I will recommend them every time. Kyle came out to do an inspection and gave us an honest assessment. We didn't need a new roof, but had some areas that we need to keep an eye on. It's rare to get a roofing company who isn't pushing you to a full redo for the slightest impairment. I will be calling them and recommending them anytime I can.

Our roof was damaged by hail. Carl came out and inspected the roof and told us it should be replaced. Our insurance company fought tooth and nail to avoid replacing it and even suggested repairs that didn't meet code. This review is for Indy Rooftops, Way back in April 2025 we had a terrible spring storm roll thru our area and damaged our homes aging roof, I hesitated calling our agent but glad I finally did my neighbor told me about a local company called Indy Rooftops, the nice young man named Max came out very quick gave the whole house an inspection, then told us he would take care of everything with our insurance company, which he did just that, Max is true to his words when he tells you he's going to do something he does just that. We hired Indy Rooftops to replace our roof after spring storm damage. One of the main reasons we chose them was their all-inclusive estimate—it covered both exterior and interior repairs. As homeowners, that was a huge relief since we didn’t have to coordinate with multiple contractors.

On the day of the roof replacement, a brief rain shower (just 3–5 minutes) hit right after the shingles were removed, which unfortunately caused water damage in our attic. To their credit, the Indy Rooftops team immediately let us know—something they easily could’ve kept quiet—and started the mold remediation process that same day.

We reached out to Mitch and the team at Indy Rooftops after noticing a few leaks in our roof. Mitch and Lexi responded quickly, coming out right away to thoroughly inspect the roof. They even marked and outlined damage we hadn’t noticed ourselves.

Lexi was incredibly helpful in getting the process started with our home insurance. She handled most of the communication with our insurer and guided us through every step, clearly explaining what to expect. She kept things moving, looping me in only when necessary, and was present for multiple inspections to ensure all the damage was properly documented and covered.

The entire process took a few months, but throughout, Lexi and the team were responsive, supportive, and on top of everything. In the end, we got a brand-new roof, with insurance covering over two-thirds of the cost—something that wouldn’t have happened without their expertise and persistence.

Had Max out after the first guy that came out and took shingles off our roof around the attic cap. To fix that he did a complete inspection of our roof showing us what we expected to see in the first time we had someone out. Wind and hail damage. I would highly recommend recommend them to anyone very honest.

I made a call to Carl Smith at Indy Rooftops to explain the leak I had from my roof. Carl was recommended to me by another person who had a leak which was successfully resolved. I explained to Carl that this was not an emergency but the leak needed tending to. Carl stated that because this is a leak he would get me on his schedule right away. On the scheduled day Carl arrived right on time, actually a little early which I much appreciated. After I showed Carl the issue he said he believed he knew what the problem was and to give him a few minutes to get up on the roof to take a look. Carl found the issue, then shared with me pictures and was thorough in explaining what was causing the leak and what it would take to fix it. Rather than scheduling another time to come out, Carl was able to make the repair the same day. I know all leaks can't be repaired on the same day, but the fact that Carl was willing to take the time, since it was a leak and make the repair is impressive. Now I know why my friend recommended Carl and now I recommend Carl from Indy Rooftops. Any other roof issues, and Carl will be the the guy I call.

I have a two story house with clogged gutters and needed someone to take a look. They sent over Lexi, amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable. We had some minimal damage to the siding after major storm last week. I called Indy Rooftops and within an hour was contacted by Jack. He proceeded to ask about the problem and was very kind about when he could come take a look at our home. We asked him to also inspect the roof. He requested photos of the area to better access how long he could wait to come check out the damage. When I originally started having problems with my roof leaking, Carl Smith came over to inspect it.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, said that my pipe in the pipe boot was too small, and just replaced on the spot with no charge (even after I offered to pay!) He was very honest, professional, and was not trying to upsell anything. Friendly person to talk to and it is very rare to find someone so straight forward. He even mentioned that I was welcome to call him if I had any questions regarding any roofing needs.

I will make a note to update this review as anything else comes up, but I will be going to him in the future for any roofing needs.

Carl Smith and Indy Rooftops excelled in installing our new roof. Their crew completed a total roof tear-off, deck repair, moisture and ice barrier installation, & shingle replacement. Carl stood by us in our 22-month battle with Big Insurance. From day one, he assured us that insurance owed a new roof. His personal roof top inspection & analysis, supplemented by drone pictures, proved correct. Our home has been restored thanks to the great work of Carl & Indy Rooftops!

Dan did a great job. He check out roof and said we don’t need a new roof but a couple shingles were loose. He glued them down free of charge. When I need a new roof, I will be hiring Indy Rooftops.

Going in, based on the age of the roof and the recent storms (which wrecked our exterior fence), we feared we had damage and would need a replacement. Contacted Indy Rooftops when we found out some shingle damage went to there being a lot of repairs needed done on our roof. I was having an issue with a leak when it rains and blows. Zack came and took a look. He went in my attic, looked at the gutters and downspouts, and went on the roof. He took time to explain any issues he observed. He identified the cause as a leaking plumbing vent pipe boot. Zack then went back up on the roof and applied some roofing caulk to help seal it. He said if I have any more issues to call him immediately. It was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I will definitely be calling Indy Rooftops for any future roofing needs.

So much relief!!!! Indy Rooftops was strongly recommended to me. I called Friday morning to request an inspection of our roof. Carl Smith promptly returned my call and set an appointment for the next day. Carl and his associate, Dan Mackesey, completed a very thorough roof inspection and then we discussed their findings in detail. During their inspection, they took numerous photos of the problem areas. They explained the estimating process and how they would complete the tear-off roof replacement. Carl and Dan were very clear in what would be included as standard processes. During our discussion, they had definitive answers to all our questions.
