I highly recommend Legacy Roofing for your hail and wind damage repairs. Matthew worked alongside myself and my Claims adjuster to make sure everything was included in the insurance claim. He was very thorough and has great communication skills. Angel was the quality control manager for the roof. He and his crew were very professional. They had a large crew that came in and installed the new roofing within half a day. I have noticed a lot of my neighbors roofers have taken one to two days to get their roofs installed. Angel sent me pictures and videos taken by a drone for every step of the roofing project. Matthew has also scheduled and managed the other sub contractors to restain my fence and replace window screens, etc. Legacy Roofing has made my life easy and worry free!

What I thought would be a 2 day job they completed in 1 day even in 100 degree+ weather! I appreciated that they were also looking after their guys making them take a 2hr break during heat of day to protect them! When the job was done, they left our property spotless — it looked exactly as it did before they arrived. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Jonathan was one call or text away through the whole process from insurance claims, to picking out the colors, to post installation follow up. Angel who led the installation was readily available and sent drone pictures of each stage. The crew was extremely fast without sacrificing quality. The project started around 6am and was fully completed at 1pm the same day. When the crew cleaned up they actually left my porch cleaner than before they arrived. As bonus they used the extra materials and did the roof of my shed. Now it matches the house! An awesome company and people to do business with. Thank you!

Maybe there’s roofing contractors out there doing more for their customers than what Legacy did for us, but I can’t imagine how. Every interaction we had with their staff was friendly and professional. Sales tactics seemed honest and not pushy, and we were pleased with the arrangement at which we arrived.

Our main point of contact, Ryan, took the guess work out of things and handled the details. He even took our insurance check to the post office and got it sent off with the return envelope for our mortgage company’s endorsement. Legacy were knowledgeable with area pricing and were able to provide documentation to the insurance company to justify estimate changes. The staff they used to remove and reset our solar PV system did the work as described and were pleasant, expedient, and precise. The roofing crew couldn’t have been any better—they knocked it out in one day, left the grounds as clean as they found them, and did a great job (yes, I got up there and inspected with my laymen eyes after watching Dr. YouTube.)

Beyond pleased with our new roof. The Project Manager Tony Baker, worked with us from start to finish. He met with the insurance adjuster and really went to bat for us. The install team was diligent about covering our pool and making sure debris was removed.

I worked w/ Heyden and the team and they replaced ~2000sq ft of roof in about 6 hours! They did great work, inspected the attic afterwards for any visible light, and were very prompt.
