I have had Georgia Roof Advisers out to my home each year for several years for their complimentary roof inspection. They seem to be a very reputable company and they were always fair with me. They had to perform several patch jobs where I had existing damage and they did a good job with their repairs.

Naomi and her team are an absolute joy to work with. They’re passionate about what they do and it shows in every interaction. Their dedication, positive attitude, and genuine care make a big difference — not just in the work, but in the relationships they build. We’re lucky to be able to work with them!

Today had the great pleasure of meeting Joshua Britt. I have needed some guidance on getting a leak repaired since the roof was replaced by another company two years or better ago. Joshua was very friendly and courteous when he greeted me ! He was also on time and followed up prior to the call! Bravo!! He did the full inspection of the situation and pointed out other areas of concern. We went over the concerns and I will be receiving an estimate of the repairs he can fix. Ethan was most helpful. He arrived on time, and understood that I only needed the roof valleys blown clear. He did an excellent job of clearing the blown debris from the yard. I would highly recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about Georgia Roof Advisors. When I bought my new house, we thought I would have to replace the roof but GRA came out and told me that my roof still had 8 to 10 years left. It needed some minor repairs but in general, my roof was fine. I thought I was going to have to shell out $15,000 and instead, it only cost me $1,200! On the day of service, they were actually a few minutes early, very professional but friendly, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Tim explained to me some things I might need to consider in the future. They are now my go-to roofers!

So many roofing companies use fear tactics. Check out their FB page; they are constantly providing educational advice for homeowners. I have sent them photos of what I thought may be a roof problem and their advice was that it was not urgent. Thank goodness for their honesty. With other companies I’d blindly overpay for services I don’t need. This is clearly a company is interested in building trusted relationships!

Shawn (sales/estimating) not only got on the roof to inspect from the outside, but went up into the attic to inspect from the inside. Turns out we had 5-6 pieces of wood that needed replaced as well. Kevin (project manager) kept us informed throughout the project and even sent a link with pictures of their work as they went through the job. GRA is a good roofing company to work with. From the outset, they worked to provide an estimate that was affordable for my roof replacement. The crew arrived on time the day of the installation and worked continuously throughout into the darkness of night. They returned the next day to finish the job because it’s a large roof. On expressing concerns about the edges, two quality inspectors came out and agreed to make some adjustments with fitting the gutter covers. That meant sending a crew for a few more hours of work until it met my satisfaction. What was impressive was their unequivocal interest in pleasing the customer. On account of my overall experience, I strongly recommend GRA.

The whole crew at Georgia Roof Advisors were terrific. Everyone from the owners James and Naomi, to project manager Darrell, RJ, and repair tech Tim were helpful and really put us as the customers first. There was no pressure to leave reviews or provide a kickback in exchange for one, which seems like a rarity these days. There was a very minor hiccup involving a vent during the repair. I gave them a call in the morning, James answered, Darrell arrived within a couple of hours, fixed the issue, and let me know how they will amend their workflow so it doesn’t happen to others in the future. I certainly plan to call them again for future roofing needs.

Our experience with Georgia Roof Advisors was really good, from the initial discussions with Josh Britt, to the actual installation with Kevin Gonzalez as supervisor, to the upbeat hard working crew on the roof, to the ongoing photos of the work by Kevin, to the supervisors in the office, to the after the job consultations with management, to the whole job. Wish I had rental property for them to work on. Got my lottery ticket.

I don’t write many reviews but this roofing company blew me away and I would recommend them to anyone. The first person to inspect the roof and talk to me about the quote was very thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. He pointed out every issue that I knew about, and had additional valuable information that I wasn’t aware of. I really appreciated him breaking down all of the details and talking to me about all of it. With other quotes I got, the inspectors left out lots of information, seemed to hide potential added costs, and talked down to me as if I couldn’t understand. But the inspector from GA Roof Advisors was clear, thorough, kind, and did an excellent job. His professionalism and friendliness 100% sold me on choosing this company over the others, even though the upfront cost was a little more (but there were no surprises after the fact, like I’d expect from the other companies based on their quotes). Then on the install day, the job supervisor was fantastic too! He took detailed photos every step. and uploaded them so we could follow the progress in real time from inside, and he was super friendly and knowledgeable when I spoke to him. I’m also impressed with the entire crew, this was the most efficient roof replacement I’ve ever seen! The arrived at 7am and unloaded gear. It took them ONE hour to completely tear off the old shingles and materials down to the plywood. And they quickly repaired the rotted wood. From there, they moved super efficiently and by like 2pm they had completely finished the job. The work they did was very detail oriented. They were all excellent, skilled, and did a great job cleaning up, I can barely even tell they were here earlier. I am honestly blown away by how great of a job they did from the first inspection/quote, to the finished job. I’ve already recommended them to other people because I’m so happy with the work. Being able to watch the photos as the job progressed was really the cherry on top and made me feel confident in the work. Thank you so much, I’m so happy with the new roof and really blown away by the entire team.

Great attention to detail in both creating the estimate and completing the work. I had a satellite dish removed & roof repaired underneath, gutters re-pitched & cleaned, and an attic fan installed—all for under $2,000.

They did a great job on my roof replacement and have all around been fantastic and super responsive to all of my calls and questions. I called Georgia Roof Advisors to come out and assess a small leak in my roof. Darrell Sweat was the name of the technician who came by. He was on time, personable and knows his stuff! Once he was done checking where the leak originated from he told us it wasn’t a roof issue but a plumbing problem. The stack on my roof that allows the gases to escape had filled with water and was creating the small leak that showed up on my ceiling. He was so kind and told my son what needed to be done to fix it! I highly recommend this company and should I need a roofer in the future they will be my first call!

We decided to get one last quote before making our final decision, and how lucky we were to meet Joshua Britt from Georgia Roof Advisors. Within the first 10 minutes on site, Joshua identified and addressed potential issues, giving us an “aha!” moment. GRA is fantastic! I didn't realize that my roof was not vented correctly, so they calculated the amount of airflow I needed and installed Deck Air vents. Now with the correct ventilation, my new roof will look great longer and extend the shingle life. Plus, as certified GAF installers, I can be sure that the GAF warranty will never be an issue. Matt, Darryl, Joshua, James and Naomi took good care of me through the whole process. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish and you don't see that much these days.

We contacted Georgia Roof Advisors to evaluate a leak we had as they have looked after our roof since we moved here in 2019. Tim came out, found a nail pop in a ridge valley and repaired it. During further discussion, and despite Tim saying the roof could last a few more years we decided to replace it now rather than continue to pay for ongoing repairs as it continues to deteriorate. This week Kevin and his crew replaced our roof in less than a day, including replacing the powered vent fans with a ridge vent system and all the pipe boots. We are very pleased with the look of our new roof and the quality of the job done. Our thanks to Tim, Kevin and the entire team for a great job.
