Mr. Zach Norman was the energetic, confident and competent face of the company who pursued our business after completing FOUR other roof replacements in my neighborhood. His positive, “can do” attitude and superb customer service was demonstrated in his daily communication, updates and immediate responses to any routine issues we encountered in the week long build. Company executives like Jason also made visits and ensured the quality and workmanship was completed to our highest expectations. These two men are working diligently to permeate their company with the highest standards in product and service. The roof looks amazing…Highly recommended!

I never thought I would consider replacing our roof as a good experience until I started working with Jeff Firman and Results Roofing. After my roofer that I used 2x disappeared and another local roofer never calling me back, Jeff came out to meet me the same day I called Results. I called them because my neighbor had such a great experience and I did too since I lived next door! Plus their Better Business Bureau reviews were outstanding! And within a week we were scheduling our new roof! Jeff and his team handled everything including following up multiple times with our insurance to get things approved. Roof was completed within one day, they were so clean and picked up everything after digging through the bushes etc. We got new garage doors, new gutters, painted the house trim, and new screens. It was all done efficiently and professionally - and lots of follow up! Can't say enough about what a positive experience it was to work with Jeff Firman and Results Roofing!

After several disappointing interactions with other roofers and companies, Ryan R. with Results Roofing was very quick to respond and was at our home within hours to do an initial inspection. I spoke with a few members of the team including Ryan, Eric, and Trever and what really stood out with all of them is they really listened to my concerns and were understanding of my unique situation. Jeremy Turner at Results Roofing was fantastic to work with on my roof project. He went above and beyond and out of his way to help, even with no guarantee that he would have any chance of getting the business. This type of character is exactly what you want in a roofer and roofing company.

I was purchasing a home that needed a new roof and the seller moved forward to replace the roof. We didn’t believe it was installed very well and up to quality standards. We called Jeremy to ask for an inspection of the roof replacement. Jeremey went out the very next day and provided a full report which was very detailed about the quality of the replacement.

With that report we had details to submit back to the seller that the roof was not replaced up to proper standards and it would need to be replaced with the roofer of our choice. We requested Jeremy to provide us with a quote for the proper replacement. Once we received the quote for the replacement and moved forward Jeremy had the materials ordered and the roof replaced within 2 days. He kept us on schedule for our closing of the house in time.

I couldn’t have been happier with Jeremey and Results Roofing. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We were extremely pleased with our new roof, which Zach Lytle and his assistant Anthony, along with their top notch crew installed on July 18 2025 in Richland Hills. Everything from the inspection, estimate, and installation went exactly as we were told. Thank you for doing a superior job.

I do not leave reviews. The rep we were working with, Jeff Firman, asked if we would leave him a review. We really wanted to help him out. While he was trying to gain our business, he was very responsive. Day of roofing, he was great and communicated very quickly.
We requested not to pay in full as their request until work was complete, instead we paid 1/2 prior to work and 1/2 after completion.
Unfortunately once we paid in full, Jeff pretty much disappeared.
We asked for warranty paperwork and itemized receipt with work completed repeatedly. Finally weeks later they sent warranty, but we are still waiting for itemized receipt. Jeff is no help and often unresponsive now. Work was completed July 2nd, still waiting.
We are still waiting for the requested itemized receipt of work completed with zero balance.
A recent inspection conducted to proceed escrow found several issues with the roof replacement so we need an itemized receipt to show all the work that was done and that no extra damage was found. Also stating all the extra items replaced.

Jeff Firman will not provide the paperwork.

I am at a loss and my only option is to submit this review and complaints to business bureau.

Jeff came out checked the roof and patched where needed until his great crew replaced it. It’s a little difficult contacting anyone in the main office as you can only talk to a robot but, they do call back once they get your message. Jeff came back to make sure everything was properly completed. I would recommend him and his crew.

Shea was and is straight forward, upfront and honest about what's going on and happening during the whole process start to finish. Answered all my questions didn't matter when I called made us feel like we mattered, not just a paycheck to him or the company. We felt heard and respected. I have the dreaded solar panels & Results Roofing was ready to take on removing all 79 of the panels! No upselling, just clear facts and solid information. Process was quick, easy and stress free! I had a couple of items I wasn’t happy with afterwards and a warranty person was out within a few days to take care of it.

Recently, I’ve had SO many roofing company reps come knocking at the door to the home I rent in Wylie and have not once been offered a free consultation to look at, understand and grasp the severity of damage on the roof from the storms we have gone through the last several months. I unfortunately have no control of whom can and if the roof will be fixed or replaced with the company I am renting with (I will kindly leave their name out due to ongoing issues). Joseph was the 3rd man that knocked on my door today and we had a nice chat about his business and how the houses in this neighborhood/general area were hit pretty hard. I told him about my situation and he offered a free consultation to show the damage that was clearly evident after the pictures and videos provided. After he showed me the pictures, I about lost it, seeing the extent of the damage this roof has endured over what I assume is the original 15-year-old roof.
If you own your home and/or have the option to choose who can work on your roof, PLEASE consider using Results Roofing. I’ve read their reviews and have personally seen the houses in the area that they have worked on. They appear to do an amazing job and are some of the nicest guys out there.

Results Roofing did a great job, work on time and within budget. What really raised them to "5 Star" was their Project Manager, Miguel Angel. He went out of his way in color selection help, styles and all important insurance paperwork/ negotiations. I liked Results, I LOVED Miguel. I never felt alone in process.

Couldn’t be happier with the work Results Roofing did to help support us after a bad hail storm. I was referred by a friend and RR has done the majority of our neighborhoods roofs and hail claims.
We worked with Richie Rivera who kept the team organized. All work was done as scheduled, they took great care of our landscape, covering all plants, picked up all nails and left the property clean. As part of the hail claim our fence was stained and some wood edging replaced. Those teams were also well organized and scheduled in turn. They interacted with our insurance company and took the pressure off of us.

Dustin and his crew stopped by when they saw me out raking in my vacationing daughter's yard after a hailstorm had downed lots of branches and broken 3 skylights. They put patches over the holes since rain is in the forecast and even helped me rake and dispose of the downed leaves. I will definitely give their information to my daughter when she returns to handle the replacement of the skylights. The entire crew was so thoughtful and professional, providing their services gratis. It was a small job to them, but not to me.

We had 8 contractors stop by today after significant hail storm last night. The first looked at our roof and told us it was damaged beyond repair and we needed to replace the roof. Incredibly thankful and grateful to Marcin and his amazing team at Results Roofing! Due to the heavy rain and thunderstorms from early this morning, I noticed water marks forming from our entry foyer. I was in desperate need of an accomplished and established roofing company that could assist with this issue. I phoned my neighbor, who experienced roofing issues earlier this year, and he happily provided me with Marcin’s contact info.

Truly grateful to Marcin for taking my call today, especially with today being Memorial Day. He and I set a designated time this afternoon to check out the affected area. With anticipation of another cell of thunderstorm looming, Marcin took quick initiative and headed to my home to take drone shots of my roof tiles, flashing, windows, and bricks/mortar.

My wife and I were extremely impressed with the drone shots and the project timeline he provided us with.. Multiple photos of the affected areas were discovered with this valuable tool and software. Marcin kept me updated every step of the way this afternoon while I was stuck at work on a busy Memorial Day Monday.

It was discovered that rain was leaking through loose flashing, and mini crevices between the bricks/mortar. Marcin and his team rectified this issue by nailing down the loose flashing and covering all crevices with clear silicone caulk to prevent further leaks and costly damages to our interior ceiling and flooring.

His swift action, stellar professionalism, attention to detail, and years of expertise, saved my family and I from further stress, anxiety, and costly repairs.

I will happily refer Marcin and his entire team to all my clients, colleagues, relatives, and friends. His customer service and support is impeccable and we can’t thank him enough for his exceptional work and amazing experience. 5-STARS all the way!!

A very good experience. They woked closely with our insurance adjuster to make sure all issues were identified and kept us informed at every step of the process. When it came time to do the work they brought a large crew and finished the complete tear-off, re-roof and clean-up in about 5 hours. We've had several roof replacements over the years mostly due to hail damage and this was the smoothest, fastest, and best experience we've experienced to date.

What a great experience we had working with Micah Nashe and Results Roofing. When storms came through and left a section of our roof torn off Micah stopped by and checked out the roof and covered the damage for us. Amazing responsiveness and service that exceeded our expectations. I already knew about Results Roofing's great reputation but had never actually worked with them. We had a bad roof leak late Wednesday and called Results. Brandon Steward, a Senior Project Manager, called us back immediately and scheduled an assessment for Thursday morning. He arrived early and immediately reviewed the interior damage with my wife and I. He stepped outside, and assessed our entire roof finding several problems including the root cause of our roof leak. His assessment included photos, a narrated video and drone footage. Then he fixed all the issues and concerns that he found. He came back inside, gave a a rolldown on what he had found and what he had fixed. When I asked about payment ......he declined to bill us! Our roof is huge, complicated and steep. After my incredible experience with Result Roofing in Carrollton, TX, I felt compelled to share all the details of my great experience.

To be honest, I’m not someone who easily trusts contractors, too many bad experiences in the past have made me extra cautious. So when it came time to replace my roof, gutters, and deal with yet another insurance headache, I did what any skeptical homeowner would do: I contacted six different roofing companies before even thinking about making a decision.

Then, my cousin stepped in and changed everything. He had just used Result Roofing for his roof, gutter, and window replacements and insisted I talk to a representative named Vincent Nguyen. I’m so glad I listened.

From the moment Vincent came out to assess the job, I knew I was in good hands. He was incredibly informative, kind, and most importantly trustworthy. He didn’t just try to “sell” me; he took the time to walk me through the process, answer all my questions (and I had a lot), and work around my busy schedule with absolute flexibility and respect.

Vincent and his team handled everything from replacing my roof and gutters to managing my insurance claim (which was something I dreaded). Not only did they complete the work in a timely and professional manner, but Vincent even went the extra mile to change some shingles after they were installed (just because I’m a bit picky) . He never once made me feel like a bother.

To double check the quality, I even had another roofing company inspect their finished work and they had nothing but good things to say. That gave me the final peace of mind I needed.

Everything about this company was 5 stars. Quinton’s customer service was impeccable and his guys were fantastic. They were on time and I was really impressed with the clean up, couldn’t even tell they replaced a roof!!! Highly recommend Results Roofing and Quinton made this process so easy!

I can’t express how amazing Evan was from beginning to end. He explained whole claims process, said he would handle everything and he absolutely did. From the claims adjuster, to the payments, supplements, and everything in between. Even stayed onsite during job till it was complete. Not to mention the drone shots during the entire process to keep me updated on everything they were doing. Guys got here at 620am and had the complete roof and complete cleanup done by 2 pm. Ro is a stand up guy! He was doing a job across the street at a neighbors house and noticed that I had a lot of missing shingles. He comes over and talks to me about it and I let him know that I rent the house and have been waiting for almost 2 months for my landlord to fix the roof. He offers to go up and take pictures to send to my landlord and I agree. Then is the part that blew my mind. He sees how bad it is and chooses to seal up the leaks that we have without asking for anything in return. He said he couldn't do nothing in good conscience. I forwarded his photos to my landlord and am not sure what they will do with that info, but the fact that he's willing to help someone out just out of kindness in between jobs just shows a lot about his character and speaks to the work that he does. If he will take care of someone for free like that, I'm certain he does a 100% job when he's being paid.

Every step of our roof replacement process was done with professionalism and efficiency. This is the second roof we have had done in this house and this entire process was such a better experience in every way. I would highly recommend Results Roofing and Marcin Kiosk the adjuster we worked with.

Dustin and the whole Results Roofing team do an absolutely phenomenal job. Every time I have contacted Dustin Results Roofing has come out the same day. Dustin always has a 100% customer service attitude. Results Roofing dose not always recommend roof repair or replacement. It is wonderful to have somebody to call on that will give you an honest assessment. I can tell that Dustin cares about his company and the people that work for him and treats them like family!
