1974 tub & surround were replaced by Tailored Roofing & Remodeling. I'd give the installer a 4-star. Our biggest issues are the shower head and the tub faucet. Salesman and installer were both notified of our high water pressure. The non adjustable shower head feels like the spray of a thousand needles. An adjustable shower head was not offered.
To fill a bucket from the faucet in the tub is impossible. The water just sprays all over. Thus, a 1-star on functionality. We thought we were going to have a good company. Do our shower - - NOT.

They did a great job with the installation. Very pleased to know it only took less than 2 days to gut out the old and have the new installation installed. Everyone has also been super kind and helpful!

Meme did a great job listening to our design goals and providing us the information we need to consider our next bathroom remodel. Very professional!

The transformation is amazing! The company clearly hires and trains top-rate people from sales to finished product. We were surprised and very pleased at how quickly the shower was completely installed, and how considerate Bryce and Ben were with keeping their work pathways and areas clean. We feel like we got the top of the line in product and service. We will recommend this company to anyone looking to update their bathroom.

Everyone we worked with throughout the process was incredibly nice and informative. Curtis answered all of my questions and worked with me through multiple adjustments to make sure everything was squared away before install. Austin did our install and was very prompt, kind, and you can clearly tell he takes pride in his work…the quality is AMAZING. Would highly recommend them for your next bathroom remodel!

Nate V. was great to work with, responded to questions quickly and was familiar with the products, very professional. Our tub to walk in shower conversion went very well and the installer was efficient and cleaned the mess up as well. The scheduler was very friendly and helpful, too. The only downside was having to wait a month to get started, but worth the wait. Thank you!!

Julianna drove 3+ hours to do a quote on our house. She was so patient, kind, and very up front and honest! We appreciated the transparency and loved the fact that they offer discounts for nurses and additional discounts for day of decisions! She was very accommodating to our oddly shaped bathroom and tub size as well! Can't wait to do the before and after pics!!

Rich explained everything very well. But unfortunately it didn't work out. His time was appreciated. Hopefully it will at a later time.

All I can say is WOW!! I recently bought a 1938 Craftsman that was in dire need of a bathroom update and Zach made it happen! It is exactly what I envisioned. He worked his brain and body off for this transformation! He was very knowledgeable and professional, treating my home as if it was as his.

I would give three stars or less to the sales rep lack of paperwork that was requested five stars to the installer rod. Excellent job patient kind low slow, but is very detailed and does a great job. I requested an itemize list so I know what I would be spending and I signed off on items and things that did not have the item in list. I was told I’d get copies of what I signed, and that the day that last day that they left from installation did not receive that But the best thing of it all was Rod the installer. So what do I do now without my list but yeah, I still have to pay for it have no idea what the final cost is the paperwork I signed that was emailed to me. Was very unclear although those sales rep. Was very kind and appeared to be very organized and detailed. There was just a few things that I requested that I didn’t get and I feel like if a customer ask or request that they should get that emailed or not. It should be detailed. I think I got one or two sheets is all in my emails. I didn’t get the whole contract that I signed Just one page not very happy about that cause I’m a very detailed person and I like to read what I’m signing all of it but once again the installer rod did an excellent job.

A job very well done. Austin is the best. He told me he loved what he does and it definitely shows in his work. Love my new shower.

Meme was personable, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly & my dogs & one cat approved! Very impressed with the product presentation & the quality. Very impressed with the composition of the shower floor & the look of the walls (herringbone pattern).

We just had a wonderful experience with a shower install. Jeff is very professional and definitely is knowledgeable and polite. He cleaned up in the evening on the first day and when he completed the job on day 2. Very, very happy with both Jeff and Delvyn from the beginning till the end.

Walk-in shower looks great. Zach did a super job. Worked tirelessly. Very nice and friendly. He also took time to give advice on replacing a cracked window glass. Great job!!

From the first visit by Julianna the sales rep in Feb, to the installation by Jeff the contractor in May, the process of replacing an aged and moldy do-it-yourself tub-shower combo to a shiny, new, easy to clean unit could not have been better.

In Feb, Julianna was sensitive to my financial limitations, and helped pick out a unit that would blend with the rest of the bathroom, which was in good-enough condition.

Jeff was creative in tweaking the design to better accommodate a window that was "in the way,", and dealing with trimming against a textured wall, and the camoflauging the edge of wall paneling; the panel had to be trimmed so the shower panel would fit. He also added insulation (for sound proofing between the bathroom and an adjacent bedroom). I appreciated that Jeff checked with me periodically to provide input, although when befuddled, I often asked "what would you do." In those cases his decisions were perfect.

Jeff also cleaned up the mess as he worked. Now all I have to do is a little dusting...after the caulk as cured, I think he said a week. HAHAhaha. What an easy job for me!!

This house shows its age. Although the new tub shower combo is perfect for me, it is not so perfect as to make the rest of the bathroom scream "now WE need to be replaced, too"; a redo that is NOT in a retired teacher's budget.

I am a single older woman. As such, I would be remiss if I did not mention that both Julianna and Jeff were easy going, polite people, who I immediately felt comfortable having in my home. My only negative comment: I'm rather sad that I am unlikely to see them again.

Our home was built in 1979. We removed the old tile and cast iron tub and Zach installed a new walk in shower. He worked tirelessly and did a wonderful job. Zach has been with Tailored construction for 4 years. He is thorough, efficient, professional, clean, knowledgeable, friendly and reliable .

Jeff did a great job on our bathroom shower remodel. He was there when he said he would be there. Enjoyed visiting with him.

Nate was our sales rep who helped us build the plan for our remodel of two showers in our home. Jeff was our installer. We could t have asked for more knowledgeable and professional help making our bath/showers more accessible and up to date! Nate explained everything clearly and checked in regularly during the install. Jeff was the best installer we have ever experienced on a remodeling project. He was methodical, careful and accurate. He asked for our input as the project was unfolding. He kept the area clean and hauled off the old stuff. We highly recommend Tailored! In less than a year we will have them back to redo our roof!

Working with Rich, who found multiple ways to reduce the costs to this Vet, to scheduling the installation with Austin (nickname Smiley) was a great experience. The communication and professionalism by both made this event a pleasant surprise. Despite the delay in getting the material (beyond Tailored’s control), everything arrived earlier than Rich had predicted. Austin was very professional and detail oriented. He discovered two situations that could have stopped the installation and then worked with a third-party contractor to repair and relocate copper water supply lines and still completed the job under 16 hours. Regardless I am pleased with the result and recommend Tailored for tub/shower remodeling.

He noticed something on our floor that needed attention and took care of it.

Nate V, from Tailored Roofing and Remodeling, came out to give me a bid on converting my tub/ shower combo to a walk-in shower. Nate was very knowledgeable in explaining the product and what to expect during installation. He presented options to fit within my budget. I appreciated being offered cost options in addition to having a lifetime transferable warranty. Sales, cost options and warranty were three wins in a row! Matt did the install in 2 days. He covered the carpet where he walked carrying all the supplies. Matt was very professional and courteous. He checked to ensure there were no leaks and cleaned up as he went. The install went smoothly and looks great. The hardest part was waiting 24 hours for the silicone to set. I love my new walk-in shower!!! Thank you Nate and Matt!

De-installed our old walk in tub and put in a new shower/tub combo. They were clean and fast and efficient!

Had roof and windows replaced and some bathroom remodeling done. Work was done quickly and professionally. Installers were very polite and professional.

We originally signed up with Tailored remodel for a tub to shower remodel but we were NOT informed about a 3 day cancelation notice, ( the salesman just told us all we needed to do was basically sign on the dotted line and we done.) Now I'm fighting a brain aneurism and heart issues so was needing to cancel, that is when we were informed of the 3 day cancelation period and that they will put a lien on my house which is NO WHERE in the contract.
I have notified the B.B.B and the states attorney generals office and also found out that they have threatened other customers of the VERY exact same thing about liens on their homes.
I have also notified Angie's list because they are the ones that referred Tailored remodel.
STAY away from these people they are crooks.

Great professional work. The workers were courteous kind and knowledgeable. The shower look great it is just what I wanted.

We signed up at the State Fair to install a shower. It did take about 7 weeks longer to get it installed than what was first stated. Had some problems with contacting the scheduling person after the time when the shower was supposed to be installed. We learned later that the phone number had been changed and that extension did not reach anybody. Rich was great to talk to and explain and show what was available when he came to our house. He took time to answer any questions that we had and go over different products that were available. The installation person, Bryce, was great! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous with the shower installation. He explained about different things we should know with cleaning and caring for the shower when he finished the installation. I would recommend them, but it may take longer to get it installed than what is first told to you. The shower looks great, and I am happy with it.

Our installer, Zach, was so pleasant to work with! He was always very gracious and willing to step out of the bathroom anytime any of us in the home needed to use the restroom. He worked pretty much non stop from 8:30am to 6:00 pm for two days and when he was finished, our new shower was gorgeous!!! His attention to the detail finish work was absolutely fantastic! It is clear that he takes pride in his work. Today, even though I know he wanted to get home to his family to celebrate New Years Eve, he did not rush through the detail finish work.

Austin was our assigned install tech. He did an awesome job. The bathroom looks better than we could have imagined. Austin is a true professional, courteous and polite. Would recommend both Tailored Roofing and Remodeling Inc and Austin.

The install of a walk in shower went very well. The installer was punctual & polite. Left the bathroom clean each day. There was 1 fatality, that being the medicine cabinet which they promptly replaced. The shower turned out looking better than I expected.

The amount of professionalism that Tailored Roofing and Remodeling Inc has was amazing. They was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The measurements was made and they sat us down and we got to pick out the style we wanted. The guy that installed our shower was very polite and professional. You get what you pay for. I admit I was initially concerned with spending that amount of money on a shower however the installer did a fantastic job and explained at each step what he was doing.

The result was a shower that not only looks great but one that I know an inordinate amount of care was taken to put in correctly. I know it will last a lifetime. I would highly recommend Tailored construction.

Why would you participate in a home show in an area you don’t want to do business in? We asked for a Saturday appointment (they said no problem). We re arranged our schedules so my husband and I would both be home. The company was a no show. Our time is valuable too!

The two individuals whom installed my shower are the two politest individuals that have ever done work at my home!!!! They went above the call of duty and removed a cast iron tub and completed my walk in shower in one day!!!! When I ever do more remodeling in my bathrooms Tailored Roofing is the one I will call and I also will ask them for the two same awesome workers to come back!!!

Jerry, was gifted in his attention to detail. He was personable and professional. He came in and worked his tail end off! He kept everything so clean, with the exception of the dust, of course. Our shower is amazing because of his perfectionism. We couldn't be happier!

We are very happy with our bathroom remodel. Austin was always ready to work early and never stopped. He was very respectful and cleaned up daily. The new wainscoting and shower are wonderful. The seat and grab bars are helpful and look good too. It took us 20 years to finally do this and we're pleased with the result.

We did bath remodel with you and got screwed was told va would covered the install so we had the work . Was never given a va packet before insulation and when done va won't help because they needed to approve before work was done. Now they won't give us a grant.. I feel your sales person misrepresentation how to do it. Plus I took pictures of open wall and they didn't replace rotten studes.

No doubt that the work these guys do is phenomenal and quickly done, aside from waiting weeks at time to have each project done. This is about the group of roofers though, they are not respectful to your property. Sure, they lay tarps down to protect your flower beds. I’m sorry, I meant completely flatten and destroy your flower beds. Three years of hard work and $1,000 worth of grown plants in their prime, flattened and killed by the roofing group. Will be babysitting the other two groups expected to be at my house. The complete disregard for someone’s property. They failed to reinstall the existing gutters and pushed back when they could make it to do new ones. The houses foundation doesn’t care, clearly neither does this place.
