GC pro team came out after a flood and we are very satisfied with the work Jamie, Linda, and their team did. They were quick at coming out, stored our contents safely, did a thorough job cleaning, and were very communicative the whole time. I highly recommended Jamie and her team for the job!

We had sewer backup, which was covered under our Nationwide H/Oers insurance. Nationwide assigned a company to us. That company was very large and owned by a private equity. What a nightmare.

I asked Nationwide if I had a choice on who to work with. Od course I did. After a negative experience, I did my research. GCPro Restoration had the best reviews.

GCPro just finished their work. We are super pleased. They are great communicators, have great employees and subcontractors. Their drywall and carpet layers are amazing workers. 100% satisfied customer here.

The experience working with GCPRO was excellent from the beginning. Their office staff was capable, friendly, and helpful. Michael, who came to do the work was on time to the minute, did great work removing some lightly damaged drywall above a window and on the ceiling, installing new drywall, and painting.

I part of my roof was damaged in some severe winds. GCPRO came out and gave me a fair estimate quickly and set me up with a project manager who walked me through the process of the repairs, and after the work was done came by to personally inspect the job. It was quick, professional and friendly.

Exceptional service provided by an experienced team of professionals. They showed respect and every consideration for my property. They even helped me deal with a difficult neighbor, which was certainly not within the scope of work. I'm confident that the repair phase of my claim will be handled equally well. We've used GCPRO for two large projects at our home now due to water damage, and it has been a positive experience through such trying time. Kitchen fire with soot damage. The HVAC guys, the cleaning crew and the carpenter/fix it all crew were all amazing. All timely, all extremely neat and tidy, all kind and helpful, very respectful. Ana, cleaning crew supervisor answered any and all questions and did a great job.
HVAC cleaned vents that were soot filled and left no mess at all behind.
The carpenter crew of 3 refinished singed cabinets, new kitchen counter top with backsplash, fixing ceramic tile backsplash, new stove hood and routed the hood smoke to the outside with new venting and sheet rocking inside. It looks like it was built when the house was first built. Entire downstairs was painted with one smoke/soot blocking coat and 2 coats of my color choice. Perfect job, no spills, no spots, all cracks and nail holes gone. Helped me with hanging curtains, moved all furniture, etc. I'm a widow in my 70's so I appreciated the help with little things that didn't seem little to me. My thanks especially to Oscar, Janusz and Yaroslav who were always very polite, pleasant, helpful and did an exceptional job with every repair and detail. Mike Label, project mgr, checked in regularly and at the end. Great job. At the end of the job, my home looks better than ever.

We recently had our floors replaced, and I was very impressed with Ricky and his crew. They were incredibly organized and efficient, putting a strong team on the job so it was completed quickly. They also took great care to minimize dust by putting up protective plastic coverings and thoroughly cleaning up afterward. Even after the work was done, they were responsive to my requests for small fixes and took care of everything promptly. After getting the runaround from competitors, I finally got in touch with Adam from GCPRO construction and I cannot understate how much of a breath of fresh air that this experience has been. We reviewed restoration for an upstairs bathroom wall that had to be restored after the pipe had been replaced, as well as the column underneath it into a near full basement restoration.

The subcontractor Vinny General Construction then took the specs and performed OUTSTANDING work, and the two of them together communicated the scope of the job, material and labor with refreshing clarity and put my mind at complete ease, the costs felt incredibly fair and the work itself was above and beyond, and also with remarkable efficiency and I felt that I could easily trust this team to take care of the details that would otherwise feel overwhelming, and took the time to make sure I was happy with plans before proceeding, and then followed up to make sure the work was to satisfaction and that they handled correspondence with insurance when necessary.

Adam at GCPRO construction and Vinny General Construction together helped restore my faith in good honest work after other competitors had fallen short, and have shown exemplary integrity.

We recently had our bathroom gutted out Greg project manager and his team Mr. Tomas Niemeic and Igor his workers . Were very professional, perfectionists, courteous and friendly. GCpro previously worked at our place since we had complete water damage from upstairs bathroom, they completely fixed our ceiling, kitchen, floor, closet and we did up grades. I felt very comfortable being in the house with them, from the first time they did work, I would leave the house for hours and I felt secure leaving them at home. I worked with Adam Gibala at GCPro as part of a reconstruction project after a water leak. The job was extensive involving removal/replacement of dry wall as well as removal and replacement of all flooring, trim work and painting.

Adam and his team were extremely responsive and proved to be an excellent advocate and resource when dealing with insurance adjusters. They went above and beyond in insuring the estimated damages were clearly outlined and additionally assisted in supplemental repairs required after tear out. This company was recommended by Farmers insurance. The work was done so poorly, that they had to come out with a totally different crew to completely redo the the drywall and painting work. I believe they sent me unskilled workers that they just hired. I could not communicate with them because no body left in my home to do the work could speak English. The General Contractor was so argumentative with me, that I finally gave him the insurance check to get him out of my home.
The second contractor came and I asked him ( and Marissa, at the office) to please check the calking work that was done. I was assured by both that it would be inspected, because at this point everything else was done wrong. I was told that the company GCPRO farmed-out the work for the roof calking, and sent the new contractor a picture of the repair.Unbelievable with all that went wrong, that someone from GCPRO could not visually inspect the calking on a roof that is 8 ft off the ground. I feel I was deceived into believing they would check the work because they are ultimately collecting for from my insurance company. The contractors are very argumentative and condescending. Look elsewhere if you need any work done on your home.

Revision: The company came back and finished the work properly, and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. The work inside looks beautiful, but there is still work to be done on a different part of the house that was the root cause of the initial damage. Stay turned for an updated review.

Love these guys. Solid performance and timely. They don't upsell you but at same time are honest about needs to be done and cost.

GCPRO Restoration did a good job in restoring my garage and fences after a vehicle plowed through two gates, the garage door and the back wall of the garage. The project manager Adam made sure everything was handled smoothly.

I don’t often give 5-star ratings, but from start to finish, GCPRO was by far the best mitigation and repair company on StateFarm’s preferred list. It took ServPro two weeks to contact me after the initial assignment of my claim. By that time, GCPRO was finishing the initial remediation of the damage done to my home and had begun the build-back process. GCPRO contacted me within the hour to schedule the mitigation for the next day. I was so very impressed at the professionalism and knowledge of the two young guys that did the mitigation work to dry out my rooms and remove all the damaged. They were so passionate about the tare-down process and took great care with the wood trim. A week later, Adam G., the project manager, visited my home and walked me through the build-back process. Adam was thorough with what needed to be done and maintained communication and visits as the work was being completed. His team did an amazing job drywalling, plastering, painting, and CLEANING up after they completed their work. To say I’m pleased is an understatement. I will definitely be using them for other work I need done. BTW I live on the southeast side of Chicago, 10 minutes from the Indiana border, and they traveled all the way from Lombard! My kitchen was damaged by a plumbing break in the roof of our condo building. GCPRO did the amelioration and then worked with contractors to fix my place. Their work was superb. They were careful, considerate, responsive, and did absolutely excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all the debris in a timely fashion. I especially applaud their contractors, who repaired and updated my kitchen as if it was their own home. 100% happy!

GCPRO replaced the siding on my home and did a fantastic job. They worked with me through the entire process and I couldn't have asked for a better result. The entire team was knowledgeable, focused, and remained on the task at hand. Courteous and professionalism was outstanding. I would recommend this team. My upstairs neighbor's washer broke and caused water damage in my condo. They called these guys the night it happened and they came to my place the next morning. They are courteous, on time and did awesome work. When my washer/dryer were disconnected longer than anticipated, the company sent two people to reconnect it while we waited for insurance approval for the work. They more than adequately covered my floors, taped closets, vents, etc. In fact, when they left, you couldn't even tell anyone was there. I am a clean freak and they lived up to my expectations (which isn't easy). They wore masks and took off their shoes. Every person I worked with- from mitigation team to construction, project manager, office manager, is top notch. I hope I never have damage like this again, but if I do, I know who to call!

GCPro handled a recent move for my tenant and myself that was a gold star experience from start to finish. We needed to vacate our condo for 10 days to have the flooring refinished. We left the condo in “as is” condition, ie, did not pack anything. GCPro packed the entirety of the contents with complete professionalism and care. Each box was clearly labeled with the contents. Each item was securely wrapped with paper and bubble wrap and boxed appropriately. For example- each piece of my great grandmother’s china was carefully and individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then paper, then boxed in a box further cushioned with layers of bubblewrap and paper. To be frank, I would not have done such a thorough job myself. We suffered no lost items or breakage of any kind. Moving back in, the boxes were delineated into the appropriate rooms and unpacking was easy and organized. I cannot recommend them more highly for any move you may have upcoming.

I had water damage.from the 3rd floor to the basement. These guys came in and dried each unit out with special machines. There work is beautiful.
