Our salesman, Keegan, was very thorough and pleasant to work with. The installation went just as we were told it would be. The crew was very considerate and did a great job of cleaning up both after removing the old roof and after installing the new one.
The new roof looks great and we are very happy that we chose Erie Home to do the work.

We have a ranch style house and they removed and reinstall the roof in one day. It was a clean and fast process. We are very pleased with our new roof.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, I highly recommend people to avoid this company. They do not deserve to have a business. They don't want to fix the damage done to our ceiling by there flawed ventilated peak. They undermined the guy (professional) that came out to see the damage and fix it, he said the whole ceiling needed to be replaced and when he told them that they had to come out themselves and look and only want him to replaces certain sections that's the worst. Since then the (professional) repair guy has only came out half the Saturday's since the repair finally started and only works 4 to 5 hours and hasn't replaced the majority of the damage and said he is almost done. We was told he would be out every Saturday until it's done and it should be done in 3 Saturday's. Damage happened 3-4 months ago at this time. This is my home and how dare erie home damage it and try to half a$$ fix the damage! They should have a zero star!

Buyer beware! Communications suck! Roofers had to come out three times to complete installation. I was promised an in person visit from supervisor. No one has shown up to date. Now the loan company is sending me notices saying job is complete. I feel that Erie deserves a D for the job they did. Please anyone make them follow through with what they say they will do. After further discussions with Erie Home in Wichita things have been settled amicably. They did admit to lack of communications and follow up with PE taking all of the blame. I am glad it is over so anyone considering them please ask and pay attention to all of the details!

we had the pleasure of having Ryan and Ty come out and tell us about their amazing metal roofs. Even though we missed out on Grant , my wife and I are excited about the idea of a metal roof.

We now have a new roof that is more than a roof. It is a leak protection rain system. Interlocking metal shingles that divert water down into the gutters and on out through the downspouts. The installation crew were hard working and knowledgeable about the system they were installing. Each day they cleaned up the area. And on the final day they cleaned thoroughly, making the place look as they found it

Quick, efficient and very clean. All materials were cleaned up as work progressed. I highly recommend them for your home improvement needs.

They do a great job and have a great team to get the work done and clean up after words really well. In my ranking they deserve a 10.

The roof and gutters were completed with no issues or complaints on my end. The class 3 singles save me $1000 on my homeowners insurance; thus, I recommend these singles.

We requested an estimate for a new roof from Erie. What we got was a two-hour sales pitch with an aggressive salesman. That is not how you do business. We found another company who we immediately felt comfortable with and who weren't trying to gouge us. ALWAYS GET MORE THAN ONE ESTIMATE.

We really liked Brent! He was very good at listening, let us ask valid questions to be concerned about. He respected how we felt. He seemed very knowledgeable in your products. When we are able to do this we would want to deal with Brent.

Update: The roof looks great. The installers were respectful and cleaned up everything each day. Grant B. was professional, thorough, and really explained the products, company integrity, and process. I can't wait for my roof install!

My experience was great. Grant B was super. His knowledge and personality were amazing!! The product sounds amazing also!! I just wish I had the money to pick your product. Erie Home sounds like a wonderful company to work with. I’m sorry but I just can’t do it at this time. Give Grant a pat on the back. He’s the BEST!!!

My experience was exultant until they work into the dark so I couldn’t really inspect their work until the next day. They did a great job tearing off and applying all the new materials and a good job cleaning up in the dark.It was and overall great experience.

There were no problems. It looks great . Looks better than what I thought. I picked the right color. Very happy. No mess left over very courteous crew. Glad I did business with Erie Jerry BOSTON.

Overall did a decent job, good clean up, seems I got a good Quality fiberglass shingle. However the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it’s on the high end price wise. I have 4000 sq ft of roof, which in general it’s gonna be more expensive than average roofs, and mine is also multi story, with high 60degree parts on the top. It cost me around 40k. I did get a deal with getting gutter guards and gutters put on as well which the price includes, just still seems alittle on high end. But hopefully the quility makes up for it cause it looks a lot better than the old shingles I had on that were cheaper. Overall for the complexity they are not a bad choice. Not the cheapest of choices out there, but also not the most expensive. If I had the choice to use them again or go somewhere else, I would chose them again.

Love my new roof! Atlantic blue. Most of the roofs around here are either brown or gray, so it really stands out nicely. The workers did a wonderful job with the roof as well as the cleanup afterwards. I think they over ordered a few things, but I'll be using some of it to put a roof on my shed.. thank you Erie!

Erie Home did a really nice job on my roof. It needed an upgrade and time was ticking. I'm glad I chose Erie Home for, not only their product, but their customer service and dedication they showed me. They helped me put a new roof on my home in short notice right before deploying. That allowed me the comfort of not having to worry about it while being away. I value their willingness to go above and beyond. I had the pleasure to work with Catarino and his crew. They did a fantastic job and did not rush through the process. Not rushing, it still only took 1.5 days to install. I asked questions during the installation and he gave precise answers to my concerns. Everything went almost smoothly with some equipment hiccups but we got through it and the roof looks amazing. I couldn't be happier with Catarino and his crew for the work they did. Thank you to the Erie Home Team that I had the pleasure working with.

I absolutely love how my roof turned out. The heat trapped in my house now can escape properly and let in cool air. I feel like my air conditioners aren't working near as hard. I love how quickly they did this and it's great quality work. Thank you Erie Homes.

My windows look great. The workers ran into some unexpected issues with my house. But they still took care of everything quickly and efficiently at no extra cost to me. Excellent job!

I am so happy I decided to go with Erie. I had no idea my roof was in such a state. I appreciated the pictures to prove it. The sales guys were friendly and helpful and sold me the best product for my needs. After I signed the contract I expected a 6-8 week wait but the crew showed up the following week and completed the job in one day. Great communication between the office, the crew, and me.

We were really impressed with the young salesman (Eric Ornelas..not sure if I spelled his last name right),he knew his product and knew it well. My mom and I learned so much on different roofing types and how they are placed on your home. He really broke it down and he was so respectful and kind. No rush job with this young man. He truly cares about potential clients. He went over and beyond the call of duty. We were not able to get it financed at this time
but Erie roofing is our first choice when we do.

During a wind storm multiple shingles were lost which resulted in needing repair. After checking out several roofers we went with Erie. The salesmen were informative and fun to work with. The new roof looks fanastic. Poor roofers had to work in triple digit heat but did an excellent jib.

Eerie Home was very professional to deal with when setting up my new roof installation. Their crew who did the work were friendly, professional and efficient. They only needed one day to tear off, repair and install my new roof. They also replaced and wrapped all my facia. Looks fantastc.

We have a clear no soliciting sign right below our doorbell, but an employee from Erie still rang our doorbell, attempting to sell us a new roof. We politely said no thank you, but they still pressed forward. I advised of the no soliciting sign, which they stated they weren't soliciting. Of note, the definition of soliciting is below. Please educate your employees on what a no soliciting signs mean, as well as how to act respectful.

A "no soliciting" sign serves as notice to all door-to-door solicitors that the occupants of that dwelling do not want to receive unsolicited communication

If you've been on Facebook recently, you've likely seen copious advertisements for Erie Metal Roofs. You may not realize they are called Erie Home and do all sorts of home improvement, including replacement windows.
We had lived in our house for 15 years, and the circa mid-seventies windows were all stuck shut and anything but energy efficient. Dalton from Erie visited us in early to mid-March and helped us brainstorm the most affordable solution for our window needs. He seemed forthright and attentive and ensured that the entire family was part of the process instead of just talking to (or at) the "man of the house." We very much appreciate that. We reached an accord that Erie would install the new windows in Mid-June.
Gary (?) from Erie came out a couple of weeks later to get measurements (more on that later).
We got a call in Early May saying the windows were in. The windows were ready early! We could have had them installed at any time. However, our May calendar was fully booked, including a long-needed vacation. So first part of June, Omar (the actual installer) and his crew arrived to install the windows. And they did a terrific job, especially considering the issues they ran into.
What issues? Well, it turns out that three of the windows were mismeasured and were about an inch too big for the holes they had to fill, including the big window on the front of the house! Omar, Luis, and the crew had to do some creative carving on the holes to get the windows to fit! Then one of the sliding panels on the big window slid out of the big frame and shattered! Oh, no!
Luckily, the weather was pleasant, and Omar covered the missing pane until the new one arrived (about two weeks.). So no harm, no foul.
So Mid-June (right on our initial timeline!), Omar came back with the new sliding window pane and finished up the last of the interior trim work, which was flawless. We now have lovely new windows that we hate to put treatments on! And they work, which is a blessing after all the years of a stuffy house!
We would certainly consider working with Erie again, especially if Omar's team is still involved, and we are honored to be among the first in our area to showcase Erie Windows.

I have a 1920’s house with no overhanging soffits. when sitting down with salesman and deciding what we wanted we had told them that we wanted attic venting to later finish the attic with insulated rafters for more living space. As I’ve looked into starting that renovation I’ve noticed that the lower vents were not cut into or put on. And some of the roof cap vents were put on but not cut in. The entire job I kept catching them cutting corners. When I would try talking to them all of a sudden they couldn’t understand me or speak English. I contacted the supervisor and had him come out and told him what was going on he said he’d take care of it. I was told my the sales crew that the installation crew were all professional. Then when leaving they messed up my driveway and edged of yard.

They tried to sell me a brand new roof on a house I bought in December of 2022. The neighbors told me the next day the roof was only 6 years old and it was a 30-year roof. I canceled my contract with them and they kept dinging my credit going through loan companies after I canceled with them and did not give them permission. It takes years to get those off of your credit history. The reason I know they did this is because they forgot to put my middle initial when they requested another loan/maybe more. I'm not sure how many loans they tried to request, but no one will give me a loan now because they have dinged my credit so many times. Do not use this company. The Erie representative Stayed at my house for 7 hours wearing me down until I finally just said, "ALL right!". HE LIED TO ME ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE ROOF. I had it repaired for less than $300. Scam artist. Now I have to go to three credit bureaus and make complaints about Erie roofing and what they did to my credit. So far I have been contacted by two lone agencies. Not sure how many in the future I will have. Surely there's a law against this! I put a call into the company tonight and I'll see if they call me back. Got a letter from Medallion Bank today denying my loan application and I never made a loan application with them and they said it was Erie. She also said, that they have had many complaints about Erie doing this to them dinging People's Credit over and over. I'm telling you now,
THEY WILL WEAR YOU DOWN UNTIL YOU SIGN A CONTRACT!!!! I'm taking this up with the Better Business Bureau, because these people are scam artists and have ruined my credit. I worked 25 years to get it in the 800s. I'm 70 years old and maybe I should call Adult Protective Services also.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL WEAR YOU DOWN UNTIL YOU SIGN A CONTRACT! THANK GOD, THERE'S A LAW THAT ALLOWS YOU 3 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND. I did not need a new roof. All I needed was a patch job for $300. Shame on Erie!

When we got this roof it was amazing. The last storm that came in a few months ago managed to leak in. When I called about it they fixed the roof quickly. The problem has been getting our ciling taken care of. I have put any many requests in different ways and have been completely ignored. Normally I do not push an issue but to pay this amount of money and this be our home. This is an issue I will not let go. The ciling is in our room which had water dripping from is why we knew there was a problem. But to be completely ignored when all we want is the problem looked at and fixed.

Erie Roofs did a fantastic job on my roof! They were so thorough with the roof inspection and made sure we were completely satisfied with the new roof. The added bonus is the peace of mind that I have knowing that they materials they used are cutting edge and top quality AND I can call them if I ever have any issues. They were quick and efficient and helped us get the financial side figured out as well! I can't say enough about how wonderful they were! Thank you Erie Roofs!

This note is to tell about our experience with Erie construction. Our sales person was Tom Roger’s who was very professional and straight forward’ and took the time to answer our questions we felt Erie was a little pricy but we also felt the quality of the quality product out weighed the cost. I can’t say enough about the clean up it was like the Erie people were never hear the crew was amazing as the arrived very early in the morning and worked until it was dark Lucy worked alone on the back on the garage except when the supervisor would return throughout the day to check how things were going and also to help her.

We finally contacted ERIE on our own and were so impressed with the people, product, service, and warranty that we decided to forego insurance and just pay out-of-pocket. From time of first meet, to installation, to final inspection was only a few weeks, every person we spoke to was quick to respond and so kind. Erie is amazing! They came on time and went above and beyond to make sure we got the roof we wanted and needed! They're service was so quick and looks excellent. My favorite part is the peak vents, previously we had none! I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a nice, good quality roof.
