John Ludwig is / has always been “the Best” when it comes to the go-to guy for ALL of our roofing needs - we have known John for years and he never disappoints - Knowledgeable Friendly … like a brother - highly recommend him and his team for ALL things roofing related!

I had one small leak around a skylight. Guy came over and didn't even climb up there to inspect it. He says we need a whole new trim kit and he was absolutely wrong. He then said we need a whole new roof when there is no other leaks or hail damage at all. I just want a bead of caulking so then he says he would charge$600 just to do that. Get off my roof if you are inept and blatantly trying to rip me off! So I called a friend and he sent his guy over and he gets up there and finds one exposed nail and caulks it in 5 minutes for free.

I only know that driving east on Kellogg the other day, the driver with license tag 725076 was too busy typing on his phone while driving and I had to swerve to not hit him crossing the line!

We had a great experience in getting our new roof. From the start, Matt was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything and made sure the project went as planned.

The crew worked hard and did a good job. Matt stayed in touch and made sure we were happy. He followed up the next day as well to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Beau came to our house to check out our roof. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue we were having. He was honest and friendly, and we will definitely be calling Farha the next time we need service.

Roofers came out to patch my roof in December, for $2000. They did it wrong. They came back out in may, told me to submit a claim to my insurance so they could do a full roof coating, which was denied. So now I have to figure out how to fix it myself. They didn’t even offer to fix the problem they didn’t fix before.

We had one of our drip edges come loose during the last storm. Austin Brown came out, checked it and repaired it quickly. He stated the previous roofer did not nail it down. Thank you for the quick and efficient service. We’ll definite call them again.

Storm came through, hail half dollar size, damage, stupid insurance, roof replacement.
The person who we worked with was a great guy, communicative, and great to work with.
I’m a huge customer service person and he nailed it.
Roof and guttering look great and his eye for color against the rock and cedar exterior were spot on.
Making sure afterwords that the roof was completed properly and nothing left sub-par.
Regardless who your insurance suggests, I would highly recommend looking into these folks and having them come out. They also work with the adjusters very well.

I had an interior leak after some storms and called a few companies. None of them could get an inspection scheduled for at least 3 weeks but when I called Farha, Mario was at my house to inspect the problem the very next day (and it wasn't even a weekday). Farha roofing did an excellent job with replacing the roof on my home. Their salesman, Dusty, was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. My wife and I came home after being gone a week. During that time the Wichita area experienced tremendous sustained winds. I called Beau Canova to come out and inspect my roof due to some minor cosmetic damage. I wanted to insure there was nothing serious as our roof is about 18 years old. Beau said he could be to the house in about 15 minutes. He showed up at the time he had said and immediately went up on the roof and performed a thorough inspection. He told me the damage I saw was cosmetic and addressed the issue. He gave me an honest answer when I asked him about the shape of my roof. He said I should be good for 2-5 years depending of course on weather. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism but more than anything was his integrity. I know there are some companies that would have told me I need a new roof now just to make a sale but not the case with Beau. I thanked him and informed him when the time came to replace the roof my only call will be to Farha Roofing. I don't normally do reviews but Kenneth with Farha roofing came out to inspect my roof. He did such a thorough inspection and spent a lot of time taking pictures of everything. At the end of it, there was no damage to repair, and I was told that everything looks good. Wow, an honest roofing company! How many roofing companies are out there that will be dishonest and try to get someone to do something that isn't needed, just so they can have a payday? Not Farha! If there is no damage, then there is no damage. I highly recommend this company!

My family and I have used another well known local roofing company for over 10 years for roof replacement on multiple personal residences and rental properties. Recently I needed a minor roof repair at my current home. I reached out twice to my previous go-to company and my small job never even received the courtesy of an inspection. I had my garage lifted by Ram Jack, however it caused a ridge on my roof, Dustin Weber promptly came over at my request and inspected the roof for damage both external and in the attic. It was determined that no damage was caused that would cause the roof to leak. It was basically a ridge on the shingles. Thanks again for Dustin’s promptness and professionalism.

I have a few rental properties. I recently had insurance inquire about the remaining life of my roofs. Dusty came out and assured me that everything was fine for now. He sent them detailed reports to help me through this. I will be a repeat customer in the furure.

After a large spring storm caused roof leakage and structural damage to my home, I chose Farha Roofing to manage the repairs. Mario Puertas, the project manager, communicated regularly with me to ensure I was always aware of the work schedule. He successfully scheduled and managed several teams related to roofing, fascia, windows, drywall and plaster, and gutters. Although my insurance was dragging out the process for months, Mario and Brandi Ivy stayed on top of them making the complicated process accurate and complete. Beau came to our home today and checked our roof for a leak. He was able to find and repair a small crack, and he also noted that most of the shingles looked defective. I use Farha Roofing each time I have any related issue and they always deliver perfect results. Most recently I had them replace a skylight for me, and although we did not discuss the materials in detail, I believe they sold me the best product when the installed a skylight with glass rather than some plastic or composite of some type. This is an update to my review from 3 years ago.

March 2025:
Due to recent high winds associated once again with Kansas storms, I needed to have Farha come back out to do another repair, on the opposite side of the roof. I had missing and damaged shingles due to the high winds.

Once I noticed the damage, I immediately called Farha, because they have previously proved to me, that they are knowledgeable, professional, customer oriented and that the previous work performed by them was top notch.

Upon contacting Farha, the repair was fixed within 72 hours of my call. The Project Manager Joe Earnest personally came out to do the repair.

Once again, the repair was done right and in a professional and timely manner.

The repair was completed within an hour and the roof looks like nothing ever happened.

If you ever need any kind of roof repair, service or replacement, don’t hesitate to call Farha, it’s worth every penny and it provides peace of mind that the job is done right.

Recent high winds in our area, caused several shingles to fly off the upper section of our roof.

We contacted Xavier Prendes, the Production Manager at Farha Roofing.

He immediately got us in contact with Joe Earnest, the Project Manager at Farha Roofing. He was out the next day to assess the damage and start process of getting it fixed.

Within 48 hours, a team of roofing repair people were out to replace the damaged shingles. The work was completed in less than an hour.

The crew that performed the repair was experienced, professional, informative, friendly and cleaned up completely before leaving. They crew also made sure we were happy with the results before leaving.

Everything we experienced with Farha Roofing has been positive and their commitment to customer satisfaction actually takes precedence over everything else.

We highly recommend Farha Roofing for your roof repairs and/or replacement.
