Rhoden Roofing replaced roofs for two of my neighbors within the past few years and they were very pleased. I decided to use them also. I was extremely pleased with their workmanship and would highly recommend them. I had a pergola attached to my roof over my deck which complicated new shingle installation. They had contractors who were able to jack up the pergola at the roof, complete their roofing in that area, and reattach the pergola in a much better way to avoid leaf build up and ceiling leaks. They finished my roof in one day, and did an excellent cleanup job after. I was also very impressed with their communication before, during, and after the installation.

Rhoden fixed a hole in our roof after tree damage from a storm. Getting a quote was quick and easy. The repair crew was friendly and efficient and did quality work. They needed fewer shingles than quoted so our final bill was discounted. Communication was great, they were very responsive. I'd use this company again.

Rhoden came to my home and cleaned out my gutters and tweaked a flue. They cleaned everything up and was gone almost before I knew they were here. I don't want hail, but I am hopeful to have a brand new Rhoden Roof.

Last year a got a job done with them. Paid over $1,600 for some chimney flashing. No further repairs were recommended. It was thought the issue was currently to no flashing there. The issue has continued. I called more than 1 company for inspection and repair, again. Since I could not wait more time with all the rain! and it was brought to my attention that the job was completed done incorrectly and was really doing nothing for the roof, chimney or anything. What I understood.... I GOT SCAMMED! The seller, project manager or was whatever that this for me is no longer with Rhoden Roofing. However, the owner/people in charge are just as bad. They know what is going on when and decide to ignore the fact that someone in their company is scamming homeowners. I am still meditating if it's worth taking them to small claims. They have not bother to reach out at all. But this is just wrong! Just make sure you check well everything, ask for warranty in writjng and get as much documents in writing as possible and pictures of before and after before you make a payment or for your records! Unfortunately I couldn't add the pictures I have of this chappy job!

Chris has been out to our house several times over the past few years to either fix something on our roof or inspect it after this last round of hail. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

I used Rhoden Roofing to replace gutters on my home. James Telfer was wonderful to work with! His communication was excellent and answered my questions timely! He came to inspect the job once it was completed and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied .
Once the gutters were replaced, we noticed an area on front of the house where the drip edge isn’t flush and the new gutter fasteners are pushing up some shingles making it look off centered( my old gutters hid this area). James came back out and tried to adjust that area for me . He recommended that I call the roofing company that replaced my roof to see what they can do , hopefully they will be back to correct this issue! Appreciated James taking the time out to help with that! He has been wonderful to work with!

I regret choosing Rhoden Roofing. The roof may be fine, but the experience was frustrating and disrespectful from start to finish. Communication was terrible. After signing the contract in December, I didn’t hear from the project manager, Chris Johns, once—not even when the roof was finally installed in February. Every time I called the office, they said Chris would call me back. He never did.

I should have known from the beginning when Chris made an inappropriate comment, telling me I “can’t use the money for a Disney trip.” That was out of line and condescending. Given how dismissive the whole process was, I can’t help but wonder if I wasn’t taken seriously because I’m a woman or a minority.

No one explained what to expect, how the installation would work, or even gave me a heads-up before workers arrived at my house. I had to call multiple times just to figure out the next steps. When the crew finally showed up, I wasn’t even notified. To this day, I’m still finding nails in my yard.

If you don’t mind being ignored, talked down to, or left guessing at every step, Rhoden Roofing is the company for you. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Pat & Brian from Rhoden Roofing did a great job managing my roof replacement. Pat offered 3 great options and provided me a thorough understanding of the replacement process. As the on-site Foreman, Brian kept me informed and ensured the replacement team kept to their schedule. The exceptional roofing team removed and replaced my shingles and 10 sheets of sheeting in one day. I’m happy with my new roof and was happy to confidently test it out with today’s rain.

Chris came out and did a thorough inspection of my flat roof and suggested several options not only for the original problem but also other issues with he observed such as proper ventilation to help with roof lifespan and reducing heating and cooling costs. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Needed to have some rough repairs done and was newer to the area. Rhoden Roofing was mentioned to me by a retired contractor. James Telfer came out and did a complimentary inspection on the roof to determine the problem. He recommended the needed repairs and explained the reasons why. He was extremely polite and informative. He sent me a quote by the end of the day. Throughout the entire process he communicated with us and answered any questions we had by phone, text, or email. The individual doing the repair should up and made quick work of the repairs. He also was very nice. Before leaving he did a full walk around to determine everything was completed and picked up. This company was great to work with and helped to make this repair as painless as possible. I will highly recommend this company to anybody I know needing anything done on their roof. He was knowledgeable, considerate of our schedule, and even present to advocate on our behalf when the insurance company sent an adjuster to inspect the damage. I would like to share how please I am with Rhoden Roofing. They were prompt and professional in every aspect.
The project coordinator, James Telfer went above and beyond helping me choose a new roof and gutters. He also helped with a portion of gutters that were not functional until they could be replaced.
He then matched the paint on the existing soffits for new ventilation.
The crew cleaned up nicely and made sure nothing was damaged during the installation.
My neighbors have mentioned how nice the new roof looks.
I am thoroughly pleased and impressed with this company. I would recommend them to any one that is in need of a new roof.

Rhoden is the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Texted me multiple times keeping me in the loop on their schedule. The did great work. The only criticism I could have is communication got a rough start, but I am a real stickler for that. Everything else (roofing and guttering) was excellent. The guttering was tricky, following contours of window box-outs along the eaves, that no one else has been interested in taking the time to do. Gutter guard did pop out in one corner but it was promptly addressed. (Now if we can just get some rain!) Cleanup after both projects was excellent and everything looks great. Very happy to have chosen Rhoden.

I called Rhoden to come inspect my roof after a large windstorm and what I thought might be some damage. James Telfer gave me updates on when he would arrive and arrived on time. James is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and was even great with my dog. After the inspection there was no major damage found but James did give me a few recommendations for the future. My roof isn’t an easy one to inspect—it’s steep and pointed—but Chris handled it quickly and confidently. He let me know that everything looked great with no missing or damaged shingles, which was a huge relief. He even took the time to show me photos of some areas where squirrels had been chewing on my siding, which I really appreciated.

I would definitely recommend Rhoden Roofing. I needed the cricket from the chimney to the roof to be replaced. After calling and setting up the appointment, Patrick was able to come out within a few days to take pictures of the project which he showed me, explained everything in detail, and sent a contract and cost agreement within a day of coming out.

They were delayed in actually starting due to long stretches of bad weather. When they did finally make it out, they did quality work. They were very quick, respectful of my property and yard, and cleaned up everything after they were done.

There were no additional costs that came up, they didn't try to charge anything other than what I had asked for and needed. The cost was exactly what I had signed and agreed to pay.

We had some shingles that blew off our house during recent high winds. Chris Johns came out the very next day (on a Saturday) and inspected our roof and was able to reattach the same shingles. He went above and beyond by also finding a couple of other issues with the flashing and sealing that he was able to fix for is as well. Great service! Chris and Brayden came out to evaluate our roof and a gutter issue and were able to show us what was going on and what the issues were and what the options were going forward. Chris came out to our house today for a roof inspection. He was very thorough with his explanation of his findings and offered to set us up with a roof tune up if we were interested. Arrived on time and was very friendly. Even went above and beyond to investigate a noise we were hearing on our roof which was not part of the original concern. I have a great looking roof and installed to last for another 30 years. Weather permitting, the work was started and finished in two days. The old roof was removed. Then sheathing, water barrier, ice and snow barrier, drip edges, and shingles were installed with unbelievable speed. All debris was quick removed, and the only reminder that they were here was a new beautiful roof. Brian from Rhoden Roofing went out of his way,
and spent time explaining to me the process before and as it happened. He worked with my schedule to keep me informed. Thanks to Brian and the crew for a great roof.

We had a large cottonwood tree fall on our house that did major damage to our roof and garage wall. Pat with Rhoden Roofing oversaw the project from beginning to completion. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough and we felt complete trust in him and Rhoden Roofing. Meghan, Haley and Jasmin at Rhoden coordinated with my insurance company, handled the financial aspects and assured that everything went smoothly. Bryan, the foreman of the roofing crew oversaw the repairs and new roof installation and it couldn’t have gone better. New roof, rafters repaired and some replaced, new gutters, downspouts and gutter helmets. Brick garage wall was completely replaced and interior sheet rock and paint - shout out to the sub contractor Chris Hagan Construction.
Overall we are completely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the project.

Chris Johns was very helpful throughout the whole process. He helped give my insurance company any details about project that they requested. He even came when adjuster was here to make sure l was getting a fair evaluation of property damage. Once project started Brian the project manager was very easy to talk to. He kept me up to speed on what was going on and answered any questions l had. Haylee their scheduler was always very helpful and friendly every time l called with a question. They do top quality work and don't cut any corners. Coming from a former roofer back in his younger days l would highly recommend Rhoden Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Called Rhoden and James Telfer came out inspected roof and attack for leak. After a couple of days came back with estimates for repair or cost for total replacement. Was not pressured to use Rhoden but we like his attitude and the attention he gaved us.

James came out to the house right away and did an inspection in the attic and on the roof with suggestions on how to resolve the issue quickly. They did exactly what they said they would do in the bid. However reusing siding and not painting should not be an option. I would have been much more pleased if i didnt have to get back on the roof to finish the job of painting. It felt like the job was half done and then abandoned.

James Telfer was very helpful in the whole process of getting repairs done on my roof, he stayed in contact with me the whole time to give me estimates and then when I felt the estimate was a little too high he put an extra work to get it lowered for me a bit to where I was accepted the new estimate to move forward with getting the repairs done. I Will be posting again after the work is done to let everyone know how well the service is on repairing my roof.
