From the very first call, everyone was very professional and quick to respond. Steven was out to look at our home repair the day after I called their office. Him and his crew went to work quickly after the paperwork process on repairing the front wall of our garage, and the results were great. Brewer Roofing and Construction came in at the budget we were looking for and did an amazing job. We feel like we're in a brand new home. Stephen and Hector listened to everything we wanted, made suggestions, and came through with an unbelievable home remodel. We had major reconstruction in the kitchen and both bathrooms; our ceiling was scraped and made smooth; complete flooring throughout as well as paint; and the outside received a face lift with vinyl siding. We were given a 4 week time frame to completion. Hector and his crew had it done in 17 days!!! I do not have adequate words for the men that worked on our home. They were kind, professional, and went above and beyond in the little details. If you need work done, I highly recommend Brewer!!!

Redid our bathroom and deck (in a pinch) it was rotted and they were able to demo it and get a new section built back up within a few days. Great work! Will use again for any future needs :)

They installed my new roof in October 2024. Highly competitive quote, excellent job, super courteous! Job completed in 2 days, and their cleanup was thorough.

Brewer Roofing & Construction was recommend in my town’s Facebook group. They were one of the first companies to respond to my message regarding qualified companies to complete the buildout of my basement. Initially, I was skeptical as I had been burned by several companies in the area, promising to “get back” to me or failed to show their previous work and/or credentials. Right off the bat, my family and I noticed how Brewer stood out against the competition —— from the appearance of their website (which not only looked current, and a neat layout of but also had lots of pictures) to their positive and no-nonsense attitudes on getting the job done. Within a week or less after being contacted by the company, their project manager, Stephen Hayes came out to our home and brought their expert builder, Hector. While we had an idea of what we wanted in our basement, Stephen and Hector worked together to bring our vision to life. After the first visit, before we even received our quote, we had a good feeling about them. At the time, we were looking at a few other companies, and Brewer’s reputation and responsiveness blew them out the water. In fact the day we signed the contract, they got started the following day.

I would 10/10 choose them again as they were not only reasonably priced, but provided top quality materials and labor, and were highly attentive to our wants and concerns. Stephen is an outstanding project manager and conducted frequent check-ins on the job site and even completed some of the work himself. Hector, is a wonderful visionary and diligent worker and did a superb job on everything from the framing to the flooring. The team overall were competent and peaceful individuals who tirelessly worked from early in the morning to later in the afternoon. We have other potential projects in mind and Brewer will be our first call in the future.

Jeff was very pleasant to work with. He was responsive any time I reached out to him and communicated everything to me throughout the process as well as after the roof was complete. His team replaced the whole roof in a day and cleaned up as they went along so we had no issues with debris or nails. Jeff and his crew did an incredible job at our Church Campus. We had several leaks in our metal roof due to years of neglect. His crew came out identifying the issues and took care of us like family. His guys worked on the weekend and completed the job without any interruption to our services. They cleaned up and most importantly stopped all the leaks in our roof. Stephen priced our siding upgrade. They started our project 1 day after we signed the contract. We are ecstatic with their work. They even threw in new gutters! Could not be more pleased. Several of our neighbors came by and when they saw the house, wanted quotes for theirs! 100% satisfaction.

I have nothing but praise for the roofing job that was completed by Brewer Roofing & Construction. The professionalism that the crew demonstrated in the care that was taken for the protection of my house by covering the ground all around for extra debris falling. They cleaned up and “swept” the ground everywhere for nails. The job was completed by the end of the day and disposed of all materials and trash! Brewer Roofing did a wonderful job repairing an exterior wall, interior finishings, and roof after a tree fell through our home. It was a big project, but Stephen and his team got it done ahead of schedule and within budget! They were very helpful and were happy to fix anything that we saw along the way.

Our insurance company came to look at our roof and the roofing company sent someone to be there and walk through the inspection with the adjuster to represent us. It took a while to get all the paperwork etc. from the insurance company but the roofers were patient and continued to check with us to make sure things were progressing! Would highly recommend.

Brewer Construction put a new roof on our home Friday, January 18, 2024. There is absolutely nothing more to say about him and his team than they are who you want working for you! The owner himself even came afterward so to insure there were no nails or staples left in our driveway/yard. Did a great job showed up way before time and took eight hours to complete. Really enjoyed working with Brewer Roofing on our historic home roof replacement. They came out really quickly for a quote after my first call. Not only did they give us the best quote out of 3 other roofing companies, but they were the only company that actually went in the attic to inspect the rafters and underside of the decking. They were able to give us the most detailed and accurate quote. We had tons of rotten wood that they replaced and were still able to have the whole job finished in 2.5 days. We had a bathroom remodel project completed by Brewer - demoing our main bathroom so we could split it into 2 bathrooms to better fit our needs. They were on time each day and made sure to keep our home as clean as possible throughout construction. Also very good at communicating what to expect in each phase and double checking all of our preferences along the way. Everything turned out beautifully, I would highly recommend.

A few years back: I had had some horrible experiences with residential contractors and was very much in need of some exterior siding repair. I happened to notice one of these trucks and wrote the number down at a stop light. As it turned out, the guy was a neighbor. I needed new siding (per my specifications) and my adjoining neighbor was wanting a new roof. These guys were very conscientious (and clean) and got our work done in a very short time. I highly recommend this company! It took them two days to remove the old roof and replace it with a new roof. This included clean up and removal of all debris. I had one minor issue and it was resolved within one day. Very professional and customer satisfaction is a priority.

Jeff Brewer and his team did a fantastic job with our new roof back in December so we decided to use them for our other main project on the exterior of our 1920’s home. Knowing it could be ugly under it all he was up for the job with restoring our house. New siding , gutters , windows etc.. Did a walk through and did some numbers which were lower than others and within a couple weeks they were onsite . And we couldn’t be more grateful and pleased with the outcome of it all. Brewer roofing replaced our 20+ year old roof. Jeff brought samples of roofing and went over the roofing warranty with me. I don't leave a ton of reviews but I wanted to leave one for Brewer roofing. One night I come home to wife letting me know that we have a leak in the roof...several actually. I called some of the big roofing companies here in Birmingham....and although I am told they will reach out, they don't. Someone shared the contact for Brewer. I reached out to them and that same day, they came out to take a look at the leaks. Long story short, I ended up having to get a new roof. They were quick, professional, responsive and I could not have asked for a better experience. Even the clean up after was great! No one wants to get their roof replaced, but if you have to do it, I would 100% contact Brewer as my wife and I were so impressed with them. Thanks!!!
