My experience with Chicagoland Exteriors was superb! I have lived in my home for 48 years and have had many remodeling projects, and this company was by far the best I have ever worked with. Brendon and Jonathon provided excellent crews, always on time, and even answered the phone when I called or called right back after leaving a message. I had done.....a new roof, new gutters and downspouts, gutter guards and 2 new skylights. The quality of the materials and the workmanship is A+ as well as was every person involved. Great communication and great work! They replaced our roof after it took some storm damage and it looks great. They spoke with our insurance the whole way through, even on the day of the install when they discovered some additional work that needed to be done. They handled it and got insurance to cover it too. Everyone was very nice and very knowledgeable, I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

Chicagoland exteriors just finished my siding, and it is beautiful. They are professional and finished on schedule. They added 2 more layers of insulation before they added the siding taking in mins the need to save energy. My house looks new!!!

I had had a bad experience with a previous contractor but luckily that led me to find Chicagoland exteriors. Honestly it was like 3 weeks from the time I spoke my insurance agent and the time they took to finish. Super fast because other places take months. Reliable and a preferred contractor of AAA, I highly recommend them.

We are so happy with the work done by Chicagoland Exteriors! We wanted to remove our skylights because we live in an older home and temperature control is a big issue. Our skylights were already old and showing signs of leaking and they made our second floor unbearable during the summer months. We worked with Jake and he was excellent. He was always quick to reply and worked with us to match our existing shingles. They got us on the schedule sooner than expected and completed the job in a single day. We’ve experienced several big storms since having the skylights removed and we haven’t experienced any leaks or issues. Highly recommend this company and would definitely work with them again!

Our condo association put in a work order with Chicagoland Exteriors who then made arrangements with me immediately to review the leak in my ceiling on Friday. Upon arrival, Ryan was very professional as I explained the details of the leak, when and where. He explained what he was going to do and proceeded to follow through. Within an hour from his arrival and leaving, including a trip to our attic and roof, he found the leak, marked it off and sent me pics. On Tuesday they returned and fixed the roof with new shingles. Ryan's expertise was excellent in finding the leak so quickly. He found the needle in the haystack (the cause for the leak). Highly recommend this company as they are proficient, professional, and their expertise and follow through in getting the job done right and quickly was excellent. Great job guys!!! Great service! We had Chicagoland Exteriors replace our leaky flat roof garage that had a deck over the top with a bunch of algae underneath. They were able to replace the roof within one day and added a slight pitch to the roof along with removing the deck posts to prevent future leaks. They also replaced our attic fan and routed our bathroom vents outside. Quality work and will definitely use again for all our exterior needs! Thank you Nate and Sean.

We used Chicagoland Exteriors to replace our siding, soffit and gutters after storm damage. They had done two other houses on our block. Jake came out on the coldest day in January to get started on the estimate process and helped navigate the insurance claim process. Javier was the foreman for the install and kept us informed every step of the way. Our shutters were delayed due to size and color choice but Javier checked in each week to keep us updated. They went above and beyond and even did a few extras for us like installing a new mailbox, porch light and house numbers that we had purchased to with the new siding. Highly recommend this company.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Their customer service is fantastic: responsive, patient, understanding. Colton was our rep and he was at our home a few times before we were ready to start work. Then, he came after the job was done to do the nail sweep/clean up in the yard. (It was delayed due to snow.) Javier was our foreman--he was also kind, respectful, responsive--and we had a great conversation about life. :) There were no surprise fees; when they found an issue, I was shown immediately and given a reasonable price range to remediate or to simply leave as was. It was all explained and the choice was left up to me. No pressure. Very impressed with Chicagoland Exteriors. We used them for siding. We had Nate and Chicagoland Exteriors handle an insurance claim on a different property and therefore were comfortable with the team’s performance. This go around I had them replace a roof at another property that encountered damage from a fallen Oak. Once again couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The color recommendation turned out to be perfect, the work was performed with no disruption and the surrounding area was left as if no one were on the property. The icing on the cake for me was Nate’s honesty on not changing the soffits. I asked for a quote and he could have easily taken money but suggested there was not a need to replace them. If you need exterior work done, call Nate.

We had bad storms roll through Geneva IL to which I had many roofing companies chasing the work. I’m not one to make insurance claims so I ignored the solicitations. However, my mentality changed when I noticed interior ceiling damage from water. Nate and Chicagoland came as a recommendation from a close relative. Nate came out, explained the process of going through insurance, and got to work. He even navigated the complexity of me being in a duplex and working with my attached neighbor’s and their insurance company. Bottom line, he worked hard to get full replacement on the roof and siding. The work was excellent and there is a bonus….. during the repair and replacement, the crews tore two screens and dropped a tool through my ceiling. I called the super, Javier, and it was all remedied without hesitation. Nate, Javier, and the team performed the job exactly how they stated. They performed so well another family member used them for damage at another property.

We had storm damage and that meant a new roof, gutters and drywall repair. Chicagoland took care of everything. Brendan came out to meet with the adjuster and we were approved by the insurance company. When the roofers came out, the forman met with me before the work started to tell me everything they were going to do. He also met with me when they were half way through the job to give me an update on what they were doing and told me the source of the leak. After the job was done, he showed me everything they did. The same pattern existed with the gutter crew and drywall repair.

This is a quality company. They worked with me to make sure I understood everything and they were very helpful in picking the type of roofing material and gutters. We will be getting siding next summer and we are definitely going to call Chicagoland

I can not say enough about Chicagoland Exteriors! We had pretty bad storm damage to our siding and gutters after hail came through our area and Colton gave us a fair estimate. They worked directly with our insurance to get everything taken care of. We are so happy with how it turned out!!! During the install, one of our plants got flattened. When I called Javier, he came right over to check out the situation and make sure we were whole again. I appreciated the prompt response and really taking the time to listen to the concerns of the customer. We are going to use them for our roof next. Highly recommend this company!

We had our roof and gutters replaced in April of 2020 along with a sun tunnel installed in a dark hall bath. Nate and team were great to work with. Nate helped us choose the perfect color shingles. They were very professional, even with my husband's not always so sunny personality.... when the derecho came through that August, not 1 shingle moved out of place. Chicagoland Exteriors did our basement windows and our garage window. We are super pleased with the results! They were fast and professional. The windows look great and operate very nicely. They even relocated our dryer vent to a better location.

We had them come back this spring to replace our bay window. Once again they did a great job. We are so happy with their work.

Our experience from the start to the end was exceptional. This was a full house siding replacement (old aluminum to vinyl). Jake responded quickly to my online inquiry and showed up promptly for the onsite meeting where he explained the product and work clearly. We had talked to two other firms and they were the only one that gave us a clear sense of transparency and trust and didn't come off as evasive when questioned. He demonstrated great product and installation knowledge and focused on finding the right solution for our house and budget.

Once the material arrived and the job commenced, Javier was onsite to ensure the team was on the right track. The entire team was professional and efficient throughout the entire installation. Javier checked in regularly with the team and with me to ensure the job stayed on track. Both Jake and Javier explained the installation process and how their process makes a difference in avoiding warping problems that I’ve read about so often on this and other sites. Javier is one of those rare employees that truly makes a company better being on the team.

The quality of the installation is superb and is especially evident in the corner and trim details. There were minor issues that the team addressed easily such as remounting the garage coach lights which due to their age required a bit of rework of the mounts by the team. The job they did was above and beyond what I expected and the result was far better than what I would have been able to do myself.

Phenomenal all around experience with chicagoland exteriors. Roof was close to end of life and called around for a few quotes of which chicagoland exteriors was one. Nate was our sales representative and he walked us thru the current roof conditions, cost and scope of work. He recommended we see if our insurance would cover as he did notice some hail damage. Within 2 weeks we had our insurance company out to examine the roof with Nate. After our insurance approved the claim we were scheduled for work to begin within 2 weeks and Nate answered all of our questions along the way very thoroughly. We used Chicagoland Exteriors to replace our siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia following hail and wind damage to our 1950’s cape cod home. I was impressed with them every step of the way. The crew was outstanding, with very high attention to detail, true artists of their craft. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the job, it took just two days, and when I walked out at the end of day one I had tears in my eyes! When the job was complete they even sent a cleanup crew out the next day to clean up any debris and nails that were left behind. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I used Chicagoland Exteriors to help put in a new roof on my house. I started the process myself, but then on the recommendation of a friend, I reached out to Chicagoland Exteriors. From the onset, they helped me with everything... and I mean everything. They negotiated with my insurance company to get me more coverage, the installed windows, put in the new roof, cleaned everything up after themselves, etc. I can't recommend them enough!

The Chicagoland Exteriors team did a great job for us from start to finish. They met with our insurance adjuster to show them the hail and wind damage to our roof and siding, and the insurance company approved the repairs almost immediately. We also had them install several new windows and a sliding glass door.

The services (windows, siding, roof/gutters) all took place on three different days and with three different work crews who were all highly professional. Not only did they take great care in their craft, they worked efficiently, and cleaned up very well afterwards.

From an administrative standpoint they did an awesome job of communicating with me throughout the whole process (somewhat extended due to window manufacturer backlog) and answered all of my questions as they came along. Nate, John, Javier, and the whole team were awesome to deal with and I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

After the tornado in August, 2020, we found our roof and siding were damaged. Chicagoland Exteriors was recommended by a friend. I had new siding, a new roof, and new gutters installed. There were 2 different teams that worked on my house, one for the roof and the other for the siding and gutters. Both teams worked like a well-oiled machine. I have had neighbors comment on how efficiently the work was done (and also how nice the house looks).

In between the time I called and the date of my appointment, a severe storm that produced a tornado and hail passed through my neighborhood. Our home was hit (almost directly, NWS projected it was 100-200 yards away) by a n EF-1 tornado on August 10th, 2020. Chicagoland Exteriors came to our rescue and even worked with our insurance, both BEFORE and AFTER the repair so that we would receive the depreciated value of the items as well. The whole process was incredibly easy after we contacted them. We had contacted a few companies and they were very quick to come by and get us an estimate, and had a competitive quote.

We had a window replaced, our back storm door, all of the siding on the rear of our home, some siding and the shake on the side of the house, the gutter and downspout on the rear of the house, and a shingle on the house roof. They replaced some siding on the garage and also replaced the entire garage roof.

We will certainly be keeping their contact information for any future house repairs.

We first used Chicagoland Exteriors about 4 or 5 years ago for a very small job. A piece of metal flashing on the garage near the peak in the roof came off and they replaced it. We contacted them because they are a locally owned business located in Lombard, IL.

They had no problem getting the exact replacement windows, even though they are odd (custom - non standard) sized windows.
