Started working with these guys wrote a check for $1,000.00 while starting to work with these guys. Decided to go another route. Still waiting on my refund. Word of advice don’t write them a check. If you decide to work with them. They do not return calls etc. do yourself a favor and don’t make my mistake don’t write them a check in the beginning and don’t sign anything their “people to work with your insurance” *** UPDATE *** Received a call from Mike Karberg saying they would be returning my $1,000 to please change my review. I still no have check since the conversation on 04.01.2025 guess it was an April fools joke? As of 04.11.2025 still no check. I will continue to update accordingly. Update 04/25/2025 Reached out to Mike Karberg who stated in text (screenshot shared) that they would be sending a check on 04/11/2025 I’ve reached out multiple times with no replies. Apparently I was lied to. Do yourself a favor and run. Dont sign anything and don’t give any deposit. If you decide to change your mind you’ll never get that deposit back.

On March 24th 2025 a representative wearing a hat and with full facial hair blatantly disregarded my no solicitation sign. I consider this harassment because he did not show a peddler's/solicitor's license, so he is illegally trying to solicit business.

If a homeowner posts a no solicitation sign, DO NOT SOLICIT!!!!!!

He even acknowledged he saw the sign, but proceeded to bother me anyways!

Legacy was fantastic to work with. I had a lot of issues with my insurance company not wanting to cover damages. My legacy rep went back and forth with the insurance and really went to bat for me. Every interaction I had was pleasant and the roof was put on before winter! I’d recommend Legacy for all future exterior work to my house

Best company to do business with. Tyler the sales guys was very professional and helpful to get me started. Mohammad Mahmoud was great from start to finish, he kept me informed throughout the entire process. When I first met Mohammad it was to talk me through everything and to pick out my colors and so forth, I swear this man could be family or a lifelong friend!!! His customer service is beyond phenomenal and just a great person all around!!! Jose Garcia was also very formative and kept in touch throughout the project. I can't thank these men enough for the awesome job they do and my roof and gutters look great!!! I will definitely keep Legacy in my contacts for any future projects.

Prompt and great job. Workers cleaned up meticulously. Diego and Brent did everything the said the would and kept us informed of the progress.

Summer storm damage prompted me to contact Legacy Restoration to replace the roof on my home. A Legacy representative met with me promptly to explain what they could do, when they could do it and that they would keep close contact with my insurance company. Then, Legacy did just that! The job was done on time in one day with quality material and workmanship. Clean-up was immaculate. One would never have known anything had been done unless they climbed up and looked at the roof.

Legacy staff kept in contact with me by phone, text and email throughout the entire process. I will not hesitate to recommend Legacy Restoration to anyone in need of repairs or remodeling of their home.

Very unprofessional company, not able to provide any update. Tim just introduce himself and never reach out to let me what is going on, when I tried to call he did not answer until the third time. He was reschedule my inspection with insurance without notifying me, making me lost my work days because I was never update of what it was happening.

Please don’t trust them, they don’t care for customer service or communication, they do not the meaning of respect on your personal time neither the business they are making.

Brand new roof and gutters from A-Abel roofing this month. A trusted company everything looked beautiful. Andrew from Legacy decided instead of picking siding or windows which looks older and out dated he decided to pick the one that is brand new and has been inspected twice. If that doesn't scream sham about these roofing door to door salesmen who just want to drain your pockets then idk what is.

We worked with Michael Karberg from Legacy Restoration to get our roof replaced, and he was amazing to work with. This is the second time we have worked with a company to have our roof replaced through insurance and our experience with Legacy Restoration, and the quality of work was superior to our previous experience.

Great experience with Jacob and Paul. They were very patient with me through the whole process.
I had some of my windows replaced and I was going back and forth between styles and colors.
The installation was also a breeze and the windows look great!

My experience with Legacy Restoration from the beginning was incredibly positive.
From the first appointment with Kevin Hernandez clearly explained how Legacy Restoration will work with my insurance to repair the damage to my home. He was very pleasant and extremely professional as he went over the forms with me.
My next contact with Legacy was Kyle who meticulously inspected the storm damage on the house with my insurance adjuster.
Once Legacy had the assessment of damage on my house, Mohammad Mahmoud contacted me to sign the Legacy Restoration contract to begin work on the house. Mohammad explained the contract to me clearly and was very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. Mohammad was truly knowledgeable of all the work that was being done at my house. He was available for all my questions and concerns and stated continually that Legacy stands behind its work and it is true.
The work done at my house was outstanding. Joe, the roofing job supervisor was onsite. He made sure the roof was installed correctly and was also available to answer every question I had. He was there at the end of the day making sure all the debris was cleared from my property.
Mohammad made sure I was satisfied that all the materials for the roof and siding projects were placed at the correct spot when they were delivered to my house, and Legacy gave me ample notice to when the materials would be delivered.
Julio was the job supervisor for the siding project. His crew was amazing. The workmanship on the siding brought a transformation to the whole house. Julio also was there at the end of the day to inspect the work of his crew and to oversee the clean-up.
Mohammad and every single person I talked to at the house or over the phone from Legacy Restoration was kind, professional and really cared about me and work they did on my house.
Of course, I highly recommend Legacy Restoration to anyone. They have integrity, their workmanship is meticulous, they are customer orientated and lastly, they are fair.

Matt Henkle was the account executive that came to our home to provide an estimate and he was fantastic! By far was the most professional, patient, and best communicator out of every roofing company we spoke with (we interviewed at least 6 different companies). He also took the time to follow-up with us after the meeting to answer all of our additional questions. We really appreciated Matt's ability to listen and educate us on the company's process and the roofing process. Thank you so much Matt! We haven't done our roofing project yet but were so impressed with their sales team and wanted to make sure they were recognized!

I highly recommend Legacy Restoration for any and all roofing needs. When we found out we needed a replacement roof, Steve Bodus was over to our house within 24 hours! Steve is so friendly, he works like 14-hour days because he loves what he does so much, and was advocating with my insurance company for coverage from the jump! We were able to receive partial coverage for a new roof replacement from our insurance company because of Steve and Mohammed's hard work and due diligence. There were 539 collected photos they sent. Jacob, from the retail side, was so patient with me and took the time to go line-item by line-item over the proposed contract and even looked at other potential roofing companies' contracts and detailed what worked/what didn't in each, what types of warranties there are, pros and cons of everything. I recommend Legacy Restoration LLC 100% no matter what the situation.

Legacy Restoration (Waite Park location) just replaced my roof after a hail storm and they were nothing short of fantastic. From the first meeting with the sales rep to the meeting with the project mgr and through the entire process they communicated constantly. No matter who I called they always answered the phone and willing to answer my questions. Working with Austin Nelson was great and he made sure I was taken care of from A to Z during this project.

I'm trying to figure out how to give negative stars... This has been single worst contracting experience ever! I am a 30 year contractor veteran, who had to get out of the field due to health. I would be doing this job if I could. This is my Mom's house, and she had significant hail damage. She had a recommendation to call Legacy. - During the "Free" estimate, she was unaware she was signing up for Legacy to do the work. She just thought she was signing an agreement so they would get an adjuster out here. Several weeks later, the adjuster came out, and then Mom got the contract from Legacy- that's when I got involved, going.... WHOOAA! WHOAA! - hold on now. I met with Steve Bodus, a nice and great guy, I really enjoyed talking with him. I asked for minor changes to the contract, I kept getting promised time and promised and Promised they would be made, but they never were. Then finally they bring the "sales manager" Brad out here. He assured me, everything would be done right the first time, they stand behind their work, and that everything would be taken care of. We were supposed to have the job done according to the contract within a week or two. - Nothing... then we called.. Nothing.. then we called again.. Nothing .. then the excuses started "Your product is backordered" ( after Brad assured us, he was going to "pull the trigger on our materials right away) .. Knowing the industry, knowing their suppliers and vendors... I made some calls. - Product was not backordered, I even called the MFG - Product was not back ordered.

FINALLY- the roof goes on, - We had requested a pre site walk through with the Forman, as their are some high power radio antennas near our roof that we had to explain how to work around. - Never happened, I hear guys on the roof, had those guys, touched or been within a few feet of that? they would have been injured, ( Brad and Steve both knew this) - I had to do an emergency transmitter shutdown. There was switching of materials, lack of planning, wrong and incorrect materials on the job site- It was just very slipshod - not at all what Legacy "Promised". I'm getting calls from the insurance company saying legacy replaced the gutters- Nope, that was a different contractor. From the ground I could see the roof didn't look right, I had an independent inspector come and inspect the roof- called the work " barely adequate", "Sloppy", and Oh yeah... the roof leaks . The vent stacks were not changed out, even though they said multiple times they changed them.. it's always an excuse. A month or so passed and our siding is still not done. More switching of products, - "its out of stock " again.. I called their suppliers, their vendors, and the mfg.. not true. - we were told "White is the hardest color to MFG, so its' back ordered" the MFG of this siding laughed when I told Him that. - He said "someone is just being lazy and making excuses" Then we found that we had a new Rep- Mohamed.. He really is a nice guy, He isn't a contractor, but He is a really nice guy. He assured us.. he was going to fix everything, and we were going to "Finnish strong"... I pointed out several quality of work items the day the siding was going up. "Oh yeah, well take care of that" - Never happened. They completed the siding. - We found our window tin work was damaged, the work is just crazy sloppy, parts of the siding flap in the wind, since clips aren't put in, the caulking looks like a kid did it in some spots, the lines aren't straight, things were not complete. They brought some of their guys out here and said "We want to finish strong".. right now, this has been going on since November... Its to the point, I've had to get our attorneys involved, and begin interviewing other companies to fix and complete the job.
I do not believe Steve, Mohamed, Brad are bad guys. I believe the organization as a whole is flawed, they make their money by running up the bill and these claims. - and they actually said that. "Who really cares, its not like your paying for it" ... BEWARE!!!!!

Both of my service reps were great. I started off with Luis and he was awesome but got promoted before work started. Mike KARBERG took over and was great. I would recommend them.

I used Legacy to re-side my house via an insurance claim. They handled it all throughout the process. What really impressed me was the after sale support. BRIAN MALONE was great as he managed a second windows replacement project. Though much smaller in scope and cost (only 4 windows) he pulled in the right people to confirm and reconfirm the job.
The installation went off without a problem and they completed in half a day. Brian was onsite with Paul the foreman and even went beyond and cleaned some minor adhesive off the glass. I'm very happy with their whole process, but more importantly is my wife is very happy with both project results. I wish I had another project for them. Highly recommend chatting with them, no hard sales pitch, they just listen, suggest, and follow up.

I wish all home improvement contractors had the same degree of professionalism and quality that Legacy does. We had our roof replaced this spring by Legacy. Corey Miller was our sales rep and he was incredibly professional, responsive, and proactive. Within an hour of showing up at our door, Corey had facilitated our application to insurance including a call to initiate the claim process. We were kept informed of claim status, inspection dates, and project dates via calls and texts, and never had a glitch along the way. On construction day, the site prep and cleanup were extensive - all sensitive areas protected with tarps. And the crew was friendly and communicated throughout the day. The project was successful and I’ve recommended Legacy and Corey to everyone I know. Thanks Legacy!

After a significant storm a rep came by and left their card. They followed up and walked me through all the benefits of getting our roof replaced. Once I decided to move forward and every step of the way thereafter every member of staff I connected with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. From getting all the necessary paperwork submitted to picking materials, to scheduling the work, roof crew were second to none, post project inspection everything went smoothly and everyone was great! They were also patient and dedicated to getting the project to the finish. I would recommend Legacy to anyone.

Everyone was great thur ever step of the way. They worked with us to help us get what we needed to get done. Answer all of our questions. Help us with our insurance so we could get the job done quickly. Now we have a beautiful roof and gutters. I would recommend them to anyone. Corey Miller was very professional and laid out options for us for the new roof. He made it easy, along with the whole team. The updates for each step were timely and made us feel connected with the project.
I did ask them to come back and check a couple of shingles and they addressed them right away and stated they have a 10 year warranty to back up their work.

Mt roofing clain went on for about 9 months as my insurance company slow played everything. Travelers was communication was poor but the Legacy guys kept on top of them and got the deal done! Outstanding work and committment to follow thru.

Legacy Restoration was great from beginning to end!! They called & emailed when communications was needed. There was a manufacture defect on my siding Legacy stepped in & battled w/the manufacture to get all the siding replaced at zero cost to my family and I. My goto contact was Paul Becerra, Paul was very cool and on top of everything he stayed the whole time the job was to be complete. Great company great people.

I went into this experience very skeptical as my wife is an insurance agent and warned me of the horror stories of “storm chasers”, but I could not be happier with the end result. Legacy filed a claim for us through Allstate and were able to replace our roof and siding at no cost out of pocket to us. Insurance paid close to $35,000 to replace roof and siding and our only costs were to upgrade our window and garage door wraps, and to replace rotted decking boards before the new shingles went on. Our initial salesperson was completely understanding of our skepticism and was able to walk through everything step by step and explained the whole process in a way that gave us peace of mind. Unfortunately he is no longer with Legacy, however Corey Miller filled in his role seamlessly and was a pleasure to work with.

As far as the actual work went, both the siding crew and the roofing crew did a wonderful job and each crew were able to complete the full job in one day. I will say the materials we selected were not the best quality, but hey it was completely covered if we went with the builders grade materials so I can’t complain too much.

If I do have to find something to gripe about, I did have a few minor issues with the siding installation that the contractor who did my soffits and fascia pointed out, but he addressed those issues for me as I would not have noticed if he didn’t point them out. My only real complaint was that the clean up after the siding job wasn’t spectacular, which was surprising because I was blown away by the time and effort spent by the roofing crew to clean up and how spotless it was when they were done.

All in all I am thrilled with how well the whole process went considering my skepticism in the beginning. For anyone who is weary of storm chasers who run scams on people to take their insurance money, you can rest assured with Legacy Restoration. I would recommend them and Corey Miller in a heartbeat.

It all started with our sales rep Bob Harding. He and the team behind him did all the heavy lifting in working with our carrier for the repair/replacement of our roof. The day of installation was crazy busy. The roofing team and site supervisor were awesome!

It sounded like a thousand woodpeckers were active on our roof and the tear off bits and pieces were everywhere. But, at the end of the day (and I mean day, because the crew tore off and installed over 3,000 square feet of shingles) the whole project was done and ALL the remnants of the work were cleaned up and gone. My neighbors even commented on how well and carefully the roofers cleaned up. In my estimation it was neater than when they started.

Great job! Mark me as happy.

Legacy Restoration helped me to get my roof replaced via my Allstate Homeowners insurance policy and they did a phenomenal job from the initial consultation all the way to completing the work. Tim Richard's was my service rep and he was very accommodating in meeting me at my home and also at my office whenever we needed to meet. It required a lot of back and forth with my insurance but Tim was patient and communicative as he worked with me and the insurance company. He was able to get my entire roof replaced along with gutters and siding.

I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy to anyone I know who needs work done to their homes. They did great work and their customer service is top notch!

The crew working on my roof was very respectful and responsible. I was given a phone number to call to communicate with the site manager during the day. The new roof looks great! I also really appreciated their excellent cleanup when they were finished. Not a single scrap or nail was left behind. Nick Wells was very good at answering all my questions. Joel Smith was a great person to work with. He was dependable, timely, and was easy to reach when needed. From the initial conversation with him, to creating the quote, and with working with insurance, Joel made th process very easy. I was overall very surprised at how smoothly the process went. FANTASTIC communication. There was no guessing or wondering if I was being taken. They were extremely upfront and honest with me from the beginning all the way to through the end of the job. Corey Miller was my rep and he was great. I actually had bids from three other roofing companies and went with Legacy because the customer service was so good.

I was working with an other roof company that promised me everything and didn’t do anything to help me and then I met Moh legacies worker and he was a great help. I had problems with my insurance he took care of it. He made sure my insurance paid for everything that needed to be fixed. I recommend Legacy 100%. They have great customer service and ask for Moh if you need any help.

Legacy Restoration LLC was an excellent company to work with. Tim Richards was a good representative for this company. He was helpful and patient as I was having a difficult time making decisions regarding my choices for my siding and roofing colors. At one point I even changed my siding color.
Another quality he had was his ability to return my calls promptly, to answer my questions and to take care of any problems in a timely manner. One other thing I think is important in an employee is personal cleanliness. Tim excels. He is a good representative for Legacy Restoration LLC.

Not only that they did a fantastic job, but their cleanup was also great. Their crew is professional, and also responsive to certain requests. They were all great I highly recommend them.

Mohammad Mahmoud was in my area and helped me get my claim going. He was very attentive and helpful. He handed my insurance claim amazingly. His crew was on time and very thorough. They found bad wood, but took pictures to show me and got it replaced. His crew did an awesome job and did a fantastic clean up when the job was completed. They kept me informed on what was going on with my roof and were very professional and polite. They are a amazing company to do business with.

Signed an agreement with Legacy to working our soffits and fascia in April. Been reaching out weekly to the sales person and keep getting told their managers are working on the quote, but still haven't been able to get any traction on getting this work done. Very disappointing as they claim to deliver great service, but refuse to follow through on the signed agreement to propose on the work.

I want to thank Legacy for doing a terrific job on my roof. They were extremely thorough and even took nearly 45 minutes cleaning up to make sure every nail was picked up on the driveway. I especially want to thank my rep Mohammad for helping me thru the entire process. From the very beginning he was never pushy and answered every question I had and took the time to show me the damage I had on my roof. He was available anytime I had questions and helped me from the start of the process to after the final payment was made and even made follow up calls to see if I had any questions.
Many companies preach about their products and amazing service but I have had many projects done around my house and Legacy is the only company to actually do what they preach. I would highly recommend them if a roof is needing replaced.

Mohammad Mahmoud was my first contact with Legacy Restoration, and he was professional, informative, and friendly. All my encounters with Legacy thereafter were the same, but to me the bottom line was going to be the actual job. I have nothing but flowers around the perimeter of my home and concerned they would get damaged during installation. I was elated that the roofers took such care and all my flowers remained in tact. I was beyond happy and have no reservations highly recommending this company. From start to finish everything was top notch! They genuinely care!

I have been reaching out to my agent daily and general manager daily and do not get responses. Eventually after weeks of trying if I do get a call back it’s a run around response that next steps or updates should happen next week or one excuse or another of why they are not responding after weeks of trying to contact them. This has been going on for months now.

Seems like they take the easy insurance claims only and if there is any resistance from the insurance company they do nothing but make promises or give excuses. A garage roof should not take 8 months to schedule after the Insurance has already done the inspection. I would like somebody from upper management to reach out to me and tell me if this is happening or not. If In the Illinois location I would seek else where for roof services if you’re looking for good communication and someone that will honor what they say they will do for you.
