Cardinal roofing and construction

This was such an amazing experience, Cardinal roofing replaced my siding and my gutters and downspouts and it looks absolutely wonderful. Could not ask for a better company and Carissa Morgan was absolutely on top of her game. She knows everything the house looks perfect!

I had a fantastic experience working with this team! They covered every concern I had and the process was extremely smooth. They were professional throughout and work was completed well ahead of my expectations. I could not be happier with the result and the attention to detail they provided. I was exceptionally pleased with how they worked with our insurance to make sure that the initially denied claim for our siding was approved by providing additional information and pictures to the adjustor. In addition, they worked hard to make certain that the moisture barrier was included bringing our home up to current code. As a veteran this kind of assistance means a lot to me and I would highly recommend them for future projects. I’ve included the before and after photos. Excellent work!

My sisters and I were reaching out to a couple of local roofing companies for my mom.

My mom's house was experiencing some leaks and other factors where you can tell she need a new roof/repaired.

The project manager Jesse was able to reach out to me quickly after reviewing my mom's home.

I actually do not like talking on the phone, but Jesse was very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable with the questions/concerns I had expressed.

Bonus that we were able to text as another form of communication when I was unable to talk over the phone.

He was also able to email me a quote very quickly.

After further review with other competitor costs, we have decided to choose Cardinal Roofing.

We had some mixed feelings about refinancing, so Jesse was able to help us with that as well and was patient with us when we had questions/concerns over the phone.

My mom has an odd schedule, so they were very accommodating to start repairs on a day off she preferred.

There was a slight issue though.

We have indicated to request the materials were dropped off a certain side of the driveway and it was unfortunately on the opposite side.

My mom had to work that day and she was upset that she would be late to work/get pointed.

Jesse was able to assist quickly with this curveball and able to get his other team members back in time to remedy this.

He apologized but also took ownership of the situation. It was great to not hear a simple "I'm sorry." The fact that he sounded sincere and felt responsible showed that he cared.

As for the actual new roof, it was done the same day.

My mom loved the color and the look of it all.

And it was great to no longer have leaks.

They even followed up with pictures and videos that same day.

I used Cardinal Roofing for my roof and gutter inspection. Jesse was the best! He was very communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. We had our gutters cleaned and gutter guards installed. The team was efficient. I really like that Jesse uses a drone to show the before and after work since we cannot get on the roof ourselves. After extensive tornado damage to our property, mainly the roof, our insurance company directed us to Cardinal Roofing and Construction. Being the first experience with this type of damage, we were professionally guided by the Cardinal representative, Jesse Park, in explaining the damage and procedures for repairs. is phenomenal. Fought tooth and nail to get every pennie out of my claim with the insurance company. Very professional.instead of getting a half job like the insurance company wanted to do she made sure I got the full job brand new sideing the whole house brand new roof super happy. Always stayed in touch let me know every time I need it to do something sent me copies of pictures contracts everything.went above and beyond. If you end up calling Cardinal roofing and construction asked for Corrissa she will 100% take care of you.

I used Cardinal Roofing for my roofing and siding after we got hit with hail in 2023, and I just used them again to replace my windows. They were professional every step of the way and communicated clearly throughout each project. Maggie was especially great to work with—friendly, responsive, and on top of everything. Cardinal Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Jesse came out and inspected and provided an estimate. He answered all questions I had and stayed in good communication as we had some bad weather the day of scheduled replacement. He pushed it back a few days to a good weather day, was on site on time the morning of, and the Cardinal crew of guys worked extremely fast, efficient and did an amazing job. They were done and gone in early afternoon, and didn't leave a single scrap of shingle or nail or anything behind. Jesse provided pictures of the work and I was extremely pleased. UPDATE: Jesse stopped back over 3 days later and fixed a broken gutter guard that another company installed 5 years ago. He was in the area and said he didn't like how it looked when they replaced the roof so he came back with the proper tools and material and fixed my gutter guard at no charge. That speaks volumes to their customer service and quality of work!

I was having issues with my sunroom leaking and another roofing company could not fix after multiple attempts.

I posted online what my issue was and Project manager Carissa reached out and assured that they can take care of my issue.

Carissa came out and also wanted the owner to come out as well to look everything over. I was amazed that they quickly came up with a resolution to my problem.

They wrapped my roof with rubber roofing material, and drip edge. it looks amazing and I have had 0 issues.

I have some damage from storms in my area. Insurance was a battle to get coverage Carissa worked diligently for months trying to get my some help! Insurance outcome was not exactly what we had hoped for but she made sure I was taken care. As soon as we all agreed on moving forward the work was done in just a few days!

We worked with Colin Hunley at Cardinal Roofing for a repair to our leaky chimney flashing. We needed a chimney cricket built to divert water and debris away from the crevice behind the chimney running along the roof line, as well as all new flashing and sealing. The job was very reasonably priced and scheduled quickly to repair the active leak. We are very satisfied and impressed with his attention to our needs and responsiveness. We highly recommend him and Cardinal for roofing repairs.

Cardinal Roofing and Construction came out last week and looked at our old 1960 gutters. Terry and crew were out the next week to replace them. No trash or derbis to be found, removed all old gutters and installed new 6" black gutter and downspout. Thanks Cardinal Roofing!

As a newer home owner I was very inexperienced when my roof was damaged on what the steps were to repair and replace my roof. Very professional, arrived exactly when they said they would, laid down tarps to catch debris, put up nets to protect garage door, porch and flowers, cleaned up everything couldn't even tell that they had been there except that I now have a beautiful new roof, great job, I definitely recommend them.

He determined that it had storm damage, and worked with the insurance company to get the roof replaced. He made the entire process easy for me. Cardinal replaced the roof quickly and it looks great. They took great care to protect the house and landscaping, and after cleaning up you could not tell they were there (except for a new roof).

I live in a twin single residence and share the roof with my building "twin". My neighbor's insurance company approved roof replacement after inspection so I assumed my insurance would inspect my side and do the same.When my insurance company offered to "patch" my roof I was shocked. Matt, assured me that the requirements of codes, etc. Would get my roof replaced. I trusted Matt and his company. Having seen the emails between Matt and the insurance company, I know Matt spent an inordinate amount of time and energy fulfilling all the technicalities requested by my insurance adjuster. The insurance company dragged out the process for 5 months but Matt prevailed and I have a new roof. Yes, you can trust Matt and Cardinal Roofing to do their very best for you. We replaced the roof shingles, gutters and downspouts, and added gutter guards. There were some delays on the gutter materials as they were a special order but once they arrived the installation went well. The work crews were great to work with and answered any questions. Cardinal Roofing and Construction recently installed a new roof on my house because it had experienced some wind damage, which caused some leaking. The whole process went very smoothly from beginning to end. Mathew explained clearly what was going to happen, and that is how it proceeded. The whole roof was done in one day--as had been promised-- the workers were polite and made sure I could get in and out of my house safely without shingles landing on my head. They also cleaned up very thoroughly, so that no debris was left around the house. Judging by my experience, I recommend Cardinal Roofing and Construction highly.

Overall, a very excellent experience. We contacted Matthew of Cardinal Roofing after a recent windstorm, had blew off the shingles from the roof. Within a day he came to evaluate the roof and even offered to put up a protective tarp because there was going to be rain later in the week throughout the experience has been very easy to talk to, and very accessible by phone or text message, he gave a very clear picture of the cost, the timeline. He was very helpful in working with our insurance company and our adjuster as well. I was not at home on the day of the build, but my elderly neighbors were, and I even got a message from my neighbor telling me that they were very impressed with how hard-working the team was, and how nicely everyone cleaned up afterwards. We were able to have a roof repaired in one full day. As I have young children run in my yard I asked if the team could do an extra check to make sure there were no metal pieces in the yard and they very happily obliged. I would definitely recommend this company to other. I hope I do not need any roofing services again, but if I do, I will call Cardinal Roofing.

Cardinal Roofing replaced our roof in a timely manner, the site manager provided pictures before, during, and after and was respectful of our house and landscape. I highly recommend this company.

I had suffered some roof damage from the recent wind storms and contacted Cardinal Roofing and Construction for a damage assessment. Service was prompt and highly professional, unfortunately identifying more extensive damage than could be seen from the ground. They worked with my insurance adjuster to get the adjuster the information he needed to make a decision. Once the insurance was settled, Cardinal scheduled to tear off the old and install a new roof. As with every other appointment, the Cardinal crew arrived promptly when scheduled. The crew was skilled and was able to complete the job in a single day, despite discovering some sheeting damage that had to be remedied. The entire process, from when I noticed the shingle blown off the roof in the front yard, to final clean up of the job site, took only 2 weeks, and my yard looked neater when they were done than before they started! Highly recommended! A+ service.

Karina handled our insurance company, which btw, were giving me nothing but a hard time about putting a roof on my house until I found Karina. She took over and was able to get our roof approved. They know their stuff. Always getting on the roof periodically checking the work that was being done. They are very hands on and punctual. The contruction team did a wonderful job too. Putting a roof on our house in one day and doing a fantasic job.

Aaron and Chuck were wonderful to work with; very professional, quick response to all my questions, assisted in filing my insurance claim, great crew, finished replacement of the entire roof in 5 hours!, and left my yard spotless. They took extra time to ensure that no nails were left behind anywhere for the dogs to get into. I love the final product! Highly recommend !
