roofing Ranger again for maintenance needs and will consider them for roof replacement when needed.

5 stars doesn’t do JP and his crew enough justice. Sincerely. Had a relatively minor issue; they had it resolved in less than 24 hours from the time that I called. Most importantly they treated this relatively small job as if it were a much bigger project. They overly communicated; explained what was done and guaranteed the work. In world where pride in craftsmanship and service seems to be a thing of the past; for JP and his team it’s “just another day at the office”. I seriously can’t recommend these guys enough as they went above and beyond the call of duty for us; should something arise they will be the first and only call we make.

Roof Ranger by far is the best roof company in the metroplex hands-down! They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable from the get go. I was scared and unwilling to address the hail damage matter due to previous untrustworthy companies and they made it so comfortable and easy without hesitation. I did a lot of research and I was grateful enough to get Marco Costa being their head guy I believe? He was so knowledgeable he explained everything with easy, Wow! Thank you Marco for going far and beyond my wife and I expectations and giving us the most resistant and the most gorgeous roof on the block! Love those upgraded high profile ridges! Really, on top of that they beat out all the competitors prices and there’s been 3 major hail storms since and not a single ding that I can see since! and I have a roof ladder trust me, I’m picky. lol. ☺️ Make sure you get the class four impact resistant you won’t regret it! I had a leak. They came out right away over the holidays to cover it up. They came out a couple of days later and replaced my roof in one day. It looks great and so do the new gutters they installed.

These guys did a great job and made the process as easy as possible. There was even a miscommunication that was 1000% my fault and George handled it like a pro. We were very happy with these guys. They were the best price of the 4 quotes we got as well.

I chose Roofing Ranger for my replacement roof because Google rating was 4.9 WITH several hundred reviews, not 5.0 with 2 reviews. Marco was my sales/point of contact person and was no pressure and great to work with. Had some insurance glitches and he just "got it done". Hope I wont need another roof but if I do Roofing Ranger is who I will call.

We needed a roof inspection on very short notice, and they went above and beyond to help us out. Not only did they accommodate us quickly, but they also offered the inspection for free. They provided multiple, clear pictures of the roof from various angles, along with a thorough explanation of what they found. Their attention to detail was very nice.

David and his assistant went above and beyond the call of duty. I am a disabled Veteran and they saved me time and money by diagnosing the issue and pinpointing the exact spot, of my roof leak. Fixed the issue quickly and the fix passed the leak test.

I never thought I’d be leaving a five-star review for a roofing company. I’m glad I get to though. Marco with Roofing Ranger knocked on my door to let me know the time window for filing a hail damage claim with insurance was about to close and he noticed damage to my roof. I was skeptical, thinking I’d know if my roof was messed up, but I heard him out. We took a look and he was right. My shingles actually were in bad shape and the metal vents all had major dents.

I still asked what the point was of getting a new roof if we’re only going to get more hail storms - this is North Texas. Marco showed me different impact-resistant shingles that withstand heavy duty storms. I hadn’t known that was even an option. I invested in a Class 4 roof (what I save in homeowners insurance premiums should cover the extra cost) that will hold up for a long time.

Along with getting a high-quality roof at a very reasonable price, the installation and overall experience were fantastic. Marco and his team were professional, friendly, and thorough from start to finish. They worked with the insurance adjustor, pointing out items he had missed and making sure everything was included in the claim. They made sure I had what I needed for HOA approval. They even stayed in touch with my insurance company so I had fewer calls to make.

The installation itself wasn’t the mess I’d expected either. They took extra steps to protect my yard from debris and didn’t cut corners when it came to cleanup. The roof itself? It looks awesome. Now I know a roof, from the quality to the finishing touches on the corners, can have a big impact on how your house looks overall.

Called them for roof inspection and they sent someone same day. George was professional and provided an honest review of our roof.

We had water coming into our attic and that was causing the growth of mold on the ceiling. That was a surprise to us since our roof was less than 5 years old. Vadim came by to inspect and immediately found the problem. Our former roofer did not do a good enough job of sealing around the ac plumbing. Then he was able to correct the situation very quickly and the whole visit was a courtesy to us at no charge. Thanks Vadim. We had a terrible wind storm, and our neighbors lost a bunch of shingles. Roofing Ranger was able to come the next day to inspect our roof for potential damage. Great service; will definitely call them again.

Contacted them to check my roof after a hail Strom. Their receptionist was polite and helpful. They got someone out to my property the next day.

Vadim did a great job explaining the problems with my house roof and actions to be taken. The problems were fixed on time and with very high attention to the details. I recommend to contact Vadim if you are in search for a roof contractor.

Third job, this time replacing three shingle roofs and repairing two metal roofs, all due to hail damage. We are just as happy third time around as the first two times. If I have any other roofing or gutter needs, I won't call anybody else. Good prices, they show up when the say they will be there, excellent craftsmanship and cleanup. Can't ask for more than that.
