During an initial visit the salesperson could not give us an estimate for replacing our roof because of problems with getting the roof measurements. He was supposed to come back the following week but never showed up. Erie set up a new appointment but cancelled that twice. I guess customer service is not important when you are a big roofing chain like Erie.

Outstanding job on barn roof replacement. Sales person was knowledgeable and explained that I needed a different kind of venting than what I had. Workers were polite and helpful, even tho my Spanish was not very good. They arrived early in the morning and were hard at work when I awoke. Cleanup was perfect. Thanks so much for the great looking roof. My neighbors have commented on how good it looks. I love the blue shingles.

They showed up when they said. They explained what they were going to do and verified the scope of the project. Since I have a shared driveway they were very understanding about not blocking. Their clean up was outstanding and they took extra effort to ensure the driveway was clear of nails and debris. Will definitely hire this company again

The roofing job done on my house was done with the upmost care. They made sure it was done to what the expectations were. I would recommend them to anyone. The job was completed in less then four hours...I was both pleased and happy with it...

Sales: Both Trent and Zach from the sales department were beyond compare wonderful. They spent a great deal of time listening to our needs and concerns and educating us on the various roofing products available, as well as the options offered to assist in financing the job. At no time was there ever a feeling of a high-pressure sale. Notably, quite the opposite. Both men ensured that there was not one moment of pressure applied to our decision-making. They explained that our comfort in both the job and the financing was key, and they maintained that stance with every step of the process. The kindness, respect, and professionalism displayed by both men were exceptional, and we appreciated them – and their expertise - more than they will ever know.

The Product: The products used for our roof were of such high quality that we still cannot believe such quality exists! We truly cannot say enough about the quality of the roofing products. A few neighbors, both of whom used to install roofing, stopped by to check out the roofing products being installed, and each left very impressed with the quality of the roofing products and the remarkable crew Erie Homes sent to us.

The Installation: The installation crew did not disappoint for even a second! This crew was nothing short of marvelous. Each member was highly professional, respectful, kind, accommodating, and very organized. The crew took the time to tarp the entire perimeter of our home, protecting the deck, flower beds, driveway, grass, etc. They carefully removed the old roof and then carefully applied the new roof with painstaking precision, I might add. The men arrived at sunrise and left at sundown. These men finished our roof in one day, and honestly, there was no sign they had even been on our property – except for the beautiful new roof! The cleanup from the job was tremendous. The crew rolled the magnetic rollers around the property repeatedly to ensure that no nails were left in the grass, sidewalks, or driveway. Lastly, the crew blew off all surfaces with a commercial blower to ensure no debris was left behind. These men were unequivocally exceptional, and their work impeccable.

It is clear to us how this company maintains its A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau!

Adrian came to our home for a roof inspection. He climbed the roof, went into the attic, took pictures, and explained the good and the bad. He was patient answered all of our questions. Demonstrated exceptional knowledge about the products. After being offered many deals and feeling I was taken advantage with other home projects, Adrian worked hard to ensure me that the warranty was a promise and not just lip service. Great service!!!!

Very professional, kept a clean work site, only complaint is the left extra nails in the gutters and when it rained they flushed out onto the driveway.

They showed up on time and got right to work. Took old roof off and replaced it with new roof in about 5 hours. They completely cleaned up. New roof looks great

Kyle came to inspect and give an estimate on a new roof. He spent over 3 hours to be sure he was thorough with all issues on our existing roof. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the products and was very easy to talk with. I appreciated his time and honesty. He never seemed pushy and I could tell he wanted to work with us. Never an easy decision, but he was very curteous and understanding. I appreciated his time and would recommend others to contact Erie Room and ask for him.

Adrian Brown did an excellent job explaining the entire process, explaining the benefits, and getting things started quickly. The entire process was started within a day vs over a month attempting to contact other companies.

Beware before you buy,!!!! I can't say Anything about the product....price quoted I could roof Trumps outhouse...they wanted $243 month for 15yrs =$43,740.00.... I know economy is high due to the democrats....but come on!!! The salesman was nice.However , he never showed me any Paperwork or documentation with prices Just verbal... I called Customer service phone numbers to get a breakdown And no matter what I said they acted like your typical millennial , they have an answer for everything Trying to make the consumer look like an idiot.. I have a single simple house single floor real little pitch of a roof about seventeen to nineteen square and that's what they want to charge for a replacement... Buyers beware...
After I posted this review...customer service rep contacted me....we spoke and later met in person at my residence...very nice and professional...gave me a new quote which was very better and affordable compared to the first one...

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle and Tyler on Tuesday 11-12-24. They introduced us to Erie Roofing Solutions.They were very conscious of our home; asked if we perfered thier shoes on or off.They had to move clothing out of my bedroom closet to get to the attic. They asked where they could wash thier hands before putting my clothing back. They were very knowledgeable about the products for our roof and the warranty. It was our pleasure to have such respectable young men to present Erie roofing solutions to us. We were very impressed with Tyler and Kyle and the Materials offered we bought the roof! They completed work in a fast manner. Craftsmanship was good. Not the cheapest, but I feel good about going with them.

We got a metal tile roof and are very happy with the work done by Erie. The contract clearly stated what to expect. The salesman throughlt checked and documented with photos our roof and attic area. The roof took two days to install. We were initially told by the salesman that it would only take one. However, due to the heat wave and the necessary breaks needed to prevent heat exhaustion, the time was doubled. This was not a problem for us and it was nice to see that they cared about their employees. They picked up all scraps and debris in the yard before they left for the day. The men working all seemed to know their jobs. The ******* ran a very tight ship. We were very impressed. They were nice, efficient and answered all of our questions. **** also let us split the roof payment between 3 credit cards and get points for it. Overall it was an expensive proposition, but I believe it was well worth it.

I had my roof shingles replace. The appointment was made in timely manner. The work was in one day. They take care in covering up our flower beds around the house. The new roof was done very professionally done. The clean up was very good.

High pressure sales pitch. It's either yes or no at time of appointment, and no grace for entertaining other quotes; although they came to my door unsolicited.
No incentive for cash payment! Manager was called after 3+ hours (official appt) and I was laughed at (literally) for asking why I needed to finance through them and make a decision same day. Quote was very high (double) compared to other companies / roof replacements on my street. Company seems to be very proud of their own propriety "in house" manufacturing, but it's seemingly not worth the value you're getting. The law of diminishing returns come into play here. The value and warranty does not justify the price (double) of other companies offering a product and service that meets code and longevity of guarantee / warranty. Buyer beware!!! They will not leave your house without a yes or no answer. Very unconventional sales pitch with rude upper management who is not confident enough to allow you to do your due diligence on alternatives / quotes from orher companies! Poor business model and financiers that have outrageous interest rates. Again, no incentive to seek personal loan outside their network, to pay up front. Shady, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

They Showed up when they said they would and finished the job in 1 day, they cleaned up their mess afterwards and I didn't find any trace of the old roof or roofing nails in my yard

I've had the roof on my house replaced three times since it was built in 1974 and I can say without a doubt that my experience with Erie Homes was the best! Their people were friendly but respectful. The job was scheduled within a week, completely finished in one day. When they left it was as if they had never been here -- not a nail or piece of old shingle left behind -- nothing but a beautiful new, leak free roof! The flowers around the house were undamaged and the pets were all safe and, well, glad the noisy day was over.

Erie Home provided me with a beautiful roof on my home. The product specialists were wonderful and the installation team was so efficient and skilled. My attic ventilation issue was corrected and resolved and the appearance of my new roof was well worth the money. Thank you, Erie Home.

Our roof on our vacation home looks great and the job was done quickly and professionally once the hiccups from scheduling were worked out, thanks Jeff. A downside was the pressure to sign with Erie and the salesman promise to have the roof done while we were visiting for two weeks to make repairs on the house. Unfortunately, it was told to us after we signed that it would take three weeks which didn’t work with our timing. The job needed to be rescheduled after being promised that this could be done while we were visiting for two weeks (which was a major reason for us to sign with Erie). Regarding the installation, the crew showed up promptly at 630am and were done by 4pm! Unfortunately, they left all of the shingles on the ground and in front of our doors as they were working. This trapped my husband and I in the house for the duration of the installation (630am to 4pm). However, every trace of roofing materials was cleaned up from the yard at the end of the installation.

We had a new roof put on by Erie and the entire experience from beginning to end was great. The presentations were very informative and our salesperson spoke to the entire family to make them part of the decision process. He took his time to answer all of our questions. The crew th at did the work were very respectful and did an awesome job and took extra care when cleaning everything up. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The entire experience with Erie Home was informative and smooth. Our sales rep. Ryan was outstanding. He knew the ins and outs of roofing and was able to answer all of our questions. Ryan took time to get to know us and understand our needs. The roofing crew was great as well. They arrived early and worked nonstop (except for lunch) until the job was done. The roof looks great and we are so excited to have a nice long warranty.

The installation of our roof went smoothly and was completed in one day. The shingles appear to be installed correctly. I am anticipating that the roof will last a long time.

Erie roof looks good and work was done fast, however it cost more then most other companies in comparison, so be ready for the sticker shock

They did a great job on the roof..looks great!! Lots of compliments from neighbors. Only thing I didn't like was they left my gutters a mess. Most likely from the old shingles..Also on the siding..I wiped it down..

We recently needed to replace our roof and had a couple companies come out. Erie Homes had the best product and warranty on the market. Very pleased with the work they did.

They did a great job. The roof was torn off and replaced in a day. They worked their booties off. It was cleaned up too. Nothing was out of place. Truly amazng.

The roof looks amazing, but they cut my line to my satellite for my internet. I had to pay $125 to get it fixed. It also ended up one of the legs was missing. I was told I would get a check to cover the cost and it's already been 2 months and nothing. I've even reached out to the site supervisor and still nothing.

Erie Home and Roofing was very easy to work with! The crew showed up bright eyed and ready to work at 6:30 am! THey started at 7 am with a group of 8-10 workers. They all did their jobs and were cleaning up the yard and finished up at 6 pm! All workers were very polite! Especially David the crew leader, his smile and courtesies were much appreciated plus his English was very good! Thank you Erie Home for a job well done!! Dusty, was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Even though he was 6’4” tall, he was very kind and had a great sense of humor! We wish him much success with his further endeavors with Erie Home !

The whole process was very quick and the workers were very professional. Would highly recommend them if you're looking to get a new roof.

August 3rd 2024 Another leak has appeared! And this time theres damage to belongings. Its in a completely different spot than the others.
Awaiting response.
We have been asking for abrefund for the deposit back from Alan.
In june he said " I'll get back to you, I'm thinking of you"
To no surprise, no response.
We want a full refund and the remaining financed amount be taken care of by erie.

Update: After Bill Hagey the project manager came out, he said he would have a crew out the next day to fix the roof mistakes and get our gutter guards put in that we didn't get during the first install.
This visit was on April 23rd AFTER the complaint was made.

And to No surprise , no one showed up. No one has called. NOTHING!
Was told it would be fixed next day.... its been 2 weeks and not a peep.

I want that deposit back!!

April 22nd 2024 .Well, it would be nice if they stood by their word!! The roof they done has NO drip edge! The gutter guards we given for " free " as a part of a discount... was never installed, not even a week after they finished, the roof was leaking AGAIN! The entire reason we hired them was to FIX THE LEAKING ROOF!!! They came out and " fixed " the issue.. yet on April 17th during a big storm the roof started leaking AGAIN IN THE SAME SPOT!

We have called and have not got a call back, we have emailed and have not been contacted.
It has been a disaster, thank goodness we didn't hire them to do the entire house!

Do not hire them. It's a rip off and they don't even fix their mistakes.
The issue is being reported to better business bureau!

The sales people explained everything about their product and showed samples and explained what was going to happen and how long it would take to get the product in and roof on house. They definitely showed pictures of what was going on roof and in the actic and even if rained and above 30 degrees could still install.The roof warranty helped to make our decision and getting financing for us,

Salesman was a complete lier. Sold me an 80 year roof and got a 30 year roof. For who reads this, make sure you read all the paper work before you sign at the end of the installation. Don't sign if it not right. They guys who installed the new roof were the best I've ever seen. They were fast and done a good quality job.

The young man, Tyler who came to talk with us about the sale was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions!
We did have an issue with the delivery people who brought all materials for installation. The entrance to our backyard was all torn up!
The crew that came out to do the installation of the roof were awesome and they worked 12 hours to complete the job in one day! They cleaned up well afterwards!

Workers arrived at 7 am, still dark. Unloaded truck on opposite side than what we told sales personnel, and on top of flowers beside drive. Erie compensate for the flowers. Couldn't communicate with roofers and supervisor/interpreter didn't show until 11 am. We were told that roofers aren't allowed to talk with the customers, only the supervisor was, so when the supervisor left to take a load of shingles to the dump and I had questions on why one of the rolls of underlayment wasn't being put on, all I got was grunting and waving hands. I was told later that Erie went with something better than the underlayment that should have gone done at no cost to us, which I was good with that. Roof looks good, they did a good job, left some trash on roof.

Very fast, had my roof done in 1 day, scheduled it in less than a week. Looks beautiful and very happy with the experience.

The whole process with Erie was great. Ryan was wonderful to talk to. When install happened, just a couple of weeks later, installers showed up early, put up the entire roof, and cleaned up before walking around and leaving. They finished after 8, so it was dark, but we're looking forward to seeing it in the light of day. Again, great experience. Thank you Erie!

No communication was told one thing and then nothing was done up until today I was still waiting for someone to at least call me to tell what was going on I finally got a response today from someone in corporate who then says I'm sorry for the lack of communication I'm sorry we dropped the ball mind you the same people are telling me how bad I need a roof as quickly as possible are now saying they are sorry they dropped the ball and ha e had this sitting so long they then say oh you ha e someone else that can do your roof maybe we should just refund you and you can go with them it will be quicker for you so now im waiting to see if I will actually get my money back if it took this long to just be blown off how long will it take to get my money back

I saw the ad for Erie Home on Instagram and out of curiosity, I requested an estimate. Mike Cross contacted me and my husband, Marvin, and scheduled an appointment the next day. Mike was very professional, checked out our property and even climbed on the roof to inspect the old roof (it was even sprinkling rain). After his inspection, we went inside my house and we all 3 sat down and went over the products and also went over what he saw on our old roof. Talking to Mike was professional and comfortable, he was very knowledgeable about the products the company offered and covered the warranties in detail. We decided to have our old tin roof replaced (the roof that originally was put on our house in the 1940s) with their Monaco Red shingles. The process took around a week to complete, from the initial visit to the day of the roof being complete. The guys showed up at 7am on Friday, March 1, 2024 to repair and replace our roof. The crew put tarps all around the perimeter of our house to gather up any materials they tore off the roof, they replaced boards that needed replaced and placed an icebreaker shield and their special roofing materials then the shingles. The guys were finished by 3:30pm and cleaned up the area completely before they left our residence. It was a very good experience and now I need to get my siding done so that my house will look even better. I want to post before and after pictures but for some reason it won't let me. It is a beautiful roof now! I would recommend Erie Home to anyone. Promise you won't regret it.

They were great every step of the way! Two days after we called we had two great guys that came out and did a very thorough inspection and then explained everything to us. They brought examples of the materials used for us to see and showed us a 3D model of what our house would look like with the new roof. A little over two weeks later we had a brand new roof and it no longer rains in our garage! They installed everything in one day. They did a walk through with me and got right to work. They did a great job at covering things up outside and cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new roof!

Update: April 17th, 2024...
Had to call due to a leak in the exact same spot as before. It's been almost 5 days and no call backs. Also, when I checked to see why my gutter was flowing out of the side instead of going down the drain there were no gutter guards as promised, which caused the left over roof material that they removed to stop up the gutter. Then upon looking over the job some more realized that the drip edge didn't have enough coverage(pictured), allowing the wood underneath to be visible, and to add to it, some of the drip edge drains inside of the vynil.

I needed my garage "Low Slope" roof repaired asap due to a bad leak, and they were the quickest to respond. Showed up within a week and a half to do the job.
Before the garage roof replacement, I did inquire about a full roof replacement, but the price was well above any other companies, so I decided to stick with the garage roof. Upon the first rainfall around 6 days later there were a couple of spots that dripped(no where near as bad as before), but after a quick call about the issue they were right back out next day to fix the issue and haven't had any leaks since.

They also do financing, which they only offered Sunlight Financial which was the only option, and found out that it is a terrible idea since you don't get the option to only pay toward the principle, so you're forced to pay interest.
