I had a fantastic experience with RTD. Shawn was a great salesman. I had four quotes to redo my bathroom, and RTD had the best prices. They arrived on time and made sure to clean up everything. I highly recommend.

Rooftop Designs did a great job with our window replacement. Yanni and his team were responsive and efficient through the process. The windows came in 8 weeks after ordering and they completed the huge install job in just 2.5 days. They were never focused just on the sale and only wanted us to get the best product at the best value that fit with our needs.

The workers took specific care during demolition of old tiles and bathtub during remodeling of wet area. Installation was done with care and very professionally, The workers work quickly, answer questions and accommodated my requests. Very Satisfied with the workmanship and materials where high quality. This remodel was completed in (1) Morning on a Saturday approximately (4) hours. Our home was left neat and clean inside and outside. Thank you good service.

I recently had a bathroom renovation done through Rooftop Designs, and while my experience started a bit rocky, the end result completely exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the final product.

Initially, I was a little disappointed with my sales rep, who promised certain things that weren’t initially approved or included in the final plan. I was worried about the miscommunication and unsure if the company would honor all the promises made. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the team at Rooftop Designs followed through on every detail—no matter the initial confusion. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and worked diligently to ensure that everything was completed just as I had hoped.

The project was executed seamlessly, and the quality of work was top-notch. The crew was punctual, efficient, and respectful of my space. The end result was a beautiful, modern bathroom that truly transformed my home. It was clear that the company takes pride in its work and values customer satisfaction.

I’ll be recommending them to friends and family. Despite the initial miscommunication, they turned it around beautifully, and I’m thrilled with my new bathroom!

Rooftop Designs was fantastic in their customer service!

Rooftop Designs replaced our bathtub and installed a walk-in shower almost two years ago. We were really happy with the final product.

But I broke the sliding glass shower door. The customer service in ordering a new one, scheduling the installation, and the installation were very professional.

I would use them again in a heart beat.

The windows are awesome and well built. Installation was great! They did say i would have my windows in about a month. Placed order end of September They installed the Dec 23rd. It was a little hard getting a hold of someone to see what the delay was.

I called and spoke with Yanni, the owner, and he saved me money with just the phone call. He asked to see a picture of the issue as I thought there was a problem with the shingles on the roof and from just the description his expertise showed. He gave his suggestion on what he thought it was and he was exactly correct. This saved money on further inspections or consultations and appointments. Incredibly thankful for Yanni and Rooftop Designs!

Rooftop Design replaced our roof and a window for us. The quality of the roof and window is great; however, the communication after the contract signing was poor. The team did not communicate well with us before, during, or after the installation. And I have a lingering follow-up request that's been awaiting action and response for months. Worth 2.5 stars

This company is wonderful. From start to finish they were amazing. The gentlemen that installed my windows were very respectful of my home. They cleaned as they went, left not one but if trash
They were not required to but they even painted some of the trim around the new windows .

Rooftop Design replaced the roof on my home. The work was excellent, the workers were great and worked all day on the job. The manager was great to work with. When the tiles were removed it was determined that the wooden surface had to be replaced. The manager managed to have the wood deliver so the workers could finish the install. Good thing, too. It started to rain. I fully recommend this company.

Rooftop Design rep Richard R provided nothing less than outstanding service in assessing and providing a quote for replacement windows at my father’s residence. We had some unique issues to work through and Richard provided manageable solutions that ensured they were our contractor of choice for this project. I would happily turn to Rooftop Design for any of our future home improvement needs.

Richard was professional and thorough in explaining the process, materials, pricing and scheduling and worked with us to help get the project done.

Would not recommend - guy tried to quote me a 10,322 roof replacement for a town home when he didn’t even go up on the roof to inspect it or measure it. He said if I scheduled in the next two weeks he would apply a $2,364 discount making the total 7,958. When I told him I was shopping around with different companies he gave an arrogant laugh that was incredibly offensive and said why would you shop, and tried to make me feel dumb. Needless to say, the employee left moments later. When leaving I asked for a copy of the handwritten “quote” and he said he wouldn’t give it to me.… had two more roofing companies come out same day, both were very respectful and both went up on the roof and inspected it and did not try to hard sell me. The two other quotes I got were 4,800 and 5,300. Overall a very off putting experience.

We purchased two doors from Rooftop Design, and sadly, the entire experience has been quite disappointing. Their customer service is severely lacking—we had to call multiple times, but we never received any follow-up.

The sales representative measured our doors and gave us a quote, which we initially declined because it was higher than other companies. Eventually, their back office contacted us with a discount. However, when the measurement technician arrived, he informed us that we’d been quoted for a standard sliding door, even though we needed a custom size. He insisted we settle for the standard door, claiming it was only an inch narrower.

We sought clarification from the office, but no one ever got back to us. Then, on installation day, we were extremely disappointed to discover that the sliding door was actually 4 inches narrower and 4 inches shorter than expected, completely ruining the beautiful view we once had.

To make matters worse, while the install team did an okay job overall, the trim they installed around the door wasn’t even painted. It looks horrible in our newly renovated house, and honestly, it’s been the final straw in a very frustrating process.

We tried calling again, and while someone took note of our issue, no one ever called us back. Overall, the lack of communication, poor attention to detail, and unsatisfactory workmanship have left us deeply disappointed.

Richard and Mohammed were very informative and answered all my questions. Their products are very reliable. They were not pushy sales people at all. They allow me to make the decision on the product. I recommend them highly.

Customer service after the work is done is horrible not to mention that I have a problem with my new roof. Since Aug 1, it took 3 phone calls, 3 emails, and a text to our original salesperson to get a phone call back (Aug 20). Finally, service is scheduled to come out today (Aug 26) from 8-10am and they reach out 10:15 (likely prompted by a new round of phone call, email, and text I sent) to say they are running late and show up when I'm trying to get out the door for work (which I had taken some time away from to be available for the visit). Unable to schedule another time with me, now I wait for another call back.

Rooftop Design is an amazing company from start to finish. Starting with the first phone call, they were friendly, polite, and very understanding. We called on Tuesday and they came out the very next day to give us a quote for a new roof and gutters. We signed that day! Sales gentleman was knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. We definitely recommend ROOFTOP DESIGN for all your roofing needs.

Today I received my patio sliding glass doors from Rooftop Design. The patio doors look fantastic.
I had a very nice, comfortable experience with my sales representative Greg Wicklein. If I needed any additional assistance Greg was just a phone call away.
The installation process was excellent as well. The installers were professional and cleaned up very nicely after they finished the installation.
I had a few projects completed by Rooftop Design and everything went great. Thanks Rooftop Design, once again job well done.

Great company, love, love the work they do. Daniel Russell is absolutely wonderful, haven’t dealt with a representative that was so patient and poised.

Stay away from these guys. The estimator/product person Will was late for his appointment, never called to say he was going to be 15 minutes late, was very demanding to come inside the house when there’s space outside to conduct business, was argumentative and lectured me about my financial/legal responsibilities in case something happens to him when the need to climb up the roof arises to do his estimation; granted there was no need to do that because of current technology he, instead of politely explaining to me how it works arrogantly lectured me inside my own house. I had to kick him out of my house within 3 minutes of arrival! I immediately called the company to report what happened and talked to an Oscar who could not find a supervisor to address my concern. I had to call back and talk to someone because nobody returned my call. No resolution was offered by the manager/owner who never got back with me even after more than 24 hours after the horrible experience with Will. Do yourselves a favor, folks and talk to a different roofer.

So I stay with my handicap grandma and desperately needed my sliding glass door replaced. I heard of this company through mutual friends and gave them a call. This very nice young gentleman named Rich was a life saver. He made the sliding glass door more affordable than any other company we talked to. I would have not been able to afford a new sliding glass door with acomidations if it wasn't for the help of Rooftop Designs and their amazing employee Rich who really took into consideration my budget and the accomications I needed done for handicap accessability. Thank you Rich and Thank you roof top designs! You’re a life saver. I highly recommend their work.

Alex is great. He explained everything we needed to know and wanted to know. We had very good communication with him by email, phone and in person. He helped HOA application for us. That was a great help wegot too.

I submitted a request for a free estimate yesterday and received an appointment for the following day. The communication was via text, which included what to expect for my estimate visit, as well as reminders for the appointment. Greg W. showed up on time and ready to shine!! He surveyed my home by doing a walk around and live satellite imaging. Afterwards, Greg came inside to discuss option with me. This included a review of licenses, certificates, awards and insurances. These were all in a binder with current dates and signatures for me to vet. Greg showed me samples that I could choose from, as well as a sample of store grade so I could see and feel the differences in materials. I came into this knowing NOTHING about roofing and I now feel a little confident knowing what’s going on my roof and the process. Stay tuned for an update of my roof replacement process!
