The employees at Magnum are top notch. They explained the process to me before hand, they were on time to start the job and they cleaned up the site of any debris at the end of the roofing job. I appreciate the way they cared for my pots and plants. I didn't see any tacks in the yard in the days to follow after the job was complete. It was truly a great experience to work with Magnum. Thanks guys!

I had an issue with my roof recently. It was a minor problem but Magnum came out, identified the problem and presented a solution and estimate. They came out later in the week and resolved my problem. They were professional, timely and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend them to put a roof on a dog’s house. They are stubborn and unwilling to work with you to fix a problem caused by their roofing. I had a roof put on in 2022 and within two to three months of the roof being put on a thunderstorm came that November of 2022 and I had a leak in my bedroom. Mind you even before this my house had a dish network satellite dish on the roof that they left dangling from the roof down the side of my house they reluctantly came and fixed the leak but made no offer to fix the water damage to my ceiling. Fast forward to last night another storm has come through and there is another leak but this time it’s leaking into a light fixture and they will not come out to fix it even with me offering to pay up front because the warranty has expired. -1/10

I work with James and his team to get my roof replaced in Ballantrae. He was very responsive and was there when the insurance adjuster came to investigate the roof. Once approved and worked out everything with the mortgage company he scheduled the installation promptly and his team was there ready to go the day it was scheduled and they finished up the inside and outside in a couple and they were totally professional. Would recommend them 100%.

A team from Magnum recently completed a project for me.
I wanted a floor built in my attic. I also needed to have the gas water heated exhaust vent removed from the garage and the attic roof, then properly, sealed and reshingled. Magnum has done two projects for us. They were fast, efficient and worked with us as out of town. They stayed in communication with us each step of the way. I had a leaky roof and the water damaged the ceiling in the dining room. Christian came right out, gave me an estimate and had someone out the next day. The roof was repaired about an hour before the rains came again.
Two days later, a WIZARD in ceiling repair came and replaced the damage, primed and painted the ceiling and left it like nothing ever happened.
I strongly recommend these folks. They tell you they’re going to do something and they deliver. I will certainly use the again.

This is a great company, very professional. They patched the wind damage to my mom’s roof, while we dealt with insurance drudgery, which took awhile. The patch job withstood a number of rainstorms, and the final work was excellent. I would highly recommend Magnum Construction.

Magnum Construction provided us with an absolute great experience! Ismael was helpful providing us with Birmingham references and information about his company's expertise
installing a FORTIFIED roof which is more common in coastal areas. He worked with our insurance company and the area inspector who has to inspect the roof throughout the process to certify this type of roof. His crew was excellent and worked long hours but took time to clean up every day. They immediately upon completion provided all the warranty documentation. Their work and professionalism was the best including their office staff. I highly recommend Magnum to install any type roof you might need.

While Magnum was quick to respond to my initial call, after two days, I had to ask for my quote. When I got it, it was over 20% higher than two other quality companies. The quote was rife with mistakes (e,g,-replacing vents I don't have) as if it was a cut-and-paste job from someone else's roof job. When I asked them to revise the quote to correct the errors, I never heard from them again.

While I've heard good things and read good reviews about them, I will be choosing another company-if the quality of the work is anything like the quality of the estimating/quoting process, i would surely be disappointed.

A tree had fallen on our utility lines, causing damage to the siding, soffit and facia boards. They were amazing! They sent Paul to assess the damage, provided me a quote for what they could see, the supplemental came with great photos to help illustrate to my adjuster why the work was needed. They showed up on time, worked with my tree specialist and electrician to ensure everyone could quickly make the repairs and most importantly, not only was the pricing good, the work was exceptional.

Would I or will I be using them again? Absolutely! I have a few more things I need done and I will be calling on them.

I rate Ismael’s roofing company an A+ in service and workmanship. I felt defeated when my insurance company initially denied my roofing claim. Ismael immediately challenged the decision with detailed pictures and a thorough analysis resulting in my insurance company reversing its decision. Ismael, Eric and his crew did a fantastic job of correcting the wrongs of a previous contractor work on my roof. They are transparent and professional with the work that needs to be done which makes the process go smoothly. I had storm damage done to my roof they fixed issues that were seen before the old shingles were removed and whatever was found underneath the older shingles. If you worry about finding a professional group the worry stops here, they will keep you informed about anything that is discovered with the job. I'd recommend them for your roofing needs.

Everyone we encountered with Magnum Construction were professional, honest, and upfront. We had a ton of work done with them from chimney siding replace, new roof, gutters, gutter guards and painting to name a few of the items. There were several crews and they cleaned up after they were complete and always checked in and out with us each day. Hands down one of the best company’s we worked with on house repairs. Cyrus is the best salesman/PR person and Christian was the best leader with his roofing team.

We used Cyrus & Magnum Construction to replace 100% of our siding. They were absolutely fantastic. Cyrus was in contact throughout the whole process and I never had to wonder how things were progressing. He let me know of any issues as soon as they came up and worked with us on solutions. Very pleased with the work performed in replacing the roof. I had to be out of town during the replacement. On the first day, after the initial tear-off of the old roof, we had a typical summertime torrential downpour. I expected to come home to a disaster. But the workers did a great job to ensure nothing got wet and had the house fully tarped… I found no evidence of any water getting inside the house due to the storm. I would definitely recommend this company. They have been very responsive and easy to work with. I am pleased with the quality and craftsmanship.

I was so nervous going into a full roof repair. I had 3 companies come out and Paul was so professional and honest with me, I went with Magnum. They worked with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered and repaired correctly. The workers were phenomenal, they arrived on time and worked hard. Ismael and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing our roof. We had damage from hurricane Sally. They were profesional and quick to reply to my texts. They came out and put tarps up to begin with to protect us from hurricane Zeta, while we were waiting on insurance to do their assessment. As soon as we gave them the ok, they came in and did the roof replacement. No issues, they came in and did their job and did it well! We couldn’t be more pleased with how this all went. Excellent quality of work at a fair price. They repaired water damage on my chimney, which included siding and trim replacement, flashing repair and shingle replacement. They also cleaned the gutters and installed gutter guards. They were there when they said they would be and they finished the work quickly. Did an excellent job cleaning up the site before they left.

I had a few roof issues and did some research and luckily found Ismael and Magnum Construction. He came out, identified the problems, and showed me some pics of the damage. I filed an insurance claim and after getting the runaround (to be expected) Ismael met the adjuster at my home and worked with him on getting the roof fully replaced! The roof installation went great and the crew was amazing. Super hard workers and pleasant to interact with. Ismael spent more of his time than he should answering my questions but was always willing to listen and make sure we knew what we were getting. It was my first time replacing a roof and after my experience I know who I'll be calling the next time.

He will assess your needs without trying to sell you things you do not need. He knows the ins and outs of processing wind damage insurance claims and is well respected by adjusters. I had leaks around the chimney flashing, some worn shingles and some vent caps that needed to be replaced. Paul came by on time and provided a detailed summary of what needed to be done to ensure the integrity of the roof. His team did an outstanding job repairing all of the issues and Paul was on site to ensure everything was done to code. I was very pleased with the overall finish and highly recommend this company for either full roof replacement or minor repairs. Honest company and honest work. Highly recommend.

Working with Magnum to replace my roof was an absolute pleasure. Another company had tried and failed to get the hail damage on our roof approved by the insurance company. However, Carole, the lady who managed our project, climbed on the roof with our insurance adjuster and showed him all the damage until there was no doubt left. Throughout the project, Magnum went above and beyond what was necessary and has been responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Recently had a tree limb fall on my roof, and had Magnum Construction replace the roof, do some repairs, and paint my porch and chimney, as well as repair internal ceiling cracks. I worked with Paul as the overall manager. From the beginning I had a pleasant experience from this company. They did an outstanding job on the roof, and Paul did the roof repairs himself. Very fine job. The internal repairs were supervised by Victor, and when I asked him to address two issues he was very pleasant and corrected them. The painting and plastering were very professional. I highly recommend this company, and plan to use them in the future for further home improvements.

Christian was my sales guy, but what is unusual about this company is he was my job site supervisor as well. He took pictures at each step of the work to insure everything was done correctly and showed them to me. Very satisfied with the work, at a very reasonable price. Magum Roofing is an excellent company. We live in Hubert N.C. and after Hurricane Florence there was damage to most of the roofs in our area .Mr.Solis was very professional in giving us an estimate and has been very helpful in dealing with our insurance company. Magnum has obviously earned a near perfect reputation. I agree with all the other reviews that one couldn't find a company of higher standards. Everything that was done, from the insurance arrangements to the final clean-up were beyond what most people would expect. The fact that the crew were all so pleasant to be around was just a perk. As to Ismael and James, they are exceptional people in every way, and really great to become acquainted with during this process. It is great to do business with people that you like and respect.
