From beginning to end staff was very professional . They explained step by step what they were doing and apologized for the noise. Clean up was a breeze, they left noth9jg behind. I love the end results. My roof id beautiful.

the workman where on time and did a very good job all around. I was quite impressed with the materials that were used, much better than then the normal shingles used on roofs. The attention to the vents and chimney, on my house, were extremely well done and important. Clean up was well done also, and there was a lot of clean up too be done as the whole roof had to be cleared off of everything.

Didn't even get a chance to use because, the set appointment times 3 times in one day and finally showed up around 6pm original appointment time 3pm . Then told me cause I wasn't at home with my wife they needed both of us their to do estimate. I would not recommend and I'm calling USAA and asking not to recommend to any of its Military Families.

The Erie construction project on my roof was fantastic. The crew was very professional and personal in delivering service to complete this project. They completed the project in one day and the cleanup was meticulous! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.
Autin and Kenny with "crew" were like a dynamic machine when they arrived at 7:20 am began removal of old roof and completd job and maticulous cleanup at 4:20pm. A crew of plummers at next door neighbor complimented the roof appearance and the cleanup!
Robbie and Garret the sales mangers were quite patient and informative with assesment in determining the need for replacement suported by video of deterioation. the shared information and samples of material to be used.

I was very pleased with with the look of our roof and how quickly the roof was replaced. Erie was able to get us a quote and our roof replaced within 2 weeks. The representative that came out to do our quote was the nicest person and very informative. He never tried to push any products on us which was really nice and refreshing.

The workers seemed to work quickly. But I found out it was because they did little cleanup work.

Over a dozen roofing nails were left in my driveway and carport. I picked these up with a magnetic rolling broom. For the high price of their services, the cleanup should have been much better.

Erie was fast on time and did very good work. Only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is one of the materials was wrong on delivery. However, the project manager got the correct materials and the job was still finished on time and when it was supposed too. I do recommend you to give them a chance to help with any roofing project you may have no matter how large or small.

Robbie insisted on quoting me for a 2,700 square foot roof “to account for the 10% material lost”…. I have a 2,500 square foot roof and a metal roof quote was over $70,000!

I got another company to instal a standing seam metal roof for $20,000..

You may be paying for their warranty but their reps need re trained…

Austin and his crew were fantastic! In just a few hours my old roof was removed and a beautiful new roof installed and everything had been cleaned up as if no one had been here.
Austin and his crew were professional but what impressed me most was how kind and considerate they were. I highly recommend this company!
I might also add that the roof was installed in less than a week of the consult appointment.

Erie Home completed my roof replacement and gutter guards in October 2023, and they did an EXCELLENT job!
The staff respected my property, communicated well and got the job done properly and timely!

Installation took just 1 day, they tore the old roof off and had the new on the same day. No one can even tell it’s a metal roof, looks great!

I scheduled an appointment with Erie metal roofs and they canceled my first appointment the day of with a text message not even a phone call. So I called and reschedule for the following weekend and this morning got another text message canceling this is a very Unprofessional company in my opinion. This isn't how you run a business.

Erie Home did a wonderful job of repairing the decking boards that were rotten and installing my fiberglass shingles. They even installed ridge vents which I didn't have before. I am very happy with the job the crew did.

It was a worry free experience. All calls were answered. They explained in detail prior to carrying out the project what to expect and what is involved in the construction. The contact person was never in a rush to cut one off. I think they aim to really satisfy the customer.

I called three roofing companies including Erie and no one convinced me as well as they did I went to the attic and was shown from the inside what was wrong;I e. I had an architectural roof installed by Eric Holmes They were able to inspect and repair my roof with their product which looks amazing great job all the way around
