We enjoyed our experience with Erie Home from start to finish. Kevin was a friendly and knowledgeable roof inspector and salesperson. He put us at ease and explained the entire process, answering any questions we had. A couple of days after agreeing to terms, we got a call from Bret who had us on the schedule in a timely manner. The crew that delivered the materials on the day before were friendly and professional. They took great care to not leave a mess or damage any trees during delivery. The installation team came on time early the next day and went straight to work. Suddenly, the doorbell rang and after a few signatures, they were off. They did a fantastic job on the roof and cleaned up the yard so well that I had trouble finding any evidence that they were even there. Since the installation, there have been two big storms and the roof has held up just fine. We are pleased with the new roof and would highly recommend working with Erie Home.

Todd Williams, who came to assess our house and provide options, was knowledgeable and helpful. Kevin Mears, our contact after that, was patient, efficient, quickly responsive to our many questions, and efficient in guiding us through the paperwork. The installation crew seemed diligent, including adding protection around the chimney that the installation manager thought was needed. Our shingle roof looks good.

Was very disappointed. Took off work to meet them at my house for a 3pm appointment for an estimate on my roof. No show or call so I called them at 3:20. Immediate call back saying they were held up and would not make it. The attitude was that they really didn’t care that I missed hours of work to meet them and I should just reschedule. No thanks. I would rather deal with a company that will honor appointments or let someone know before they take time from work and lose money.

I was very pleased with the early arrival of of the roofing crew and how organized they were. , they completed the job within a day and cleaned up everything, they also requested my opinion, I was impressed, very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend the company to my friends. Great installation. New roof looks great. I was very impressed with the materials Erie uses. I feel I now have the best roof i could purchase and my house is now protected by the best. Service was great. Cleanup was fantastic. Hard working dedicated crew.

The time between the sales and survey of the project appointment and the delivery of material was very quick. Materials arrived Tuesday afternoon with the driver consulting me about any below grade services to ensure that his boom truck supports would not damage anything. The crew arrived as scheduled the next morning to begin the project. This project was a complete replacement of our roof; down to the sheathing. They focused on the main roof structure; replacing any questionable sheathing. They finished installing this portion before leaving for the night. They returned the next day to complete the rest of the project. Picking up all debris and walking around the house with a magnetic nail sweeper to collect any nails that may have fallen during the tear off. They were complete by 3pm on the second day.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism displayed by the crew.

The roof was in our price range. It was professionally installed. Pictures were sent to my phone before,during, and after. We are very pleased with look and the warranty. The crew was professional and cleaned up everything before they left.

The color of the metal on my roof looks really fantastic. Love how bright it makes my house looks in the sunlight. Love it

The crew showed up and left my property the same way they found it, exceptforone thing........ they left me a beautiful new roof!!! We had a great experience from start to finish. Jason Graham was our sales rep and he stuck around even though I was an hour late. He wasn’t pushy and ultimately was able to offer us a product that we liked. Initially we were hoping for metal shingles, but we ended up going with their fiber glass shingle in Shadow Brown. They got the roof done in a day and came back the next day to take all the old shingles away. They replaced a few soft spots, put on a new ridge vent, added their moisture barrier, and shingled the roof. Not bad in a days time. We had one piece of metal that didn’t quite line up with the new shingles, but they came back and fixed it no questions asked.

Somehow, this company got my number listed under someone else's name. I was clear with the first associate who called that they had the wrong number. I have since been called three separate times this morning, all before 9 a.m. Each rep swore I was placed on the "do not call" list, and each time, this has proven false. I can't speak to their product, but as far as their operations, this is clearly a poorly run operation.

Erie is a great company!! The work crew was diligent and cleaned up every day. They worked hard until we were completely satisfied. My roof is beautiful!!

We were satisfied with the installation of our new roof by Erie. This was completed in one day . It was expensive, but the quality appears to be outstanding. Persons that we had contact with were friendly and helpful.

The folks from Erie are straightforward, sell a superior product, and deliver on everything they say they will do. Financing has been easy. Now we will never have to replace the roof again in our lifetimes, we have great new gutters, gutter covers and downspouts too, and it looks great!

I was very happy with everyone I encountered from the salesman to the owner to the installers. Everyone was professional and friendly. My roof was installed quickly and the clean up was great. You can't tell they were even here except for the beautiful new roof I now have.

In one day, Erie Home replaced plywood and metal sides of the roof, put in special underlayment for areas prone to icing, and added quality fiberglass shingles everywhere. Everything was done professionally.

Erie Home did an excellent job replacing my roof. The job was completed in only one day! There sales reps went over everything in great detail with me and I am extremely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new roof installed.

The crew worked from morning till after dark in 100+ degree temperatures to finish my roof. The house & covered boat slip look great. It was a new product (terra cotta look) for them but the installation was perfect!

The Erie company and its work force are very professional. You might pay a little more but this company’s work ethic is well worth the price. The Erie crew goes far beyond just putting on a new roof and are very customer oriented.

I scheduled an appointment for a property I have that’s over 30 minutes away from where I live. 10 minutes before the first appointment they called and canceled. I was already at the property…. I reschedule a week later and they never showed up so I called and after I called they said they had to cancel. If they can’t keep an appointment I can only assume that their whole process is similar as sales people tend to be the best communicators. Don’t let companies waste your time like this one.

The Erie Home Professionals were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It made our installation very fast and easy and even helped with our HOA approvals which allowed the installation to go quickly and without issue. The installation team was courteous, knowledgeable, and very skilled. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend Erie Home to anyone.

Then I called James to clarify couple things but he stop picking up my calls and stop messaging me.
Then I call Jacob who Came first in my house to look.
He did the same.
Then I call Bret and left him a so many messages but No response.
Then I called the corporate office and I ask them very politely and they told me they’re installing the Metal roof on top of my current roof.
They said that’s what the contact said and there was so many things was not included.
But when they gives me the Estimates.
They clearly told me all these 3 People from Erie Home to Remove the OLD Roof and if any wood board is damage they will replace 2 free after 2 there will be charge.
Also they clearly Told me they gonna Bring Big Dump Truck to Trash the Old roof and clean up the Job after Done.
But there contract was saying something totally different.
When I told them to correct them they start Blaming on Their Higher Boss.
Please Read There Review and Show your Contract to 3rd Party Because we don’t know the roof language they use in their contract.

We purchased a metal roof that looks like asphalt shingles and new gutters. They explained the whole process and really took care of the roof leak issues we had. The installation was completed in 2 days and the crew was very friendly and capable. The roof is supposed to last 100 years so hopefully this is our last roof install. Thank you for the help.

Literally worse than a timeshare presentation. It took an hour and a half of sitting through a presentation to get a price out of them - it would’ve taken much longer if I didn’t push for a price. They quoted us $23K for our tiny townhouse roof, which I said was absolutely outrageous. They then brought it down to $17K with the caveat of us agreeing not to disclose the price to neighbors so that they could be up charged. These guys are absolute snakes. They prey on those who don’t know any better. We called a local roofing company and are looking at $6K instead. Thank god.

They were very fast and professional. Despite the bone chilling temperatures they started and finished the roof in one day, and it looks great!

All in all I had a pretty great experience. A bit pricey but like the old saying goes you get what you pay for. Would totally recommend these guys.

Great job by Nick and his crew! They took great care with our historic home and left the property spotless. They made sure we were satisfied not only with the roofing, but the flashing as well.

Although they do have a very nice unique product, do your research first. The product that they offer is extremely high cost and in my opinion, your cost to benefit ratio is way out of whack. Do not pay this company for these metal-asphalt shingle hybrid unless your insurance is going to pay for it. They quoted me a price of around $70,000. I immediately declined their offer and reached out to about 15 to 20 different local roofing contractors and ended up getting a very high quality, Owings Corning architectural shingle with a 50-year manufacturer warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty, on a very large house roof and my garage roof, which was detached, for $15,000. It included a full tear-off down to the base, inspection, any roof repair areas, all-metal drip edge around entire perimeter, all new sheathing or decking, premium ice & water shield, premium synthetic underlayment, premium ridge vent, hip & ridge shingles and premium pipe collars. Plus, I got super large rain gutters and downspouts with gusher guards included in the price. Do your research and reach out to many different companies and let them compete for your business and you’ll come out on top. Erie shows up and a young guy used a drone to take a few pictures of my roof, the chimney flashing and a couple of spots that had blemishes and such and he sat down with me and my Wife and went through an entire obvious pre-planned pitch that had been done dozens of time before. The pitch included bad-mouthing the current roof and the job that had been done to install it. No local roofing contractor was any good and could not ever do as fine a job as Erie. In my opinion, that young man should learn to speak to his audience instead of keeping the same, generic pitch for everyone. When I declined his offer and he he left my house, you could sense his anger for wasting his time. He didn’t even leave me any information, estimates, a quote or anything. That is because their business model is entirely based on an in person, high-pressure sales pitch pressuring you into signing a contract there on the spot, doing you a huge favor by offering you some kind of discount if you sign that day because they will be "In the area" but once he walks out my door, the offer is off the table. So once I said "not today", the gig was up. It was ridiculous. It felt to me like a scam and I wouldn’t work with them if you paid me money. The Erie salespeople were very professional when explaining all the project options and features from the beginning through completion. Erie work with us to finance our new roof and were able to push our install date up to complete it before the fall and winter weather.

The installation team arrived on time, also very professional, and completed the roof in a day. After completion, the entire team cleaned up all debris and walked the grounds twice for any small dangerous (nails) items.

Overall, a very good experience working with Erie, from the salespeople, finance group, scheduler, and installers. Erie came through in a pinch. I would recommend them for your next roofing project.

The salespeople were very courteous and professional. My roof was completed in one day and I am very happy with the results.

I liked the quality of their product, which was not what you would see in one of the big box stores. Their rep was in constant contact with me to schedule when the work would be done. Even the lead person on the work team contacted me when weather became an issue. Overall, Erie Home was with me every step of the way in getting my new roof installed, and at a reasonable price.

Totally pleased with my new roof from Erie Home! Everything I was told would be done was done! The contractors were on time, polite and proceeded to start right away. That crew was very efficient in how they did their job! Before the old roof was totally off, they were replacing bad wood and starting the installation of new material! When they were done everything was cleaned up, looking like they were never there! I definitely recommend them if you're in need of a new roof!!

Had a great experience with the folks at Erie. The roof on my home was original and installed about 25 years ago. I wanted to have a high quality product that would last me the remainder of my lifetime (I am 44), and the Erie metal roof was a no-brainer. I loved how I could still have the look of a traditional shingled roof but with the durability and longevity of a metal roof. The house is on the larger size with lots of dormers and slopes, so it took a team of 6-7 guys daily about 10 working days for the full install. The team would clean up daily and did the roof piecemeal so that I would not have any leaks should it rain in between working days. I could not have asked for a harder working crew--these guys arrived early and worked full days in some rough July heat in Virginia. Overall, very pleased with the entire experience, and highly recommend!

I recently needed work done on my roof & found Erie Home. So glad I chose this company. From the salesman to the after inspection everything has been done on time & very professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks.

My elderly neighbor used this company and she has called and complained about the job that was done. Erie says they will fix it but nothings been done since November. The house has brown gutters, brown trim , brown siding , new brown roof and the Spanish sub-contractor installed white drip edge at all the leading edges of the roof. Seeing is believing.
