We've engaged Integrity Restoration & Remodeling for two separate water remediation projects in our home, and we have been extremely satsified with their work on both occasions. The first time they were assigned by our insurance company as a preferred vendor, and the second time (for a separate incident years later), I engaged them directly because I was so satisfied with their work the first time, I didn't want anyone else to do our remediation work. They are great communicators and do a great job explaining best practices and options, in cases there may be coverage gaps with the insurance company. I have been very impressed and happy with all of the teams I worked with, and I want to give special praise to the following people who were very helpful, great communicators and treated us like family: Shane, Kevin, Crystal, Shannon, Courtney, Steven and Orlando. I had a decent size patch of mold in my basement that had grown over a number of months, and the crews at Integrity took care of it in an instant. They made my basement look brand new to where I almost forgot that the mold existed. The crews of Courtney for demo, Leo and Tia for the inspection and mold cleaning, and Kevin for quality control took exceptional care of my house. All of the crews were kind, professional, and personable. I had great conversations with each crew about the details of their work for that day and just a few personal conversations. The affected areas were cleaned and left spotless. I can't speak enough to the quality and reliability that Integrity provided.

A trusted friend referred me to Integrity Restoration and Remodeling. Due to some roof leaks that had gone unnoticed I was in need of a professional water and mold remediation service. My house flooded in August 2024. I filed an insurance claim and had different companies come out but issues with Insurance on approval.

So I reached out to Integrity and scheduled appointment with Jennifer. She came out with this fancy camera that took a 360 picture from top to bottom. (No other company had this).
She was so understanding and helpful. Didn't pressure me into sighing anything like the other companies. She was consistent and constantly reached out to my insurance company. (Which was very hard to reach the adjuster). Once she finally reached him she had everything about in a week that no other company had done. Even approval on relocating our family to an AirBNB and a company to come and pack up my whole house (while we had covid and pneumonia cause time was sensitive).

The company that pack up my house was absolutely amazing. Labeled all my boxes with pictures to know where to return when moving back in.

With approval from insurance, Integrity and its crews demo all the water damage and mold less than 2 weeks. Crystal and the demo crew communicated with me every step of the way and were so helpful.

After Demo there was an issue with insurance that delayed rebuild and payment for water damage. Integrity was there and never stopped helping during this stressful process. The owner was also very helpful.

Once insurance finalized and processed everything for Rebuild, Kaden & Earnest have been amazing in putting my house back together.

The Integrity team are all superb professionals! From 1st point of contact to demo, Shane has been informative, communicative, and even helpful with speaking with the insurance adjuster. The demo team, Courtney, John, and Ashton were quick and efficient but also detail oriented. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how CLEAN my house remained throughout the demo. No dust, no leftover debris, nothing left behind! I’ve heard just the opposite from friends and relatives about their projects. A quality inspector (Kevin, also very kind and informative) followed up to run mold spore test and to check progress on drying. I highly recommend this company for your water clean up/demo needs.

We have had not one, two but three floods in our home the year 2023-2024. No one can fathom the devastation it caused, not only physically but mentally. Our home is our place of safety and refuge. I am by far impressed with this company. I had an emergency pipe burst and I called Integrity to come out to assess the water damage and they showed up immediately. Shane was the first to show up and walk me through everything that was going to happen with the equipment being setup to dry out the affected areas along with the demolition that needed to happen and was very informative. Any questions I had he was able to answer clearly and directly. After equipment was setup, the days moving forward Ishmael and Mike came out to check the equipment. After everything was dry Ishmael, Mike, Kevin, Shannon and Randy all took part in doing the demolition and quality control. They all made it a quick and easy process. I recommend them 10/10 anytime or anyday. If you want a company that does it right while also easing the frustration that comes with something like this happening definitely give them a call.

My family and I purchased and moved in a new home in the late part of December (2023). After about 3 months in the house, we noticed stains on the dining room wall by the window. It turned out (after we had it inspected) was water damage from outside leakage near the window. The water had been seeping in from an opening around the window, getting inside the walls, saturating the insulation, and also getting up under the floor boards.

I had similar issues in a previous home, so I knew I had to get several quotes before opening up a claim with my insurance company (USAA). I contacted one service, they advised that I should go through several steps that would take several different services to get everything done. I called companies - a couple came out, a couple never showed up, and some just took too long to show… It seemed that there was more to this damage than I was being told. After about a month and a half of waiting on inspections and quotes, I just finally called my insurance company and gave them the quotes I had to at least start the job. Then I realized something: I do network management work for a company (a client) that provides this type of service!

I went into their office and told them about my issues. They sent out an inspector (Jennifer). She turned out to be a HUGE help. She immediately spotted an area where another leak is coming from - the roof; so, now we know there were leaks coming from the top of the wall and window over time. This water damage looked to be covered up by one of the previous owners of the home.

Jennifer also mentioned Integrity Restoration is one of USAA’s contractors. She immediately took matters into her own hands. Jennifer and Steve (Project Manager - great guy!) planned and lined everything up for me - even called my insurance adjuster and got the ball rolling.

All of the techs involved: Orlando Fernandez, Leo Leon, Kevin Keeler, Ashton Alphonse, and Courtney Williams were awesome! I cannot remember the specific jobs of each, but they were a great team to work with.

The first techs that came out for the cleanup did a GREAT JOB! They taped up and covered up the dining room professionally and were able to keep all the dust and dirt from getting outside of that area. They really did uncover both leaks from the roof and window area. They also kept us informed about everything every step of the way. What I loved most is they took their time to make sure the area was dry and cleaned properly - no rush-job. They removed the damaged wood, cleaned, and replaced what needed to be replaced.

Jennifer then got a roofing company to come out and fix the leak… Side Note: They actually quoted a bigger job because the entire roof itself needs work, however, the claim itself did not cover the roof leak, so they were able to do a temporary fix (should last a few yrs) and quoted me the price on that - very affordable. I really appreciate their help on that.

The flooring services came and took measurements of the home - they had to replace the entire wood floor due to the type of hardwood. My wife chose a different shade of color to match the cabinets and stair railing.

The moving service came to take photos of every piece of furniture and anything that was on the hardwood floors. This is so they could put everything back in their place exactly how we had it - nice.

Movers came out, packed and removed all furniture and anything that was on the hardwood floor.

The first flooring tech came out and removed the old flooring by himself in one day! They finished up in a few days - ahead of schedule. They did a great job - made the house look like a brand new home! The baseboards were put in last.

The movers brought the furniture back in and sure enough, they placed every piece of furniture as it was and every nick knack back on and inside the desks, shelves, and furniture as we had it - it was like no one had ever moved anything!

Start to finish, Integrity Restoration did an outstanding job! I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

We have used Integrity three times for unfortunate circumstances with water damage. All three times, they came to the rescue VERY quickly and professionally. So helpful and pleasant to work with during very stressful times.

I was in need of restoration services from a small electrical fire. Jason from Integrity Restoration provided a very professional and quick response. Jason has an entire library of knowledge of what needs to be done, what needs to be done according to codes and how to wisely spend your money on the restoration planning and implementation. Kevin from integrity showed up for the restoration and likewise was very professional and knowledgeable on providing the correct care. My house was pretty much spotless when he was finished. I highly recommend Jason and Kevin from Integrity Restoration.

Integrity Restoration is an awesome company! They are fast, respectful of you AND your property. Additionally, they have your back (making sure everything is done to the law), they're on time, always call to let you know what time they'll be there and always call when they arrive.

I had a very unique situation and they worked with me to do what was best for me and my pets. They didn't try to push me to do what was easiest for them. Every day, they cleaned, vacuumed and made sure everything was as spotless as they could make it before leaving. They even washed my garage floor after they ripped out all of the dry wall in there! They swept it and then washed it! Never leaving any debris around.

One day, I had to leave my house to attend a late business lunch. One of my dogs got loose from the back yard (not Integrity's fault but my dog's own fault - he's an escape artist) and the Integrity team got him to come back, put him back in the back yard, called to tell me and then WAITED until I could return before they left my house to leave for the day, to make sure he and the others wouldn't get loose again before I returned! Now that's integrity!!

I had a pipe break in my home and was completely overwhelmed by the whole ordeal. I wasn’t sure what to do or how to handle the situation bc I wasn’t able to get my insurance adjuster on the phone. Called Integrity and Angela recommended that I let Jennifer come do an inspection. I was a little hesitant but I decided to let Jennifer come out. She was amazing! Made me feel comfortable about the entire process. The demolition team of Shannon, Randy, Chandler, and Amberlee was great. Lisa, Orlando, and Leo was extremely through with my mold cleaning and did a fantastic job and Kevin with Quality Control made sure that I had a five star experience! Completely scammed by this company and Bert Trap of Travelers Insurance. You submit a claim for water damage. This company comes out gives you an estimate and says they will work with Bert and get this handled. They come in and do complete tear down and clean up. Time goes by and they don't come back. I contact this company again and they said we were only paid for tear down by Bert. I call him and he said that was estimate for whole job. So fighting with insurance company and getting this company to come back out was a chore. This company FINALLY comes back out gets estimate and says they will get with agent about the build back. Couple of weeks go by and hear nothing back. Call them and get the run around members of the crew got hurt, people out and blah blah blah. THEY NEVER CAME BACK! Never heard from them again. They stalled and my insurance rate obviously went up and nothing was ever done. They are in bed with certain agents and do consumers very wrong and they know it. BEWARE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!

Kaden Henson did a great job of leading the rehab project of my property. It was an extensive job that required work over many months. There was also an insurance company involved and Kaden's team has a lot of experience in working those so that useful as well. Overall he is a great communicator and went above what was required to ensure the house looks great once its complete. His team also timely followed up to complete the punch list after the final walk through.

Prior to the rehab, Jason Murphy did an excellent job with the water and fire remediation work and the client service was experience. There was lots of paper work and images required and Jason did a great job of documenting all the work and providing it in a timely manner to the concerned parties.

Overall, both Kaden and Jason are true professionals and I highly recommend them for rehab, construction and remediation services in and around the Atlanta metropolitan area

My experience regarding my remediation was excellent from Kayla, who was my first phone contact, to Jennifer, who was my first in house contact and gave me encouragement and confidence. Chandler and Courtney performed the remediation. They were so helpful, answering all of my questions and working quickly and without making a mess anywhere. They're clean up work was excellent. Finally, Kevin from Quality Control came and checked out everything that had been done to be sure it was all correct b4 going on to the next step. Everyone was top notch and deserve the 5 stars.

On September 9th I had a water emergency that caused catastrophic damage to my home. I called Integrity in a fit of panic and was greeted by Crystal who said she would call me back in 15 minutes which she did. Crystal dispatched Shane and his crew who immediately started to mitigate the effects of the water damage. Lisa, one of the five people who came that night, could see the distress on my face and offered to give me a hug which I accepted. The following Tuesday, Chandler and Danny came over to help me with a problem with my garage door, and Danny managed to get a broken key out of my front door lock. And Kevin, well your sense of humor just made me smile which I desperately needed to do. No matter who I reached out to (mostly Shane), my calls and texts were answered within a very reasonable time. Our experience with Integrity was a great one from the start. Responsive and organized, got our house back together as if nothing happened. Kaden, our PM was always responsive and proactive, and did a very thorough quote that the insurance company had no issues with. Ernest and Roy, the contractors were also very trustworthy and professional. No complaints. Would call them again for any remodeling/restoration needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Should have called Integrity first. USAA recommended the ServePro that services Tucker. That was a huge mistake! So then we called Integrity to come and remediate and complete what ServePro failed to do. Jennifer, Kevin, Ken, & Kayden were all fantastic - super responsive, taking time to make sure we understood what was happening and did the job right!

All I can say is wow! Our water leak ordeal began at 5PM. I spoke with my insurance company and chose Integrity at 6:30PM. At 9pm, (Caitlyn??) from Integrity contacted me and had crews on site and demo completed in less than 24 hours. She was so kind, helpful, and really walked me through the process to ease my mind. Demo crew…. Just WOW!!! Every single member of the crew was extremely personable, professional, respectful, & courteous. The wrap up & mapping crew were phenomenal and offered very useful tips. I had a flooded laundry sink on the second floor of my home and USAA sent Integrity Restoration and Remodeling to do the remediation. There was a huge amount of damage to multiple rooms on both my first and second floor. They were thorough and worked quickly through the massive amount of remediation and demolition that had to happen, somehow also leaving my home as clean as they found it. Dismantled... but CLEAN. They contained the dust and the drywall and left me in a position feeling ok knowing that putting it back together might be a few weeks. Last summer Integrity Restoration came to my rescue, after another company made a mess & backed out, when it was time to do the restoration, following a plumbing leak. Jonathan Smith was my Integrity project manager, Alfredo & crew the team restoring my home.

When I came upon a small leak this summer, I knew exactly who to call! This time Kaden Henson was my project manager & came out promptly & gave me an honest & fair estimate. Once my plumber replaced the leaking pipe, Alfredo & crew repaired, restored & painted. They worked with my schedule &, as with last year, did a great job.

Last year's job was more complicated, due to the mess the other company left. This one was small. Integrity Restoration took care of me & will take care of you. Every phase of our repair/ remediation project was outstanding. The initial damage inspection (Jennifer) was thorough and timely. The project manager assigned to us (Kaden) was outstanding and worked effectively and efficiently through all phases of damage remediation and final remodeling/ repairs. Communication with Kaden and Integrity’s back office support functions were very good. My insurance carrier was also very complimentary and pleased with the Integrity

From the start of the process to the finish (well finish of their part at least) everyone we worked with at Integrity was great. Very clear and consistent communication about what was going to happen and how things were progressing. Jennifer was excellent and very clear in what needed to be done. Shane and his team did a great job with destroying my kitchen... which sucked. Kenny (I think it was Kenny) was very communicative about the process of getting everything dried out.

I would definitely recommend them but I hope I never see these people in my home again, at a bar sure, I'll buy them a drink.

Had a flood in my basement. I received quotes from three vendors and Integrity's was, by far, the most comprehensive and detailed. The insurance adjuster was even impressed. Kaden compiled the estimate, came to agreements with the insurance adjuster and oversaw the restoration process. Never having been through such an ordeal with an insurance claim, it was great to have Kaden's walk-through of what to expect. I was not caught off-guard at any moment during the process. I was especially grateful for Kaden's was responsiveness. I never had to wait more than one business day for a response to a question or having an issue resolved.

There were a few detractions from the subcontractors who performed the renovation portion. There were quite a few items that I needed to point out and have completed or repaired back to my expectations. For example, there was silicone caulking residue outside the joints of the door frame corners, there was a 1/2" gap between the baseboard and door frame, there was a considerable gap around the electrical boxes so when the plate was replaced it left a hole, and they completely missed an area that was included on the proposal. Overall, it just seemed like rushed and sloppy work on the remodeling.

I used Jason and Integrated Restoration on several past water damage, losses. The team was extremely professional, responsive and worked with with me on restoring the water damage in my rental property and went above and beyond on making sure that the finished project was exactly what I wanted. I hope to never have a water damaged lost again, but if I do, it’s great to know that I have a company that I can trust to do the best job at the best price with INTEGRITY.

ntegrity Restoration is a reputable company that restores homes after incidents such as leaks or floods. Their first step is to demolish the damaged portion of your home. The second is reconstruction. Our home experienced a slow water leak from an upstairs bathroom. It destroyed 2 bathrooms, walls and flooring. Integrity came in promptly and was very efficient in removing damaged material, mold and preparing the house ready for phase II construction. I would give them a grade of A for phase I work. They were quick and neat and met all time schedules. Phase II took longer than expected. I believe there were some outside factors that delayed reconstruction, such as the winter freeze in Atlanta that caused pipes to burst in many homes. After some delay the Integrity crew came in and rebuilt our home. The craftsmanship was good including tiling the bathroom with marble, rebuilding walls, bookcases, all new wood flooring, replacing molding and painting. When the job was over they came back and attended to fine details to our satisfaction. Overall I would highly recommend Integrity. The only reservation I have is that I felt the construction schedule could have been compressed somewhat. I realize that most construction companies are very busy and that this causes project delays. I don’t believe that Integrity was outside what you would experience with most contractors.

We are so thankful for Integrity Restoration. When the water sprinkler pipes burst in our townhouse, our insurance company contacted Integrity and we are so glad they did. Jennifer came to our home within 2 hours on Christmas Eve and provided us some comfort after we had just seen 2 inches of water pour through our townhouse. Next, Lisa and Chandler showed up to begin the remediation process and set up blowers and fans to dry out our home. They worked until well after midnight on Christmas Eve!!!!! Lisa and her team showed up on the day after Christmas and started to remove drywall, cabinets, etc.
Lisa is amazing! She was very professional, very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. We were VERY impressed with Lisa. Lisa and her team worked for 4 days removing water damage to ensure mold would not be an issue in the future. Kevin performed a quality control review on New Year.s Eve. He checked the fans and moisture levels in the house. On January 2, Kevin and Giovani removed the fans and dehumidifiers. And, Ryan and his team removed the trash the next week when their dumpster on wheels was available.

Atlanta experienced Unprecedented freezing temperatures Dec.24/25, 2022. I was fortunate enough to receive Integrity Restoration's telephone number for our pipe break emergency!
Jennifer Fancher was my First Responder & helped me through the process of "What to expect from moment to moment" during the clean-up process, took thorough pictures & videos for their company & my Insurance company. I was very impressed w/ her calm demeanor, assurance & expertise. Within 3 hours of the emergency, I met Shannon, Randy, Ken & their mitigation crew to start carpet removal & fan installation/dehumidifiers, etc.
My daughter made a TicTok video of our Xmas Eve disaster & all of us sang Xmas carols w/ the fans in unison @ 0100 when clean-up terminated into the wee hours of Xmas.
The following week I was pleased with my meeting w/ Kevin, the quality control inspector. We toured the whole house for damages & the necessary repairs to be expected. Kevin gave helpful advice for future repairs to avoid construction problems.

I was given this vendor by my insurance company. They did a wonderful job. Shane was very kind and professional. He worked very fast with his team to make sure they could help my family and I. We have two children with auto immune issues and myself being highly allergic to mold. They worked very hard to help mitigate that as much as possible. Kevin and Giovanni came by to pick up the equipment at the end and they helped navigate me through the process of what will happen next..which I really did appreciate. They even left the protector barrier up to protect me and my kids even though their part of the job is done. Integrity did an excellent job on our mold remediation! We had water damage all under our kitchen sink and the hardwood flooring. They brought in their fans, dehumidifier, and air purifier and told me that it would likely take 3-5 days after the removal of affected areas to dry everything out. It ended up only taking 2 days to dry and the mold is completely gone! Very grateful for the hard work that Shane and Bryan (sp?) put in for us. Our house has never smelled better! Pictures are before remediation (with countertop removed) then after!

Integrity Restoration were recommended to me by a friend and previous customer and it was a delightful experience that helped me through a stressful water situation in my home! An experienced mitigation specialist arrived to inspect the damage within just a couple of hours of calling. They walked me through the process and ensured thorough communication of the technical details with my insurance adjuster and I from start to finish. The reporting from Integrity was so timely and thorough that my house insurance simply used their paper work and didn't even need to send an inspector! Such an amazing service from a team that clearly love their craft.

I am very happy with the work Corey and his team did on a mitigation for water damage in our home. He walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood everything that was happening and made us feel comfortable about it all. Integrity came to my property in the middle of the night!!! They cleaned up the water and setup equipment then returned early the next morning. We were very pleased with the staff and how they took charge and we did not have to do a thing. Very knowledgeable and timely. We would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are horrible; they nice and polite when they come with their bid, but the work was very poor in quality. The materials the use cheap in quality and they use the worst sub contractors they can find. If you use them you must stand over them all day and everyday. When they fix one thing they mess up something else. They spent nine months on my kitchen remodel. I was truly ready for them just go. I will never use them or recommend them EVER. You say that I still owe you, I have the receipt that states “Paid in Full”. With being said, you’re a liar too.

Excellent service. Everyone was professional and kind. They made sure to keep me informed at every point in the process and explained everything so that I had no trouble understanding what was being done. I called them on a Saturday afternoon when the water damage was discovered (floded basement) They were out by 6pm that night and started the process of getting my basement back to 100% that evening. Great people, always kind and courteous.

After returning from Holiday vacation, I had a small leak that affected part of the dining room and basement. After repairing the leak, I brought in four different water restoration specialists to provide estimates. I went with Integrity Restoration because Jennifer explain all the steps that would be taken to ensure a full restoration - including removal of affected materials (walls, wood paneling, hard-word floors, steps), drying the remaining materials and then reconstruction, plus she stated that they have worked with USAA before.

During the demolition and cleaning, Ed, Michelle & Dustin worked very professionally, including: 1. Calling ahead of time, 2. arriving on time,
3. taking care of the remaining property during demo and removal,
4. answering any questions I might have, and 5. explaining what was done today and what is scheduled for tomorrow.

Lisa and Kevin were also very courteous, always calling prior to arriving at my house (so I can be off client calls) and reviewing the moisture measurements with me after each visit.

I highly recommend this company. They were recommended through USAA and they went above and beyond with the water mitigation work that they did. I have asked USAA to allow them to also do the restoration work.

What a great experience this was! This company truly lives up to it's name - Integrity! And everyone we worked with was filled with a passion to serve, from Kayla, the delightful receptionist, to Jennifer Fletcher, who is a one-woman show filled with energy, to Shannon and Randy, who came in and got us set up for remediation in a matter of a day, and were very helpful in getting things moved around. I also have to give Jennifer a special shout-out, in that she caught areas of water and mold that went into our living room, that the "other" vendor did not catch. This was huge as when we finally got the carpet removed, their was a significant amount of mold already forming and we would have had no idea that this was the case. I also loved that Kevin (one of the managers?) came out first to make sure that all walls were dry and the mold was gone before he sent Courtney over to clean, move items and take out the equipment. Special thanks also to Courtney - who helped move our washing machine and dryer back to our laundry room, so I could at least do laundry!

This was the 3rd company I interviewed and encounterd for water and mold damage to my home. After the first contact "via phone" THEY WERE HIRED!!! They arrived early for their scheduled service "masked up" and ready to GO! Assisted me with removing/relocating the items in my home in preparation for the demolition. Everything was covered, secured and sealed (beyond proper) for the work being performed -- with consistent cleanup and coverings. I am MORE than satisfied with the services rendered from this company and highly recommend without a doubt!
