Replaced the roof in 2018 on an older house. A nail had worked it's way out causing a small leak in 2025 and they came back to fix the hole even with the warranty expired, since it was a small fix.

Tony’s team just completed a roof replacement at my house. Unbeknownst to Tony before I contacted Capstone, I had a different company do an inspection and give me a quote. This so called quote only grew higher during an in-home consultation due to “upgrades” all of which I learned from Tony are basically industry standards at this point (shingle life, felt paper weight, etc). I highly recommend Capstone if you want someone who will educate you through the process instead of using fancy terminology to up-charge you for the same services. I couldn’t be happier with how my new roof looks!

After discussing a water leak issue, Tony dropped by our house the same day to check it out and give us a recommendation. After his inspection, he determined the issue was not with the roof and gave us some advice on other things to consider. This advice allowed us to identify the issue. His honesty saved us a potential large expense. We don't need a new roof now but will definitely be calling Capstone when that time comes.

I have used Capstone in the past to get a roof installed at my old house a few years ago . When I thought I needed my roof repaired at my new place I called them first. We had recently purchased a home and soon found that we had a leaking roof which was causing damage to the interior of our home. With many more rainy days coming, we knew that we needed to get something done quickly. The roof was approximately 21 years old, so we expected that we would need a new roof. We contacted Capstone Roofing, LLC simply because we had used them for a repair at a previous location and we knew that we would get high quality work at a reasonable price. Once again, we were not disappointed. Capstone was called and they came to our house the next day. He agreed that we unfortunately did need a new roof. He had a written estimate to us the next day, which clearly explained the work to be done and an explanation from him about how long the job would take to complete. As we had an emergency, he graciously moved us up to be done right away. The workers came the next day and began work promptly when they arrived. The work was completed in the time frame that was expected. There was a manager there every day, and each day, a management representative came by to make sure that we had no problems or questions.

When the work was completed, the bill was exactly for the estimated amount although some additional plywood sheeting was needed, there were no additional charges.

Given the unpleasant reason for us needing their services, things could not have gone better. This experience with Capstone roofing was just as positive as our first encounter years ago. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing roofing work done.

Wow! We have not done any real work on our house in years and were in need of a new roof and then some. Tony showed up on time to work us up a quote and immediately showed he knew his business. They will install a great looking roof and leave the yard looking better than it was before they got there. They even use a heavy duty magnet system to make sure there are no roofing nails left behind and they ask for no money up front. They gave us a free estimate after doing a repair.
