Contacted Ben Kerns, Project Manager with Ramos, to inspect for a possible roof or wall leak that was found to be coming from an old window air conditioner. He was very helpful and informative on structural components and even cleaned off my porch roof from the debris from my old growth shade tree. I would recommend Ben and Ramos Roofing for anyone’s roofing, siding, or gutter needs.

17+ year old house and garage oof and gutters needed replaced along with facia boards and some siding work as well. House is 1920s brick with unique angles and roofline, but the crew did an amazing job working custom fitting things when they had to. For as much work that was needing to be done, we were surprised by how fast everything happened. The timeline that was presented to us before the work started was pretty much hit every step of the way. Highly recommend Ramos!

A storm came through and knocked some siding off our home, lucky enough there is always a Ramos Roofing truck that sits in the neighborhood so why not… Picking a contractor you can trust can be difficult. Jason however was awesome, he had a guy there the same day to emergency tarp the side of my house. The storms were going to be severe the next few days and wanted to prevent further damage. While we started on the claim with insurance he guided us along the way with what should happen next and he was spot on. Working with the Insurance adjuster on site to discussing the next steps such as repair or replace, picking new siding, material drop off and installed. Jason kept us informed the whole way and his crew had it done in one day and it looks great. Thank you Jason!

Jason was great to work with. From his beginning discussion with my wife to my interaction with him during the job and after, he was always very intent on making sure everything was clear and everything was covered.

The job itself was very well done. It was done completely with great attention to detail. They started early in the morning of our small house and were finished by shortly after noon. Everything was well organized from the drop off of the materials the day before through the actual roof replacement and cleanup to Jason’s last visit the day after it was finished. Jason made sure that we were satisfied with the process from beginning to end.

Hands down, this has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a home improvement company and crew. Once you submit a free quote on their website, which is easy to find and complete, expect a phone call! I couldn’t believe how fast they got back to me. We had a leak in the roof, and their schedulers lined us with their project manager, Jason Sites, who showed up the very next day ready to find the issue and come up with solutions. I’ve been around long enough to appreciate an honest and knowledgeable contractor. Jason Sites is that and so much more. His friendly demeanor and straightforward approach put me at ease. He knew right away what the issue was, inspected it thoroughly, and listed off my options, timetable, and estimated cost. He’s the kind of project manager who not only embodies the expertise you want from someone for the job but also takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. Not only that but I walked Jason through several future projects my wife and I wanted to do potentially. He was incredibly gracious with his time. Everyone was so nice and professional. They were there early in the morning and had the entire roof completed by around 2pm. This is including the clean up. Which I have to say was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better company to replace my roof. I will definitely use them again.

Just had my 2nd visit from Ramos Roofing and once again my expectations were exceeded. I received quotes from several different companies before calling Ramos. After getting in touch with Garrett, we were able to get my roof in order in the middle of the rain season. He quoted a price and ended up needing to do a little extra work to get the job done but still honored the original quote. I would work with them again in the future.

Ramos Roofing did my roof today, wanted to start out by saying how awesome it was working with Garrett Dunn, he was very helpful and very assisting through this whole process. Not only that but he recommended a color for my roof and I’ll say he has an eye for good looks on a house, on top of that the crew did an amazing job and finished my roof in one day even with it being a bigger roof. The cleanup job the crew did was fantastic only leaving behind a beautiful roof! We had a terrific experience working with Ramos. We first contacted them in the fall of 2024 following a hailstorm. We ultimately decided to defer replacing the roof until Spring 2025. Of all of the contractors who we talked to after the hailstorm (and there were a LOT), Ramos was the only one that stayed in touch with us.

Ramos delivered a fair price with a solid product, and got the job done in a day. Richie Wilson was the main contact, and me made sure our questions were addressed, and walked us through the process step by step.

I had a roof repair done 3/12/25 by Ramos Roofing to fix an issue with my shingles. The service experience by Ramos roofing was great. Seth and Garrett were fantastic as well as knowledgeable on the fix and how to move forward. Would recommend and contact again for further roofing needs.

We had roof damage from a storm checked several other companies. When Garrett reached out to us he was friendly professional and his customer service was exemplary. Not knowing if we would choose them, Garrett still tarped our roof with inclement weather coming to not have anymore damage. If Garrett wasn't our first contact and impression we might have chosen another company. There were a couple things we didn't agree with in how the higher up did somethings but Garrett went above and beyond and we still went with Ramos. The actual roofing team was just as good...showed up on time, started on time clean up was excellent! Due to the weather there were ruts in the yard which was unavoidable and Garrett fixed all of them as well and better than what I expected. The overall process was smooth and seamless once Mother Nature cooperated. We are happy with the new roof and visual look which Garrett suggested the color and I would have went with another color but I'm so glad I took his advice! Kudos Garrett on the overall job well done!

I want to give a big thank you to Seth Haun and Ramos Roofing for taking care of a big problem my wife and I had. We are the proud owners of a 32 year old home with a former roof of the same age. Until Seth came along. He asked me if he could look into the possibility of getting me a new roof through possible hail damage. After initially being skeptical, I started thinking- 32 years of storms and wind, maybe there was some. There was hail damage on the roof vents, and with some persuading to our insurance company he showed them our discontinued shingles wouldn’t match. Without his help, we wouldn’t have a brand new roof for the cost of our $1000 deductible! The Ramos crew was professional and couldn’t have been better. We had a shingle roof and a rubber roof replacement over the last two days and we could not be happier with Ramos Roofing and the expert crew that worked so hard to get it done. We have a very large roof with various different inclines and crevices to deal with and every other roofing company’s quotes were much higher in price and they all said it would be 3-5 day job except for RAMOS. Not only was there original quote ACTUALLY fair but they also did the job in 1 day… I repeat, that they did our highly difficult roof in only ONE day and it is probably thee best roofing job we’ve had on our house. Reasons to go with Ramos Roofing: They take your time seriously, they work relentlessly to provide you with only top notch work, they have the fairest prices (by far), they will remove gutter toppers prior and put them back up upon completing the roof, you won’t be finding nails or sharp pieces of metal surrounding your house in the yard because they meticulously clean up after a job to ensure the safety of the occupants, Ramos took all of my special instructions seriously and took care of them all and all of the workers at Ramos Roofing whether they’re the people putting up the roof or answering the office phone(s) are all extremely nice & polite and I truly believe that Ramos is a company that TRULY cares about each customer or potential customer which I have never believed to be the case for any company ever except now. A handyman I have do work for me recommended I work with Seth Hahn at Ramos Roofing to replace a few broken slate tiles, install two chimney rain caps, and replace a roughly 50 foot section of gutter. Ramos Roofing recently did roof replacement work on our home. We are very pleased with the work. Richie Wilson, the Project Manager, was easy to work with and very helpful in guiding us through the process of inspection/estimate, scheduling and the job itself. Being retired, I was able to observe the work as it was performed. Dimitri, the on-site Quality Control man, was very attentive to monitoring and inspecting the work as each stage was performed. Ramos Roofing just completed 30 condo buildings and our clubhouse in our Stone Bridge neighborhood. As with any large job, a few hiccups are expected. The real question is how the vendor deals with these “opportunities”. To that end, we are extremely pleased with how quickly and efficiently the few issues were resolved. Watching these crews working through 90 degree weather and blazing sun wore ME out. Totally impressed with the hard workers and leadership of Kris Lee and his Quality Control ace, Garrett. Ramos did the roofs in our condo plan. Beautiful job! Everything was done beautifully. All of the workers were so hard working and lovely to interact with! Their onsite Quality Control employee, Garrett Dunn was especially focused and professional!

A piece of flashing fell against one of my screens (I hadn't even noticed it). Garrett found it, stopped to inform me of the issue and immediately fixed the screen. Garrett is so professional, that as my screens are silver, not black mesh, he went above and beyond to obtain silver mesh so that the new screen would match the existing screens.

I am recommending this company to everyone who needs roofing and other remodeling work!

Had Jason Sites come out and bid on a roofing project. At first I was very happy with how everything was being handled.
After having 5 other companies and getting the insurance adjuster estimate. I called Jason to move forward with the project but told home he was $1000 higher than most all the others and wanted to know if he could do anything to reduce his bid. Jason immediately became extremely argumentative and defensive. Jason started screaming at me and refused to let me talk or ask him any questions. I had no option other than to hang up and hope he would cool down. Unfortunately that would not happen. Jason decided to call me back and become even more aggressive saying " how dare I hang up" and calling me names that I don't care to put on here.
I think Ramos may be a good company but, unfortunately I won't know. They just have a temperamental employee.

I live in Powell and Ramos is doing my community roofs. They have done an outstanding job. The workers are courteous and hard working. They make sure that everything is cleaned up and taken away after the work is done. Garrett has been wonderful and everyone else here speaks so highly of him as he goes out of his way to make things better for the condo owners during all of the disruption. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of replacing their roof.

As a first time homeowner when damage was found on our roof the replacement process seemed overwhelming. We received multiple recommendations to check out Ramos Roofing & are so glad we did. With the help of Richie Wilson we were shown color options and explained thoroughly how the process would work. Soon after we were scheduled for install. The day of install the crew placed protective barriers around our home & got to work. They were very transparent and shared pictures of any wood needing replaced. Great crew, very professional! Garrett did an amazing job keeping us informed before, during and after the roofers put our new roof on. He was polite and very helpful as we had our grandsons that day and needed to get in and out several times. The whole crew were great. Very hard workers. They did a great job of cleaning up the whole outside area when they finished with the roof.

We had several estimates from local roofing companies Ramos Roofing was the only company willing to work with the special requirements needed to replace our roof. Sarah Davis Project Manager had a common sense, no nonsense approach to repairing our roof at a better price than the competition. They did everything they promised on time in one day. Sara Davis was on site the whole time updating us on the progress. We got drone photos of the finished roof. Which looks great! At the end of the day we couldn’t tell they were there. The crew did an amazing job. We highly recommend them. Sarah phoned the next day to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We highly recommend Sarah Davis and Ramos Rooting. We will only use them from now on. We’ve told all our friends and family how terrific they were to work with.

I am happy with the roof replacement on my condo by Ramos. I had an excellent experience. Ramos communicated well the day before so I knew what to expect. Garrett Dunn, Quality Control, gave outstanding service and went above and beyond to be helpful. He answered all my questions the day before the work, gave me his business card if I needed help on the day of the work and checked in with me in the evening when the job was finished. He even put my smoke detector back in place - it fell out during the pounding of the roof repair. He also gave special help to my neighbor and her caregiver. My neighbor is a special needs person who goes to a day care program. Garrett gave her caregiver his card the day before and said she should call him so he could help get her from the condo to the van in the morning and from the van back to the condo in the afternoon. We recently had our entire roof replaced by Ramos Roofing and worked with Richie Wilson. We would absolutely recommend Ramos Roofing and Richie to everyone who is needing roof repair/replacement.

We were one of the many homes hit by storms in March 2024, and had to initiate a claim with our insurance when we realized it in early April when getting our yard ready for summer. Richie worked with us to fight our insurance when they initially tried to both low-ball us on the replacement cost and only tried to replace a portion of the roof with discontinued and defective shingles (what would've been a bad patch job). After almost two months of back and forth with our insurance, and Richie in our corner, we were finally able to come to an agreement with our insurance agents that the entire roof needed replaced to be in line with Ohio law and code.

Ramos Roofing was able to install the new roof in only one day with an amazing crew, including an on-site Quality Control Agent, Garrett, who was knowledgeable and happy to explain the process. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up and had everything (including the dumpster) finished within an hour of completing the roof.

Ramos Roofing was able to help us fight our insurance and provide us with a beautiful roof that is true to Ohio code and will last. All in all, this roof could've cost us so much, but with Richie Wilson and Ramos Roofing, we only had to pay our deductible, saving us over $10,000. 10/10, we would recommend to anyone who is looking to repair, replace or even just to inspect their roof. They are one of those companies that emphasize quality over quantity, and it shows in their work.
