I would recommend Erie to a friend. Jon is a knowledgeable salesman and had an answer for all questions. Luke kept me in the loop in scheduling. The crew showed up on time and reviewed the job. They moved my outdoor furniture out of harms way, performed the job, cleaned the surrounding area, and moved furniture back within 8 hours. I was impressed and the roof looked great. I had a minor issue in a hard to get to area but Luke was prompt in sending out a crew to correct the situation. Kudos to the Erie team.

My experience with this company started professional from my end and would be expected throughout. However, Andrew was very aggressive and harassing to me as a female. He would not stop calling to make a sale and would try to apply pressure with leaving aggravating text messages and voice mails. If a costumer doesn’t want what you have over priced and tried to sell, walk away. As a customer we have many options and can choose where we spend our money. Don’t try to harass according to my sex because I really felt discriminated against by this man. I didn’t have a good feeling about him from the initial meet, but needed a job done and was going to go with the company anyway, but he changed my mind about this quickly and I want to help others before they feel criminal charges need to be filed. He never stopped calling even after I told him NO.

I called the first roof place when I googled it and got them Erie. These guys came out and did a THREE HOUR PRESENTATION on their materials. We have 6 kids in our house and they were here until 9 pm. I’m 30 years old, I don’t need to be “sold” to the roofing company. This experience felt so predatory when I was just trying to get an estimate on how much damage there was and the cost of it. They also lied to my face TWICE. Andrew told me I didn’t have much ventilation on the roof and claimed I had ZERO whirlybirds. That’s not true. He also said they never subcontract out for labor, which is a lie. Then they quoted me $42000. By the end of the experience, I was disgusted and just ready for these dudes to stop lying and gtfo of my house. I wish I’d read reviews on this place before I had them come out.

Roof replacement process was quick and easy from presentation to installation. Only took a few hours to get new roof installed and it looks amazing. Thanks guys

I called about a quote. The gentleman that called was extremely rude. He asked me some very evasive questions like :What time does my spouse go to work and what time of day am I alone in the house?" Sounds more like someone wanting to Rob me than a business trying to give me a quote on a roof. When I asked what does his questions have to do with buying a roof? He said and I quote " I wasn't a very good fit to be a customer of his and hung up on me.

Erie roofs are very expensive and I wish I looked around more before signing the contract. I asked the guy if they had anything cheaper and he talked around it. My roof was leaking so bad that I made a drastic decision without thinking. Please research before signing. The men work fast and clean up was excellent.

While not the least in cost, Erie Construction is significantly better than most. We engaged Erie to replace our roof. The sales team did a good job of explaining the pro's and con's of the available options and the costs associated with each. The transferable warranty was a major factor in our decision. What made us most comfortable with our decision was the installation team. They were hard working, experienced, and didn't take any short cuts. After the install, two different company inspectors showed up, each on a different day, to review the work done and to confirm our satisfaction. We are very pleased with end result.

Well, I saw this ad about this roofing company, and I thought about giving them a try. And since my wife and I are on a fixed income, I thought I'd better read the reviews first. Good thing I did because what I read was that the prices are beyond our price range and the way they treat older people. Now, they probably don't treat everyone the same, but one thing we don't like is pushy people. I think we'll just stay with a local roofer. He has an excellent crew and gets awesome reviews. Final thing, read reviews before you buy.

We developed a leak in the living room. I called several local roofing companies and we found out that we needed a new roof, and fast. But they just give me the run-a-round. I called Erie and Erie's Representative, Austin showed up the next day, I liked the product even though it seemed a little pricey we signed the contract. Two days later the materials showed up and the next day the crew was there. Off with the old, replaced decking, new underlayment, new roof in about a half of a day (6hrs) later "BAM" we had a new roof. They cleaned up the area around the house loaded everything up and they were gone. Thanks Erie for the great job.

Crazy high price and extortion attempt. The sales staff lied about square feet of my roof. Lied about repair panels needed. Lied about the condition of my current roof. After we declined the metal roof, they offered a standard shingle roof for three times more than a written estimate that I had in hand.

Very bad people that are selling illisions.

Honestly I could not have asked for better service.mr Watkins was awesome! Being a single woman is always a thought in your head of the worst but the sales team took out all of those fears. They were not pushy and very very knowledgeable and patient. The gentleman also reminded me everything was my decision. They spent roughly 2 ½ hours exploring options that would be best for me

Erie roofing was very easy to work with. They actually started my job much sooner than expected. When they did start, they were were very efficient in their work. Within 7 hours I had a new roof on my house. I hope to never have to use their warranty, but it was the main reason I chose Erie to replace my roof.

They were quick and professional getting the work done. I had to go to work while they were doing the job. When I got home I couldn’t tell they had been there except the new roof. Everything was cleaned up really well.

I met John and Charl and it was like meeting family. They explained what was going to happen if I went with Erie Homes. My roof was put on in 1 day with clean up. when John laid down on the floor Fagan went on when doing a roof the only thing was the price was high and I thought you pay for what you want. Instead of getting a new car I got a much needed roof and it’s beautiful.

Roof was installed and completed 9/19/23. Our roof started leaking around the fireplace 1/25/24. I called Erie and they sent someone out the next day to repair. Hopefully we won't have any more issues.

Roof is still leaking. Brand new roof. 40k. Leaking. We have called, they were supposed to send someone back out to fix it. No one showed up, no one called.
Do not use this company!!! They do not stand behind their contract. They do not honor the warranty. We will be contacting the BBB.
ALSO! If you decide to use Erie for your roofing needs, I do not recommend you use the company that they use for financing! Watercress Financial. You will regret it 1000% Our first payment was deferred from September to December. The loan still accrued interest during that deferred time. We paid interest only payments and have made monthly payments since December and our loan balance has not gone down any! They are loan sharks!!! If you have a credit score of over 800, you will still not get a decent interest rate. They will rob you blind with interest.

First they call my phone 1000 times a day for the last month and a half. Set an appointment to come do an estimate. Then send me a text saying you are backing out of the appointment no reschedule or anything to say we can no longer help you with the search in replacing your roof. Fantastic way to conduct business!!!!!

They did a great job from start to finish. They were quick, and did a great clean up after doing the job.

This company apparently targets elderly people to try to rip them off. My grandparents needed a roof, and after my grandmother saw an ad on Facebook, she called them. My grandparent's home is about a 1300 sqft ranch style home with very simple roof. The reps came out and met with my grandfather and gave him a quote for a shingle roof for almost 40,000. When he told them he needed to talk to my grandmother and think about it, the "lead rep" so to speak told them if he would go ahead and contract with them today, he could give them a "senior discount" and immediately knocked almost 10,000 off the price. He told them he still needed to talk to my grandmother. When she got home and saw the quote, she called a few other roofing companies and found a well established local company that sold them a quality roof for under 10,000 with a 25 year warranty from the shingle manufacturer and a five year labor warranty. Keep these people away from your elderly relatives!

The service was done for my mom but I recommended Erie to her. We both are extremely satisfied with our beautiful new crimson red roof it is indeed a standout! The service provided was very professional. I will be recommending Erie to others.

My experience with Erie Home was nothing short of spectacular. Everyone from the gentleman who came out to bid on the job to the guys who installed the roof were amazing. This company is priced competitively, punctual, has great attention to detail, were respectful of my home and yard, and most of all concerned about my needs as a homeowner.

The sales team was absolute amazing Kyle from Connecticut and Aaron from Birmingham!!!! Very educational and informative , very personable and attentive!!! The install manager Luke and installers were on point and I was amazed at the attention to detail!!! Project coordinator Justin came out and doubled behind checking on job entirety and walked every inch entire yard with magnet behind installers just to make sure all nails and trash was picked up!! What an awesome experience and roof looks phenomenal!!! Thank you !!!

We signed a contract to get our roof done. Then we had buyers remorse because we hadn't gotten any other quotes. I looked at the contract and saw I could cancel within 3 business days. I called the office, didn't get an answer. I didn't leave a message. Not a minute later, Heather called me back to see what I needed. I told her I was going to cancel my contract. She was extremely friendly and had Aaron come to my house the very day with a cancellation paper and my check. We really loved the products we were shown. If money was is no object, or you want professionals with quality products, you should use this company. Aaron, Patrick, Bryce, and Heather were the nicest people.

Salesman came out and quoted me $57,000 on $14,000 job. I sent everything to my cousin (who owns a large roofing company several miles away) and stated he would bid that job at $14,000. My cousin also told me about how this company goes around and bids as many jobs as possible at a very high rate hoping people will bite. Always get a second or third opinion.

I really liked the professional education I received. The crew came in and when i got home that evening the job was complete. I am satisfied with this company.

I had a very good experience with Eerie Home, they had the materials delivered, then came out and installation was completed within 8/9 hours. The crew went around and made sure to clean up around my house and even blew the leaves out of my driveway.

Pleasurable experience dealing with Erie Home for a complete Roof replacement. The existing roof was removed, plywood was replaced as needed, and ridge ventilation was added. The Fiberglass roof shingles are a high quality product that is installed over an added ice/water shield. The installation was professionally and safely done with 100% clean-up upon completion. The roof is installed with an outstanding transferrable limited lifetime warranty. Highly recommend to consider Erie for any roofing needs.

Good communication, being on time is a big thing with me and super cleanup after work was done. Reason I gave a rating of four is the color we ordered was not what we though it was. Besides that everything went well.
