7 guys showed up and in 1 day they replaced my 2400 sq ft roof and replaced my weathervane on my cupalo and totally cleaned up the entire area.

Hired to level my house. Said they would encapsulate for free. Well they encapsulated first then came in and said they could not level house because the wood was rotted. I didn't ask for encapsulate I just want a level house. I had already paid over $6900. and to pay the other half when completed. Now they want another $1700. For the encapsulation that I didn't ask for. I am so upset.

Very professional and fast working crew. The after-job cleanup was exemplary. Our front and back porch was cleaner than before the work started. They were done in 2 days, as promised. I could not believe it could be done that fast, but they worked 10 hrs. straight.
Before we agreed to the job, the consultant did a great job explaining the details of the materials, the work and the finances.

Erie home was amazing the roof was completed in a day in scorching heat do not feel for those guys but they got it done and it looks amazing.

While the co$t of getting a new roof installed, seems on the high side, at 74-years old, everything seems high to me….
Seriously though, if their warranty is as good as their workmanship, my wife and I cannot possibly be happier.

Thanks to ERIE, and especially the hard working crew that gave us our beautiful roof, and in just one day. (That’s tear-off all of the old roofing down to the decking, then installing a much better vapor barrier (vs the old roofing felt), water-n-ice along the edges, and then our new 30-year shingles, Thank You LORD!!!

Awesome crew. My roof was completed in 1 day. They cleaned up all items and used magnets to get the metal. It was refreshing to see a crew working together as a team to get it done.

Would not use Erie again.Workers urinated in my yard not once,not twice but three times.And blocked front walk with debris and used extension cord for microwave hooked into my electrical outlet.Had tarp in front yard but did not use to catch debris.No one from Erie ever contacted me about these problems even though they said they would.

The workers arrived on time. Worked efficiently. Answered any questions I asked. Cleaned up after they left. Roof looks great. My consultant gave me options for my new roof including bringing it up to code. I will have better airflow through my attic space. I like the concept of no tar paper as underlayment and no asphalt shingles. More eco- friendly. The company is great in keeping me informed from initial contact to installation. Probably the best news they were able to get the job done earlier than expected.

Every step from estimate to work being completed was a great experience. Everyone was professional and friendly. Work was finished a day early, and I got a great price! Hit them up during the slow season, February is a great time of year to get a new roof.

Worst company ever! Couldn’t communicate with anyone and then send people to do job and didn’t speak English. Top it off they damaged my vehicle and stole property. Didn’t want to recognize the problem they caused, but sure wanted us to sign papers asap. Terrible people to want to deal with.
Plus they said they would inspect the next year but again they didn’t. Better think twice on this company!

They were here early. They worked efficiently, did not stand around and talk or goof off. Someone was on the ground constantly cleaning up. The roof looks great. They found mold andremoved the affected area and my sinuses are much better. The original guy that came out and sold us the roof was a great teacher. I learned a lot about what materials are used.

This is an excellent company. From the quote to the install everyone was super professional. The roof was all done in half a day. There was no mess left behind. I can't state just how great this group is.

They were quick to scheduling my new roof and were willing to work with my schedule. After I met with the salses people talking to the install manager when repeating my concern about animals getting in through a gap around the edge of the house he decided the bottom two feet of the deck board shouls be replaced. This was amended to the quote with out additional cost as the sales person said the job quote is final. When they were tearing out the roof they put down tarps. A plumbing pipe had had rot around it and had been broken off under the roof all of which they fixed. The roof was completed in 1 day. They cleaned up the site and checked for nails with magnets.

We liked the information we were given before we signed the paperwork. Everything was done in a timely manner. Roofers were hard workers! Everything was cleaned up and neat as a pin when they completed the job. We would use this company again if needed.

We own a home built in 1907. We had a few inspections and estimates on the need to replace and cost, etc. Erie came out as another estimate option. They were everything a home owner of any sort would like to have on their team. Especially a home as old as ours. It is hard to find a company these days that understands the terrors of home improvement with these homes. Not only were the two experts that came out polite, fun, and patient; they were honest and so informative. Extremely transparent. We had quotes that were astronomically different in cost and process. Not a single one of them actually talked us through the why behind each dollar and each part of the process for our particular roof. The original Cedar roof was still on this thing!! Still not sure how many layers had been placed on top. No ventilation. No decking. Erie took the time to educate us on what that even means and how their technicians will have to attack all of the issues. Installation took 3 full days and the team was wonderful. We have 3 dogs and they were very considerate of our needs in and out of our home over these 3 days. They cleaned up every evening, covered anything that might be damaged by the ancient roof materials coming off. Excellent. We now not only have a roof to code, but we are updated to the 21st century with the fiberglass core and energy efficient products Erie manufactures themselves. And the color is gorgeous. Everyone come look at our roof!

The sales people were very thorough in checking the roof and going up into the attic. He had a portfolio of pictures showing me all the issues and possible issues that I may be having. They gave me different avenues of what I could do with different materials. They even were able to provide me a financial route that I could use for financing. I went with the fiberglass dimensional shingles and once we negated price they ordered the product. In just a few days they had a crew out removing my old roof and replacing bad decking and modifying the ventilation for my attic. The crew was at my house at the time they said they would be there. They were very professional and courteous. They done a great job in replacing my roof and installing all the extra safeguards barriers, ice shields, drip edges and gutter protection. When they were done they cleaned up everything and didn't leave any evidence that they were even there. Before they left I personally thanked each and everyone of them for a job well done.

We recently hired Erie to install their metal roofing system on our home. I have been shopping metal roofing for over a year, but didn't want roofing that looks like it belongs on a barn. We have already had many positive comments about our new roof. Most people are very surprised to hear it is metal. The sales team that came to our house was very professional. Had a 25 year old roof that was in bad shape. Now I have a brand new blue fiberglass roof. They were here for 1 day.

The roof looks great! They showed up when they said, were done in one day. They left no mess, you couldn't tell any sign they were just here, other than a new great looking roof. If the shingles hold up as good as advertised, I will be very satisfied.

Fast response! I'd had a leak from a heavy storm that came through my area and a whole new roof installed the next week. They had a mob of guys up there stripping the old, replacing a lot of wood and installing new 30 year fbg shingles. Took them about 12 hours total and they left their work area clean, other than 5 nails I found in the driveway that I thought to look for before backing out. Five ain't so bad considering the hundreds involved and I'm still giving these guys all the stars .

Our Erie metal roof is spectacular. Though it’s metal, it has restored the original tile look back to our 100+ year old home. Erie's specialized metal roofing team was quick, hardworking, and professional. Overall, our dealings with Erie have been wonderful. I’d highly recommend their roofing services to anyone.

The sales team worked vary hard to get the new roof in my budget. The installers were very professional and friendly. They installed 32 square of material in about 7 hrs, and did an amazing job of cleaning up afterwards. Very pleased with the entire process.

I had been shopping around for a new roof since I had a leak. The sales guys were the only ones that went into the attic to see what was going on. They were the only ones that found the hole in my roof! It was also not properly vented which explained why it was always so hot at night. They showed us what they could do, got us rushed on the schedule, and boom new roof. The crew was very professional, cleaned up to the point they used magnets in the flower beds, and I didn't fling anything with the mower that night. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood and I can rest knowing I won't have any more leaks. It's also not hot at night anymore. Quality product and quality crew. I could not be happier.

They installed my roof and messed up my brand new gutters that I had just had put on. They did not even notify me they messed up my gutters in several spots. I do not recommend this over priced company nor their word any longer. I have concerns about the warranty they claimed I have.

I am currently taking with the installation manager about the decking on my roof to be replaced. So far it say Erie to replace decking with osb where applicable, so now they are saying it’s only one square foot of decking.
At this current time I would advise not getting a roof from them if you live in Tipton Indiana.

Completely and totally disrespectful. They asked if both homeowners would be available and I explained that my wife does not like to be a part of any of our home update quotes because it gives her anxiety. The lady I spoke with then told me that they wouldn't come out unless my wife took part. What kind of business refuses new customers?

Workers were very professional, competent and stayed focused on their work. The roof looks great. They left the area immaculate when they were finished.

They were efficient and very tidy. If you came to my home 20 minutes after they finished you would never have known they installed a new roof! They also installed much needed attic vents. Great work! Good value too!
