Hi There. Greetings. We had our roof replaced a few years ago. Stephen Faught and his crew did an amazing job. The crew came on time and went about their work diligently. And then they did cleaned up so well, worth commending. Stephen explained every aspect of the work clearly and we worked with our insurance company to repair it in a timely manner.

We were hearing some noise of water droplets falling on to a surface. I called up the SEI roofing. Mr. Marc picked up and said he will be there to look at it today itself. Mr. Marc was here in quick time even though the road was covered by snow. What an outstanding commitment to the customer!!!
The staff are courteous and cheerful.

Have been working with SEI for several years. Have had roof damage but not enough for insurance to cover roof replacement so used SEI for tune-ups and replacing missing shingles. Finally, had enough damage that insurance helped with replacement and again, worked with SEI. Travis was a big help throughout the process. My roof was a mess. The house was built in sections and tied together. Two of the sections are very flat and we had several leaks. I had other roofers that would not take the job. Then I met Stephen Marcantel at SEI Roofing. He confirmed that it was a tough job but he took it. His team did a beautiful TPO roof. They had to remove siding and layers of incorrect roofing to do the job right. They replaced the siding after doing the roof and made my home look great. It was reassuring knowing that they can do the whole job. I highly recommend Stephen and SEI.

Wonderful experience with SEI Roofing's Stephen Marcantel for all the repairs related to a hailstorm that came through. From start to finish, they were courteous, respectful of property, and overall fantastic job. Stephen kept us updated every step of the way. Eric is amazing and deserves a raise!!! After finishing up a job for our neighbor, Eric noticed my mom and I struggling to get our cat down from our roof and he climbed right up there to help. SEI Roofing recently installed a new roof on my house and my wife and I are extremely happy with the results. The crew did an excellent job with the installation and clean up around the house. The sales process was professional and low pressure (ask for Travis). I recommend SEI Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof or repair!

After having high winds, I noticed some upturned shingles around a vent pipe on my roof. I called SEI Roofing and made an appointment as soon as possible. I didn't have a personal referral from anyone so I didn't know what to expect. Steve Marcantel arrived on time for the appointment and went into my attic to check for any leaks and also checked my roof outside by sight and drone since the shingles were wet from the storm. He ascertained that it could be repaired with the existing shingles left by my builder so they would match. I received the estimate and approved it and had the work completed within the week. There was no overage on the estimate given! I am pleased with the professionalism and work ethic of this company. I highly recommend them.

This is our 2nd roof with SEI following extensive storm/hail damage. We were referred the first time by a close friend and when discovered we needed a new roof due to cumulative hail damage, we called them immediately. They are by far, the best roofing company out there. SEI is trustworthy, dependable and does an awesome job.
Travis Huston, our Project Manager was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but answered every text, email or phone call quickly and worked around our schedule when necessary. In addition to the new roof with a higher "hail" resistance that Travis helped us with, SEI handled ALL of the extras.......broken window seals, screen replacement, fence clean & restain, garage door panel replacement and repainting of both doors, new gutters and chimney cap. Travis took care of all of this and was on top of every single item that needed to be addressed. He even met with our insurance adjuster when he came out to do his appraisal of the damage.
Additionally, the onsite crew was respectful of our property. They did an unbelievable job cleaning up every day and made certain there were no nails/screws etc left anywhere on our property. (Our roof is steep and has a lot of different peaks by the way.)
We also worked with Steve Faught (PM) and Kayleen Greiner (office) and they are outstanding, too.
When we need a roof repair or new roof again (Texas and hailstorms) SEI will be who we call!

What a pleasant experience I had with S.E.I. Roofing. The whole process moved seamlessly from start to finish because of Travis and his wonderful team. After contacting S.E.I. Roofing, Travis came out the same day and determined that my roof needed to be replaced. He then came back out again in a couple of days to meet with my insurance adjuster and their roof inspector. Travis pointed out several roofing features that the inspector had overlooked and got them added onto my claim. They even repaired a rotted fascia board and soffit and then painted it to boot using the paint I already had. Travis explained in advance every step of the process about what they would do and how they communicate directly with the insurance company. Every detail was explained up front and the process unfolded exactly as he said it would. No surprises. The new roof and gutters look tremendous. I can’t imagine a roof and gutter replacement going any smoother than what I just experienced.

This is a great business to work with. We had a leak and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. We got a reasonable quote to diagnose the problem and when they felt confident they knew what it was, they did a same day repair with a price reduction for the fee already paid. Then they told us they need to adjust it because they realize it’s not quite right - this is when you hold your breath expecting the worst. Who would have thought the price would go down?! Not us, lol. Great staff, service, communication, and no price gauging! 5 ⭐️

SEI is now our go to roofing company. Travis and his team were on time and on point. Not only did they fix what was wrong, but went the extra mile, did a survey and found a few other issues that needed to be corrected. These other issues were caused by other roofing companies that did it as cheap and as fast as they could get it done and go onto the next job.

After I filed our claim with the insurance company Stephen took charge and worked with the adjuster to get a complete and accurate settlement. In addition, Stephen had his crews scheduled and they were on time each day. Very important, the crews were very considerate and cleaned up each day. Travis was with us from start to finish. He initially inspected the roof for a repair call but saw hail damage. He took lots of pictures if his findings and walked us through the claim process with our insurance company.

Travis was on site for the adjuster’ inspection to ensure all the damage was properly recorded. After receiving the insurance claim. Travis reviewed the claim to ensure accuracy. Travis detailed his proposal with us and coordinated the three projects.

I'm super happy with this company. I had originally called a company recommended by my boss and never got a returned call. Crickets going off. I then called SEI and Shane was out the next day, tarped my roof and I was contacted by Travis the day after! Travis went to battle with my insurance company for me, to get extra funds for code upgrades not previously included in the insurance estimate. He stuck to his guns until they caved and ponied up some additional $$ for me. Great service!!d

SEI responded quickly to our bid request and was ready to install within a week! They were patient and communicative as we had to wait for our HOA to approve installing the gutters. Their crew installed in only a day and the gutters look amazing! Stephen provided excellent communication and customer service even after the job was completed.

SEI replaced my roof after a hail storm. The next time I used SEI was to repair a couple of areas that were damaged during high winds. And the third time I used SEI is when I decided to have ridge line venting installed. Every time I needed my roof looked at they were right at my house.

Stephen Faught, the Sales Director, was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and courteous. He seamlessly worked us into his schedule, and he exceeded all our expectations. Stephen gave us helpful advice about house insurance. He was very knowledgeable about different roofing materials, and he took the time to explain all the different options to my wife, Cathy. He recommended we upgrade to life-time shingles. Stephen also went above and beyond by having all our gutters and window screens replaced. Eric Conroy, the Project Manager, was also very nice, and he cleared a path for our daughter to leave out for work on the roofing instillation day. SEI was by far the best roofing experience we have ever had. I highly recommend them, and my wife and I plan to use them for any of our roofing needs in the future.

The siding, trim and paint job on our house looks fantastic. Getting to this point was a bit of a journey. Steve M came out, walked us through all the work to be done and said he would expect it to take no more than two days; it ended up being more than a week. Angel, a crew manager, still needs to come out to finish the power washing.
A few days in, I called Steve M to voice my concerns on how the new siding looked: crooked boards, uneven trim and behind schedule. We also noticed after Steve M brought on Angel to manage, that the siding was put on with no vapor barrier. All of these problems were addressed and fixed.
We will be using SEI again but, the scope of the work will be limited to the gutters and the trim.

I had a great experience working with SEI. First time home owner and had a pretty decent leak from my furnace vent. They were able to come out and fix it within a few days (before it rained again) and luckily the next day when it rained NO LEAKS!

My wife and I used SEI Roofing to install gutters after having to replace the siding in our house. Stephen M. was quick to contact me after I requested a quote and was able to be out in a few days. He was on time, professional, and courteous. After discussing details and problem spots around my property, Stephen M. presented me with his plan to help with our drainage. SEI came through again as this is 2nd roof they have done for me. The hailstorm earlier this year did enough damage I needed a new roof, patio awning cover and fence re-staining. Stephen handled scheduling it all and I could not be happier with the outcome. I changed roof color and was not disappointed. SEI Roofing went above and beyond during my roof replacement and installation of solar tubes. We needed our roof replaced so I called SEI Roofing. They let me know someone who worked in my area would give me a call. I immediately got a call from Travis Huston. He was very professional and went out to check our roof right away before the storm hit and got a team up to tarp the bad spots that same day. Travis did all of the dealings with the insurance company and met the adjuster when he came out. Once everything was ready with the insurance company, his team went to work. They replaced our roof in one day. When they were finished, out yard was so clean you would never know that we even had any work done. It was incredible. I highly recommend SEI and Travis Huston.

Travis was the rep that helped me through the process of replacing my roof. I got 3 quotes, his price was not only the most reasonable, it included more value than the others (30 year shingle vs 25 year, removing unnecessary satellites, adding turbines, etc). Travis was gracious enough to work through the horrible process of dealing with a warranty company, and provided thorough quotes at the warranty company's request. I will definitely use them in the future should I need roof work. Highly recommend!

I hired SEI to put on a new roof April 2019. Given it has five stars rating here, I expect it is a high quality service provider. The new roof leak and damaged my garage ceiling. SEI refuse to fix garage ceiling because the contract stated no internal damage covered. SEI is not a cheap service provider. The price I paid is similar to leader in market. I will update again if SEI will change mind to make a fix. The sales person promised to check with owner but no communication anymore.

Here is latest update. I got a phone call from owner soon after first review. He has the desire to make his customer happy. Two guys from SEI came yesterday afternoon fixed garage ceiling. They did a good work. I adjust rating from two stars to four stars because SEI owner is a responsible person.

I have nothing but great things to say about SEI roofing. Steve was excellent handling my insurance company and making sure everything that needed to be covered was covered. He also expedited our project because insurance took forever to address the claim and we were selling our house - even during a time when they were super busy because of all the crazy storms in Dallas. Also, Eric is a great project manager! Kept me up to speed on everything that was going on, always sent pictures and was easy to reach. Finally, they got the job done well and fast. I highly recommend SEI roofing!!!

A hail storm blew in on March 24 and destroyed my roof and sky light. My wife called Stephen and he showed up within minutes and installed a tarp to protect my interior from additional damage. Stephen worked with our insurance company and had our new roof installed in 1 day at the agreed price. His crew of workmen were on time and very professional. The after install clean up was great. Not one piece of anything was left on the ground. The post install inspection performed with Stephen found no issues. We are very happy and would recommend SEI Roofing to anyone.

I agree with the other positive reviews on SEI Roofing. In January, our roof had to be redone after one of last summer's hail storms. Travis at SEI prepared a detailed estimate that was accepted with few quibbles by our insurer (the big one with red lettering). At Travis's recommendation, we paid a small upcharge to install a superior hail-resistant shingle and have already recovered some of the cost in a reduced homeowners premium. SEI replaced all the shingles, fixed a code issue on our chimney, brought our wood fencing to good-as-new appearance, replaced all gutters and downspouts, and bought in other contractors to repaint a stained ceiling and replace a copper dormer roof over the front window. Not only does the roof, guttering, and paint look sharp, but, at all times, SEI kept me informed about what would be done, when, and why, and I never had any trouble getting my concerns addressed. If you're in the North Dallas area, keep SEI's name and number handy. They know how to do a large roofing job right and Travis and the others at SEI will take care of you.

Outstanding customer service! After seeing water spots on my ceiling I thought the worst. However after Stephen reviewed my roof he found the leak was caused by rusty nails where the water was leaking through. Really appreciate the honestly and professional service. Best roofer ever!

I called these guys for a quote. They were polite and prompt getting out to the house and said they would have a written estimate within a day or so. After a week I called them back and was told they would send it over later that afternoon. It took over 2 weeks to get the estimate, though I expect roofers are probably busy this time of year. Given the extent of repairs, I thought it was considerate that they offered alternative options that would "get us by" until the next hail storm forced us into a replacement.

I had my roof and some sidling replaced by SEI, communication was excellent, we had a small leak after the repair and thats when you can really tell if you went with the right company or not, the owner Mark came out personally to see the problem and had it fixed the very next day! Travis the salesman came out fairly quickly to fit us in and inspected our roof to let us know that we had hail damage, on our roof and gutters and he got everything bought with our insurance in a timely manner. Once we signed our contract everything that we signed for got delivered in a exceptional timely manner! DeVonti communicated with us during the whole process and within a couple of weeks everything was done! I'm very satisfied with my roof and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof done!
