Thanks to the glory of Indiana weather, we needed a full roof replacement, and after checking with my neighbors Stay Dry Roofing came up quite a few times. I ended up working with Shane Heim, who was extremely personable, and professional. He made the entire process a breeze from working with Insurance to scheduling, to the install, and the new roof looks amazing. Also as a dog owner, I went out with magnets to try to find any loose nails or any kind of debris and came up entirely empty handed, not a loose nail to be found. I could not recommend him or Stay Dry Roofing more.

We had a small tornado hit recently. I called StayDry the following day, they were here that day, started the repair the next day and had to leave because of rain, but came back the following day and the job was completed. I priced three different roofers and their price was inline with the others. Trevor was my rep, and he was very pleasant to deal with. Overall they did what they said they would do, and charged me what the stated.

After monitoring a leak through a couple rain storms we made further contact with Stay Dry Roofing. The response time was excellent. Aaron Holmes came out and determined the issue and plan of action. Upon realizing the prediction of rain for a week, I called Aaron the next morning and asked if a tarp could be put on before the rains came. He replied that he could make that happen. That afternoon it was covered. Kudos to the office staff, the installer of the tarp and for Aaron's diligence and professionalism.

Construction projects of any kind are extremely scary & should be, unfortunately I have experienced the scary side first hand, there are plenty of bad actors in the trades community that can ruin your business, property & even your home life with one bad decision. I went with this company based on reviews to clean up another company's mess & the 5 star reviews are completely legit! I recommend asking for Josh to take care of all your roofing & siding needs. Their crew was respectful/neat at the job site & did a complete 5 star job the whole way through until project completion.

Was in the middle of selling our home and had to do some repairs quickly to the roof and siding. I contacted 5 companies, and only Stay Dry Roofing got back to me. Matt, and Stay Dry Roofing, came to the rescue after being ghosted by another Indy roofer. Even after we decided to go with another company they were friendly, helpful, and got the job done when I called them for help again.

I walked into my final home inspection one day prior to a scheduled Monday morning closing to find that there was water damage from snowfall that happened after the initial home inspection. I contacted three different "24 Hour" roofing companies; one who never called me back and another who said they couldn't get anyone out until Monday morning. When Trevor King called and I explained my situation, he offered to meet me that afternoon -- on a Sunday! He inspected the roof and explained the issue to me very clearly. My lender needed proof that the work was completed prior to closing and I knew it would take a miracle to close on time, but Trevor and Janice Westfall, the Office Manager, MADE IT HAPPEN! To quote Trevor, "Whatever it takes to get you closed and finalized". That is customer service that goes well above and beyond! Thank you for doing job RIGHT.

Emergency repair needed after heavy snowfall in early Jan 2025 resulted in water getting under shingles. Matt was able to get the resources and crew back to have repair done in under 48 hours, in bitter cold, before next snowfall. I appreciated the skill required to work a fix in icy conditions and it has held up very well, worth the price in every way. (Now I can fix the ceiling drywall damage confidently!) also appreciate the labor warranty for extra peace of mind.

So...I'm not sure how many of us really know what all of the things up on our roof actually do. I'm pretty smart, I kind of know a lot of things, and I've lived in our house since we built it 22 years ago - but I can't say I really know what the two little black things up on the roof do.

I can say, however, that I became very interested in those little things when one of them began to leak into our attic - and then onto a couple of our interior ceilings.

I reached out to Stay Dry Roofing and had an initial contact with Janice W. - who immediately tried to help me in finding a solution. She searched around and found one of her guys who was in the area on another job, and figured out a way to route him over to our house super quickly. It was awesome how quickly she figured out a solution. Matt J. was at my front door about an hour later, and he walked the property with me - saw the vent on the roof that I thought might be the culprit, and then he came inside and headed right up into our attic so he could verify the situation both inside and outside.

There's nothing like calling in an expert who does this kind of thing routinely - because Matt was able to immediately instill total confidence that he had identified the source of the leak, that he knew exactly what needs to be done to fix it, and that he'd send me a scope of work to approve so we'd get going as soon as possible. Each communication was quick, clear, and easy to interpret - and as soon as I sent the signed approval for the work, Janice and Matt got to work figuring out how quickly they could get a person out to do the work - since rain was in the forecast for the next couple of days.

Although there was rain in the forecast, they projected a time the next day where the weather would break - allowing the worker to get up on the roof and get the vents replaced and reinstalled - and to ensure that no more water would leak into the attic.

Everything happened exactly as both Janice and Matt had promised - and, while I'm still not a total expert about what all the different things on our roof are deigned to do, I'm not sure that I have to be...because I know a company and some people who know it inside and out.

We needed a roof replacement, we contacted Stay Dry Roofing and Bill Roberts is our rep. He came right away and provided a free estimate. Work started right away once the initial deposit was done. The entire process was very smooth and painless for us. Bill and his team were able to complete the project timely and with high quality. Pricing was also very competitive and there's great communication throughout the process so we knew exactly what to expect.

Bill Roberts was my point of contact when I had my damaged roof completely redone. He first came over and inspected the entire roof making sure the replacement needed to be done vs. a few patch ups here and there. When it was determined the full replacement had to be done he offered me different price ranges assuring me that either way I went the quality of the work and the materials would still last over a minimum span of 10 years of not longer. Once that selection was out of the way he proceeded to bring me color samples for the roof, the trim, the gutters and down spouts. The work was expedicious and it took his roof crew only one day to replace the roof and his gutter crew an additional day. The crew did an amazing clean up job. They were all very courteous, quick and meticulous. Bill came to check while his crew was working and again after the work was done to make sure the quality of work had been met and to make sure the cleanup was up to par. I am very satisfied with how organized the job went. Bill made a big job feel like a walk in the park. I highly recommend Bill and would very likely use him again.

Chris and his team did an amazing job walking us through the process, meticulously documenting, and answering all of our questions. Will definitely use their services again if we have any roofing needs in the future.

We were selling our home and had four roofing companies to assess the roof to determine if work needed to be done. The other companies sent representatives and some only looked at the roof from the outside or just looked at the report from the general inspection. They were not as personable or knowledgeable as Trevor King with Stay Dry Roofing. Trevor was able to explain the exact issue with the roof and the amount of work that was to be done to repair the roof and the vents. Stay Dry recently replaced our roof/gutters due to hail damage. Thank you Matt Songer from Stay Dry Roofing. Just wanted to let everybody know I went through a 14 month nightmare on my roof and Gutters. One local contractor led us on for over 10 months and never sent necessary information to my insurance company. The one time an insurance adjuster came out I was denied. After one year I contacted four well known and reputable roofing contractor to come out and reevaluate my roof. Within a day or two I talked to 3 of the 4 contractors and then was lucky enough to meet Matt.
Matt immediately understood our situation and was way more than helpful. After a 15 minute conversation there was no doubt that I wanted Stay Dry Roofing and Matt to be involved with this project. My expectations were exceeded tenfold.Matt took care of everything! My insurance company contacted me within two days to do a re inspection and Matt was here to meet them they immediately approved my roof and gutter project. Not only did Matt work to get this approved immediately they started work within 4or 5 days. I had a new roof that is absolutely perfect. He noticed many minor details such as my attic venting, chimney caps, vents and the fact I did not have a drip edge and took care of all that . Not only do I believe that he is very good at his job. He is also I good man. He treated my wife and family like we were his own. He was very involved with every step of the entire project. He was on site when the roofers were here and the next day when gutters were installed and walked me through this entire process. He was almost like meeting a new friend. Matt really cares about his clients and quality is upmost importance.
After completion Matt came by and inspected again. He saw one or two flaws in the drip edge . Stay Dry Roofing had a crew out here the very next day to take care of that and Matt was once again here during that process. I have remolded this entire house and had several contractors involved with interior and exterior and have never seen service like this. Over the past couple of years I have called Stay Dry for my personal home first and had a wonderful experience. They were honest and didn't pressure me into buying a new roof. They did an inspection and told me my 25 year old roof was still in overall good condition even though I wanted to replace it because it is looking its age. They even tacked down a popped ridge vent while they were up there which had caused a small leak and didn't charge me for doing so. They gave me a bid for replacement because I asked since I was pretty well set at the time on replacing my roof. When I got the estimate it was professionally done and very competitive with the other 3 I got all from GAF top level certified installers only.

Based on my personal experience at my home, I reached out to them recently because a condo I manage had a leaking flat roof. They were referred me to their commercial department this time. I worked with Taylor Buckhannon on this project. He came out to assess our needs very quickly, even when they were very busy due to the rainy weather. He sent a quote quickly and got the work done just as quickly as I could get it approved. They found additional items needing attention while they were there and they addressed those as well without breaking the bank.

It was a wonderful end and experience thanks to Matt Songer. We had our gutters replaced. He did a thorough job and providing the quote and following through till the job was complete. I would highly recommend.

We had Stay Dry do work on our 110+ year old home. They removed and replaced the shingles, gutters, downspouts, some sheets of decking plywood, two large skylights from Velux, and painted gutters, downspouts, and flashing. Basically, their multiple team crew did a lot of work. Although their were issues with the sales team members at first, we are giving a five star rating because the production manager, Edgar Martinez went above and beyond to make sure everything was done completely and correctly. I can't say enough about his attention given to our concerns and level of professionalism he delivered from the beginning to the end of the project. He is truly a great asset to the Stay Dry company and to any of their customers.

I suffered hail/wind damage to my house and I met with Jordan Beck with Stay Dry Roofing for an inspection and quote. I felt immediately very comfortable with him as he is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient when explaining things to me. He inspected the roof and siding and once I decided to move forward with the project, he worked with me to coordinate insurance. It took over 3 months for insurance to partially settle and Jordan could have just ditched me thinking it would end up being non-profitable to him because it took so long, but he stayed with me and positively supported me through the waiting process. Stay Dry Roofing added all new roof decking, new shingles, and then my siding and the house now looks BEAUTIFUL! The work crews were respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. During the process, the crew accidentally damaged a flag holder and window and they were honest and up-front about it and then Jordan made sure it was promptly fixed. I understand things happen during construction of this magnitude, so it is refreshing to see that they stand behind everything!

I also asked Jordan before construction started if my gutters needed replaced and Jordan said no but shared that it needed some repairs, and he had his guys fix the issues while installing the roof and siding. He could have said it needed replaced and I would have simply believed him, so this shows Jordan’s integrity and honesty working as a representative of Stay Dry Roofing and have full confidence that their representatives will only quote repairs that are needed and will stand behind anything that happens. I also want to add that strong winds blew out some of my soffit today and I was worried it would continue ripping out more of the soffit, so I reached out to Jordan in a panic today to see if his company could fix it for me. He then offered to stop by (and did) and he fixed it for me because I was one of his customers and he wanted to help me.

This is my first experience with Stay Dry Roofing and words cannot describe how grateful I am that I went with this company and met Jordan and his team of great workers. I have been pleasantly surprised this entire time with their honesty and integrity, hard work, their quality construction practices, responsiveness, and timeliness of them completing their job from start to finish for their customers. Stay Dry is the best roofer we've ever worked with. Our home has a partial flat roof and we discovered that the residential roofer we'd used before didn't know how to do a flat roof. It didn't drain properly and leaked. A large commercial roofer experienced in flat roofs gave us a high-priced quote to redo the roof. Stay Dry, a smaller company, had both residential and commercial crews and gave us a great quote. And we couldn't be happier with the timely scheduling and completed work. We worked with the sales rep Matt Schneck to install a duct vent on the roof, repair a leak, replace a partial broken gutter and downspout. Matt worked closely in analyzing the problems and scheduling the repairs on a timely manner. The work done was very well done with perfection. Matt took time to review the work and bring the men back to fix every small bit of area to make it perfect. The Cost was also competitive and reasonable. I highly recommend Stay Dry Roofing.

I first heard of Stay Dry Roofing on the Indianapolis station Q-95. I live two hours away and didn’t know if they would be willing to travel that far. Michael, the sales agent, was very professional and friendly. He gained my trust just by talking to him over the phone. From initial contact to a beautiful finished roof, Michael made sure everything went quick and flawless. The project manager Bryan was there the entire time overseeing the work. He is very knowledgeable and professional. There was some unforeseen water damage that needed replaced, that required additional cost and approval. Bryan and his manager Edger, were very efficient in getting the paperwork through and additional supplies needed in order to complete the project in one day. Overall, I am very impressed with the job they did. Their team did an outstanding job.

I cannot say enough about the character and integrity of this company. I had a situation where they clearly chose the truth and what was right over what would make them the most money. Plus they are baller at what they do!

There definitely isn’t enough room here to explain in full detail, the horrid experience I endured with these guys. After replacing my roof, my shed roof, and my siding, there were nails and debris left everywhere. I gave this company every opportunity to make it right as far as cleaning up the nails.. After telling me, they would send a crew out, one person showed up on a cold December day. This person Walked around my house a few times with a 5 gallon bucket, hardly picked up anything, didn’t even use a magnet.
I texted bossman (Edgar), he informed me that they couldn’t get all the nails. I just invested in a $50 magnet, and found hundreds of nails all over my yard. I will never forgive this company, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.
They struck out on all three jobs as far as cleanup. I also had to patch a hole in my roof! That’s definitely not acceptable!
Avoid this company at any cost! I regret letting them get involved! I wish I could post the pictures of all the nails and debris that I have picked up. People would sure understand once they saw how many nails were left for my mower tires, kids, and pets to pick up.
I am still finding nails, I’m still not happy! This company had every opportunity to make it right. They failed!

Yes, Taylor is making proper steps to resolve the nail problem. I will try to work with them, but they really left an awful taste in my mouth. The photos included are just some of the nails I picked up, since I purchased a magnet, last week.

The owner had immediate availability, identified our problem, quickly scheduled repair for the next few days, helped answer questions and payment was easy. Very professional and highly recommended.

I was freaking out from a leak I had in the ceiling of my top floor. Rain and snow were predicted for the night. Jordan (Fishers, IN) came out, inspected everything and found the issue. Done and done. Highly recommend for their knowledge and friendliness!!!

Stay Dry Roofing went above and beyond working with my insurance company to get us the best deal possible for our 140+ year old home. Stay Dry’s insurance people worked their magic for weeks to save us as much as possible, and as soon as things were approved, the crew came out and got all of the work done in one day. The job was intense needing completely removed, all new decking under the shingles, the works, and I arrived home with no mess, nails, or debris anywhere around the home. Such a great first big experience as a home owner!

Stay Dry Roofing installed a new shingle roof for me in 2017. This year (2023) I noticed some discoloration on some of the shingles that appeared to be a defect in the shingles. I contacted Stay Dry and the individual I spoke with was extremely responsive and helpful. Within 2 business days I was contacted by Mike Hawkins, customer service advisor and he came to my home and thoroughly inspected the roof and provided a comprehensive report to me. Mike also took the time to review the results in detail with me. The good news is that the shingles weren't defective, nor an issue with workmanship, but rather there was algae growing on certain parts of the roof that didn't get sunlight. Mike then recommended a solution to clean up the shingles as well as providing a contractor contact who can perform the cleaning. Mike also made other observations of issues that need addressed, that could be detrimental to the roof. I am extremely impressed with the service of Stay Dry six years after the sale and install of the roof!! In my experience, it's rare that a company would provide this level of service after the sale, at no cost which I really appreciated. If you are considering a new roof, consider Stay Dry Roofing.
