Customer service is key with this company. We had the pleasure of Gabe Currier stopping by to assess some issues we had. Gabe was quick in response time, courteous, and very helpful to explain the entire process. He explained everything and was not overbearing with his assessment. Had a water spot appear on the kitchen ceiling. Green Valley responded quickly to diagnose the issue and gave an accurate estimate for repair. The guys worked quickly and did high quality work. Communication was great throughout the process. I will be calling this team in the future with any roof-related issues.

Wallace Malone was the one helping me out with getting a new roof and he went above and beyond! I was dreading the process of trying to get a new roof after a hail storm came through and caused damage. The thought of having to go through my insurance and deal with them was overwhelming. But Wallace took the time and walked me through the entire process. He was there every step of the way. He dealt with the adjuster and all I had to do was answer a few easy questions and he did the rest. It was stress free! Wallace truly went above and beyond to make sure this process was as smooth as possible and that I understood everything that was going on. Not to mention my new roof looks and is absolutely immaculate!!! Wallace kept me up to date throughout the entirety of them taking off the old roof and putting on the new one. We just had our roof replaced by Green Valley Roofing and are very happy with the results. We worked with Logan Phillips and he was very personable, and helped walk us through the process of making a claim with our insurance company (USAA). They came out and were here when the insurance company did their inspection and we were able to get the roof 100% covered minus our deductible. The job was scheduled quickly and completed in one day. The roof is only a few weeks old now, but we are very happy with it and they used a reputable shingle manufacturer, so I don’t have any reason to question the durability of the roof.

Overall, if we were doing this again, I would choose the same company, and if I had close friends or family looking for a roofing company, I would feel comfortable recommending Logan and Green Valley roofing.

Green Valley Roofers is an AMAZING company. I had a leak in my bedroom and I sent in a request online that night. Well bright and early the next morning I was contacted by Ernie. First let me say his personality was so refreshing! He’s hands down one of the happiest people I’ve ever come in contact with in the service industry. He was very professional and set up an appointment for the same day. He was prompt, listened to me and after I showed him the pictures and video he went outside to survey the damage. When he came back inside he had fixed the problem while he was up there! I was FLOORED! He explained to me exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. He gave me the life expectancy of my current roof and I loved his honesty. So far I don’t see any more leaks and I’m one happy customer. I will be using this company for all my roofing needs and Mr. Ernie let me know that they’re general contractors as well so I’ll be calling them soon to take care of other issues around my home. Great experience with Green Valley Roofers. Logan was our rep from the company. He was very responsive and helpful. Took care of all the paperwork and everything dealing with insurance. The job went quickly, it was done correctly and Logan provided drone photos of the work as they went. Hurricane Helene dropped 10” of rain on us the day after they finished the roof and there were no leaks! Tough test and they passed.

Working with Porter Welch, I felt like I had the privilege of working with a friend I’ve known for years. I needed a new roof due to age and storm damage and didn’t have the experience of what all it would encompass.
